If you have heating plant issues, pass these guys by.  Was referred to them by my usual service company as their tech had passed away. Had to make an appointment two weeks out; when the tech arrived and opened up my boiler it was clear he was unfamiliar with it, even to the point of having to call the manufacturer. (He was put on hold for nearly half an hour, for which I was no doubt charged.  I say 'no doubt', as when the bill arrived it was not itemized, as nearly any other business would do.   No hourly rate, no price for parts, no travel time.  Just an obscene amount for a small part and about two hours labor. When I called the company I was told that's just the way we do it.  Well, good for them, but I will not be a repeat customer. As others have stated-- if I could give a negative star, I would.

I purchased a gas heater that I needed installed, so I called Ally Heating and Air Conditioning.  I am able to do many house projects myself, but I don't mess with gas.  Also, I value having an expert in each area whom I can call when I need someone to help with a project that I'm not comfortable doing myself.  James from Ally is definitely an expert.  Ally called me the day prior to re-confirm the appointment time, and James showed up right on time the next day.  I really appreciate this because I'm busy, too.  
When people work on my house, I often watch and learn.  James had the same attention to detail on my house that I have.  He made sure everything was exactly right and the heater worked perfectly before he left.  He cleaned up after himself and made sure the area was spotless.  I will definitely be calling Ally when I need more HVAC work done.  As a homeowner, it's a relief to know someone who is a pro in this area.

The plumber may have fixed the issue, but he left a huge mess behind and dripped black plumber goo all over our wall, so we now have to re-paint.  He didn't even try to clean it.  Very disappointing, I won't be calling them again.

I needed an emergency main drain rooter. Pipelining Northwest came out on time on budget. The guys did provided detail on the issues and cleaned up like they owned the house,  overall did a fantastic job.  They also provided some solutions and bids for a more permanent fix for my main drain which is 110 years old.

William was great.  Messaged him today about hooking up a gas grill for us. He was out 15 minutes later and we were all set shortly after.  He even made sure the pilot on both fireplaces was relit.
Grilling season is right around the corner and thanks to him, we are all set!

Great guy, knowledgeable and fair!  Ryan has helped us out on many occasions from very minor to quite major issues.  He is so competent and cares about quality of work and service to his customers.  He came out first thing this morning and explained that the issue we are having relates to a part that we can easily order/replace ourselves.  I really appreciated that!

Great communication: Shane told me the whole process step by step and answered every last one of my questions. Speedy service: They came out bright and early Saturday morning to replace my broken main water line. Team got me back up and run in only a few hrs. Everything was put back nicely like they weren't even there. Overall: 5 stars. Best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Shane really knows what he is doing. I recommend them 100%.

Didn't actually end up using them (because of a miscommunication w/my partner wherein we had both called plumbers, but was so impressed by their responsiveness that I wanted to write a review. Talked to a woman in the office earlier this AM about an issue with a pipe we discovered while doing some construction. She made an appt for me for Monday but then also added that she could place me on standby for between now and then. Justin called me in the afternoon that he could in fact stop by same day and could be there in 30 min. They had been a referral from our inspector and I was so impressed by this level of service!

I got an email from the owner of Green T. I must say was pleasantly surprised.  Apologized for not returning my call and stated that ...I have learned from this and have hired someone to answer my phones for me.  

I'll give them another chance next time I have a plumbing job.

The whole team at Pioneer Plumbing went above and beyond to take care of my family. They were responsive, arrived quickly, provided estimates same day, and performed quality work. Their pricing is extremely fair. They were great at explaining the issues and prioritizing the work for us in a way that allowed us to understand what was immediate versus could be planned and saved for. I could tell that everyone on their team cared and they treated me, my family, and my dogs with utmost professionalism and respect. As someone that has worked in and around the construction industry for quite some time, I was extremely impressed with the company. I would highly recommend them!

We had a water leak just under our trek decking porch in our front yard.  Chris came out and marked where that water lines were. He then used his equipment to find where he suspected the leak was.  He let me hear for myself what he was hearing with his equipment.  The next day he had someone com out to fix it.  The leak was EXACTLY where he said it was.  I would recommend Chris  to anyone needing  leak detection.

