The outside unit part of the A/C went out and caused the breakers and the wires to burn.  Because the inside unit was old we were looking to replace both if the price was right.  I talked with Jason and he thoroughly explained everything.  He also took the time to explain again anything I was not sure about.  Working with him before installation was great.  Also the technicians who installed were very knowledgeable and did a great job and answered any questions I had at the time.

Hot Water Guys are the best! I had a problem and called another company before I knew about the Hot Water Guys. When the technician arrived he could not answer my questions about the error codes on the unit I was having problems with, just wanted to sell me a new unit. I called Hot Water Guys and Sam came out and found I was having problems with the venting on and through the roof and he scheduled repairs for the following day. Problem fixed, and very reasonably charged. I also used them when my mothers tankless heater went out and Tom came out, looked at the unit and sold me a new unit well below market value. I won't ever use anyone else. It is nice that all their employees are very professional and only sell and service tankless water heaters. I will be only calling Hot Water Guys for my hot water needs.

The day after we closed on our house, we had water shooting out of a pipe in our front yard! Not a good welcome to the neighborhood. Anchor Plumbing was able to quickly get us on their schedule and fix the issue. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone and when doing the repairs. Will most definitely call them for any future needs!!

Contacted BG Plumbing after reading good reviews in Yelp. Tsanko picked up the phone immediately and was in my home in less than an hour. The job was to connect the gas line to the newly installed gas cooktop and install the regulator, shut-off valve, piping etc., He quickly went to Homedepot after doing the initial inspection and was back in a zip and finished the job in no time. He was very professional and knowledgable. Honest person and the quote was very very reasonable for the job. This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

We just moved into a new house. There was a leak in the  kitchen we noticed as soon as we got the water turned on. Blue lion plumbing came out and helped us the next day even though it was Saturday. He was friendly and kind and very knowledgeable. We ended up walking the entire house inspecting everything he gave some great information without just trying to sell me stuff. Thank you Blake and Beau.  Had a botched garbage disposal install that resulted in leaks everywhere.  They came the same afternoon and rebuilt the the pipes for the drains and did a great job.  Voila!! no leaks.  Efficient, courteous, tidy and efficient.  Hire them again in a heartbeat.

After calling for the first time, David and Michael came quickly to my house and gave me a fair quote.  I felt at ease with them and felt confident based on previous reviews that the guys were honest and fair.  The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that I had to show David how to plug up our toilet after he used the long plunger for 30 mins to clear the drain.  After I clogged up the toilet, the diagnosis was, I need a stronger toilet (with bigger diameter p-stopper).  New language I have learned.  Over a hundred dollars later, I was told I need a stronger toilet.  At least I know I don't have a clogged pipe.

AWS patiently explained the products to me over the phone.  Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable, the rep that came out to see me, checked the hard water levels and explained the equipment to me once again.  I liked that all their parts were not proprietary and that I didn't HAVE to go back to them if I didn't want to for future repairs.  They were able to schedule the install quickly.  The installers were early, friendly, courteous, helpful, and quick to complete the install of my water softener, freshwater spickets(sp?), and water filtration system.  I can tell the difference already!  I enjoyed working with them.  Tell them Rita sent you!

A BIG thank you to Ryan H and David for testing my gas lines, fixing a small leak and installing some safety features to my water heater! We will sleep much better starting tonight knowing they checked everything out. They answered all my concerns and questions and explained everything along the way.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. Got great service from AAA Auger last Sat.  Had a backed up drain to the kitchen sink and washer.  Phoned AAA Auger due to other positive comments & the coupon in the phone directory.  A human answered the phone & quickly had me scheduled for an appointment for mid-afternoon that same day.  Harold (72) & Joseph (43) came to fix the problem and were very professional, competent, helpful, and went the extra mile for us.  We were very pleased with their service and the whole experience with AAA Auger, San Antonio.  Thanks!

This company must have mostly first time customers.  Can't imagine them having any repeat customers.  On two separate occasions, I scheduled a service call with them.  Both times they called on the morning of the appointment to cancel.  They didn't even offer to reschedule a third time.  They obviously didn't want my business.  All talk (as reflected in their tv ads), no do.
