Called and left a message requesting help with a leaky p trap. 48hrs have passed and I haven't recieved a return phone call. Sure my issue isn't an emergency but I am In need of a plumber and would like to set up an appointment. Guess I'll take my $$ elsewhere.

We were having continual problems with our Nortiz boiler/water heater that was suggested to be replaced only after 6 years of use .  this was a new system with more than annual service.  The  technician that came out was friendly, efficient, and on time and figured out what was wrong and gave suggestions for our next maintenance to keep it running smoothly.  He was knowledgeable about how the system works and  it saved us thousands of dollars.  I never realized how important it is to get a factory certified technician, and we will be having them do our annual maintenance for now on.

Owner operator. Gave me a quote before coming which was accurate upon arrival. Hire this guy. Reliable, nice, responsive and fast. He started his business 3 months ago with his wife. Wishing them the best.

A Advanced Services Inspected and pumped our Septic tank. Their Service Team (John Demanko and associate) were professional, friendly and on time.

Had a sewer drain backup into our house and called beacon to unplug the line. They showed up complaining about having to work the on call shift. Gave me a quote to fix the issue that I agreed upon and asked for clarification that that price was to clear the line fix the problem. The technician stated yes that's to complete the job and clear the line. They stated they would put a camera down the line to see the blockage. I was a skeptical about this because the line was full of dark water how will they see anything? Shocking they couldn't. They also brought along a snake that the end was broken off of. I have used them in The past and the usually have a tip to grab the stuck object and pull it back. The technician stated it works better without the tip I found this hard to believe because it's just a wire. They spent 30min then I heard my name called and they stated they couldn't get it, but they have a tool that would but they don't have it with them and it would cost me 2200$ for them to come back with it. They charged me the full price of the estimate stating I have to pay it because they attempted to fix the clog. Very unprofessional lack proper tools and then try and upsell what will work after hardly spending the time to actually fix it.

These guys are great!  I discovered my water heater spewing water into my garage the day before Thanksgiving.  Aside from the obvious problem, water dripping all over the place, we also had 30 people coming over the next day.  Not great timing for a disaster.  Calling around, I found that plumbers were either resistant to taking on work, couldn't get parts in less than a week, or weren't available for 10+ days.  Ridiculous!

When I called Mill Creek Plumbing, I expected the same run around, and definitely expected at least a few day wait, with the holiday weekend.  I was pleasantly surprised!  Michael answered the phone (wow, a real person answering!), and was very friendly and helpful.  He arranged to have a guy come out the same day.

Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Michael, letting me know the tech would be out earlier than expected.  I also received a call from the tech, Steve, also letting me know he'd be here earlier.  Communication!  Nice!

Steve arrived at my house on time, and shared some news with me.  It turned out, I'd provided the wrong info on my water heater, because I'd read the wrong sticker.  I thought we had a 68 gallon heater, but it was only a 40 gallon heater. These guys thought ahead and brought both to be safe.  Not only was the job not delayed, but the price also dropped significantly.  Also refreshing, was that the price the tech gave me was exactly the price I'd been quoted over the phone earlier, when asking about the cost of a smaller heater.

It turns out that the reason they were able to get out the same day, is that they moved a job or two that weren't emergency projects.  They were able to PRIORITIZE, something most contractors are unwilling or incapable of doing.

Steve got right to work, and put up with me being a nosey customer, watching the work.  He obviously knew what he was doing, and confirmed my decision not to attempt to do the work myself.  

Being the day of disasters, I was also dealing with a sick dog, and ended up having to take it to the vet to have it put down.  When I returned, Steve was just cleaning up.  The installation was complete.  He'd even taken it upon himself to clear a clogged drain in our downstairs bathroom.

We had an excellent experience with Mill Creek Plumbing, and couldn't recommend them more highly!  We appreciate them treating us like people, not inconveniences.  We appreciate the honesty.  We appreciate that they showed up when they said they'd show up, and the communication that went along with it.  Thanks guys!  You've earned a customer for life.

I sincerely recommend Mr. Brewer's service! His thoroughness is clinical and responsiveness is unmatched. His rates are very reasonable.

I have tree roots that grow into the sewer line of my 77 year old house and they need to be cleared every year. My first year in the house, I had a local company come out to scope the line and clear the roots, but the crew couldn't find the sewer access so they used the interior plumbing to take care of the problem.

