Ben is honestly the best plumber in Austin. He's been with us through multiple plumbing disasters at three houses over our years in Austin (I think his first job for us was 2016? So over 6 years now), and it's hard to imagine relying on anyone else.

He's reliable, great at explaining things, really really thorough, and does great work.

Most recently, we woke up Thanksgiving morning with a wet floor and a bunch of warped floor boards. So stressful. Ben prioritized our call, diagnosed our issue quickly, and had the whole thing repaired within a couple days, making a huge headache way easier to deal with. It's always like this with O&M- we've done both major and minor work with them over the years, and they really take care of us.

A note about the kind of person Ben is: while he was out fixing our latest issue, he noticed that the handle was off in our guest shower. This had nothing to do with the issue he was out for: it had gotten corroded, and I was in the process of swapping it out myself, but busy parent life combined with all the YouTube videos I was going to need to watch to get it done had meant it had been sitting there waiting for me to actually do it for a couple months (shameful, I know). Ben noticed it and offered to knock it out while he was out fixing our issue, just because he could and he knew it would only take him a few minutes. He's just like that, goes the extra mile.

I don't have enough good words about O&M - could seriously tell 5 other stories like this. Thank you, Ben! We are grateful for you and your team.

These folks are fantastic. I had two plumbing issues, both fairly complicated, and more so because I live 2000 miles away and all communication was by phone or text. Ben and his team stuck with the problems till they were resolved, always with courtesy and good communication.
Kudos also to Heather who runs the office. She always picked up the phone or called me right back, and promptly transferred instructions to plumbers out in the field. Ben is also easy to get in touch with and even pulled off the road to talk to me when I called while he was driving.

We sent an email (below) to O&M, got a call from the owner who said that isn't their policy / procedure and that he stands by his plumbers and their reporting and we got what we paid for so it didn't matter wether he was correct or not.

This is at the exact same time another company is fixing the problem they said did not exist, while telling me a scratch in the PVC pipe from the toilet needed to be jackhammered out to replace. I could see it was just a scratch, and told him I think there is a break under the carport as the pier repair is in line with the clean out, he said no (that was the problem). I've worked with many plumbers in Austin, only used this company as referred by the foundation company for testing. Not only will they take days to find the issue, they will not find the issue and cherry on top you will get awful customer service from the owner even when you send him a report verifying everything you're telling him is true and his plumbers were dead wrong.

I've had my fair share of bad plumbers from home remodels and Restaurant repairs but these guys take the cake for worst plumbers ever. Run for the hills with O&M!

For leaks or hydrostatic testing - Austin Leak & Line found the issue in an hour, extremely professional and got the job done right for less cost then O&M.

I wanted to let you know that your plumbers couldn't have been more wrong on the foundation report.

The good news is we could tell that they did not know what they were doing, and the recommendation to jackhammer the bathroom toilet for a scratch in the pvc was way off base. Luckily I was there to watch them or I would have just gone with that determination.

See report attached from company that I immediately contracted for a second opinion, they found the break in the line near the foundation repair (which I hinted to your plumber it would be) in less then an hour.

Honestly think you should give me a full refund for money and the amount of my time wasted from plumbers not knowing how to properly use equipment. Y'all need new plumbers stat!

I'll also be letting bats know they should not refer your company to future customers for this test.

They did a post house leveling plumbing test. They were prompt, courteous, professional and got right to it.

I highly recommend O&M!  They go above and beyond to always make sure we have everything we need.  Fast, efficient, accurate, and super friendly.... what more can one ask for????  Call O&M for all your plumbing needs!

They've done three different jobs for me...one of which was a fairly serious/complicated water line re-route. They did great work on all three jobs.

The O&M owner (Ben) is very responsive and gets back to you quickly, the plumbers show up when they are supposed to, and they always do a great job.

I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They replaced three of my faucets about two years ago on outside of house. Then BOOM! Ice storm this winter. Did not cover them and did not need to. Did not even let them drip. That is how good a job they did. Hired them again after the storm to do the same thing to all the other faucets! Then got them to replace toilet valves. Amazing work! Super friendly! Not going to use anyone else!

I had a plumbing issue with a water overflow from the washer drain in the laundry area for our home in Georgetown, TX. We had engaged another plumbing company - S & D Plumbing prior and it was a horrible experience whereby S & D sent multiple plumbers but their assessment and the solution didn't fix the problem. We then called in O & M Plumbing services and I MUST say that Brian (The Plumber) is one of the BEST plumber out there and was able to diagnose the problem quickly the very first time and also resolved the problem for us. He was also very professional and very articulate in explaining what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix the issue.

