Tim is honest, fair, and took the time to make sure we found the best and least expensive solution to our problems. He never tried to sell us, and he even connected us with a plumbing contractor when it turned out there was a less expensive way to solve our problem than relining a whole sewer. He has great integrity.

Arrived the same day as we called, at exactly the time they had stated. Jason and Harry were masked and with shoe coverings and were courteous and friendly. Installed a new kitchen faucet and checked the drain all while explaining everything. Could not have had a better experience, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I've used John two times and he has been nothing but honest and fair. The last job he did was 2x less than the plumber my property manager sent over due to a reported leak. That plumber charged me almost as much just to tell me there was a leak as John did to do the job. It's nice to have Driscoll on my list of good tradesmen.

Fast, did more than asked,  bid was %50 lower than competion. Put in on demand Gas hotwater heater, and I would highly recommend this company.

had them replace a water heater that leaked. Cost about $1280 installed for a 50 gallon Bradford white gas unit. Did some research and found out that they charge just about middle of the road.

The installer (Rob, I think) was very nice and courteous. I give them credit for customer service, promptness, and making sure to answer all my questions and provide options and advice when necessary.

Three stars (A-OK) for a smooth transaction. Will see how the water heater holds up over the next year or so and upgrade my rating.

One last thing - if you're looking for a water heater replacement, I suggest you explicitly ask them to install the new heater inside a drain/leak pan (mine wasn't on one, thus water damage). I was a little annoyed that Rob didn't suggest (or better yet, just do it).  Kinda too late once its installed. My only recourse now would be some sort of moisture alarm. That sorta thing is much more effective if there was a drain pan to set the alarm in!

Had a leak at the water line to my water heater.  Could not get a plumber to reply to fix, and having no hot water for more than that night was not an option.  Todd came out the next morning, replaced both incoming water line and outgoing water line (both copper lines were corroded and had been leaking).  

Best option for Snoqualmie and North Bend is Snoqualmie Falls Plumbing.

Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks.

The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone.

The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price.

Brian is a great plumber and I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks so much, Brian!

Brad and his assistant did a complete replacement of our water heater to a tankless unit by Navien.  Included in his (very reasonable) bid was the tankless unit, retrofitting gas lines and installing a laundry tub in our garage where the prior water heater was located.  While he was here he also checked for a leak in my hall bath and reinstalled my master toilet (the guys who repaired my flooring did a pretty mediocre job and it hasn't flushed properly in the five years since...until Brad came along.)  His quote was right where it should be and the final product is outstanding.  He explained everything he'd done and answered any questions I had.  His business practice is exactly down-the-line of how it should be done.  I can't recommend him enough.

Adam replaced an old gas tank unit with another one. A very clean job that I'm very happy with. Adam was very nice, courteous , and thorough. I highly recommend Goldstar!

We've used this company several different times. One was to replace a gas water heater and the job was professional and reasonably priced. The second time was when we had trouble with our sewer backing up. Turns out that the guy that built our house was too lazy and/or cheap to replace the last few feet of sewer pipe where it connected to the main. Konstantin did all he could to fix the issue before we finally had to dig up the street and replace the decades old pipe that had been completely clogged by tree roots. It wasn't cheap but he gave us discounts as he tried very hard to find a cheaper solution to the problem. Thanks City of Seattle for passing the inspection on old sewer pipes. I will definitely use them again. They are super professional and do quality work at reasonable prices.

Christo help me replacing the 50 gallon water heater. He was super fast to respond and very friendly. The work was done efficiently with high quality. The work area was also left spotless after everything was done. Highly recommended

We used Eric for a bathroom addition in our basement at our home in Sammamish. He was extremely reliable, professional and reasonably priced. He coordinated with our other vendors and our new bathroom turned out great! He even provided a recommendation for a saw cutter and framer to keep our project moving. I recently had to find a plumber for my mom's leaky sink. I looked at 2 reviews that were rated well. One never called back and the other called back a few days later. I called All Water Plumbing and Julie answered right away and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days for us with Vlad. He was prompt, extremely courteous, patient, and helpful. At the first appointment he determined that the faucet was leaking after many years of use and said we needed to replace it. He offered to get it for us, but we were his last appointment of the day and he was still so gracious and willing to help. I said I could get it and we scheduled for install later that week. Vlad was early and was so professional. I will call All Water Plumbing for any future plumbing concerns and highly recommend Vlad and Julie.

I hired Fixer to fix a troubled toilet. Kei from Fixer arrived on time and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the issue. I'm definitely using Fixer again, and I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good about Adam and Axel from Rick Wilson Plumbing. Our water heater had been out for almost a week (turns out, 12 years is a good long life for their species). Another plumber strung us along for several days only to let me know on the day he was supposed to be there, after I asked when he would be there, that he wasn't going to make it. I called Adam, who said he could replace it the next day, for cheaper than the other guy, for a much better water heater. He texted me the next day to let me know he was going to be EARLY. He and Axel showed up, replaced the water heater, brought everything up to code, and hauled the old one away in just a little over an hour. Efficient, honest, friendly, and punctual. We will be calling Rick Wilson Plumbing again if we need anything else.

Pouya did an amazing job unclogging our sinks and fixing our toilet. Some of the other plumbing services we contacted said that we would need to get our entire toilet replaced. But Pouya analyzed the problem, went to Home Depot for parts and fixed the toilet flush without needing major repairs or replacements. Very good work and value for money. We highly recommend!

We contacted Steve's Plumbing after a HomeAdvisor plumbing company pulled one of our toilets for a simple wax ring replacement.  Said company then told us they could they could not access the drain stack without having another company remove the drywall and heating duct in the room below the toilet.  So, we contacted another company, they came and inspected, then told us we need a plumber. They referred us to Steve's plumbing.  Steve's plumbing came and knew exactly what to do.  They only needed a small access hole cut in the drywall to do the repair.  The work area was well protected, and they showed us how well the project was going during the project.  They were very professional, did a great job, and their cleanup was outstanding.  We will use this company again, for future plumbing issues.  We totally recommend Steve'plumbing!
