I bought one of their living social deals to come and repair my toilets and do a home inspection.  Toilets are fairly easy to fix, but one of my least favorite things to do and I never seem to know what to replace.  I felt good about the deal because a trained plumber can fix water levels and identify problems before they become bad.  He did a great job and fixed 2 toilets, checked 4 in total.  He did the home inspection, tested the water.  He identified a couple broken T/P valves on my furnace and fixed them while he was there.  Reasonably priced for a certified plumber (plumbers are always insanely expensive, such is life).  

I recently had a new roof installed and he identified the furnace hoods were smushed in by the roofers, so my roofers are coming out to repair it today (under their labor warranty).  

They have one of those iphone apps to scan credit cards.

Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Our hot water froze overnight & the kind woman I spoke to was able to squeeze us in on a full day. When Sam showed up right on time, he found that the situation had actually resolved itself & the hot water was running again...He gave me some tips on how to solve the problem in the future & didn't even charge us for the trip. Wonderful company. My husband and I sold our house and the inspection revealed low water pressure so called these guys to check it out. Sent them an email and got a fast response that they could arrive next day.  I wasn't home and Henry called and asked me what needed to be done and were able to take care of everything while I was at an appointment. Before I got back I was called to say a new valve needed to be installed and it was already completed. They patiently waited for me to get home. Explained to me what they did and let me pay quick and simple right there in the driveway and gave me a receipt. The most efficient and quick service I've ever had. Thank you so much!

First off, I've dealt with several Plumbing Companies in the last six months for various reasons.  Cody & PlumbSmart are by far the most professional & honest company I know.  

Joe came to my house & was honest, upfront & all around great guy.  He never once tried to push me into needing this done or letting them replace that.  In fact, Joe showed me what could be the issue causing a leak & an easy fix that I could do myself.  Due to this, I won't use any other Plumbing company & intend on using them again in the near future.  Two thumbs up!!!

Andre's Pro Plumbing responded right away to my question on yelp. Looking at the ratings I figured I would give them a chance, and sure glad I did. Joaquin called and said he finished a job early and would come early if I was available. He showed and completed the work making sure to not leave a mess. He was very considerate and made sure we were comfortable by having PPE equipment  cause of Covid-19 going on right now. After the work was complete he double checked to make sure everything was operating properly which led me to inquire about replacing my water softener. He explained that I had more options then to just replace by calling the manufacturer ( brand name ) and having a rebuild done on it to work again and would be cheaper then replacing, and that is what put it over the top for me. Instead of trying to take my money for a quick job he gave me options and wasn't pushing his product. I booked a appointment for him to come install one in a few days. Having recently purchased a home in SA, I was given Blue Lion's contact information by a renovator working next door to my Sister's home.  My primary concern was addressing those plumbing issues which had been documented in the inspection report I had done prior to house purchase.  Heather scheduled an appointment for an estimate shortly after my call.  Martin arrived, reviewed the inspection report and then confirmed required work by checking out the crawl space himself.  I also mentioned to him that I wanted to replace both toilets with new.  He quoted a price for the work and scheduled me for the following week.  He arrived on time, quickly addressed and repaired the crawl space issues and, in so doing, identified additional problems which the inspector had not because the inspector did not access the crawl space under the deck adjacent to the house.  The leak from the kitchen drain/main bath sink drain was leaking badly.  Martin opened the wall under the kitchen sink to discover some nasty do-it-yourself mess which included multiple plastic bags! Martin replaced that mess with new pipe.  He then pulled the first toilet to begin replacement with the new, only to discover serious issues with the lead drainage line.  I saw it.  It was ugly.  He told me what would be required to do the job correctly, but he did not have the necessary parts and would need to schedule another appointment.  What he charged for the work completed that day was LESS than his original quote even though the kitchen sink issue had NOT been part of the inspection report!  To make a long story somewhat shorter, when he returned a couple days later as promised, both toilets had problems which required work WAY beyond pulling and replacing.  I told him I wanted the work done right, not quick.  

It took much longer than anticipated to complete the replacement of the two toilets, but I have the satisfaction of knowing that the work was done correctly.  And that is precisely what makes Martin and Blue Lion Plumbing a 5 star business:  the work was completed on time, professionally and courteously and I don't have to worry about plumbing problems going forward.  In a previous life I had gutted and renovated three homes and, based on that experience, Blue Lion was INCREDIBLY reasonably priced.  Would I recommend?  Well, this week Martin completed a number of projects at my Sister's house and she has shared his name on a neighborhood review site.  YES!  Thank you Martin, William and Heather!

Holiday weekend warrior.
When I discovered that my garbage disposal was leaking, I worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone to address the issue on Memorial Day. Not only was Brad working, but was available within a few hours of my call. In addition to my kitchen sink, I had him repair plumbing in my bathroom as well.  Very professional. Thoroughly cleaned up. Highly recommend Brad B Plumbing.

David and Michael came to check on my fairly new water heater because our water was not heating like it should. I called and David told me he would be able to come out that day which was incredibly convenient and he was about 25% cheaper than the previous quotes.

From the phone call to meeting in person, they were very courteous and professional. While at work, my wife was available for the appointment and they explained to her what they were going to do and then what they actually did in where she would understand.

They quickly drained,filled, and tested my WH and turned out to be working fine. He charged an easy 65 bucks for the house call and no problems since.

I would definitely call them again if I had another issue.

Just had our new water softener installed by Alamo water systems in San Antonio, TX.  Efrain and Eddie did a great job with the install.  When they came out they found another way to install install our system which saved us $300!  They also provided two quick shut offs for the system, one for the whole house and one for the outside hose bibs.  They even helped me drain the hotwater heater.

The sales lady Sarah was also really helpful and very nice.  Their was no pressure to buy.  The entire process was truly a great experience.  I believe these guys are an outstanding company and I would definately recommend them.  They were also $2,000 cheaper than culligan for a better system.

Outstanding!  I called at 5:30pm yesterday and was able to schedule a plumber for today anytime between 8-12am.  I got a call about 8:05 saying they were on their way...awesome!  Chris and his assistant were very professional (courteous, polite, punctual, attentive, etc.).  He diagnosed the problem (leak at water meter in front yard), offered options (with no aggressive up-sell), and completed the work quickly and thoroughly.  He also did a quick walk-thru inspection of my house and made a couple recommendations for minor things I can do, plus he identified that my water heater is leaking.  He again offered options with no aggressive up-sell and didn't push it when I declined (for now).  I will definitely be using A&A as my plumber from now on!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

These fine individuals came to my house at 8pm. I called er 6:30. They were amazing and affordable. Kind and to the point. They repaired my issue. God bless them. Honest hardworking. I highly recommend! Thanks Virgil Ana friend !

I had an emergency water leak that was getting worst. After getting the run around by other plumber I decided to contact Elite Plumbing Solutions via Yelp since they had good ratings. Thank god! They came and fix the problem the same day, the price was reasonable and they were very attentive to answer any questions I had.

Had Jon Wayne come to check on my AC last week. They said they would be at my home between 8 and noon, the man arrived at 12:30. So they waved the service call. (I had to ask for this, they never offered). Instead of trying to fix the issue, the technician was more interested in selling me a whole new AC system! (inside and outside units, $9k Plus) when he saw I wasn't going to go with a whole new system, he quoted me $426 for a part which I can buy from Amazon for $18. 

I felt like I was just being ripped off. 
No way would I recommend Jon Wayne, 
I'm gonna use the mom and pop companies from now on.

UPDATE: I bought the part I need a few days ago from Johnstone supply (Alamo downs Pky) for $30 and I'm doing great in my nice cold home!
