Best plumber out there. He responds fast, very efficient and makes sure you are satisfied with the work. Pricing is beyond fair!!! I moved into a new house and had a few issues that made me nervous and he came right out, put my mind at ease and charged a fair price. I refuse to call anyone else!!!!

Our old gas water heater finally died. It leaked all over the floor and after we clean up everything we called a few places to get bids and settled on Washington Water Heaters. We corresponded on Yelp for a bit and they were very responsive, informative and professional as well as polite.

Tom came over to do the installation. He offered ideas to give me the best value; even saving me money on the cost of the water tank.

Throughout the process I was impressed with the level of service and efficiency.

In the pandemic environment they are very conscientious and understanding making sure to do everything right.

I recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things from the help this company was to us during a very stressful situation with our septic backing up into our house on a Friday evening!! From my desperate phone call to the two very knowledgeable techs arriving on time we felt totally at ease.  Right after scheduling them to come out (which was within two hours on a Friday evening) the company sent us a text with a picture with name and description of the service tech that was going to be coming to take care of us which we thought was very professional. This is our first home with a septic, in fact we almost didn't buy it years ago because of all of the septic horror stories we have heard. The techs not only took care of the problem but more importantly they took the time and educated us about our system and how to actually care for it properly in the future! Thank you for helping us through our worst nightmare!!  We highly recommend this company!!

Well, I should have listened to the other reviewers but o was in a dire need for the same day service. $75 service charge regardless you do the work with them or not. A toilet clog issue we typically pays 200-300 for a local guy who couldn't come out today. The beacon plumbing charged $850 to unclog the toilet. Are you freaking kidding me?! Didn't go with them so had to pay $75 plus the tax.

Prompt, polite, and good communication. Definitely concerned about doing what's right for the customer and customer service. I also felt like they were pretty honest on what I should fix vs needed to fix.

I had a clogged sink on a weekend and waited to a weekday since it wasn't a big deal to wait.  I also didn't want to pay the after hours fee.  Sunday I started to call.  I called Southwest.  Not only were they booked out 2 weeks, the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked her a question about so your kitchen sink guy is 2 weeks booked out but your toilet guy isn't?  I'd never call them - ever.  So I asked my neighbor.  She referred me to Mill Creek Plumbing. I called and left a message.  They called me first thing at 730a and the owner came out at 830a.  2 hours later the clog was fixed.  it was a deep clog, clearly from years ago (I've been here only 6 months) and he explained everything to me in detail.  It wasn't too expensive, but considering how quickly he came out, anyone else would have charged 2-3 times the amount.  They work off referrals, so I'll tell you guys now -- These guys were amazing.  No mess, no fuss, no bs.  In and out.  I was working while Steve was here and he did his work politely, knew what he was doing and that was it. FAST.  If you need efficient work, and by someone you can depend on, call these guys.  I am a HUGE supporter of local businesses.  They're small, not a massive chain who will hang up on you with annoying commercials and adverts.   They do what they say and say what they mean.  This is what you want.  Every dollar you spend goes to honest, good, salt of the earth people.  Hardworking and well worth EVERY. SINGLE.  PENNY.

Travis responded immediately to a Yelp quote request and beat the competitors on both price and style. No punting of my request  to a secondary contact, or the need to delay an estimate for a simple clogged pipe until arrival .
With Brewer's Sewer repair, I received immediate service, even earlier than originally scheduled due to a cancellation, at an extremely competitive rate.
I definitely recommend Brewer's, and will rely on them for more extensive projects and repair needs in the future. For me, Travis is the one to call.

These guys are amazing. Use them for all your plumbing needs. It's nice to know I won't have to look for a reliable extremely fairly priced plumber anymore. AWESOME.

Owen and his team were top notch! They redid the plumbing in our kitchen and bath, and also added a shutoff valve for the hose. They were on time and professional. Would definitely hire again.