I was also very pleased with the owner Ben - He is super helpful, very professional and is very courteous and provides the best customer service to his customers.

I was one of these winter vortex houses that had busted plumbing, to make a long story short. I was having a tough time even getting plumbers to come to my house to give me an estimate for the whole house re-pipe. Two of Austin's bigger named plumber companies cancelled on me, five minuets before my window, with one on a Monday and one on a Friday. I don't start relationships like that, so I don't reschedule.

My brother in law owns a plumbing company in CA and I told him my woes and he found O & M on Yelp and told me to give them a call. I did and I'm so happy for it.  

Ben showed up Friday morning and on time, to give me an estimate and I told him I was looking for a relationship. I don't just what the wham bam thing, and that I wanted to feel comfortable. Ben walked the property with me and explained all and took the time to think about me needing an additional exterior water faucet and when I told him I'd be interested in a water softener system in the future, he suggested doing the piping now - which would be a great time/money saver.  

I'm so excited that they'll be able to start work in a week! Other companies were trying to quote me so high it was as if they were trying to dare me to give them the job! Looks like O & M is my plumbing Co and I'm sure I'll be recommending them to all. I have complete faith the work will be high quality.

We used O&M for a recent plumbing inspection for a house purchase. We were worried the house still had cast iron plumbing so we did a camera test. Ben and his crew were extremely thorough, honest, kind, and helpful. He was willing to walk me through everything and gave us great insight. At the end, he told us the areas that needed work, but didn't try to sell us on it. Just shared what they found and ordered it in importance. Again, they were honest and very helpful.

I'll also add that their admin/receptionist was also knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to our needs.

Ben and his crew were able to resolve an odor issue in our tenant's suite that others were not able to find. We have used O & M Plumbing other times in commercial services and they have always been reliable and provided good and polite service on each job.

I contacted O&M for a hydrostatic test. They charged a fraction of what other companies charged, were super easy to work with to get on the schedule. Within in a few days, Antonio came out, was very quick, professional, and answered all of our questions, and performed the test efficiently in a 30 min time frame. Working with O&M was a great experience and I would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing services!

Joseph came out to my home yesterday to replace a couple water valves behind my washer/dryer - Not only was he timely and respectful, Joseph also answered all my questions and made me feel like a home owning pro! They were absolutely perfect. They came and installed a new water heater. They explained everything about the water heater and were thorough. They were clean, punctual and even helped move a few items to look at something else that I asked for.  I had to have them come and service us because the original plumbing company were difficult and literally rude. However, this company was awesome and easy. Thank you!

Got a quote from them, the estimation person showed up on time, and gave us a quote. No delay, polite, no drama. We didn't end up hire them as the price is a bit high for us, to change the wax seal, we were quoted 195. End up fixing it ourselves within 30 minutes. Still, for the business like them, I would consider hire them for larger project. Smaller project is probably too pricy overall.

Reached out to O&M Plumbing, and was quite frankly the only plumbing service that reached out in a timely manner with a scheduled service call for issues related to our hot water tank. They were very reliable and had even made calls to make sure I was aware of their ETA on the diagnostic and the install days.

Ben came out and was able to quickly diagnose our tank, and with Brian was able to quickly and effectively replace and solve the problem we were having (end of life issues with the tank).

Even more amazing, although their main supplier was closed on the day of install (holiday issues), they took it upon themselves to buy a comparable tank from a big box store and threw in an expansion tank (to avoid water hammer) at no extra cost, even though they'd make less on account of the difference in price on the tank vs. their typical supplier.

After install, Brian stayed behind and made sure I was satisfied with the install and explained the maintenance that I could do to extend the life of the tank.

We really appreciate their help, and would gladly recommend!

Best Plumbing Services overall in my service area based on price, skill and quality of customer service. Many other reputable companies quoted double (or in one case triple) for the exact same work. Did I mention they were quick and cleaned up after themselves too?  

How did I determine that they are the best?
I had all of my plumbing inspected by a home inspector/contractor I trust, with estimates on cost and time. So I contacted every reputable plumber I could find on yelp for estimates including Aloha Plumbing, Good Flow, Blue Dragon, Plumb-Quick, the Plumbinator, Local Plumbing and EZ Flow to see what they would quote.

