First time Ed came out to replace a toilet, we thought he was great. However, we have called to inquire about two further jobs and after leaving messages with his wife, he never calls back. That delays us, as we didn't know whether to look elsewhere or not, which we eventually did. We're very happy with the new plumber.

On time, congenial guy, great work, did exactly what i asked, did not overcharge.
What more does a person need? Will use him again.

We had a plumbing emergency last week and called Mercer Island Plumbing. We couldn't have been happier. Rob called us back immediately, fit us into his schedule within a few days, and even called Kohler Co. to get us a new free replacement part for our leaking faucet. In addition, he replaced our valves under the sink which were leaking all over our floor. What a relief to have an efficient, competent, and reasonably priced plumber come out to rescue us!  I highly recommend Rob, of Mercer Island Plumbing!  We will always call him in the future. I can't say enough good things about him!

Lowe's contracted 5 Corners Plumbing (via Angi) to do a toilet install for me. Juan was the one assigned to this project, and I was very impressed by his work. He was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough job making sure that work was done well, even with the oddities in my bathroom setup. I appreciated that he took the time to help me understand the nuances of what was needed for the work. I plan on calling 5 Corners Plumbing for future plumbing projects.

Emergency situation repaired quickly and reasonably! After hours and heard/saw water dripping from the ceiling while on the first floor. Went upstairs and heard some spraying sound from inside the walls and turned off the water to the house. Search of local plumbers available 24 hours gave a couple of options and thanks to the good reviews here on Yelp decided to give Jason a call. He answered directly and I explained the situation. He was here within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. Cut a hole in the wall to expose the leaking pipe and had it replaced and water back on within an hour. Was very honest and straightforward with what the situation appeared to be. Thankfully we were home to see/hear the leak, shut the water off and find a capable plumber available after hours. Thankfully haven't needed a plumber in an emergency like this before but have his card for the future. Also recommended a few drywall repair persons to contact to take care of the hole that needed to be cut.

Jacob is a lifesaver! He's responsive, reliable, and very professional. Our Rinnai tankless water heater broke and we were having trouble finding a certified technician to assess the problem. I called Jacob at 9pm at night and he picked up. He talked with me and then my landlord that same night for about an hour and a half. He was able to do an initial assessment through photos and then came over the next day to do an in-person assessment.

He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained each step of the process. He was super easy to communicate with and always had our best interest in mind throughout the repair process. We will definitely be using Anthony's Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

Cannot recommend Spencer Home Solutions highly enough.  Dan and his team are professional, hard working craftsmen who pay attention to detail.  SHS recently completed a refresh of our master bathroom.  Dan has an excellent eye for design in addition to managing the project to completion on time and very close to his original budget (the only over-runs being additional work we requested mid-way through the refresh).  Expect excellent communication and a crew that will treat you and your home with respect.

We had a gas leak that caused our gas to be turned off on a Friday night.  We called a different company and were given an appointment for the next day.  When that appointment fell through the next day, my husband and I were scrambling by afternoon to find another company who would or could come out and fix our gas leak on a Saturday afternoon/evening.   Jeff called us back and told us he was on a job but he'd give us an update in a couple of hours.  

When he called at 3:30, I was a little worried about how he was going to get the job done the same day.  He stayed until nearly 11 pm! His work was professional and very knowledgeable.  According the PSE tech, he did an amazing job and gave us a very fair price for the work he did.  I would certain call Resolute Plumbing and Heating again and recommend the company.

To replace my kitchen faucet, I called several plumbers in the neighborhood. All of them quoted astronomical prices (one quote from a well known plumber was much more than the cost of the faucet). Only Justin offered me the right price and offered to come on time. His work was professional. He came and fixed it in an hour.

Additionally, he educated us on the shortcomings of the faucet. Subsequently I had forgotten to get the invoice, which he emailed quickly. Overall, a great plumber. If you are looking for a no-nonsense plumber who doesn't break your bank, Justin is your guy.

Very friendly, reliable, prompt, and professional. He does it all: the back flow testing (of course), filing the results with the city, and if it needs it, repair of the back flow valve assembly. I'm delighted to have seen him for three years in a row!

We were so pleased.   He was responsive and easy to schedule with.  We had what was for us a perplexing problem,  but he immediately identified the source of our problem and fixed it expertly.  He was mindful of our home and cleaned up after himself, and at the end the fee was quite reasonable.  He was pleasant and easy to communicate with.  We'll have him back in a heartbeat!

I've had 2 water leaks recently from aging pipes and drain clogs. Amen arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and repaired the parts for a very fair price. He always checks nearby hoses and connections and replaces items before they become a problem. He is especially good with older houses that have mystery layouts. He determined how my shut-off valve was configured, and even gave me a tutorial on how to best use a steel snake so I could avoid further complications. He is consistently polite and professional, and I am grateful for his expertise. With my house I might need a frequent user punch card. Highly recommended!

City left a message on my door about a possible water leak. After trying unsuccesfully to find the leak, I looked for a plumber here on Yelp and decided to call a company called Good Plumber and recommended Simon for the leak detection. Spoke with Simon and the next day he was here at my house. He was on time, very nice and would fill you in on what he's doing while checking for the leak. He was done in less than 2 hours. The price was $375, which was reasonable, for a minimum of 2 hours. He was able to find the leak and I ended up calling Good Plumber back who also did a very good job! I will leave them a separate 5-star review as well.

I hope to not have any water leak issues again in the future. But if ever I do, I will definitely call Simon again!

Had a problem with my furnace ! Called Brian he came out and and fixed it in short order. Watching him work he is a skilled tradesman and does not waste any moves.Really glad I did  he is very professional and just a great guy. I will always call Brian first. He does not disappoint.

PSE referred me to Resicon LLC for a smart thermostat project. I just newly moved to the place and honestly I wasn't exactly sure how the heating system works around here; that's when I was so glad that Jason from Resicon answered the call. I've been scouring for answers regarding the heating system around here since it's been bugging my mind. Jason came at my place, he was punctual and very friendly; we even chatted about my dilemma.. after explaining my whole situation he began to work. Not only did he swap out my thermostat to something more efficient (smart ecobee thermostat) he even showed and explained what my heating system was, where it was located, how maintenance and upkeep should be done, and a lot more info. They fit me in with an appointment within 3 days despite it was the week after the Great Freeze. Plumber arrived prompt l y. Pinpointed 3 problems under my kitchen sink that caused leaking. Trent was courteous, friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. Have used them in the past and will use them again.
