When here on a recommendation from RV Cloud to find this little piece for my Moen Faucet.. Walked in to a fabulous showroom, Showed them the broken piece and within minutes they had what I needed.  Great friendly service, Very knowledgeable and a lot of Very Cool Sinks, faucets and Bathroom fixtures..

It was an excellent experience dealing with Raheb. Most other plumbing services were charging a fee just to come in a diagnose the problem, and than would provide an estimate making the whole arrangement very open ended and uncomfortable. On the other hand Raheb just told me he would by take a look and didn't feel it was a very serious problem. He was pretty straightforward that he would give a quote and if I liked it he would fix the issue than an there.
He came home looked at the flush that I felt was draining water back into the bowl and figured that the flushing mechanism had deteriorated and that and the seal needed to be replaced. He finished the whole work in an hour or so for a very reasonable estimate.

Would definitely recommend him and go back to him for my other plumbing requirements.

WOW!  This guy is AWESOME!  He is Honest and Sincere, just as much as he is handsome!  Mauro and his assistant replaced a hot water heater in a rental property I own.  They were professional and did a wonderful job -even shared maintenance tips.

The same day, he pointed out a BREAK IN THE MAIN sewer outlet pipe (he stated his nose doesn't lie).  And sure enough, several feel under the dirt, there was a large crack with putrid gray water seeping into a hole right beneath my foundation -a muddy mess!   He repaired it all, same day!

Great service, great selection of plumbing supplies, knowledgable and helpful staff, local mom and pop shop. This place is a gem.

I had a great experience with this company. They  went out of their way to get a plumber to me at a time that worked for me and was very short notice. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and reliable especially the lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Tonya) and Sam, the plumber who came to help. They called me back when they said they would, appointments were kept at the times they set them for, ETAs were accurate, the work itself was done in an efficient and dependable manner.

I gave up after several attempts to schedule a service appointment with them. I was always told the same thing - I'll check for availability of the service technician and call you right back. After a couple of days of not hearing back from them, I called them back to follow up and, again, was told the same thing. If I have to chase after them to schedule a service appointment, that is not a company that I should be doing business with. Very poor follow through on their part. Fast Response? What a joke!

This is a long overdue review (October 2019), but with being indoors right now I have the time to do some of the reviews i have been meaning to do. We had issues with our toilets. Upstairs and downstairs. It would continuously overflow just a little. We tried fixing it ourselves, but didn't solve the problem. My wife loves using yelp or Nextdoor app to find good ratings on businesses and came across In Demand Plumbing. We set an appointment with Jeff and he came, did what he had to do and our toilets were working just fine in no time. Very friendly local plumber. I would definitely recommend him to any plumbing issues. We have had no recurring issues with our toilet since! Thanks Jeff!

We hired Bob several times for plumbing concerns.  He did a decent job on small jobs and was reasonablely priced.  Then, mysteriously, he just did not return calls, didn't follow through as he said he would, and never would explain his actions (or lack of action) to us.  We finally gave up and found another plumber who was better, reliable, and gave senior discounts.  We were actually never really sure if Bob Cowden was a licensed plumber as he never put a license or a number on his billing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

We decide to replace our old toilets recently. Bart was very resourceful and patient to address our questions and concerns over the phone. He came on-site and did a free inspection and recommended the toilet to install in each bathroom. A few days later he came with the new toilets and spent the time to install them firmly and cleanly.

One of the toilet seat was a bit off the center after installation. I actually didn't notice that before he pointed out. He then spent the next 30min triaging what was off, and eventually made everything perfectly symmetrical. I am very impressed with his craftsmanship and meticulous attitude.

Cost wise, Bart's quote ranks reasonably in the middle (I had quotes from 6 different sources), and what we get is top brand TOTO as well as top notch service. The !/$ ratio is hard to beat. I would definitely recommend Bart to friends and family in the future.

Marc is great! He helped me with a tiny but challenging project and did beautiful work. He also communicated well and fast - much appreciated! Thank you Marc :)

We've hired Majid and team for a couple of jobs and each time he's been great to work with.  He's a problem solver and makes sure things are done well!  While I generally hope to not need plumbing services, if we do, these guys are my first call.

We smelled gas, called PG&E who came out and shut off our water heater which was leaking gas. We called Anytime Plumbing at 10:00 am on Friday morning. They were here - with the part - by 2:00pm! They were done within a half-hour and were friendly and courteous. We will use them again. They are our new go-to plumber!

I have increased the stars from 2 to 4 stars. The handyman eventualy did show up and he did the job quickly and for a good price. Too bad he was 3 1/2 hours late but I guess better late than never.

I will come and change the review if it turns out that I was wrong but MAN!
I made an appointment to have a toilet leak fixed. Not only had he not shown up on time (or at all)  but when I called 2 1/4 hours later it was obvious that he wasn't going to come unless I had called him.
I have guests coming in from out of town and I need the toilet to work and he responded to me with a, Oh, do you want me to come and look at it now?
DUH DUDE, the toilet isn't going to fix itself. I am sorry that you got bogged down on another job, you could have called me and let me know that you weren't going to make it instead of blowing me off.
He said that he was on his way...we will see.

Contact was prompt and courteous.  Service by Eric was professional and efficient. He called to keep me informed about the time he would arrive and was clean and considerate of my home.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Great experience.  James from Bell fixed sink problem in 5 minutes. Recommend them.

Our new toilet decided not to flush very well so we called BF and Raymond came out and snaked it and adjusted screws on the seat so it was more stable.  We hadn't asked him to do that.  Went to pay him and he said we didn't owe anything, not even for coming out.  It was under warranty!   Another great  experience.  Thank you Ray!
