I was having some water issues specifically my hot water so I reached out to Everest Plumbing to see if they can flush my hot water heater.

I got a response promptly and I was scheduled for service. That's a plus! He came out the next day to flush and drain my water heater. I'm so happy I got that done since the water is now clear. They are doing construction in the area so the yucky water was stuck in the tank. Since he was professional and courteous I will definitely remember him for any plumbing jobs I will need in the future. Thank you!

Our hot water went out during the holiday break and we called Emilio, he was responsive and so kind. He came over the next morning and by New Year's Eve (yes he worked on New Year's Eve...so kind) we were back in business.

I genuinely appreciate how he takes time to explain everything he's doing and what the problem is. He does quick and thorough work and I will definitely be using him again in the future.

I know it's easy to bash local businesses who do poorly so when I have an exceptionally good experience, I like to do a shout out...I rushed to look on  the Manor People Facebook page a few days ago to find a plumber recommendation because, being really handy, I can typically install most things but we got a smart toilet that does everything but vacuum the carpets (LOL) and I actually got it mostly installed myself until I got to the last part of hooking up a T-valve to the tank and toilet and wall and it just was not working.  But everything else electronic was in place and I was stuck.  But without that, we had no working toilet...hubby was at work.

I saw Everest Plumbing was recommended twice... I called Emilio Hidrogo wand he answered and said he could squeeze me in between two jobs and be over in 30 minutes!

He ran into the same issue as me but showed me some parts that came with the toilet tubing that had plastic on them and explained they would wear out too quickly and replaced them with metal parts...but the T valve just did not fit even though our house is new.  

After reading some reviews on the toilet I had bought on my own, it turns out it's a common issue with this company and a faulty or European valve and it does not fit most toilets.  Still, in spite of this, Emilio said he didn't feel right charging me even though the manufacturer was the one who made it impossible to install on the toilet... I had intended to return it and get a different brand but was SO thankful I did not have to pay a huge plumbing bill on top of that when it could not be installed. The better metal plumbing parts Emilio left on and made it so the toilet worked, even though the smart components would not, and I planned to replaced the unit.

The next day Emilio called me and said he had thought about how to replace the manufacturer part with a different T valve lower on the tubing to connect it and he had done it several times for dishwashers and he was positive it would work and we would just circumvent the faulty part.

He came out and did that and he was right...it works perfectly!  He even brought his daughter out who just got her plumbing license and was training with him and she put in a new faucet upgrade in a color we preferred that I had bought for a different bathroom and encountered an issue from a drip on the porcelain within that bathroom that could have caused issues and fixed that.

Of course I then paid him for the original fair pricing he requested even though I got more than just hooking up a bidet with the original lesser parts.  

He is super honest, fair, and I was surprised he went home trying to solve my issue that was a manufacturer part issue and came up with a solution.  That's smarts and passion for the job.

Emilio is great! He responds quickly to house calls, is professional, and does a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

My water heater was on the fritz and Everest provided GREAT service, they were prompt and courteous; and even more important, they super ez to work with!

Even though I needed non-emergency maintenance on my water heater, Emilio treated me like I was a long-time valued customer. He scheduled me for the next business day, answered all of my questions, and communicated with me throughout the process - including their on-time ETA that morning.

Emilio and Brittany had no trouble draining the water heater in the attic - taking extra care not to mark up the walls and floors as they laid the drain line. They worked efficiently, and were courteous, kind, and professional the entire time - which was just under 30 mins. That includes Emilio modifying a flood alarm so it could fit into my drain pan, and cleaning up their work area so it was like they had never been there.

We will absolutely be using Everest again in the future! They replaced our water main shut-off for less than three other contractors quoted me, a week before any of those more expensive options could make it happen. Friendly, licensed, prompt, and quality work.

After my water heater ruptured, I started requesting bids for its replacement. Just getting the replies from most of  the bid requests took multiple days  The prices ranged all the way up to $4,500 with most of them including multiple fudge factors for additional charges at the time of service.  When I asked about  installation start times, I got replies of 3 days to 11 days. I started to see my future and it was cold. Think showers, cloths washing, dishes! I wondered if they were just playing me to see if I would crack under the freezing pressure and pay any price they asked? I hate all those manipulative negotiation games.

Then my fortune changed, I requested a bid from Emilio Hidrogo of Everest Plumbing at 10 o'clock in the evening. Shortly after requesting the bid, he replied. He gave me a reasonable fixed price quote for replacement of  both my water heater and a  Pressure Reduction Valve  that was restricting my household water flow from the city lines. When I enquired about the quality of the water heater, it was a top of the line professional brand heater. Even though he already had work scheduled for the next day, he was able to fit me in the morning of the following day.  

He is a Master Plumber and an Air Force veteran. You only have to talk to him for a little while to realize he is a straight shooter. The quality of the work he did at my house was top notch. The materials he used were high quality. And to top it all off, he is a very personable, sincere and likable person. Well honed in his craft.  You can't go wrong dealing with this family business.

