Stop your search for plumber and call Ed at Crescent Valley Plumbing. I can't say enough good things. I called him based off the hordes of positive comments in yelp and yet again my fellow yelpers did not steer me wrong. Ed was incredibly friendly, honest, professional and skilled. We had all our galvanized plumbing redone. Ed was quick and reliable and our plumbing works better than it ever did. Just like the smart consumers we are we shopped around and had 3 plumbers give us a quote. Though they all had roughly the same plan, Ed quoted us the best price. We felt confident choosing him and he did not disappoint. Ed even went above and beyond and fixed the upstairs shower fixture free of charge. It's good to see business conducted the way it should be...customer focused. So again...save time and call Ed.

Honest and hard working. Won't cut corners. Single man company. charges an hourly rate and 20% mark up on materials - all standard stuff. Loved his work and attention to detail. Will hire him again, if need be!

Rob is the owner and plumber at Mercer Island Plumbing LLC. He is just fantastic. This is the guy to go to, in my opinion. I needed a toilet installed. Mistakenly called another plumber (see note below) and that guy came out and (even though the toilet was all ready to go, old toilet out, new supply line ready, etc) wanted $650. Flat rate, he said. WHAT?!   So, I called Rob at Mercer Island plumbing...he came out, did a PERFECT job, did it quickly and professionally and it was less than a quarter the price. This is the guy. Rob is the plumber to call!
One note...if you google Mercer Island Plumbing you might (like me) get directed to a website mercerislandplumbers.com They had pretty poor reviews (on Google) and for good reason. THIS IS NOT ROB...this is some kind of group that comes up on a google search and they're the ones who wanted $650 for a simple job. Stay away! Go with Rob. His phone number is: 206-236-9835

Wonderful experience. Great communication at all times. Excellent installation and I'm very pleased with the results.  I highly recommend 5 Corners Plumbing!!

First off someone needs to tell him  It's very unprofessional to be on your phone or texting when you're working at a job. This guy literally was on his phone texting or talking all day.

One issue was he put the bathroom sink in wrong. He placed it in crooked and there was a big gap on one side where water could leak down into the cabinet.

He did a very bad job caulking around the toilets. It's all leads back to maybe hes very distracted because hes addicted to his phone I'm not sure.

If it was one issue maybe even two I wouldn't even write this type of review, mistakes can happen, but other  people need to be warned that this could happen to them. Because I'm so worried that the work would be shoddy again I have to go another route and call another plumber

Adam from AP Plumbing is awesome! Our toilet was leaking and causing water damage on the floor. Scheduling an appointment was easy and Adam showed up right away, fixed the problem and explained everything he was doing since I know nothing about plumbing.  He also gave us some advice on a few other projects that we've been needing to do.  Adam was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.  I would definitely recommend this business to my family and friends or anyone else in need of a good and reliable plumber.

Had a leak in my ceiling from underneath the toilet. Called regulators based of yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. They got to me so fast and did the work immediately and cleanly to get me fixed up to prevent any further damage. I will use regulators for any future problems or renovations. Seriously nice guy, went out of his way to help me out. Really good pricing no BS. Highly recommend.

Jacob:  The Owner is Professional, Easy to work with, Reliable and very knowledgeable. We ran into a problem with my kitchen how it was built and needing a new hot water heater.  Jacob was able to come up with a solution very quickly, patient in explaining options to me.  Problem fixed better than before.
CJ who works with Jacob was also Professional, hardworking, knowledgeable. Very patient explain things to me as well.

Fair, reasonable pricing, attention to details.  Cleaned everything up each day as they went along.

We used SHS to remodel our kitchen and they have just completed two bathrooms. Work is of great quality and promptly done. Dan and all the workers are very nice and efficient and pleasant to have in our home. There are a number of great details Dan thought of that really enhance our home

I called and left a message stating I'd had to shut the water of to my elderly mothers home due to a broken pipe within a wall.  Jeffrey called back in about 5 minutes.  I explained the problem in its entirety and he agreed to come immediately.  He was prompt, arriving about thirty minutes later.  The problem was resolved and the water back on in under three hours.  He brought all the parts and equipment he needed in his van on the first trip.  His fee for providing this service was very reasonable.  He was knowledgeable, courteous and proficient.  I would highly recommend!

Jeff was quick, responsive, perfect with communication from day one, and closed the loop end to end by mailing the utility company himself, I would use Axis backflow for any work I can.

Late post but we used FT Plumbing for two uniquely different jobs: and urgent toilet leak on a weekend and our long term house repiping project.  Both jobs were well executed and we are very satisfied. I'm pleased with Fred's expertise and professionalism. Felt like Fred had our family's best interest as priority over it being just another job. Good example- Fred accessed our tub lines via an adjoining drywall vs other companies wanted to blow through tile to replace lines out of ease. FT Plumbing is great and I highly recommended them.

Not cheap but I trust Amen and he does good work that hasn't failed me,  was recommended by greenwood hardware.

No rating, actually.   I sent out an email requesting a quote for the replacement of our water mainline, but never rec'd a reply.  To be fair, they may never have rec'd my email, but every other company I sent the same email to responded in a timely manner.

Had a stubborn kitchen sink drain clog, water was coming back up and out of the air gap as well. Luke came out despite the winter snow storm we just got hit with. Arrived ahead of scheduled time, and was super efficient about his time spent working on the clog. Was able to get it and save the day. Really great attitude and courteous. I was searching for a good reliable air conditioner company. This is a PSE contractor company .
Most of the companies out aren't not PSE contractor . Be aware especially you want to get the PSE energy rebate and the city permits.
Consumers should check with their electricity company verify the company before sign any contract .

They fit me in with an appointment within 3 days despite it was the week after the Great Freeze. Plumber arrived prompt l y. Pinpointed 3 problems under my kitchen sink that caused leaking. Trent was courteous, friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. Have used them in the past and will use them again.