O&M was the first ones out, their prices were in line with my cheat sheet (that I did not tell any of the estimators about), Drew was head and shoulders above the other estimators in terms of knowledge and - here is the most important thing - NO UNNECESSARY UPSELL!!!!! All other estimators save 1 tried to sell me on a rebuild of a shower that only needed a handle fixed.

All other estimators warned me that most of the undersink cabinet space would be used up in the remodel but O&M actually ended up using less space than before. So now I have even more storage room.

I don't usually use CAPS in reviews but the best service and best knowledge (given they improved the situation under the sink unlike every other company would have done), while coming in a few dollars below my cheat sheet estimates and being the 2nd cheapest quote out of 6.

I won't even try another company and I want to make sure everyone I care about is using these guys. Too many others out there gouge you. I have 4 emails in my inbox that prove it.

Can't say enough good things about O&M. Ben (owner) and the team that I have met over the last few years (Brian, Mike, and Alex) are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. O&M has worked on some small plumbing repair items and they were able to address those quickly and at a fair price. They also helped big time with a major plumbing repair. Happy to know I have a plumbing team I can trust to get the job done. I'm a repeat customer and plan to be for a long time.

These guys are my plumbers. Lucky to have them! Any of the technicians that have been sent out by O&M have been on time, friendly, and efficient. They do great work at a fair price. Drew came out this morning to fix my clogged garbage disposal and was very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell that they care about what they are doing and their clients.

O&M Plumbing was absolutely great! Ben was very nice and friendly. My daughters bathroom shower panel did not get hot enough to her liking. He knew exactly what to do and did not make her feel like she was silly for trying to get the shower to the right temp. He was able to fix in no time.
We did have a few other plumbers come out and try to fix with no luck. One told us to replace the panel without even removing the panel to try to troubleshoot.

Soooo happy he was able to do the job and resolve the problem. He will be our go to plumber from now on.

Ben is a good guy, knowledgeable and honest, always tell the truth. He has worked on my house once and did a great work. They take their job serious. Do what they said and honor their works. Not try to find out excuse like other plumbers or sneak out. When you talk with him you feel the honesty. I will definitely hire him again for other works.

Andrew Morgan and his team (including his little, big brother and dog Molly) were exceptional! I needed to have a pipe scoped with camera to find out where it ended due to drainage issues on the property. Not only did they scope the pipe in question, but four others and walked the property for other pipelines to assess drainage of the land.

Andrew then walked me around the perimeter of the property and gave me immeasurable advice on fixing the drainage problems as well as located piping that could be used as a more viable option (connecting to a 6 pipe drain pipe versus 4 piping). Spent a good amount of time here, the price was reasonable, and the job exceptional.

Hard to find quality and caring companies these days-small business is a plus here-among all the corporate companies taking over.

Great experience working with this company.  The homeowner is a returning customer and I messaged about a sink issue we had in the guest bath.  They returned my yelp request ASAP and fixed our sink.  Ben and Wendy communicated with us on a weekend and Andrew came on Monday morning to fix the issue.  Thank you!

Everyone one I interacted with yesterday afternoon were professional, very nice, and helpful and prompt; not to mention the free estimate. Now that's hard to find. They are helping me with a water leak in my home. Please keep it up. I highly recommend them!

A damn joke. Called them bc my hot water heater igniter wouldn't stay lit. I've never had this issue. Tech comes out and says oh maybe we just need to clean the burner/igniter. He starts looking at it and notices the screws were already off (I did that, trying to get a better look as well as turned off the gas). He says oh that's not good at all! Screws the screws back on and says I'm going to try to see what it does messes with it and says it won't light at all. I tell him I turned the gas off... he turns it on and says ok it may take a few minutes to light... it never catches and then he starts talking about the electrical unit may need to be replaced and if that works, great. If not it could be the burner part of the unit. If we're going to do one, might as well do BOTH?!?! And there's always a chance there could be calcium build up in the tank?? Whatever that meant... He never pulled the burner off to clean it to see if that MIGHT work like he said. I don't know it just seemed sketchy... wasn't consistent, he didn't explain why or what his reasoning was, never did what he said he would do originally to trouble shoot the problem. Then called someone to start talked prices. Thumbs down, you will never gain my business like that.

