Absolutely horrible person and terrible service. The owner of this business is racist and bigoted. Openly hates lesbians and Indian people. He is currently charged with MANSLAUGHTER for being so negligent on a job site that he killed his own employee. That's right, Phillip is so terrible at his job he literally killed his employee, leaving behind a wife and children.
Do not use him. Never use him. Avoid him at all costs.
The work he did at my house was completely wrong and was not what I asked for. When I asked him to fix it he more or less told me no. He demanded to be paid in all cash. He used vulgar language and drank on the job site, in the morning nonetheless. He promised he would clean up the mess he made but never did. When I commented on it he got very angry.
Again, avoid this person. Look up his MANSLAUGHTER case. It is the first of the kind. Also look up his OSHA violations. This person is terrible both as a sewage worker and as a human.

Great service - asked a lot of questions before providing an estimate to be sure he'd be able to perform the work without any big surprises and was very transparent and clear from the moment we contacted him through to completion. Cheaper than several other estimates and definitely worth the slightly higher cost over other services. A bit of bummer that he doesn't accept cards, but worth the extra hassle.

Thanksgiving afternoon I headed down to the shower in the basement (aka dad's shower) only to step into the utility room and a large puddle of brown water covering the floor from one end of the room to the other. Panicked, I glanced at the utility sink and sure enough, it was overflowing with water from the washer next to it, as well as the dishwasher and kitchen sink located one floor above.
What a mess.
Immediately I shifted into recovery mode, turning off all water sources which were draining to that main drain and declared all hands on deck. I grabbed the shop vac as my wife and son worked to soak up water with towels and the mop.
The turkey was going to have to wait!
An hour and a half later, we were able to declare the utility room and adjoining bedroom, with its soaked carpet, at least clean enough that we could continue with getting ready for Thanksgiving dinner. Thank goodness for hard eggnog, otherwise I don't know if I would have been able to relax at all that night.
The next morning I was off to The Home Depot to pick up drain cleaner, Capture and a new (deeper) utility sink to replace the relatively shallow sink which we had been living with for years. The Capture went down on the wet carpet to try to dry it out (along with three fans running continuously.) The utility sink went in relatively easily, but that damn drain wouldn't unplug no matter what I tried, including the half bottle of Instant Power Hair and Grease Drain Opener and numerous attempts to snake it out with my light duty snake.
By mid-afternoon I had spent the entirety of the day continuing to clean the mess and attempting to open the drain and, things were getting tense in the house. Have I mentioned that out of town company was arriving that evening for the weekend? Ugh!
Finally, out of desperation and a desire for marital harmony, I acquiesced to getting a plumber over to clear the drain and called Lake City Plumbing who I had used once before several years ago. Bob answered the phone and I walked him through the issue and what I had already attempted. He asked if I needed someone to come over today and I said Yes, please. No problem, he replied. I'll have dispatch give you a call as soon once we know when we can have someone over.
Thank you Bob.
We hung up and within 10 minutes I had a call from the dispatcher who told me there was someone in the neighborhood already who could be there immediately. I asked about cost and she said that there was no cost up front and that when the plumber arrived he would look at the job and provide an estimate at that time. There was no pressure to accept the estimate. If we didn't want him to do the work, he would simply be on his way. And with that we hung up and almost instantaneously there was a knock on the door.
Now that's service!
The plumber introduced himself (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) and I showed him the clogged pipe. We talked about what I had already tried and he explained that his rates were $75 for the first 15 minutes and $40 per 15 minutes after that. These jobs, he stated, usually take less than a half hour. I gave him my OK to proceed and he went out to his van and returned with an industrial electric snake. It took all of 5 minutes to clear the clog in the drain using that snake.
Amazing what the right tool can do!
We tested the drain for several minutes and there was no backup at all. I wrote him a check and he was on his way. From the time I had called Lake City Plumbing to the time the work was done was maybe a half hour. And to think I had spent hours screwing around trying to do the work myself.
There's a lesson there.
Leave the work to the professionals: Lake City Plumbing. Fast, courteous, professional, honest.
Five stars, hands down.

I called and they were out the same day I'm terrible with names but the man who came to my house was amazing. He was very honest and thorough. At the end of it I was very pleased with the service and price I highly recommend this company.

Excellent company to work with! We reached out to Done Right for a bid for a side sewer and water line replacement for a 70+ year old house in Seattle, (to take care of it proactively), and they came by the same week and answered all our questions with knowledge and experience. Within a few hours they sent a fair quote for the most cost effective solution given our setup. (We went with the trenchless liner solution for the sewer but the water line had a trench dug.) Once we accepted their bid, they were able to get the work scheduled quickly and ended up completing the job in half a day with a whole crew. They were sensitive to our front yard landscaping, as well as minimizing the downtime of our water/sewer while we worked from home. Friendly crew, office staff, and owner made the experience really nice despite such a large infrastructure project on a house. Would recommend Done Right for any sewer and plumbing needs!

A plumbing leak came up during electrical work on our house, so I needed a plumbing fix on short notice and Ace Works came through. The issue was a dislodged pipe in the basement crawlspace that was leaking sewage into said crawlspace, so the electrician couldn't continue working until the mess was cleaned up and the pipe reconnected. Tom came over to assess the situation with just a couple hours' notice, laid down a substance to absorb the wastewater overnight, and cleaned it up the following day after reconnecting the pipe (which involved rerouting it through a different beam in the crawlspace). He was fast and effective, and even fixed our back gate that the electrician had broken the day before. 100% happy with Ace Works, will hire them again.

