I called upon Action Jackson today to help us with a little lake in our parking lot. A nice young man showed up exactly on time and he was GREAT! He communicated clearly and did exactly what he said he would do. Looked me in the eye and was an all around great human being. He had a great attitude and was so professional which is unusual for a kid of his age. I will definitely hire Action Jackson for any future needs!

These guys were great. I had a leak on my water line and they were able to locate it and give me advice for getting it resolved.

Gary and his daughter are an all star team! They replaced a main line to my sister's house. The work was top notch, timely and affordable. Truly top quality work and I couldn't possibly recommend them more....if you need ANY plumbing work done, call Gary and it get it done right!

Service was good. No complaints.
My problem was with the pricing. Usually with all plumbers I've worked before, they charge by hours of labor ($150-$200 per hour in Seattle area) plus the cost of materials.
Price Busters gave me an upfront price of $600 with no explanation of how it breaks down to expected time or materials.
Their technician finished the work in less than 30 minutes (!!), and the only material was a standard check-valve (about $20) and a 24 pipe (about $50).
Even if you consider 30 minutes as a whole hour, and add some overhead, profit, warranty etc. you'll never get to more than $300 for this kind of work.
I had no choice but paying the $600 they charged me...
The last thing I'd expect from a business named Price-Busters is being dishonest in their pricing.

Look no further, Westminster is the one you want. Professional, but down to earth. Communicative, dependable, timely, and very high quality work. We asked Julie to help us remodel our 1920's basement and install a heat pump. Everything was on-time, on-budget, and on-point.

Very quick and responsive company. I had to reschedule due to the snow and they were very accommodating. Andy was great to work with - he came on time day of my 2 toilet installations, was very respectful during the process and followed covid guidelines. One of the toilet was a bit harder to install and when we found that it was a bit wobbly Andy added shims under to ensure we were happy. Overall I would definitely recommend this company to work with.

I had an emergency flood situation from a frozen pipe and these guys answered the phone right away and got me scheduled with someone to come out that same day. Daniel arrived and was super polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure he was not causing any additional damage to my home which I appreciate considering a good part of it was already in shambles. He did a very clean job and quickly. Highly recommend Jafco if you need a plumber.

Very Professional. The service rep not only solved the problem but also worked with me to address residual water impact.

Rocky IS the MAN!!! My plumber of 20 years failed me so I checked Yelp and found PNW Plumbing. I was desperate since my new washer and dryer showed up on Wednesday and the water supply faucets were frozen and the delivery guys couldn't to the work. It was quite an involved job but Rocky came to my rescue - on a Saturday!!! He did an awesome job, was most professional and I now have a new plumber. These Yelp reviews really do help and I want to share my good find with anyone else in need of a pro. Thanks Rocky, and I'll see you next time.

I hired David for a complete pipe refit on an old rental home, and I am glad I did. He was very happy to provide an estimate and did so promptly and professionally, he won that competitive bid and I haven't seen any reason to bid him out for the additional work he's done.
Little details like he put the emergency shut off valve in an easy place to, you know, use in an emergency is just part of what makes him so valuable. He also boiled down an endless night of internet research for me (hot water tank with recirc pump vs. tankless) and quickly recommended a great solution for my residence. And followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy (we still are!)
Lastly, and I know this will sound strange, but I think his finished work is nice to look at. I'm almost sad when the drywaller covers up what he's done.

I called SERVICE KING based on YELP review.
Big mistake!
Ed from Service King said that he will give me a call a day or two before he is ready to come out to complete few tasks around the house.
About a week after our initial phone conversation, Ed texted me to set up an APPT date & time.
But, Ed didn't show up for our APPT.
So, I texted him.
He said that his previous client just came back from HOME DEPOT with 10 blinds, so he can't make it.
I told him that I have to leave my house to run errands, so will touch base later.
I texted him in the evening, but he didn't respond to my text message.
The next day, I even called him, but he didn't return my phone call.
NOW, I WONDER IF THERE EVER WAS A PREVIOUS CLIENT ON OUR APPT DATE.
If Ed didn't want my business, he should have just let me know ASAP.
All Ed did was waste my precious time.
Now, I am back to square one in search for a handyman ;(