Ben from O&M Plumbing was very professional and far exceeded my expectations. I contacted several plumbers and most quoted me an amount that was significantly higher without examining the issue in person. I had a leak underneath my garbage disposal in my kitchen sink and it just needed to be sealed properly since it was not tightened enough the first time around. Most plumbers recommended replacing the entire garbage disposal. I was very satisfied with the work and it didn't take very long to complete the job. I will definitely make O & M Plumbing my first choice in the future if I ever have any more plumbing issues. Thanks again!

This is a very good company. Although they weren't able to fix my plumbing issue on the same day due to a part that is unavailable. They didn't fail to make a follow-up call and scheduled my appointment with the new part from the manufacturer.

I greatly recommend O and M Plumbing. Ben fixed a leak at our previous house that a different plumber was unable to diagnosis correctly. At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a pressure regulator valve. He is thorough, efficient, friendly, takes the time to explain things clearly, and was very accommodating about helping with some extra items. He and his team were also very considerate about wearing face masks and shoe covers which was much appreciated. Super plumber and very nice guy.

The response time and service was exceptional! Alex was very kind and walked us through everything that was going on in our old house. He made sure we were comfortable about the cost before proceeding and there was no pressure and price shock at the end of service. Everything was done very professionally.

Our main sewer line clogged Wednesday night.  I called Ben hoping that he would answer and not only did he answer but he also told me he can  come fix the problem the following morning.  Ben and his assistant (Carlos i think) arrived on time, unclogged the line and got us back and running.  Ben explained everything to me.  Very professional and pricing is a fair.  Thanks Ben.  Im hoping I wont need to relocate our sewer line but if we have to, I know Ben and his crew can take care of it!

After I found out that my home water bill jumped astronomically, I knew that I had a major leak but I just couldn't find it despite my best efforts. I called a few different plumbers and got a variety of recommendations but ultimately chose O&M because the owner was extremely informative and could get a crew out the following business morning.  The crew showed up on time, found the leak under my yard within 30 minutes and got it fixed the same day despite that it was raining! The pricing was reasonable and the job was fast. Can't ask for better!

It's about time I got around to leaving O&M Plumbing a review.  I've used Ben and his crew several times over the past few years both personally and professionally.  Every single time I call, Ben either personally answers or calls me back within just a few minutes.  His bids have always been honest and transparent with a clear outline of the work to be done, the cost of parts and labor.  O&M's not always been the cheapest bid I've gotten, but they are the most reliable AND I've never had to call them back for the same issue.  They fix it right the first time and to me and my owners thats worth the little bit extra.  I'd never hesitate to have Ben and his crew take care of any plumbing issue.  Personable, Honest, Transparent and  Reliable.  I wish I could say that about all my vendors!!

We concur with all the other 5-star reviews here. Drew and Carlos installed our new tankless water heater today and we couldn't be more pleased. They installed a water softener and a kitchen sink faucet/sprayer assembly for us a while back. They are a pleasure to deal with and go the extra mile to make everything perfect. Also had the opportunity to speak with owner Ben and office manager Wendy on the phone, which only confirmed that all the folks associated with O & M Plumbing are good people that can be depended on for outstanding service.

I've had Ben and his crew out 3 times now, for various jobs over the past 2 years and I always get the same thing. Options no one else gives me, competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

O&M Plumbing was the only company, out of four total plumbers, who was able to diagnose an issue underneath my kitchen sink. Due to crummy construction with a remodel, my wife and I experienced a large leak underneath our flooring, but the issue was not able to be discovered with any other plumber we hired. O&M was the only one to diagnose the issue, and they were able to fix it in half a day, and for 20% of what other plumbers were quoting us. Ben and his team were fantastic to work with, and we could not recommend them more.

Very quick response even though my issue was not urgent.  Super nice technicians and didn't just repair but suggested an improvement to the installation which made perfect sense and more functional.  Call these guys for plumbing needs.  They are really good.

After a horrible experience with another Plumber (assigned by a Home Warranty Company), I called O&M Plumbing.  Ben has done work for my office and we were always pleased.

He showed up on time!  (it is so hard nowadays to get anyone to be there when they say!)
He was polite and professional and knew exactly what the problem was.  His crew returned the following day to fix the hot water heater.  They had to move some gym equipment and even a fridge a little to get the unit installed.  They moved everything back how they had found it and left us with hot water (TAA-DAA!) in a matter of hours.

He'll be returning soon to do a major fix (womp womp) at my rental property.  BUT I wouldn't call anyone else!

