Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Our hot water froze overnight & the kind woman I spoke to was able to squeeze us in on a full day. When Sam showed up right on time, he found that the situation had actually resolved itself & the hot water was running again...He gave me some tips on how to solve the problem in the future & didn't even charge us for the trip. I chose Anchor Plumbing Services because Paul is a local independent plumber.  The small independent vendor normally gives you a fair price and exceptional service.  And that is exactly what Paul provided. I emailed Anchor Plumbing about my needs and said that there was no rush.  Didn't matter I was contacted immediately.  Paul came out to look at the job gave me a quote and we made an appointment to get the job done.   Changed out 14 turn off control valves and caulked our shower.   Only took him a couple hours, everything was clean afterwards and used high quality parts.

Not much more I can say then if you want a job done well, right and a fair price; Anchor Plumbing Service fits the bill.  I know it sounds like a TV commercial but it is absolutely true.

I had a leaking water heater that started slow and became progressively worse - Cody was able to move things around and get Joe out to see me the next day for an assessment.  The new water heater installation happened the very next day with Joe and Roger and it works great!  Can't thank Cody, Joe, and Roger enough for the fast action and quality install.  Highly recommend PlumbSmart!

Late on a Sunday even, we discovered our kitchen faucet was leaking and dripping into the cabinet beneath.  We shut down the water to the sink and we're prepared to wait until later in the week to have a functioning kitchen sink.  After all, it was Sunday, followed by a holiday, which meant surely no one would be able to help us until later in the week, right?

Absolutely wrong!  I sent a message via the Yelp app to BG Plumbing late, LATE Sunday night and had a response from the owner, Tsanko, early Monday morning.  After describing the problem to him, and receiving valuable recommendations as to how to proceed with fixing the problem, he promised to be over at noon.  He arrived promptly and ready to get started.  He provided excellent feedback to us as he completed the repair and didn't mind at all discussing future upgrades, be they real or hypothetical; Installing a tankless hot water system or the possibility of running a beer tap to an unused hole on the kitchen sink!  (The latter just might happen if we can get the Mrs. on board)

The job was finished quickly, cleanly, and without error.  BG Plumbing will be my company of choice for years to come!  Thank you for an honest quote and quality work!

On 26 July 2022 we received outstanding, quality, and professional service from Andre's Pro Plumbing. They replaced two water heaters at our home. Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Joaquins's crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Andre's Pro Plumbing to anyone that wants high quality and very professional work.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Blue Lion Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my custom fit water heater. Martin brought to code an outdated heater with brand new pipes, drain and of course the heater itself.

The job required quite a bit of additional work and extended time to complete. Fantastic service from Blue Lion and no add on costs and no grumbling just absolute positivity !

We called Brad after going through several other estimates and I have to say he was fantastic. Very pleasant to work with, professional and honest. Brad was on time, very thorough and did an excellent job not only fixing the problem but also taking the time to explain to us what was going on and what we should look out for in the future.

Had a new water heater installed. Free estimate and was about 25% cheaper than a competitor.

David and Michael were super nice and very professional. Accommodated our working schedule (poor guys were working into the night) - not sure how many other companies would do that.

I called Alamo water softener to replace my high pressure relief valve outside my house because it was rusting. They charged me 600 dollars. A few days later I get a notification from saws stating I had a leak. Called Alamo to fix it which they did. 3 weeks later another notification from saws. Called Alamo water softener to come back to fix it.  They sent the same incompetent plumber that installed and fixed the other leaks. They fixed it with no charge. A month a half later another leak from the same valve. Called them again and still waiting on them to come and replace it. I have probably spent some ver 600 dollars on water charges alone for all the leaks. This is ridiculous. I would never hire them to do any plumbing work again

These guys are professional and courteous. The work they did for me (replaced a small piece of leaking copper pipe) was satisfactory. The only problem I have with them is the price. When they told me it would cost just under $400 for a job that took less than an hour and required very little materials, I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged. I think the problem may be that they use flat-rate menu pricing instead of actually considering the amount of work and materials needed for a particular job. That may be beneficial to the customer in some cases, but in mine, I ended up feeling overcharged.

I will likely use them again, but if I get the same overcharged feeling next time, I will likely resume my search for a plumbing company I'd want to have on speed-dial.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Best service in the area! I've been using their services for the past three years. All my experiences within the company have been fantastic. They are very honest, provide prompt service, and are genuine people. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services!

Came out on time,two guys were very polite,got it done quickly and neatly,not the cheapest around, but the work is excellent, try them if you have serious issues and to get it done the first time .

This plumbing company is absolutely wonderful. At first I thought price was a little steep for a quote but they replaced a part and came back when I still had an issue with the same faucet for free! Every employee has come to my home has been very nice and professional. I definitely recommend elite plumbing and as a new homeowner will be utilizing their services for any future problems! Couldn't be more disappointed in their product and do NOT recommend. 6 days ago I paid them over 26K for a complete overhaul of my AC system. The workers were great and very courteous, however, here we are 6 days out and the system is not working. All day our upstairs has been 76° (feels warmer, honestly). I set it to 72°, no change. I set it to 68°, no change. I went outside to check the unit and it is not running at all. I'll be calling them in the morning to voice my anger and displeasure. I told them that my number 1 priority is having something that works and that I don't have to worry about, they guaranteed me 20 years and can't even give me a week. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.
