I highly recommend using David and his services. I initially reached out because my downspouts were going into a clogged pipe.
David was quick to respond and schedule to come out to look at the issue. At first he thought I needed to hydro jet the line. He came out to find that the pipe was a dead end and didn't go anywhere. After a couple visits with investigating and giving his honest thoughts on the situation. We added in two dry wells to my downspouts guiding the rain water away from the house. Him and his team were efficient and cleaned up within a couple days.
As a first time homeowner I was unsure of what to do in my situation. I couldn't thank David enough for his services and giving me the best advice.

Friendly and great to work with. Reasonably priced and did a great job and kept the house clean. Ours was a multi-day job Had to run a new service to our house. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they could have done a little better on communications as to when they would or wouldn't be there so we could plan our days. Will use them again next time I need a plumber.

Requested a quote on yelp and got a response within minutes of posting. Fast professional service during hours most other companies won't even answer the phone. Thanks Will

Our first experience with Jerry was very positive and based on that I asked him to bid plumbing work on our kitchen remodel. I sought out no other bids
Based on his bid, I expected him to spend a good part of the day on site. I was surprised to see him only at my home for a little over three hours. His rate, based on that, was something over $200 per hour.
He failed to provide a part of the plumbing that was discussed and documented in email and he then charged me extra for one part providing the labor for free.
Last, he's left my plumbing incomplete,. informing me that I can go out and buy tools, valves and etc. to complete the work. The thing that most annoys me about that is that some of this work was discussed in detail so that I could direct a mason to provide space for a valve. He described the size of what he would install, then he simply installed nothing leaving me on the hook.
In no honesty could he deny that he'd committed to doing this work. Yet that's what he's done.
Jerry first tried to move the date of the job to extend his long weekend (Labor Day) which would have put us off schedule. We had agreed on that date roughly a month prior. I can only guess that petty retribution was why we were treated so poorly.
I'll not use Jerry again.

I called another plumber first who didn't return my call or email. Then I called Jeff. He returned my call the same day and was able to come over a few days later (it was a non-emergency situation). Polite, friendly, explained everything that needed to be done. His bill was less expensive than I feared, which was a relief! Would definitely call again.

I had a sewer backup of course on a Saturday which left me with no plumbing. I had roto rooter out which couldn't fix the issue after finding my line was broke. They of course could come out the next day to dig 7 feet and lay 5 feet of pipe for $17,365!!! No way, so the calls started and many messages left. By Monday morning there was still no returned calls and lucky for me bringing up sewer replacement again popped up a new company I hadn't seen the first time, Pro Sewer Repair. Frustrated, I called and Rob answered right away. After talking with him he recommended Action Jackson to come jet my lines to see if they could break through and get a clear picture. While on the phone he had already texted them and they were calling. They called came out, located the break and Rob had his team out the next morning to dig. Todd and Garrett were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard workers and got the job done in a very timely manner and made sure they left my yard as it was when they arrived. Let me mention they were extremely less than what I was originally quoted for the job and everyone has been amazing to work with. I WILL be doing future business with them and referring all my friends, neighbors and real estate family to Pro Sewer Repair from now on. If you're looking for a professional job at a reasonable cost, these are your guys hands down.

Mark fixed our leaky garden faucet, which needed to be fixed from the crawl space. He replaced the faucet and also cleared our garden drain which was clogged from pine leaves, all under 1.5 hours. The quote was very transparent and no surprises from the initial quote to final price. A month later the faucet is doing well.
Highly recommend these guys.

I strongly recommend the services of Jay Frees (the Owner) of Above Plumbing. We hired him to complete a small laundry list of household plumbing and his service was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly, worked hard, cleaned up, and did a great job all around. He was a true professional throughout the entire job. I was worried about plumber sticker shock at the end of the day but I was pleasantly surprised to see his prices were very reasonable. If you want a good, honest, affordable plumber, call Jay.

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Whitelaw plumbing. Ben did a great job, was very courteous, conscientious, and professional. It is clear that he loves what he does and he does a great job. Throughout the process (a full bathroom remodel) he was very clear about what he was doing and how long it would take. He was willing to start early and work late to keep our project on schedule and was great about updating us with any potential changes to that schedule. We will definitely be calling him to do more work for us in the future.

A genuine thank you for helping and making it out to our house in the ice storm and being able to fix our water heater that was spewing water everywhere, due to a burst shark bite. Then telling us, young naive folk, how to unfreeze our kitchen pipes and everything to do if it infact burst due to freezing. I can't thank you enough for your company being awake at 5am and then coming out bright and early to get it fixed so we then had hot water.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of a water line leak from my meter to my house. Dirt Cheap was the first vendor to come out to my house; educate me on what was happening; and all of my options. Working with them was a delight as the staff in the office, and the crew on site worked HARD to fix my issue. I felt like I was their only customer, and they dropped everything to come fix my problem! They had my issue resolved in 48 hours; permits and inspection in all! Highly recommended!

