Clogged sewer... City of Palo Alto came out and cleaned the City portion of the sewer, but we were still clogged-up.  Eater Day,,,,5:00pm, Called He-Man (Mike), left a message on his answer machine... Mike called back in about 10 minutes, said he was finishing up on a job and could be by in about 30 minutes.  He was at our house in about 20 minutes.  He quickly checked out situation and got to work.   Done-problem solved.  $240, as he estimated...

I found Clear Drain Plumbing on Yelp, and I called them as well as two other 5-star plumbers on Yelp for a price quote, and they were by far the lowest price to replace a 50 gallon Water Heater. They showed up at my house on time, took extra care not to damage the flooring and they wore Clean Booties over their shoes, and brought towels to clean up after their work. The owner was came along with his crew and made sure all is well before he took off for another job. Again, best price and outstanding service and what he quoted over the phone is what I paid and no up sell like the other places I called.

Jim Gullo, The Plumber, pulled my toilet, got his snake caught, then cut it off in my pipe. I believed him when he told me it would wash into my septic. It didn't, but I didn't know it at the time. After $1000 more in plumbing bills, another plumber fished it out. The Plumber refused to make good on his mistake.

I recently had an emergency plumbing situation later in the day that needed to be fixed immediately, Michael was extremely helpful and was able to come out while most of the other businesses I spoke to that day refused and insisted they come out the following day. It was very important to me to get the problem fixed and Michael made me feel very comfortable , was very honest with all the issues, and his prices were reasonable. Wouldn't think to call anyone else from here on out. Thanks again Mike !

Jason at Absolute Pro Plumbing came by my home today to clear out a clogged pipe that had been giving us drainage problems for quite some time. He lives up to all the positive reviews that I had read prior to hiring him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I will be utilizing his services again for a larger project in the very near future.

Had Phil out to replace PRV (was leaking) and shut off valve at the service entrance to the house. Called TPC at 8:30 am and spoke with Judy, who was fabulous.  Phil was at my house by 10:00 am, and also called me to let me know he was on his way.  He was polite, professional and did great work - everything you could ask for.  It wasn't cheap, but considering I called a few other local plumbers and never got call backs...  Unfortunately, there comes a point where I'm willing to pay a bit of a premium for prompt, reliable, and professional service.  Would certainly utilize their services again...Thanks Phil!