We had a great experience with O & M. I chose them because they didn't charge for an on-site estimate. They immediately determined the source of our leak and gave us a fix for under $200.

Ben from O & M was out to check out lack of drainage and odor from my dishwasher today.  He was early to the appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had me up and running quickly.  Most amazingly, the fix was somewhat simple and Ben did not charge me for the visit.  I have used O & M Plumbing for several jobs and this is the kind of great service and honesty that I have come to enjoy very much.  Great plumbing service!

O&M Plumbing was amazing. The upper hot water heater element had gone bad on our water tank. Easy DIY fix you're probably thinking right? I agree.. Only the element had fused to the tank and was not going to come out. After a few hours of trying, cursing and trying again I decided to reach out to a professional.

I normally call 4-5  of Yelps top star plumbers when an issue comes up. I expect at least 1 to not return my call and 3-4 to tell me they can fit me in sometime next week and if I'm lucky one will be able to help in a reasonable time. O&M was a pleasant surprise when they not only picked up their phone, but told me they could be out the next day by 1pm.

This was a great relief to us as we have a tween and hot showers have to happen.. or horrible things begin.. I was once again pleasantly surprised when O&M called on the next day and told me they would be there TWO hours ahead of schedule. Yes, two hours!! After trying to fix the existing tank failed we finally agreed that we would need a new heater.

They were priced fairly, extremely quick to get the tank and parts and even faster to install the new tank. Within 3 hours we had hot water again (including going to get the tank) and our family can now rest easy knowing that our tween can bath once again.

O&M did a great job on replacing my bathroom faucets and installing a new granite composite sink in my kitchen.  The owner, Ben installed the kitchen sink as it was a bit of a challenge and the end result looks great.  I will call them again.

I noticed I had water leaking from my yard into the street this morning. I called Ben at O & M Plumbing and he sent Andrew and Jonas to my house within a couple hours to give a free estimate. The roots of my tree had caused a pipe to break and they fixed it the same day. Great service! I would definitely recommend them.

O & M went above and beyond to get our water heater fixed. It was an old water heater and required a special part. They ordered the part and installed it promptly as soon as it arrived.

They were on time, communicated well, and didn't try to hard sell us into buying a new water heater like ABC did.

Making an appointment to diagnose a leak under my kitchen sink and install a faucet was very easy using Yelp. Ben sent several texts confirming the appointment and giving me status of his arrival time. He was very courteous and explained clearly what he would do.  He found that the old faucet was leaking and installed the new one quickly. The cost was less than I expected. He answered several questions about other plumbing concerns too. I'll definitely call O&M for my next plumbing issue.

Had issues scheduling which was my fault.  Once they promptly arrived at the scheduled time they gave me a very high quote.   I asked for a breakdown of services but they told me the owner does that and to call him.   Called the owner and he said he would get with the guy who wrote up the quote but didnt return my call.   I called back to get that breakdown again and the owner said the same thing to me again.   Never heard back from him.  
I am sure their services are great....i will never know.  :(

I had a good experience with O&M Plumbing, but did not have them do any work for me.  I called for an appointment to get an estimate for some work, I can do myself; but I thought if I could get it done for a reasonable amount I would pay to have it done instead.  So, I had O&M come out and look at my project and give me an estimate.  Turned out they wanted to charge more than I wanted to pay, so I declined to have them do the work.  The communication with the folks at O&M was good, the plumbing team arrived on time and seemed to be competent enough to do the work.

We have used Ben for both our home and our rental property. Services we have received have always been stellar! Once we had a leak issue that needed immediate attention and Ben fit us into his schedule after hours. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that he fixes the entire problem. He checks and double checks everything. I also really like that he gives us options when he can. We trust Ben and that says a lot right there.

I own a rental property in Northwest Hills and there was a clogged drain and the tenants had one of those Roto companies come out and unglog it at considerable expense to me. The company told the tenant that they thought there was a cracked drain pipe and maybe leaking underneath. I called O&M based on their good reviews. They promptly came out to take a look at it and told me that they saw no issues and no signs of leaking. They didn't even charge me for going out there. They could have lied and said there was an issue and charged me to fix it, and I likely wouldn't have known the difference and paid them. But instead, they were completely honest at no monetary gain for themselves. So moral is if you are looking for an honest plumber, I would say these guys fit the bill.

