I called last year when I was staying in a short term rental and dropped a small tube of moisturizer into the toilet.  It went down before we could get it out and I didn't want to hurt the home we were staying in.  I was able to get a same day appointment.  He was not able to get the item, but gave me the information about possible scenarios so I could make an informed decision about what to do next.  I appreciated his help and ultimately decided to wait and see.  All went well and I didn't need further service.  If I have a future emergency, I won't hesitate to call.

Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn't charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

I called this guy named Chico who told me that he was available for a certain time between 1-2pm and I told him we needed a toilet installed. I called him after no one showed up during that time and Chico said he was sleeping. What kind of business is this.... The plumber Chico was unreliable and a waste of my time. Will never ask for this company for any help. Total east of time.

Checked out the reviews - there were only 2 but high ones so I called.  This was for a leak that a plumber tried to fix the night before and charged me $75 and did not do anything.  Next monring he was not returning my calls so I called Clear Drain.
Jason arrived promptly at 11 Am and gave an estimate and told that a part needed replacement.  Charges were higher than normal plumbers I have dealt with in the past.  But he was very respectful of the environment, wore shoe covers before he stepped into the house.

Professional service, quick and good.  Price was justified.  Will do business again.

Really appreciate the work Brian and his dad did for our family. Called because of a busted ball joint on our main water cutoff. They knew exactly what the problem was based on my description and a couple of pictures.

My water heater was leaking and Aqua Logic Plumbing came and fixed the leak in a fast and timely matter. They were friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to fix any of my plumbing issues in the future.

Yes, James the plumber is great!  Local guy.  He has done my septic clogs for many years.  Very reliable.  I have had him come when nobody is home, do the job, leave a bill, I mail him a check. Of course he knows where I live! --------------------- [4/13/11:  He recently installed a new water heater and told me where to get one myself so I did not have to pay him to fetch it.  There was a very  minor problem with the installation and when I called him I told him no rush, anytime this week to fix it.  He was there the next day fussing and highly apologetic.  It was obvious that the imperfection bothered him more than it bothered me.]

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He came out and fixed a whole repipe job and my water heater vent for a very reasonable price!

The first time I called him was to have him take a look at my shower that was not working due to another plumber messing up. He was over within the next hour to come and take a look at everything and he made sure that we got the correct piece to fix the shower and get it up and running. He then did a full inspection under the house to double check the other plumbers work, turns out the other plumber did the wrong job. He showed me pictures and explained the issues in very simple terms for me. He then gave me a very reasonable price to fix everything and change all of my piping from galvanized to copper and he did everything in ONE DAY!

Funny guy and trustworthy to have in your house!

I had to do an emergency re-piping of the house, so I called a few plumbers to come take a look and give me an estimate. They came on time, and then took their time to look at the job.  Their quote was fair (neither the cheapest nor the most expensive).

I saw them work, and while I'm no plumber I've done/seen enough reno to spot somebody who takes pride in a work well done.  They took their time to do the job right (went about 1.5 day longer than anticipated), and were courteous and clean throughout.

I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants a trustworthy plumber who knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work.

Glad I found them on Yelp.

My 93 year old mother had a emergency leak, they came out the same day.
Phil was very patient and explained all our options. We never felt rushed or pressured.
He did a great job and everything was cleaned up when he was done.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

The people from taking my calls to the service technicians have been extremely professional and friendly. This is the type of customer service that are needed and important for repeat business. If I ever had a problem, Allstate Plumbing would be the first one I would call. Allstate helped install my faucet and replace the toilet for us and they were patient. Costs are competitive, but a little high for me. However, they make it up for their service.

I received an email from Robyn the Operations Manager and she stated:

Had a small mishap in the shower which caused the shower knob to become slightly sticky when turning the water on or off. Called Luis to explain what had happened and he knew what was likely the cause. He asked for a picture and was able to get the part needed. He then immediately went to the store got the part and came to replace it. His pricing was very good and he is a very nice man. We will be using him for all our plumbing needs.

Great plumber.   Came out quickly and charged a fare price.   Good guy.

Norman is reliable, trustworthy and gets the job done! Highly recommended and will certainly reach out to him if I need help with plumbing again.

I seek Norman's help with a kitchen faucet replacement. We communicated mostly over email, and since it is a non-emergency plumbing, email was a convenient mode of communication for me.

It took awhile for my new faucet to arrive, so we had to push back the installation by a few weeks. On his first trip, Norman helped to check that the new faucet and parts are in good order, and had a look at the water line and pipes under the sink.

Norman is experienced and helped me to understand what was required for the replacement. He noticed a weird water line connection made by the previous owner/plumber, and wanted to make sure he did things right so he had to call the appliances company to check. Later, he explained the situation to me over a phone call and we found that there was a simple solution, as we didn't need that water line connection.

We scheduled for another day and he replaced the faucet. I'm very happy with the new faucet installation. :) His quote was reasonable and his work is good.

I needed my water heater replaced, but it was not going to be an easy job.  I have an old mobile home with multiple issues. They fit me in their schedule right away.  I sent them pictures of the water heater, and Matt was able to give me a quote by phone.  Aaron replaced the water heater with a smile on his face.  We encountered problems with our old pipes.  Matt and Aaron were able to help us with that as well.  They presented different options to me on how to handle my problems.  I honestly thought I would not be able to have hot water, but Matt and Aaron figured everything out and we now have hot water!
