My 3 year old son locked my bedroom door and could not unlocked it.  He was laying on the ground crying looking under the door asking me to open it.  He couldn't understand why I wasn't opening it.  He is deaf and wasn't wearing his cochlear implants.  It broke my heart it thought he was in trouble he kept saying open but couldn't understand what I was saying back to him.  I called pop-a-lock and the technician said he could get to me in about 7 minutes and he did.  When he got to my home he tried to reassure my son.  He was able to get the door open in about 80 seconds.  Also he told me it was FREE because it was an emergency!!  Usually locksmiths charge extra for emergencies.  I am so incredibly grateful for Alfie he was so professional and came in to save the day!!!  Thank you

Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. He finished in an hour and was very informative about how he fixed it. I would trust Eric to work on my car again if anything else were to happen. Thanks again!

I'd been having trouble with my house key for a few days but today I got to the door and I couldn't even get the key in the lock at all. I called Levi because he had alot of 5 star reviews. He was on his way to another appointment but he called and asked them if they could wait a little bit till he got my front door open for me. Luckily they said sure and he was here in 15 minutes. He was amazing. He's so skillful and works quickly to solve the problem. He made sure every little detail was corrected to perfection plus he's such a super nice guy. However, I was under the assumption that we would be helped by Johnny Locksmith himself. Well I came to learn that there is no Johnny Locksmith, never was.

I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

I'm from Chicago and I needed to hire a locksmith to change out my dads locks in AZ. I relied on Yelp for reviews.  I'm so glad I did. This company was wonderful!!!  He was on time, fast, polite, and best of all, he had a great price!!!  I'd hire him again in a heart beat!!!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Why five stars? I have given five stars because Alcatraz turned out to be the best guys for me to call. I spoke with the owner via phone who sent his guy Jim to my location. Talk about expert? I saw the genius at work with my own eyes. For starters I locked my entire key in the trunk of my Mercedes and could not get to it even with the assistance of AAA. After it was all said and done, I had a new key in addition to the key he retrieved in the trunk all without damage to my car or a changed lock. Jim was down-to-earth and one of those types of people that make you glad you did business with. Major kudos guys. We are back up and running.

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

If I could give the Lock Shop more than 5 stars I would! You know a business is great when you sign up for yelp just so you can leave them a review. They are an incredible local, family owned shop that offers great work and unbeatable customer service. After moving into our new house, we hired them to rekey the doors. They came to us and had the doors rekeyed quickly and without any trouble. Afterwards we were telling them that we were wanting to get new knobs and hinges for the bedroom doors. Fortunately for us, we were able to purchase the new hardware from them and they even came back to the house to do the installation. If you are trying to find a great locksmith look no further. You wont find a better locksmith business than the Lock Shop. Thank you very much Howards!

I would not recommend using them. They broke my door handle on 5/26/20 and I have been trying to reach them to have them come out and fix it with no luck!!! Very unprofessional customer service who hung up in my face. There are plenty of options in the valley. I'd recommend using someone else.

I had lost my key for my car and the locksmith nicole who came out was very nice and did a great job. Very good pricing and I was pleased with her work. I needed a key replacement and she was quick and had great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