They came to fix a leak in our water line in last year  We were charged $430 and it started to leak again 2 months later.  When I called,  Tom said they only put a clamp on it to fix the leak and would guarantee their work.  We set a day for them to come out and  look at it.  They didn't show so I called/e-mailed  several other times and was told they would come out the next day.  This happened about 5 times and they still didn't come out or call to say they weren't going to make it.  When they finally came (one month later), they said we had to replace the whole line.  We thought that's what they did in June.  I asked him WHY it cost $430 to just  put a clamp on and he said because they had to move rockery (a few only).  They quoted us $1500  to do replace the pipes and said that was a good deal because others would charge double.  They didn't offer any discount for the botched work the first time..  Anyways, we called O'Neill Plumbing to give us an estimate and it cost a little bit more.  Once O'Neil got to the pipe, they told us the work done by Affordable plumbing  in June was shoddy.  They also didn't need to dig out ANY rockery and they came quickly, worked efficiently with 2 other trucks coming by to check and we got the permit a few hours later.    Of course, I e-mailed Tom to tell him what O'Neil plumbing said about the poor job and just wanted him to know since I wasn't here when Affordable came out and did the  work in June.  I figured he was the owner of the company and he should know if one of his workers did a poor job.  I got a RUDE e-mail back from him telling me I must not like myself if I needed to put down others ... that's when I figured out it must have been him who did the work.  I e-mailed him and told him that was not my intentions and I'm sorry he felt that way.... I got a reply Whatever....  Very rude and poor attitude.  He could care less if the customer is happy..  Tom is there immediately when you first call him and then ignores you, puts you off and is RUDE if it's a complaint about redoing a job.

I came home after two weeks away and found the water pressure to the upstairs was terrible and there was a leak in the basement. I got a referral from a sewer maintenance guy for Collier Plumbing, so I called and was lucky enough to get an appointment for 11:30 - 12:00 the next day. Great!  So I scheduled my entire day around this appointment and at 10:45 the day of the appointment Mike from Collier Plumbing calls and leaves a voice message saying he just got a bunch of contracts and won't be able to even come look at my job for at least a month, maybe longer. I call him back and say that it is exceptionally rude to cancel last minute and is there any way he can squeeze me into another part of his schedule and he says Nope. That's just the way it is. Your job is just too small. I can't even comment on their actual work, because Mike's just got bigger fish to fry.

Our hardwood installer nicked the waterline to the fridge and we had a leak on our brand new wood floors. This was quite stressful, so we called end of day to get an appt. No one was available, but they sent someone out the very next day. He texted me when he was on his way and replaced the waterline and fixed a leak in another sink for only $350. They were very professional and prompt. I didn't catch his name because it was only over the phone as this was a day before we moved in. We would definitely recommend them.

Rigo and Ivan came out the same day we called and replaced my mother's very old water heater. They were friendly and professional and did an excellent job. They explained everything thoroughly and my mother can now sleep in peace without worrying about her garage flooding. I definitely recommend these guys.

The kaizen plumbing team is the best, not only they did an amazing job, they were able to follow the design and make even the most challenging designs happen up to code. They were on schedule and on budget as well as very professional.

I've gone thru BN for the last two years, and will continue to do so. Their promptness and ease of service (you're not required to be home) is great for a busy schedule! The first time I wasn't home and they left the results at my door, the second time they came I wasn't feeling well and wasn't disturbed at all, they came, did the test, left results, and that's it! Easier the better when it comes to getting things like this done, especially with a very random schedule. They also have great customer service and work with you to make sure it's done quickly. After dealing with a couple other places that I was less than impressed with I will continue through BN as long as I need backflow testing! Thank you for a great experience!

I cannot recommend Dean enough. Super responsive, thorough communication, quick action, friendly demeanor, and overall great customer service. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and he was able to come out the next morning. Definitely my go-to electrician from now on.

I requested a quote on Yelp with Premier Plumbing at around lunch time on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit someone in on the same day. Jess came to our place shortly after 6pm. Even though it was towards the end of his day, he was very polite and thorough with his explanation. He was upfront about their pricing and services, so after he explained what he could do, their pricing seemed fair so we decided to go for it. Jess did an excellent job snaking it, fixing a leak and even fixed the stopper in the sink before leaving. The sink works perfectly now and he didn't leave a big mess behind! I wish their prices were a little lower, but we are satisfied with the result and I hope it holds up! You get what you pay for, and we received great results. Thanks Jess and Premier Plumbing!

I arranged to have our electric water heater replaced.  Techs were very friendly and showed up within the window of time they said.
They completed the work in less time than originally quoted. The price was what they estimated when I scheduled.  It was around the same cost as others in this area.  I would highly recommend

Beacon's conjecture in their response (at the bottom) doesn't remedy their own problems.  They clearly don't have very good internal communication. Beacon took advantage of the situation and the plumber lied on the phone about the price before up charging. Additionally, they did not perform the locate job requested.  Then Beacon accuses the customer of extortion? when asked to honor the Agreed upon price....Very Unprofessional....Start FREAKIN!