Jon is top notch! He's trustworthy, quick to respond, schedule time and efficiently replace all plumbing in my old, but newly remodeled home. In addition to getting the work done, he provided great advice and suggestions. He's very knowledgable and his consultative nature helped us get the best quality products and service, for which we otherwise had not known. I was also highly impressed with his suggestion to replace the in-line, which was in dire need. He did a trenchless water line replacement and a repipe, super quick and effective without any holes dug in my yard. Jon is now my #1 go to guy for any and all future plumbing work. Clearly, I highly recommend him to anyone for any job.

First-time clueless home-buyer here!! 150% satisfied. I wasn't made to feel dumb, though I asked a thousand questions. He was on time (early even!) performed a sewer inspection efficiently and even when he couldn't get through the pipe, he worked very hard to navigate the block, and eventually made it all the way out to the the main sewer line. Afterwards, he walked me through exactly what he saw, used very effective metaphors to be sure I understood what he was telling me and was incredibly professional and pleasant. Reasonable recommendations, asked me to call him anytime with questions/clarifications and I was VERY comfortable with him all around. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone, especially if you are like I was, scrolling aimlessly through YELP praying you don't make a mistake. No mistakes here. And they provide a video. Awesome!

This is the second time I've hired Vortex, as I was very happy with their services the first time.
Today-Thanksgiving Day with 6 guests staying through the weekend-downstairs toilet clogged and a plunger wasn't working. Turned off the water to the toilet. Someone decided to shower upstairs, which flooded the bathroom toilet. I called Vortex. He came out in 2 hours and quickly found the problem (roots blocking drainage from the septic pipe into the tank). It took him 45 minutes. He has all the best tools, i.e. cameras, etc. and quickly fixed the problem. It was $600 with tax, which is pricey in general, but it is Thanksgiving.
2-3 years ago we had a problem with the kitchen sink clogging. Another plumber snaked it but it clogged a few days later; he told me to find someone with a camera and jet cleaner. This is when I first found Vortex. Again, with all his equipment, he located a nasty, solidified mass in the pipe that looked like concrete, and replaced that section of pipe.
I will always call Vortex for my plumbing emergencies. Thanks Deep!

I called Mr Rooter on Sunday August 28th to schedule a shut off valve, supply line, and fill valve replacement for my toilet at one of my rental properties. Ronda was very nice and scheduled it for the next day between 9:00 and 1:00. The next day I got a call from dispatch around 11:17 informing me that they are running behind and probably won't be out for another two hours. I then received another call at approximately 1:50pm stating they won't be out at all to fix my toilet. After talking with dispatch he assured me they would send someone over at 9:00 on Tuesday. I spoke to Phil about the repairs being made to my toilet and asked how much it was going to cost and when he said it was going to be $690.00 I just about lost it! I said there is no way I'm going to pay that much to do a relatively minor repair. I explained it to him this way: A new toilet would cost roughly 100.00 with everything in it including the wax ring, a new shut off valve is about 10 to 20 bucks, supply line 10.00, fill valve 10.00, labor about 1hr ( even though it would take him only 15 minutes to do the repairs). Even if they charged for a service call and labor that would not justify the amount. Phil then responded and said that he just goes on what the book tells him to charge I again said there is no way I am paying that much at which then Phil responded and asked how much were you thinking about paying? I told him that I would only pay around $300.00 and that is including the $50.00 off they credited me for not showing up on Monday. The end result was $350.72 without my 50.00 credit because was told I couldn't use it because he was already giving me half off! I will never use this company ever again! Horrible service, dishonest pricing.

My experience with SWP was totally different than most of the people who only take the time to comment when something doesn't go their way.
I had attempted to do some home improvement projects on my own and quickly discovered that I should have had a professional do the work instead. I had purchased a garbage disposal and thought what a synch just hook it up where the old one used to reside. Not so easy! Once I had spent time shopping for what I thought was the perfect fit for my sink and too much time on my back under the sink with a flashlight, I called SWP and the person on the phone took my information down and was very polite and professional. The two plumbers showed up on time and gave me options to repair what I had punished over the last 4 hours. They gave me a price using my disposal even though they could have tried to see me one on their truck and the quote they gave me was very fair. They ended up replacing every pipe under the sink and it looked like the skies had opened and shined on the job. I had perfect looking pipes and absolutely no leaks of any kind to this day. The didn't charge me extra for the hardware and even showed me a coupon that was better than the one I already had. What a deal!!!
I do have a couple of projects for this summer and have already called them for some advice on how to keep the projects on budget. They'll be back at my house at least 2 more times this year and I'm confident they will impress me just like they did last time they came out.
I have recommended them to my friends and even my boss so you know I must trust them.
