This is the third time I've used Tub Cove. The first was around 1990, when they supplied the tub surround, but I installed it in my bathroom. Fast forward to 2018, and they replaced an old tub with a shower in my MIL rental. And this time, Jose and Austin came to replace my original tub with a shower.  I removed the old surround and sheet rock, but Austin used his muscles to lift out the tub, with ease!  He was always  polite and friendly and both he and Jose were efficient and worked fast. They clearly know what they are doing. A great company to work with and I would use them again.

I'm so glad to have found a company that doesn't charge $400+ to clear a drain. Punctual, attentive and professional.

We've used the Plumbing Joint several times over the years and they've always been pleasant, helpful, and I have never felt like they were trying to charge me for unnecessary work. I recently called regarding a leak under the sink and the plumber who responded discovered there was a leak in the pipe, faucet, and the garbage disposal. He repaired the pipe and offered to replace the others disposal, but also let me know I could save money if I replaced it myself. I appreciated his thoroughness in locating all of the issues, as well as his no-pressure, straightforward quote for repairs. Very professional operation.

I have none other than respect and admiration for these guys. As someone who works with various contractors in both our owner occupied and rentals, I can say that Drain Doctors folks are simply exceptional.
We recently had sewer hookup job with them. We had a few bids. Their bid isn't the lowest but my husband has really good feeling with them. Paul came to do estimate and he took careful measurements of things, really serious about the job. They listen to our concerns. In the entire week of the job they come early each morning (with heads up given daily by email). If there's glitch, they informed us promptly. The process went smoothly and well coordinated. The lady at the office, Charla is really pleasant to work with too, and responsive.
I remember a plumbing job we had years ago in a rental house with Fischer Plumbing. I wish we knew Drain Doctors back then, no sales tactics, not trying to up-sell us with unnecessary items beyond scope of job. With Drain Doctors it's simply good old fashioned hard work, quiet but listening carefully to customers. They go above and beyond in putting things back to how it was before they started. They even helped me replanting an old tree (hope it will make it). Thanks Paul (and his colleague whom I didn't quite catch his name), and Charla for the job well done.

After meeting with about 6 other plumbing businesses, I went with Allied for a channel drain installation outside our garage door. Paul came out a few times, answered all of my questions, was prompt with emails and phone calls, and offered a very competitive bid. The work was top notch, with one minor issue of slope - which turns out was not in scope of our project (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) - that they will be fixing soon. Very pleased with the work, friendliness, and professionalism. If you need any sewer work done, this is the place to go with!

We have a perennial problem with roots in our side sewer. Daniel came out right on time, and got the snake into the cleanout (and ours is in a very awkward place in the crawlspace). About 1/2 hour of working it down the line and he got got the mess out like a cat spitting up a hairball.  Since this is going to be an annual issue (tress aren't going anywhere), we'll call these guys for sure next time.

We had an underground leak from the meter to our apartment building.  Ben and Brian came out and quickly diagnosed the problem.  They told me exactly what would need to be done to fix this.  True lifesavers, and such nice people as well!  Brian came out and completed the work.  He did an amazing job.  I stopped by the apartment after they had dug up the ground, and I had never seen such a clean work site.  Brian had stacked up the dirt and concrete pieces on plastic so it would not bother my tenants or create a mess.  He kept me updated throughout, and even scheduled the city in to do the required inspection.  They are true professionals and I highly recommend this company.  I will definitely refer and use them in the future. You should not hesitate to call them.

Thomas added a new water line for our new fridge. He was professional, prompt and very communicative. On top of that he gave us the best rate out of several quotes and offered his professional opinion on the options we had available. Highly recommended as it's clear the customer matters to him and his team.

Terry got great reviews on Yelp, so I tried him and he lived up to his reputation. I needed a new hot water heater but it wasn't an emergency, so I could price out the bids and bide my time. He beat the competition and provided a top-quality Bradford-White hot water heater. Some other plumbers use a lower quality brand to stay price competitive. He installed it on time and even installed an earthquake strap at no extra charge. I would definitely use him again.

Don went out of his way to help us when we were out of options for our clogged kitchen sink in our new home (and by now mountains of dirty dishes everywhere).  He came out the same day, and was very quick to fix the problem.  He helped explain what he was doing, as well as what to do to help prevent this issue again.

I would 100% recommend Don and his apprentice, Chris, for any plumbing issues you may have.  They are personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about their customers.  Best customer service we have experienced!

I always believed that you should have two things in life, an honest mechanic and an honest plumber.  Well, I've found my plumber.

