Pipeworks cleaned out our sewer line last summer. Tim was a great communicator and they did a great job. The hole we dug collapsed after they did their work and knocked the clean out sideways. Tim sent a guy out that Saturday to move it back and make sure everything was ok so we could fill it back in.

Thanks Cahill Plumbing for coming out promptly to clean out our plugged up bathroom sink drain. Your technician was on time, courteous, and did the work quickly and efficiently. This is the first time I've ever called a plumbing company a second time. You have an A rating with me.

Our garbage disposal stopped working at 7pm, so we gave them a call. Though he wasn't able to come to our house the same night, he diagnosed the problem and walked us through a solution over the phone within five minutes. Awesome!

Echoing what others have said here, Luke is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Our 12 year old hot water heater went, and Luke gave us an affordable price for a top notch replacement (plus he hauls away the old heater). He was done in less than an hour, on time, and I would highly recommend to others for their plumbing and heating service needs.

We own a Capitol Hill rental home, whose gas furnace quit the afternoon before New Years Eve, in the middle of a cold snap! Why don't these things break in the summer? And what are the chances you'll find a repairman who can take care of it RIGHT NOW? Pretty good if you call Capitol Hill Plumbing! The next morning at ten, the repairman was here; he spent three hours diagnosing and fixing, and when he left our friends had their heat back! The alternative was to wait till the next Monday morning (four days away), if we were lucky, just to get someone over to look at it, while the house was kept sort of warm by some space heaters.

I'm not sure why all the other reviews are not currently recommended so I hope this one shows. I was in need of a plumber sooner than later because I had a leak, a slow drip, made worse when I touched the area. I had to shut the water off at the street because the builders plastic valve did not do its job! What to do?
After many calls, most said 2-3 weeks, Todd called me back that day. He said he could come over the next afternoon, Friday, but I was leaving town so we agreed on 7:00am Monday. He showed up bright and early, replaced the cracked brass shut off then replaced the builders plastic shut off as well as repaired the faucet to the front of the house. It took about three hours total.
I watched him work the whole time and learned a lot. He explained what he was doing as he did each step. I learned that CPVC is a quick and easy builder thing to do but not necessarily the way it should be done.
Anyway, if you need a good plumber, call Todd.

We hired Schmitty's Plumbing for the plumbing part of a basement remodel and we could not be happier with the work they did. Brian was great at guiding us through the process, patient and attentive to our needs and his price was very fair! His team was great as well, very nice, considerate and did everything to ensure the work was as little disruptive as possible, my wife works from home and we have a 9 month old baby so finding a contractor that is able to adapt to our needs was really important. I could not recommend Brian and his crew more!
There was extensive work that needed to be done, including cutting concrete floors, decommissioning an old gas furnace, radiators and 2 water heaters, removing all the gas pipes, installing a tankless water heater, doing all the rough in for a new bathroom, reconfiguring the existing bathroom and moving water pipes out of the way to create more room... this was an extensive 2 weeks plumbing project as they were awesome through the entire process. Unfortunately the pictures I took do not do service to show the extent of the work that was done but I am attaching some of them anyway. Thank you Brian and team for doing such a great job.

We've now used this company twice. Several months ago our water heater stopped working. Our warranty company assigned another company who couldn't fix the unit for several weeks. They ordered parts and put us on the back burner. We called West Sound and they fit us in immediately. The technician found the problem immediately and had the part to fix the problem. He was done in 45 minutes and I have to say, he was outstanding. The other plumber orders unnecessary and incorrect parts. WSP technician had every part he would have needed to do the job.
Today we had water coming through a light fixture in our downstairs master closet. After trouble shooting, found a leak under the sink in a bathroom upstairs. Once again, West Sound was available and sent a crew within an hour. Josh and his partner examined the leak and fixed it immediately. It was something I could have fixed but after cleaning up the water leak, it was nice to just have Josh fix it.
My wife and I are truly grateful for the customer service from the office and for Josh and his partner for the quick fix. We've used a lot of plumbing companies here since 2003 and have to say, West Sound Plumbing is the best we've used.

We had a water leak under toilet tank, called, Plumbing physician and they made time for us as we are in the Lynnwood area. Brought a newer taller toilet with a smaller tank, all fixed. No leaks, sealed and made bathroom look newer in an older home.
also they noticed our faucet was loose tightened that and added new pop up drain. We had recently changed sink faucet but didn't know how to change out drain.
They did such a clean and neat job, taking out the old and bringing in the new!
highly recommend

WA Plumbing and Heating helped us with an emergency call on a 60-year-old boiler system. Communication was quick and service was fabulous. We developed a pro-active plan of action and there were many times we could have been scared into making big and expensive changes that may not be necessary. What a lovely surprise to find a knowledgeable professional that communicates, provides service, education and doesn't take advantage! No hesitations here referring Washington Plumbing and Heating and team!

Professional level service from scheduling to job completion. I had a small leak in my natural gas line that Eric was able to repair quickly. Very easy process with friendly service, I won't hesitate to call for future plumbing needs.

I selected All Water Plumbing from the previous reviews that were written about other customer experiences and I was totally happy with the work and service. Vlad was so professional and on task. We were replacing 2 exterior hose bibs. Their quote was competitive with other plumbing services. Julie contacted me right away on setting up a appointment. Vlad did a great job and was very thorough in his work. I would definitely use All Water Plumbing again for all my plumbing needs.

I stumbled across Fixer when searching for a handyman service on Yelp and decided to give them a try to manage a few projects in my bedroom that required immediate attention. I'm now sold on Fixer handyman services. From the online scheduling process, recurring communications following and leading up to my appointment, and the professionalism and quality of work of my handyman, Zach, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with my experience. I will not hesitate to use Fixer for any further home maintenance/repair needs!!

Adam changed out a leaking water heater, with a much better new unit. Great job for a fair and reasonable price.
Gave us good in service about how to operate and advice on maintaining.
Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend!

Same great experience that Scott B had.
I reached out to Pine Rooter yesterday afternoon and Pouya was here at 9:00AM this morning.
Pouya explained what he thought the issue(s) were and when he left 40 minutes later, I had three drains running better than I'd ever seen them before. His work also comes with a 30 day warranty.
He was the only one of the five businesses that communicated transparent pricing up front and didn't solicit personal information until I was ready to move forward. His open and low pressure approach is what sold me, but his quick response time from start to finish was just the icing on the cake.
Thanks very much, Pouya. I wish I'd reached out to you sooner.

Will rip you off...stay away. $527 to repair 4 inches of PVC with a 90 degree elbow on it. And we did all the digging.
They come with a clipboard and with extra charge items already filled out, ready to gouge you.
The elite team of two got their truck stuck even finding my house, and I'm sure my huge bill for 30 minutes work included the tow truck fee.
Oh, and they charge you $60 just to come to your house and give you the phone number of their buddies who will gouge you to find the leak. I refused to pay it, so they tacked it on when I called them back (foolishly) to come back and do the repair.
They made out like bandits, and I covered their mistakes too.
My leak was *inside* the meter box...and we cleared and did the excavation work with a hand spade. Pipes exposed and ready to repair, I should have just done it myself.
They are obviously big enough, to get enough work, to rip each new customer off and not look for repeat business.
You have been warned.
Update:
And their work is now busted and leaking, and of course they aren't going to touch it.