I cannot say enough nice things about O&M Plumbing and Ben.  I have an older house with some issues in the kitchen.  I called after hours, he actually answered the phone!  Made arrangements to come by the next day in the afternoon, he really was here in the afternoon. Fixed my sink, provided excellent advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Even asked him to do a couple of side jobs while he was here. The price was extremely reasonable.   Just an all around pleasant experience from someone who knows his stuff.

I will never use another plumber again.  I will keep his phone number handy from now on.  If you are looking for a plumber, you found him!

Excellent service! Saved the day! They actually saved us $3,000! We had a slow gas leak, and another plumber said we had multiple small leaks under the house and should replace all our gas pipes- at a projected cost of $3,650!. Luckily, the other plumbers, Clarke Kent, did not show up as planned, so Ben from O & M Plumbing came by to take a second look. He found no, nada, zero leaks under the house. He located three loose fittings near appliances inside the house. He quoted us $300 to fix the leaks. He fixed them the next morning and we had our gas turned back on that afternoon! He even came back later to help the Texas Gas employee find a valve under the house. Fantastic company!

Called for a dishwasher installed that Home Depot wasn't able to do. Ben  answered quickly and asked for my information. Drew and Jonas did an excellent job. They communicated well with each other and with me. Friendly, professional, curteous and got the job done in a timely manner.  We are new in the area and having worked for a plumbing company before I knew to check Yelp and read the reviews. They deserve 5* and I will use them again if I ever have plumbing issues.

We had three toilets that were all leaking in their own way.  I emailed O&M, and was almost immediately contacted to schedule a free estimate.  They had a very fair price, so I had them do the work immediately.  During the repair, there was a small snafu that led to a broken tank cover.  The guys immediately told us what happened, tried to find a replacement that matched, and replaced the toilet (on their dime) when they couldn't.  Obviously, it would have been better if the lid wasn't broken, but mistakes happen.  When they do, these guys take care of them.  That's all I can ask for!  I was very satisfied with the guys who came out, and the work that they did.

We recently had a break in a line under a rental house. We contacted another plumber and he referred us to a company that would dig a tunnel under the house. The cost of the tunnel was outrageous and when I enquired about going through the floor they lied and told me it was way more expensive that way.

I was referred by a friend to O & M who gave me a honest quote over the phone and said that yes they could go through the floor and that it would be the best course of action. They came out looked at the problem and confirmed the price over the phone and then began the work right away.

Halfway through the project they found another problem and were able to fix it at the same time while not adding too much to the overall cost.

In today's world it is hard to find honest contractors and I am lucky to have heard of O & M.

We had a small plumbing issue that I wasn't comfortable tackling. I drive by the O&M trucks almost every day so I thought let's give a local company our business. Contacted Ben, explained what I needed and that it was not an emergency, so no rush to work me in. A couple of days later he stopped by, took care of the issue (and had to run to get parts) and was very reasonable in pricing! Great service and a great price. I really appreciated his fairness on pricing based on the work needed. One of the most positive repair experiences I've had!

Ben and his team have to be the nicest team you could ask for. I would recommend O&M plumbing to anyone who needs this type of service. We will be customers for life and look forward to having them do more work for us in the future.

It bears repeating what a good company this is. If you have a plumbing need, just call Ben. He has exceeded my expectations 3 times now. His pricing is incredibly reasonable, and his work is top notch. He might be a little too efficient though. I asked him to put in a new hot water heater for me, and a few hours later I found out that the buyers wanted to upgrade it and were willing to pay for the difference. He had the new heater installed before I got the message and was able to relay it to him!

I needed an air static test run at a HUD house where the water could not be turned on. Ben responded quickly and reasonably. Every other plumber that I contacted insisted on going out first for an evaluation, which was impossible for our timing. The house was under contract and we had a small window to get in and run the test. O&M was very helpful and did exactly what we needed in a timely manner!

My real estate agent actually found Ben and O & M Plumbing for me. I was in the process of buying a duplex with foundation issues. After the foundation was repaired, several pipes under the duplex burst.

My real estate agent got bids from a few different companies, but O & M Plumbing was the most reasonable BY A LONG SHOT. They did the work promptly and efficiently.

In the process of doing that job, they found a water leak in the bathroom on one side of the place. I called them out to come look at it and then had a few other jobs I needed done (like installing a new toilet, checking an issue with the sink, etc.). The sink issue was a simple fix, which they didn't even charge me for. They told me it was best to wait until they could do the rest of the work at once, so I wouldn't get charged multiple trip charges.