Called Nate on Friday when I found water damage down in the basement near my hot water heaters that had obviously been happening for a while.  He was able to come by that afternoon to assess the situation.  After thoroughly inspecting the area, he pinpointed three failing parts, any of which could be the cause.  He placed a bucket under the leaky area and said that he would call on Monday with a quote.  Normally I would be uncomfortable with not getting a leak fixed immediately, but Nate seemed confident that everything would be ok.

Sure enough he called on Monday with a quote that seemed like fair, honest price, and arranged to come by the following day.  He arrived on time, changed out the faulty parts and found a fourth issue that involved welding copper pipe, which he corrected for free!  No charge.  On the house.

During the entire process he was courteous, communicated clearly and thoroughly and gave me the feeling that everything would be done right the first time.  He even guarantees his work for a year.

If you need a plumber, stop searching and call Nate.  Seriously, scroll back up and call the number.

Of course our furnace stopped working right in the middle of one of the coldest weeks Seattle has ever seen. Despite the snow and icy roads Sharif made it to our house within an hour of my call and was able to quickly identify the problem and help us figure out a solution. Very thankful to have a warm house again!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday (accidentally cut a pipe that was leaking under our house). Arash and his crew were able to come on short notice and were done within two hours and did impeccable work.  They rerouted and installed a new hose bib for us and resolved the issue- and were so kind and professional. Highly recommend!

We found out our basement leak was due to our well pump, because the plumbers said they would not come out. But they gave us Steve's #. He called me back the same day and came out the next. We know nothing about wells, but he was able to look at pictures and once he came, troubleshooted what was needed. He came back the next day with the necessary parts and even replaced a connection that had been done poorly in the past and was not tied to the leak. He was friendly and knowledgeable and his price was great. We are so relieved to discover him and will call him again in a heartbeat if we have another well/pump issue.

There's an additional update to my original review and the experience was again, 5 stars. Unfortunately the pump that was installed had a manufacturing defect that was causing my outlets to trip.

My man, Marcus, again came through in the clutch and ensured that everything was safe and sound. It appears he had another protege along with him, Diego, who was polite and clearly experienced. I will say, it is nice that Bee's sends multiple techs out when experiencing an issue. This not only ensures a faster repair/diagnosis, but in the event that work has to be done, they clean it up twice as fast and ultimately finished way earlier than if only 1 tech was working.

I experienced an issue with my pump on Sunday night, called Bee's Monday morning, and they were at my house by noon, had my situation stable until s new pump could be brought in.  They brought a brand new pump over by EOD Tuesday and my plumbing is good as new.

I've recommended bee's to family and friends, not only for their competitive rates, but also their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Don't use this company at all.  I would give them Minus Ten Stars if I could.  Their Plumber who happens to be the owner or one of the owners came to my home to inspect a small water leakage in the backyard.   During the process of inpecting the leakage, he decided , this was coming from the water heater and the water heater needed to be replaced.    When we showed him the Warranty documents that we had on our heater, he told us that these are the wrong documents.  So, he managed to shut our hot water on his own and leaving us without hot water.  In addition, he charged us over $380.00 for his inspection and for another small job that took him five minutes to do.  We had hot water in the home before he came to our home and we did not after he left.  When we called the Warranty company, they told us that these are the correct documents and that the heater is under warranty but that guy was trying to sell us one that we don't need.  In addition, when the Warranty company sent their Plumber two days later to our home, they discoverd that the tank is fine and other parts need to be replaced.  They did the repairs in two hours and we got the hot water back and the leakage has stopped in the bankyard.  We ended up paying them after paying RW Plumbing for work they did not do and also for leaving us without hot water for Two Days.   We called several times asking if they can refund us the money they charged us for the heater since he did not get it fixed, he refusted to do so and he told me that he was in my home for two hours and he needs to charge me.  This guy is abusing the Plumbing Licensing System and charging me just for showing up and damaging my water heater..?  He told me that we have called him many times regarding the heater and how he was out late the night before in a Party..??   This guy left us without hot water when we had the hot water and the heater was in a good working condtion before he showed up to my home.   Don't use this guy or this company for any work.  He charges you for showing up as if he is an Attorney or a Doctor ...?   then he charges for screwing our water heater and leaving us without hot water for days.    Don't use this company or this guy.

Hamid came as a well prepared, courteous and punctual professional. He arrived half hour ahead of time, quickly sorted out what was the problem, replaced necessary part and along the way gave me few advices and suggestions. Granted, the little emergency ended up being less problematic, than it looked first with the flood in the garage, but it doesn't change the quality of service we received. I will certainly contact Hamid again if necessity emerges.

I had a stubborn bathroom sink that I tried to fix myself with the do-it-yourself kit and a few bottles of drano. Todd showed up at 8pm no less, and got it done in no time at all and made it look easy. Thanks!