I've never met nicer people. Literally no reason for them to be nice; they are perfectly capable plumbers, which is what I needed. I had a small water softener issue and they did a great job.

But they made my day better bc they were so remarkable NICE; so I'll use them repeatedly.

I've enlisted Emilio and his crew on a few occasions to do a toilet replacement, RO filter removal, and a water heater replacement. Not only were the able to come out on fairly short notice, but they completed the work in a timely manner, and pricing was very reasonable.

Above all, Emilio and his team couldn't have been more kind and genuine. Some of the best customer services I've ever come across. Having contracted out work for various projects over the last 8 years, I can confidently say they will be my #1 go-to for all plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Emilio at Everest plumbing.
He replaced my aging water heater. The install was quick and he kept me updated along the way. He cleaned up the space really well before finishing the job. Very professional. I'll be using them for my future plumbing projects.

Full disclosure, I didn't wind up having any services performed by Everest due to availability and the the my perception of the severity of my issue.
Even after I told him that I would be going with someone else who could schedule me sooner, Emilio personally called me and answered some questions that I had such as, do I need to turn off my natural gas if I have a sewer gas leak? He was super helpful despite knowing that he wasn't going to get my business for this specific issue. Emilio will be the first guy I call in the future if I have any new issues.

The warranty for the water heater says to have it drained, to remove all the sediment.  I finally got around to getting quotes from plumbers using Yelp's message service requesting contractors. Emilio, owner of Everest Plumbing was the most competitive. Emilio was able to complete the job within hours - how impressive is that.  My tenant said he was on-time, very personable and professional.  Everest Plumbing deserves 5 stars!

I did not use Everest as my handyman was able to fix the issue much quicker.  I am giving them 5 stars because they were very responsive and very transparent (in writing) in their process and fair pricing.  I would not hesitate to call them again.

It was a Christmas miracle. I thought I had a burst water pipe. Emilio was able to come, same day, on Christmas Eve.

He expertly checked the pipes and found that the leak was from the washer, not the pipes. So, he didn't charge me.

I feel like it's pretty rare to find an expert with this much kindness and integrity. Needless to say, Emilio is the first one I will call for any future plumbing requests, and I highly recommend his services.

Needed to have a toilet replaced and Everest Plumbing came to the rescue. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in quickly. I will definitely come back to Everest Plumbing for any future needs.

They responded by text immediately and showed up within like 45 minutes! It was a super kind and professional father/daughter team and they did an amazing job fixing a burst pipe.
They were fast and did a really clean job and even provided photos and video with the receipt by email. I can see where they are making it easy for people to file insurance claims, etc., really professional work!

It was a bit pricy (i think it was $365 and that was the initial quote that included repair) to come out on an emergency basis, but when you're flooding you don't care as much.

I contacted a highly rated local plumber...a big outfit. They advised they couldn't get to my water heater replacement in a timely manner and referred me to Everest. That right there says something. Mr. Emilio and Ms. Brittany squeezed me in and had my attic (see tough job) tank water heater replaced in under 24 hours. Courteous and meticulous...and the damage was less than I was charged to replace a water heater in a rent house closet a month prior. Thumbs up.

Wow, these guys are the best! I've been using a different plumber for a while but their prices and service started to decline. They repaired in about an hour something that the other plumber said would require extensive work (and high prices). Price was reasonable and service was excellent. I had been putting it off for a while due to the expected cost but next time I won't wait.

The guest bath was clogged and we had friends coming to stay, so it was a pretty short notice for plumbing assistance. Everest Plumbing was able to send some helpful folks out the day after we called them. They arrived at the time we were given, no delay, and had the clog resolved in 20 minutes without any leftover mess. On top of all of that, the initial quote given was the final price paid --no surprises. The plumbing specialists even took the time to walk me through what was done, how it was done, and gave me some helpful advice and quotes on additional to-dos in the guest bathroom (at my request). Above and beyond service.

If you want a great experience, don't hesitate to call Emilio and team. We had three new toto toilets installed along with the washlet lid for one. I collected bids from three different companies, and Everest had the best price by far. The installation went seamlessly, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

What a great experience I had with Emilio and Grace! I initially submitted a request via Yelp for estimates on installing a new faucet sink an leaking water valve. I got many responses from 89 dollar service call just to give me an estimate, to please call us so we can schedule and discuss. I did get one estimate for almost 400 dollars which to me is NUTS. Emilio responded with a flat rate to install and replace a rusted on faucet and install water valve for what to me is a fair price. He did not try to up sell me on anything at all and let me know that the rubber boot on my disposal is leaking. Have to order that part to get it replaced.

I had a leak at the shutoff valve of our house. Everest Plumbing was very quick to respond and gave an accurate estimate after viewing photos and videos of the issue. Everest Plumbing was able to get me on their schedule the next day. On the day of the appointment Everest Plumbing sent a text when they were on the way with an accurate ETA. The repair was made in a very timely manner and Everest Plumbing showed me exactly what failed and what they replaced.  The plumbers did a good job on the repair and cleaned up after the job was completed.  What I like the best is that our house is in a rural area and Everest Plumbing was very responsive and didn't mind the drive to our house.

