I was recently licked out of my house and called Cactus Lock and Key.  They came pretty quickly and had me back in my house in no time!  The owner is great and I highly recommend them.

Showed up on-time, very professional and polite. Changed out lock on my mailbox in a matter of a few minutes! Reasonable price. I would definitely use again if needed and recommend to others.

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

Quick response via email for a mailbox lock change. Levi communicated quickly, providing plenty of notice prior to his arrival via text. On a rare rainy day in Phoenix (pouring actually), Levi arrived and insisted I stay at my home while he went to work. The process was far more complicated (old key type mailbox lock), however despite the rain and extra time, Levi endured! He arrived back at my house with 2 keys, and no extra charge for the longer than anticipated work - he stuck by his estimate when he arrived. Integrity, customer service, and an all around nice guy. Had a wonderful experience with this company and working with Nathan. He provided us with great information, ordered us a new key, and programmed everything for our push start Kia Optima. Would definitely recommend going with these guys! Way better price than the dealership and fast!!

AMAZING JOB,  quick responsive and super helpfull.  Terry looked up the keys I needed and fobs I wanted, ordered them and programed them very quickly.  And the best part us he came to my house to do it.  He was professional and informative.  I would recommend him any time.

A-1 Key Service was referred to me by a neighor.  Jeff came out 2 hours after my call to them.  He went above and beyond, after hours, to fix my lock problem.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Not only was he the ONLY guy that would cut my motorcycle key, but he did it in under 5 minutes. I tried about 20 different locksmiths, and one guy recommended him. I would be really out of luck if I didn't find him. Super quick to text or call back. I don't know how his business didn't show up for me when I looked it up, but all these useless ones do. Plus he didn't just cut my key fast, but it was only $10 lol. Thank you again. I use the new key everyday instead of the old one, and I haven't had any issues yet
