Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! Rapid Response gave me prompt service at a great price.  I contacted several locksmith's to repair my locks.  He was the only one who requested a photo of the problem and quay reasonable fee.  He fixed my lock quickly and effectively.  I will definitely use him aft if needed.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

The Lock Shop always responds very quickly to our call. We are a church and when we need something it us usually asap. Beside responding quickly, the workmanship is excellent, friendly and professional. They are the best!

CJ was able to unlock an interior door on a holiday which was also on a Sunday. He was able to arrive asap and opened the door quickly. He was professional and also took safety precautions by wearing a mask. His pricing is competitive and was able to give an upfront pricing before booking the appointment. Would definitely use his company again in the future!
