Mike called me back within minutes and was at my house in 15 minutes. He cleared out the clog in my drain line, and a local clog in the bath tub. We had a good discussion about the problem. He is a true professional. His rate compares favorably to others I had used in the pass. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Jerry has done it again! Great job! I had a noise that came from my sink and also had a clogged drain with a pipe that was leaking. Very good plumber service. Compelled to shout out Prestige Plumbing if you are looking or need a plumber for future chaos.  Chico, who runs the show, is very personable, friendly, funny, highly customer service oriented.  Very fair with pricing.  The crew, very hard working and respectable professionals.  What struck me is they would randomly fix things that we didn't ask for and did not charge.  For example, just straight up changed our refrigerator water filter hose...the thing is a fire hose now (in a good way)!   We had to re-pipe our house with copper and replace tankless water heater.  Done in a day and now we have amazing water pressure and hot water starts instantly...I feel like a character in Plato's Allegory of the Cave. Also, no more calcium chunks clogging out faucets.  Anyhow, you can't go wrong with Chico.  Give him a shot if you are vetting plumbers.

Jason did a very good job on one of my multi-unit apartments in san jose.  He had to work with VERY old building/design and pissy tenants, and did a very quick and thorough job.  His pricing was and his work was pretty clean.  Will consider him for another job shortly.

These gents are terrific.    A screw in a pipe that was too shallow in the wall, sent water everywhere. We called, they were there within the hour, and done with the entire repair in less than that. Clean, efficient, thorough!  Anyone in need... Jim THE PLUMBER is your guy.

Called Mike (owner) last week to fix a clogged kitchen sink and made an appointment to come out in a few days. Mike calls me on our scheduled day to tell me a story about waiting for some part that he needs for another job and wanted to reschedule our appointment. I understand things happen but he was totally rude and unprofessional about it. I used this company in the past and the plumber that he sent over was nice, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, the owner isn't. He had the nerve to get irritated when I asked him if he had another technician that he can send out and responded like a jerk! I only used this company to help support a local business but there's no reason to be a jerk to a paying customer. This guy kept referring to me as bro or man.....so unprofessional. There's a lot of other options out there so I will take my business elsewhere.

Ameer responded to my quote request very quickly and we were able to schedule at my first availability. He was easy to communicate with and came on time. He did the work quickly and efficiently and was professional. Was nice and had a great conversation with him. Should any other plumbing issue come up with be reaching out to Ameer again.

And they came thru for us again. Our regulator valve on our hot water heater failed. Ordered a new one overnighted. The valve did not arrive due to a UPS screw up, so the Plumbing Company put us on the schedule for the next day with no hassle and priority. We called at 10:30 when the valve arrived on our doorstep and they were there by 11 to install it. Amazing service and a job well done always at a fixed price.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Noel came out the same day I called about a leak inside our wall. Dispatcher called ahead to tell me exactly when he'd arrive, and he was right on time.

He found the elusive leak on his first try, then asked if I wanted to fix a related problem at the same time.

The shower pipes that were leaking had been configured in an unnecessarily complicated way, with an L coming down from the ceiling and attaching to the wall.He fixed that too. No hard sell, just a suggestion which turned out to be a brilliant idea. He removed the ugly galvanized pipe sticking out of the ceiling, and replaced it with a nice wall mounted shower nozzle. It looks beautiful.

Don't know if they're the cheapest, but Noel did excellent work, was professional and polite, and not only fixed our leak but improved the whole bathroom.

Jorge helped my out today with both my plumbing problems, my kitchen sink and my bath tub. He was quick, nice and clean in his work, he left no dirty spot behind! I recommend him, seems experienced for a good while in his line of work and can give you tips on how to avoid the problem next time.

Luis is awesome! We have used his services twice and both were excellent. First, he helped unclog our kitchen sink almost a year ago and we still haven't had any issues. Second time we had an issues with water backing up into our bathtub and toilets. He came the same day to help us and was able to remove the clog. Very friendly and does a great job!

I was able to get a same day appointment. We had a clog in both our sink and garbage disposal. Steve stopped by and took a look at the problem. He was very professional and very fast. Everything was taken care off and fixed in less than half a hour.

After calling multiple companies, Williams Plumbing was also the cheapest!

Will is super nice and knowledgeable. We had bath tub clogged issue for awhile. He came and fixed it in 30 mins. He always mention how do maintain a better system. He also helped me out on the weak water pressure issue. By visual inspected and found the filter issue inside the shower head. We also talked about the future plan of changing the water heater between tank or tankless. He made some very helpful suggestions and I learned some new things today. Overall very satisfied result after his services. Most likely going to be my preferred service provider going forward.

We had what we thought was a clogged/backed up bathroom, after trying to fix it ourselves we realized it was a bigger problem. Began calling plumbers around town as it was late in the evening. The following morning we received a call from Matt, he asked what the problem was. He then said he could come in the afternoon. He showed up earlier than anticipated, wore a face mask and shoe covers to enter our home. Assessed our toilets and then said it wasn't our toilets but the line from the city. He said we could call the city to get it fixed, or he could fix it with a snake, we were worried about how long the city would take so we had Matt fix it. Turns out there's a big tree on our sidewalk that had some roots coming into our sewage line, and it was affecting our home's plumbing. Matt was prompt to fix the issue, under an hour and charged a reasonable price! Out of the plumbing companies we called, he was the only one to say I will be there without hesitation and get the job done. Definitely keeping his contact number handy!