I woke up with a big hole in my exhaust pipe connecting to my furnace and was pretty worried. I called a number on a sticker on my furnace and they said someone will call me back ( no one ever did) in fact I called 6 different companies and Seatown answered the phone and came out right away. Our technician was Sean and he was fantastic!  He diagnosed the problem quickly and even checked our crawl space to ensure there was no more damage. He replaced the pipe same day and left me at peace with what had happened. From start to finish, Seatown took great care of us!

I decided to upgrade the kitchen sink and faucets, and am so glad I went to Aurora Plumbing instead of a big box store, or my local hardware store.  I wanted real experts to advise me and do the job, which is what I got. When the time came for installation, Brian George was the person who did the installation. He did a great job and got a lot accomplished in the time he was here. Thanks to everyone at Aurora Plumbing who helped me out, the sink and faucet look great!

Update: I've since bought a new water heater and had repairs made to 2 toilets. I had the same great experience with these items, as well.

Update to the update: I have had Aurora Plumbing folks out again, this time for a fix to a leaky tub faucet and a changeout of a shower head. This time there was a bit of a glitch in how things went (Brian G. not available, unfortunately). I contacted the store, was responded to immediately and with a gracious attitude and a hand-written note. The store promptly made things right. Wow. How often do you find businesses that walk their talk and really are about doing the right thing in addition to providing exceptional services? These folks are at the top of my approved list. Thank you.

We remodeled our kitchen last year and recently discovered a that very slow leak under the kitchen sink has permanently damaged the cabinetry.  Very upsetting!  Preston showed us where the mistakes were made and the wrong parts that were used, and redid all the plumbing.  He even gave us a moisture detector alarm free of charge.  That and his attention to detail have done wonders for our peace of mind.  He was very professional and courteous and wore a mask the entire time he was in our home.  We have already recommended him to others and will use him again in the future.  (In regard to the reviewers that were unable to connect with Preston I can say that I called on an afternoon and left a message which was returned the next day.  For non-emergency situations I don't mind waiting, especially if I can speak directly to the plumber rather than going through a receptionist)  PS  He was also very kind to my cat, for any animal lover reading this review...

Devin and Thane found time schedule work to install a temporary kitchen complete with waste and supply lines.  They were flexible with scheduling, did excellent work, and came in on T&M far lower than bids we received from others for work that would have taken a month to get done.  The worked quickly and delivered excellent value and quality.  I will be using them for additional work and highly recommend.

Joe and his crew are awesome! I had my entire home re-plumbed and Joe talked us through every step of the process. There were no surprises as he was up front and informative with what could happen. He showed us the problem areas and gave estimates on any additional work that might be required. In our case we had to replace the line from the house to the mainline on the street. Joe told us that was a possibility up front and we were hopeful that line would be ok. When it failed and needed replaced Joe showed us exactly why and again was very informative. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship he and his team does. When he left his workers to handle the work they showed outstanding work ethics and did not slack off but worked very hard to get what they needed done for the day. We are extremely happy with the work and I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs plumbing done. Kudos to Joe and his team for a job well done!

I had a significant amount of plumbing work done. Replaced galvanized piping with PEX, toilet installation, drain fix, dishwasher and refrigerator hookup, and a pressure reduction valve replacement. Excellent quality of work. Very friendly plumber, assistant, and office manager/dispatch. Plumbers aren't cheap, but I felt AnEwhere Plumbing was honest and fair. At no point did I feel they were trying to replace something that didn't need replaced. They'll be my first call for anything plumbing-related.

The service was extremely responsive and punctual. I was very pleased that they were able to schedule me for the next day for a relatively minor shower faucet leak. To their credit, they did advise me in advance what the price would be, perhaps higher than usual because I was told that I have a more complicated German manufactured unit. They sent out 2 plumbers, which might explain the higher price. They seemed to work efficiently and the bill came in at the estimated amount. Overall a positive experience.
