They have a beautiful show room, and Kathy was very helpful while we were looking at things.  We decided on 3 possible faucets and asked for quotes with whatever discounts they could offer. They quoted us a Moen faucet for ~$335, which was already higher than the local Pacific Sales. We really wanted to support the small company, though, so were willing to pay a bit more.  However, when we called back to confirm and purchase, the price went up to $372. We told them about the quote and even gave them the quote number. They didn't even bother to look it up. They dismissed it and stuck with the higher price.  We can order the darn thing online for $310.  I wouldn't shop there again.  Use the showroom to see the product, then go to Pacific Sales and ask for Wes.

An early morning phone call to AHP Service and we had our drain unclogged within two hours. Great personnel and thankful for the prompt response. Will call again if need be in the future.

I called Mauro's Plumbing because my tenant told me that the toilet was leaking and Mauro was able to come out that same day to take a look at it. He was on time, friendly, and very conscientious.

He quickly determined that the problem wasn't the toilet, it was the shower and there wasn't anything to fix other than installing a splash guard to stop the water from spraying out of the shower. He spent 15 minutes making sure and didn't charge me for the visit. I offered to pay him for his time because I knew he could have been serving another client and he said that he didn't want to get paid unless he did actual work. What a good guy. I've had many other plumbers and repair people come out to troubleshoot different things and they charge for the service call even if they don't do anything.

I'm happy to have a plumber that I trust for future use. I think the only reason his plumbing business doesn't have hundreds of five star reviews is because he just started his own business after working for someone else as a plumber for 20 years.

Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! Prompt, professional, honest  and a sense of humor! Darrel came out of fix a troublesome leak and explained to me in detail that fixing the leak wasn't the issue but understanding what was causing it was the real problem.

My dad's home is in SF and his master bath faucet needed a leak fixed because the valve seats in his older Price Pfister single handle unit wore out.  My attempts at removing the cap for the ball stop were unsuccessful, so I found Fast Response after a Yelp search.  Glad to have contacted this business because Dennis has a great staff that are very responsive.  Left a voicemail late Saturday, got two return calls to discuss issue, and set up appointment for estimate and possible repair.  Dennis himself showed up at my dad's house and took care of the leak in less than 1 hour without having to do a major faucet replacement which is what I thought might have to happen.  And the total cost of $125 is well below what I expected - thanks Dennis!  You've earned repeat business from my dad.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

We called Bart at Everclear for a simple clog issue with the washer and kitchen. It did not turn out to be simple, as Bart was able to assess some long-standing problems with the related pipes based on how old they were. He was very honest and clear with how he explained the problems to me, and he was extremely fair with the pricing of his work. In all, he had to replace a p-trap assembly and at least 60 feet of pipe in the crawlspace, and he showed me the rusting and clogging of the old pipe. The job and assessment was done in a day in a half, and even helped out on a couple of smaller plumbing issues around the house. Bart is obsessed with plumbing, and I would recommend him to anyone with any level of plumbing issue in their home!

Mark is super knowledgeable. He charges reasonable rates by the hour -- and works FAST to get it all done. This is the guy who gets it done. Honest and reliable. Doesn't get better than Mark.

Majid is very responsive and knows his stuff well, I needed him twice urgently and both times he came true and took care of things for me.  I will definitely call him for the next water heater or plumbing related needs.

My Wife and I woke up a few days ago only to find out that we had no hot water.  I automatically thought it was a water heater problem so I did some internet research. and started to look for a plumber.  Seriously, within a couple minutes of filling out a internet form for quotes, Amer form Anytime plumbing called.  He came out within an hour or so and diagnosed my problem.  He soon figured out that my gas line had failed.  Amer and his crew were fast in replacing the gas line, and my wife and I had heat and hot water in 1 day.  I cannot express my appreciation enough for the professionalism, honest, and prompt service these guys delivered.  They worked around my complex schedule without any reservations.  They should be at the top of anyones list!

We had a leak in our pipe coming from the water meter to our house. The city of san jose shutdown our water and I needed this to be fixed ASAP. I called Chandler's Handyman service and he was able to come the same day.

The service was fast and good. They had reasonable pricing as compared to others. The person explained the task well and did a fine job.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

We've been using bell plumbing for a few times now, all their technicians are very professional, well equipped, they will make sure the issues are resolved.

Horrible, horrible service.  This is the second time now that the defined service window has not been honored.  Their tag line is the punctual plumber.  As a customer, I'm here to tell you that this tag line is completely false.  If you are looking for a service commitment, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.