The next year, I hired Brewer's Sewer Repair for the work and Travis crawled under my house, traced the sewer lines, and dug out the access portal that had been buried under landscaping and cleared the line. He emailed me an inspection video of the cleared line with an explanation of how the roots are getting into the line -- there's an old patch on the line!

When I'm ready to have the sewer line replaced, Mr. Brewer is going to be my first choice for the work.

Again, I'm completely satisfied and unreservedly recommend Brewer's Sewer Repair. Travis is great!

Curtis and his assistant Z were just here replacing a hose bib on my house.  They said it might take about an hour, but in 15 minutes they were done and the job was performed perfectly!  Curtis was on time for my estimate the day before and even arrived a bit early when he came back out to do the job the following day.  Constantly kept me informed about the procedure and made sure I was happy every step of the way.  You can't go wrong with Mad Pipers Plumbing.  I will DEFINITELY be using them again for any plumbing needs!

We recently hired Owen and company to fix a burst hose bib on our roof. Owen responded quickly and was able to come out the same day for a free quote. He was honest and offered multiple ways to fix the problem. His team came prepared for the job so if they had to go to plan B they already had all the supplies. They answered all of our questions and were a great value. I would highly recommend Safe and Sound for your plumbing needs.

Never wrote a review for anyone in my life but need to for Chris and AP of WS.  He answered my call, came when he promised, and did a bang up job.  5 stars Chris...as good as it gets.  Thanks for taking care of me.

You know what I hate? People who exaggerate details just to justify their story better. This guy is a grumpy plumber who apparently didn't want my business. He gave me a hard time for being late for the third time when it fact the first time was a misunderstanding and on my rescheduled appointment I was running a little behind. He called my cell once, didn't leave a message and was gone before I had a chance to say I will be there ASAP.
I don't know... maybe he is the best plumber in the city, maybe he is your dad, but I do know a little friendliest and customer service would of done wonders for his reputation with me.

Prompt, professional service.  The problem was diagnosed as being with the County sewer line, and we were given very helpful photos by Herdman  to assist with fixing the issue.

Woke up to a leaky kitchen faucet on Wednesday. Picked up supplies and tried to DIY it over the weekend. Realized by 11am this was way over my head. In and Out had some good reviews in a community page and I called them, they were at my home by 1pm. They fixed my faucet by 2:20pm and didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

Kaizen came out and solved our problem with the temperature regulator.  They are very communicative and knowledgeable and fixed it right the first time.  My only complaint would be a lack of an itemized invoice.  I really didn't know the breakdown for what I was paying for.

So quick and easy to work with. Very professional and made the process super easy to get our annual required water backflow testing done for our home. Highly recommend.

Have an emergency? Need repairs done right away? Dean is outstanding.  He is so responsive and helpful. He genuinely wants to help you solve a problem. He will try to help you solve an issue on the phone (which he doesn't get paid for) and I am forever grateful for his patience and kindness. I have worked with a lot of different handy mans, plumbers, contractors, electricians, etc with multiple home ownerships (moving) and repairs. Dean is at the top of the list on helpfulness and responsiveness. If you are looking for top notch service, make sure to reach out to Dean. We could not be happier with the quick, courteous, thoroughly professional service Premier Plumbing rendered!  Amy made scheduling a snap, and Jeremy (our Installer / Technician) was prompt, cheerful, and knew what he was doing (an understatement here).  Our water-heater failed at a bad time (like there could be a good time) -- and Jeremy dispatched promptly and had our brand-new Water Heater installed, up and running in under 2 hours from his quoted arrival-time.  Premier Plumbing also removed the old water heater and its remnants; leaving a clean garage as Jeremy left!  We have made Premier Plumbing our vendor of choice so that they'll be our first call for any future plumbing needs.  You will not be disappointed!

They came same day and fixed a cracked plastic pipe.  They were missing a part but called in for a delivery.  They used protective covers on their feet inside our home.
They were efficient and replaced the pipe in short order.
I would give five starts if the fix holds
I'm a cynic and expect the worse so only gave 4.

Giovanni and Elijah were the most professional team of plumbers and electricians I ever met! They were so professional and honest and I can't say enough about how lucky we were to have them help us last minute with our water heater emergency! We are grateful for both of them.