I have used Walt two separate times at my home in Bellevue. His prices are fair and he does quality work.

I didn't think I could feel this emphatically positive about a plumbing business, but here we are. My water heater was leaking over the summer - I called around and most places were a week out from being able to even come by and assess. On top of that, found out I have a boiler system which even fewer places work on. These guys put me on the calendar but said if a sooner opening came up they would get to me faster. Yeah right, I thought. That won't happen. IT DID. Install was super fast.
But this is where it gets better - the intallation tech points out the T&P valve and says just a heads up, you're also pretty close to end of life on this thing. I'm not gonna replace it because it's expensive & it's not an issue right now but just be aware GREAT. Opportunity to charge me more and they didn't needlessly take it. Sure enough, a few months later my water isn't heating as much. We're in a pandemic, things are crazy, they are somehow yet again the only ones that can squeeze me in. Same tech, he makes sure to test it to confirm its the issue instead of just replacing it and it ends up being something else. So yeah, I cannot say enough good things about them. They were honest, upfront, provided great advice, amazing costumer service - honestly just a rare gem of a company.

So a friend of mine knew Jason and his service with water heaters. I knew I had to act in order to solve the water heater problem at a very nice house in Des Moines that my friend owned. I called the company and asked if Jason was able to come out and solve the water heater problem and I had doubts because it was a Friday afternoon. He came out the next day to my friend's place and we had hot water back by Saturday evening. Amazing, and he gave us some tips to watch out for just in case. If your need your hot water heater repaired or replaced I recommend giving these guys a call.

I had a big project that included coordinating with two different water municipality providers, putting in all new water lines, disconnecting from the old system and capping it, putting in new pipes, and connecting to the house system. He also put in a tie-in outdoors. Robert and his staff were professional, quick, and efficient. I'm happy with the results and recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Quick, efficient, quality work, they did some hydrojetting for me and while sewer scoping we found out o needed some side sewer repair. I will use them for all my own and my clients needs in the future.

I hired Batgirl for annual backflow testing. Few highlights: quick response; prompt service; easy communication

5 Star Backflow was excellent. Josh worked out an appointment time that fit my difficult schedule, arrived as promised, and was able to perform an unexpectedly needed repair to our backflow equipment.
I'll be calling him again next year. Thanks, Josh!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Was out of town so unable to go out to see about the leak under kitchen sink. My wife was told need air gap and tail piece for dishwasher- $260, but should replace all other pvc piping too as no telling if it will last more than a year! An additional $300. So I got about $50 worth of parts and $500 labor for an hour work! Then was told I get the discount included because they back end charged $89 for a warranty and free future inspection. I have a tree business and I have 4 guys out on jobs with $300k worth of equipment and do not charge this much even at the risks we take.
TOTAL RIP OFF ! No they never charge overtime because their rates are already at double time ! I guess ethics and fairness do not apply here...

Called them for boiler (radiant floor heating) work. Two techs came, who knew nothing about the boiler. Did a diagnostic for almost $700 and replaced the flame rollout switch which turned out later to be the incorrect type. Suggested we replace the entire system to the tune of $24,000, which is ridiculous since the boiler was installed in 2000. Their diagnostic did not even note the heat exchangers were clogged with dust and such. When their repairs malfunctioned after several hours , we had to call a more knowledgeable boiler repair company, who changed out the incorrect part and did a thorough cleaning of the unit for a third of the price. Works now like a charm. We also allowed Allred to change out our water heater which we knew was leaking. While removing it from the boiler room, they banged the boiler, causing a leak in its pipes.Workers also knocked over a bottle of laundry detergent, spilling it all over shoes and the floor, which we discovered later, as they never mentioned it. They wanted us to pay $1800 to repair their damage, which would also entail a full drain of the system. Called and spoke to manager (Josh) who after conferencing with his workers, refused to admit the damages were their fault, telling us our boiler room door was too narrow to remove the old water heater. They refused to even split the leak repair cost with us, which we generously suggested we would agree to. Not at all interested in pleasing a disappointed customer. Just mansplained it all and left the leak unrepaired. (Second company fixed it for next to nothing and it did not need a drain of the entire system as we were told.) I see other reviews describe similar issues, including damage they will not own up to, so it's not just us. I don't like the way the estimate/bill are not broken down to show the labor cost. The parts are not that expensive so they must charge a inordinate amount for labor, but you don't know because it's not itemized. We won't be calling Allred again and will not recommend them to anyone. We'll recommend the other company.

We love these guys. Cecil is very knowledgeable and funny. He will tell you up front what is going on and give you a reasonable quote (none of this $60 for the first 15 minutes business). After we fired West Seattle Affordable plumbing for their awful service, Cecil came in and picked up the pieces. They are our go-to guys from here on out.

Great plumbers.
Knew their stuff and were very polite. Nice guys.
We were having issues with a water line not feeding the ice maker in a subzero fridge.
The plumber could not move the built in fridge out on his own on a Friday afternoon.
He came out with his boss on a Saturday and got the job done. No additional trip charge. We were very pleased with their service and pricing!
Would use them again.