One of my young children decided it would be a good idea to flush several toys down our toilet. Needless to say, the toilet had problems flushing properly afterward. I tried using a plunger, a toilet auger, and even a small metal grappling device to retrieve the toys from the toilet, and after several attempts I wasn't able to remove a single one of them.

So then I called Everest Plumbing and spoke with Emilio. He told me he could come and fix my problem for what seemed to be a reasonable price later that same day between 4 and 5 PM, after he had finished some other jobs. He notified me when he was about 30 minutes away and told me he'd be arriving around 4:35 PM. He arrived when he said he would, and he was able to unbolt my toilet so that he could get all the toys out of it. He then cleaned up all the mess and put the toilet back in place. Now it flushes properly again!

Literally. The best plumber ever!  Came out, last minute, to my house on a Saturday. I had no water before he showed up. After he left, my water was fixed. He also fixed a hose spicket at no charge. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing service! Emilio and Grace were very professional and offered us several affordable repair options.

The valve on our toilet broke. It was running constantly which meant a huge water bill if we didn't get it fixed fast. Most plumbers on Yelp either charged a fee to just come look at the issue or wouldn't be available for weeks. I contacted Everest plumbing on Saturday. They not only gave me an on the spot estimate but were also able to fit us in their schedule for  the next business day. They even arrived within their 2hr estimated arrival window! It took less than an hour to fix and they handled everything.

Extremely quick and professional. I put out a SOS for a leaky bathtub faucet on a Friday evening, got a response within minutes, and they came to repair it the next morning at 9am. The job was completed within 30 minutes and I got a warranty on the parts and labor. A perfect experience from beginning to end.

Recently moved to Liberty Hill. Needed to replace a kitchen sink faucet and RO faucet. Emilio and Gracie were awesome. They provide me a quote over Yelp, and even though there was one more thing to do, they honored the quote as provided (I said I expected to pay more for the extra work) and they did a fantastic job with everything. 10/10 would hire them again. Looking at heaters and water softeners now and will call them soon to help me out.

Our urinal was really clogged and left a gross odor in the bathroom at my office. Emilio and Grace were really helpful and they came and fixed it promptly the next day after our call.

I was out of state for the holidays when I saw the fire department on my cameras at 3am on Christmas. We had a pipe burst, so much running though my head on what to do first. Luckily, I called Everest Pluming the next morning and they were at my house fixing the problem before I even made it back from my trip! We had an issue with a previous handyman who didn't finish the plumbing job he started with our bathroom remodel that made for a very leaky situation. Dual sink vanity that had that problem on both sides.

Our water heater didn't exactly get a gold star on new home inspection so I turned to Yelp to find someone who can help! Everest Plumbing came up right away with photos of repairs like the one we needed, so I gave them a call. Scheduling was quick and easy. Awesome. Hired to fix a leak, and it turned out that an entire segment of copper pipe needed to be replaced. Stuck to the original quote, and didn't give up until the job was done. Responsive to my request for quote, on time, next day. What more can you ask for?

Tried to replace my toilet and found the flange broken. Everest responded first to my yelp request and offered free onsite inspection and estimate.  They arrived on time, quote was very fair, and immediately completed a high quality job (welded a new brass flange and re-installed the toilet).  Cleaned everything up, too.  I'll be using Everest again for all our plumbing needs.

Emilio and Grace were great from start to finish. They responded immediately to my inquiry when I was looking for a plumber and gave me plenty of notice to get home from work for my appointment. Emilio and Gracie did a great job installing my new faucet.  I got a quick response with a flat rate.  They had a cancellation and offered to come by a day earlier than we had scheduled.  They were both very nice.  The job was completed successfully and the area clean when they finished.  Will hire them again when my next plumbing project goes past my basic DYI skillset :)

My tankless water heater had a leak in a small part. Sent pictures of the part to Emilio and within minutes he had found a replacement. Within 24 hours Emilio had addressed the issue and come over to fix our water heater. Great service for a fair price. I will definitely give Emilio a ring next time I have a plumbing issue.

I was caught in a jam when my remodeler said he couldn't redo the plumbing when we switched from 2-hole sink to a single hole sink. At that point we had been without a kitchen faucet for a week. I reached out to several companies, and Emilio personally reached out, had a discussion about the issue and was upfront about the cost. Scheduled me the next day and had the issue resolved with my faucet and RO working again! On the day, he agreed to quickly connect my new gas cooktop for a reasonable price. Contacted Emilio via Yelp, very quick response. He came over to the house to check out what was going on with the toilets/drain line within 30 minutes of contact. He worked diligently to figure out what was going on. After he had exhausted all of his resources, he thought we would still be without toilets and showers for another day. He got in touch with a buddy of his to come and help him out. They were here until. 11 pm just to get us up and going. He made a nasty experience into a good one with his knowledge and expertise.
