Mike Riley arrived on time. He quickly fixed our problem. He made sure everything was clean after he completed his work. We would highly, highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Jerry of J B Rooter and Plumbing. I consulted with him about a leak at my shower valve. Jerry explained to me that most likely we only need to replace the cartridge. He was right. He figured out the matching cartridge and replaced it, sealed the valve nicely, and cleaned the working area. Everything was beautifully done at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

I called this guy named Chico who told me that he was available for a certain time between 1-2pm and I told him we needed a toilet installed. I called him after no one showed up during that time and Chico said he was sleeping. What kind of business is this.... The plumber Chico was unreliable and a waste of my time. Will never ask for this company for any help. Total east of time.

The technician was over smart and thought it was one valve which had issue

I have a live photo of the original leak and now a video of the issue.

Both in which the valve keeps dumping water in the bowl. From black pipe originally and now from the new valve he has installed. So issue is still same water keeps coming in the tank.

I had explained to the guy same thing. He said he understood but insisted the problem is with the fill valve

My warranty company has a max limit which they paid. Now these folks are saying it's a new issue and not accepting that the original issue is not fixed. And so I have to pay out of pocket again.

This is really sad I am down $355 -- $125 out of pocket and $250 cap from warranty

Eric and Jacob did a  great job fixing the main line for my sewer. Showed up on time, got the job done and cleaned up so it looked like they hadn't even been here. Everything works great!  I'd use them again!

I had a great experience with this company. I work with a commercial property management company and when situations get bad I'm held to fixing them with extreme haste or I lose clients and therefore money.

My usual plumber went MIA when I had a laundry list of small repairs. Not thinking much of it I waited.
And waited.

And then an emergency took place and I had to get someone quick.

Xtreme came quickly and fixed the issue within a few hours. Price was good. Worker was professional. Clients called saying Xtreme cleaned up more than te mess they made.

Amir was terrific. Very responsive, professional and effective. No nonsense, transparent pricing too, which is uncommon among plumbing companies. I will call Amir at Absolute Plumbing in the future!

We discovered water on the floor of our garage on Saturday morning - Christmas Eve. We called The Plumbing Company and talked with Judy - who was just a delight. She said she would contact Phil. He was out to our house in the afternoon, and stayed until around 7pm replacing the water heater. His smile and great attitude never made us feel that we were intruding on his holidays, and he was even going to another call after ours. Then on Sunday - Christmas Day - we got a call from Judy (again - she's just so nice), saying Phil needed to come by and pick up a tool he had left. When he came by he still had that great attitude. We will totally use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone else!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Worst customer service experience ever very unprofessional will never use this company again and I'm telling all my friends will be speaking to a lawyer about this company

Luis came over and cleaned out my main valves to the house. Reinstalled my toilet. Honest, very reliable. I am definitely only using him from now on.

Norman and Ray are fantastic.  We needed to move a cat's box outside, but we have so many critters around that we wanted to have some hybrid solution to keep the cat safe, but the cat's box away from the baby. Norman and my wife came up with the solution to build an enclosure around a courtyard with a door, to also allow us to keep the refuse protected from critters.  They did a beautiful, quick job (after my delaying the work for a few months). It is NOT an eyesore, and completely functional and original.  Fantastic work, even through the rain storms and everything works great!  We are very happy and will be calling again.

We highly recommend Avalon services. We hired them to help us with two problem toilets. We were given an estimate based on the conditions known. Were scheduled with in the week. Juan came out and was as pleasant and professional as could be.  Very clear about what needed to be done. Saved us money in that the work that was needed to be done was less than first thought. Real pros!!

My experience has been outstanding.  100% of the time when I reach out for a plumbing repair or replacement, I get a phone call back the same day; and often available to go to the job site the same day, or next day for evaluation.   That works very well for me.  Additionally, the quality of the materials are top notch.  I have needed water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and exterior plumbing needs... all with a goal that they will last a long time to prevent having to replace something within a few years.  I have not been disappointed.  Finally, a few comments about the quality of the work... Excellent, thorough and done with high confidence.  Matt also takes the time to explain the repair / replacement upon completion, and takes all questions about the work, and future directions & maintenance of what was replaced or repaired with the homeowner.