I have never heard of a plumber who would give his customers tips on how to NOT get charged.

When I had plumbing mishap the week before they were scheduled to come out and take care of all that work, I called Ben at 7 am, frantic because one side of the duplex was flooded with water from a spewing pipe. He was at my place in 15 minutes to fix it.

The week they were scheduled to install the toilet for my tenant, they had several jobs that came up that kept them from getting to me. On the 4th of July, when I'm sure Ben had much better things to do, he made a special trip in the morning to make sure my tenant's bathroom was taken care of.

As a rental owner, I cannot express how relieved I a to have found such great plumbing service. I've raved about Ben, but every other employee that I've met has been just as nice and accommodating.

I would recommend O & M Plumbing to anyone and everyone. They do excellent work and they're honest. It doesn't get much better than that.

Hands down the best plumber I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Ben and his crew are honest, on time and do great work.  Their scheduling is convenient, customer service is responsive and professional and they are conscientious about their work.  Ben will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

O&M rocks.  These guys saved us from a proposed $4000 repair from a rival company.  The other company took over a week to try and diagnosis the leak and said we needed to replace our entire system for $4000.  Read a review on Yelp about the other plumber, Clarke Kent, that said customer had the same issue.  

We called O&M who quickly diagnosed the leak at 2 of the shutoff valves in the house and repaired it within a couple of hours for $300.  The new plumber says there was only one fitting under the house that showed signs of being tested with soap, all the other fittings still had dirt and dust on them indicating that they were never sprayed.

When the gas company came out to turn the gas back on there was an issue with our hot water heater not getting gas.  O&M came right back out to the house to diagnose the problem before the inspector left to ensure we didn't loose another day without gas.  Got the issue resolved and the gas back on.  Awesome service!

Ben really knows his plumbing!!! I called over 20 plumbers and had a handful of them come check out a leak in my garage between a drain pipe and the slab. Ben determined the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He is a very honest, practical, and skillful plumber with clear trusty-worthy communication abilities and punctuality! I DEFINITELY will rely on using O&M for all my future needs. Thanks Ben!

We recently opened up a new office and were in need of someone to do some work in the restroom. O&M was able to make it out to our office the same day. They were professional and gave us a reasonable quote really quickly. I'll definitely be using them again for any work we might need.

Called them to come out for a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was leaking all over the floor.  They came out within a day to fix it, were on time, and did a great job.  My mom even had them install the wrong tub fixtures and they were very gracious about it when I asked them to replace them with different ones.  Very professional, prices were reasonable, and prompt service.  I would hire them again for sure.

I called O&M to come out to my office due to a smell that was just awful. Ben came out to find that my clean out cap in the men's restroom was just loose. He took it off, replaced the seal, and let me know it was nothing major. Thank you Ben for being speedy and honest!

We had to replace a leaking and rusted down faucet in our ktchen sink. We had contacted the original manufacturer for the replacement kit, but it came without instructions and since we didn't notice that during the last few months that we put it off in getting fixed (simply because there were no instructions that came with the kit), water started to damage some of the parts that were good and were not on the list to be replaced. A friend recommended us to these guys and all I can say is Thank you!!  Very professional, reliable and fanstatic work. You'll be amazed at the qualitly of their work. I was referred to Ben Morgan the owner of this company by a very good friend of mine. He came to my house earlier today because I had a serious problem with plumbing in part of my house. Everything Ben did he explained what he was doing and why. And then I was further impressed when family members of his Mike and Andrew showed up to help on the job because every member of the three worked like a well oiled machine and took care of some things that was rather complicated to do. Andrew even took initiative on part of the project and actually helped them get it done at a faster pace. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues whatsoever whether you live in a new house or an old house like mine with cast iron pipes. I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided and I will refer them to anyone I ever hear ask about plumbing issues. And if they're reading this I just want to say thank you.

Excellent!  Ben came out on short notice and corrected some leaks after a DIY install of a water heater.  Price was very reasonable.  I will definitely use O&M for future plumbing repairs.

Found these guys through yelp.  Called because I had a stuck piece of pvc I couldn't get loose under the sink.  Ben worked me in the very next day at a time convenient for me and Tony came out and got the pipe loose, then charged me an extra $25 to finish putting in the sink drain on a bathroom remodel.  Price was very fair--exactly what I thought it should be for the service call and repair.  Great guys, fair price.