NOPE NOPE NOPE NOT ANYMORE
I hired them for 2 jobs in the past, but job #3 (today) was a disaster.
The job: fix a leaking bathroom sink faucet handle, and fix a leaking drain assembly in another bathroom. Somehow, this simple job turned into a disappointing saga of mismatched finishes, overpriced installs, upsells, and probably a few outright lies.
Sink #1:
The leaking handle faucet (apparently?) was said to have a broken cartridge. Did cartridge replacements go out of style? Apparently the whole faucet had to be nuked from orbit.
Of course, a new faucet from the truck is $395 for the hardware and the installation. Top Gun, you DO know that faucets cost $50 at Home Depot, right? I would have bought a faucet ahead of time if I had known that you would want to replace the whole thing and if I had known that your faucets are lined with diamonds and cost more than my wedding band.
If you subtract $50 (the cost of a similar faucet at Home Depot) from the $395 cost for the faucet and installation combined, that leaves $345 for something that took one hour to install. That's RIDICULOUS.
Sink #2:
The truck also only provides chrome finish drain covers ($180 for the assembly and installation). My sink looked stupid with a brushed nickel faucet and shiny chrome drain cover.
I had to pitch a fit and call the plumber back - really, I just wanted him to return the plastic stalk with the drain cap on top (which he took with him) so I could try to put it back in myself, but he offered to replace the (perfectly fine) faucet for $140 so the drain cover and faucet looked the same. Yes, this adds up to $320, even though it was the same work and same parts as the previous sink ($395). Why was the first sink $75 more? I don't know, maybe you only get a discount on the second one.
Now, what I want to know is why the former brushed nickel drain cap and drain collar couldn't be used with the new drain assembly so that the faucet wouldn't also have to be replaced to match. Presumably, the new drain assembly is the same size as the old one since they fit in the same hole. I uploaded a photo of the pieces, because I think Top Gun's plumber just ripped us off here.
I wasn't there, and I'm really mad now that I wasn't. My husband supervised this job but he's not as handy and didn't know to ask about cartridges and swapping the nickel drain pieces. I think the plumber knew he didn't know and used it as an opportunity to upsell brand new chrome fixtures.
I would have canceled the job on the spot when the guy said the faucet would be $395 but we close on this house in less than 2 weeks and we're out of time for nonsense.
I was happy with Top Gun's water line and hot water tank and those were competitively priced with the other quotes I got at the time and lacking in the kind of bullshit on display here, but I won't be calling Top Gun again for anything. This was way too stressful and way too overpriced.
This formerly happy customer was so confident Top Gun would handle job #3 right that I didn't even bother to shop around. Now I'm just pissed and spreading the word.

Used a while back for some work in the kitchen. Haven't had any issues since so quality of work was solid but very expensive with an hourly rate around $700 (the office is 7 minutes from where I live so can't blame that on travel time). Be sure to get a quote, or consider using a company that charges based on time worked.

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

I needed somebody to bid a job and he was so tolerant with my changing times to meet him . Prompt returning phone calls. Willing to accommodate my schedule with a positive and polite attitude. They really put the customers first. I hope I never need a plumber but if I do Gary fox in Kent will be the one I call.

The person who owns this is doing a scam. Promise on things and never fulfill those. Please don't fall for it. The person is not reliable at all. Better go somewhere else rather than waste time and money into this scam.

Appear personable and professional but SERIOUSLY ridiculously OVERPRICED and either DISHONEST or incredibly incapable of diagnosing and fixing a simple worn washer on an outdoor hose faucet. I specifically asked if the faucet which had a pretty heavy leak, was just a washer needing to be replaced, they told me no, it was a broken valve due to freezing and not just a washer. I was given a price of @$450-$550 just to replace my twin faucets with only one, plus a dispatch fee of $50 plus tax. A $500-600 repair that I later trouble-shooted at the hardware store plumbing dept. and fixed myself for only 59 cents! DONT TRUST THEM...If they can't diagnose or bother to diagnose a worn out washer and are too quick to say something is broken and let your faucet leak instead, they are UNETHICAL. Nice enough guy in appearances, but WATCH OUT! Also, they proposed replacing basically everything and redo-ing all of my indoor plumbing from the main stack on (which is not a lot of runs and fixtures) for an insane amount, saying it was all bad. I'm in the construction management and architecture field, so I believe I know when a sub-contractor is Overpriced to put it mildly!!! Very smooth CON Artists.

Seattle's Best Plumbing needs to legally change its name to Seattle Worst. They are undependable, they make promises they can't keep, their office support team is inept and there is no manager to assist with customer related issues.. Trust me, call anyone else for your plumbing needs because these people will turn your plumbing problems into nightmares...
