Johnny arrived on the day and time specified. I showed him what we needed done. He had a quote for me within 10 minutes. The quote was well within my estimated budget figure so I agreed to the work. He had to travel to the hardware store to get the adapters he needed. Even with the extra time for travel the job was completed in just at two hours. We now have a new faucet and catch basins in the kitchen sink. Excellent work and very friendly.

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

I don't usually write reviews, but Martin's services are exceptional and I highly recommend him. Tonight I called Martin in desperate need of plumbing services. It was already 8:30 PM and Martin responded to my message within a couple minutes. He spoke with my husband and walked him through the entire process of fixing the problem. He stayed on the phone with him until the issue was resolved. We are so grateful for his patience and expertise. A couple years ago, we had another emergency in the late evening and Martin came out late at night and resolved the problem. He was quick, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He has always been extremely friendly and polite. He came highly recommended to me by a family friend and after utilizing his services I can see why. In an age where so many service companies and contractors don't show up on time (or at all), are rude, or take advantage of the customer, it is a breath of fresh air to see an honest individual with great skill and expertise you can count on. I have been wary and frustrated at trying to contact local plumbers here in SA. They usually do not call you back when you leave them a message. And this gets even worse since most never even pick up their phone.

Today was a miracle.

Robert not only picked up the phone but he valued my phonecall by carefully listening to my concern and promising to send a tech within a couple of hours. With my previous negative experience where people who have committed to come really do not come, I called up Robert again. Once again, he reassured me that a tech was on the way and now just 15 mins from arriving. True enough and even beyond my expectation, the doorbell rings just a couple of minutes after I put down the phone. It was ther plumbing tech Eric.

You could not ask for anything more. Eric went beyond just bare minimum by showing his professionalism not just with his expertise and diligence but also his patience and kindness. I was like experiencing wit and care for my plumbing from Eric just like watching The Good Doctor, plumbing version!

Eric had much difficulty as the snaking rooter kept refusing to creep into the pipe. He did not surrender until he was able to find the best tip tool that was able to flexibly push through the pipe.

The end result was a success not only for the job itself but it gave me such comfort and peace of mind knowing that it was done by a dedicated and passionate professional.

The sound of water running out of the wall is never good. We called Reeh Plumbing and they sent out Kenneth (hope I have that name right). Even though it was after hours, Kenneth was so nice and respectful. He was efficient and quick and made a stressful situation easier. We have my mom in Hospice here at her house and when he left he said he would pray for her. I have no doubt he did just that.  So glad I called Reeh.

Great crew, great work and reasonably priced.  I had a pretty bad water main leak.  I got scheduled right away and the guys spend the whole day working until it was completely redone.  Took a lot, but they did great.

We own a rental property in San Antonio and we received a call from a tenant at approximately 8:00 PM stating there was a large water leak at the water box near the street.  We recently had this same large water leak so we were frantic to get it fixed asap so our tentants weren't without water for a couple of days...again :(  We called multiple plumbers, most of which never returned our call until the next day.  The others couldn't tell us an ETA, which we desperately needed so we could inform our tenants.  After reading another yelpers review, we decided to call Five Star Plumbing.  First kudo, they answered our phone call!  Michael immediately took down our information and said he'd relay the message to the plumber asap.  My husband was en route to the property (about a 50 minute drive) and after just a short 5 minute wait, David the plumber arrived!  He was polite and professional.  David quickly determined the issue (possible faulty part installed at the last repair) and had our tenants' water service up and running in about 1 hour!  We were so thankful and relieved!  Even though the repair was after hours and on short notice, the price was very reasonalbe.  We are making Five Star Plumbing our plumber for our investment properties.  Thank you so much!!!!

My mothers unit went out..David came by and went over our options..great service...she gets her new unit tomorrow...

Horrible !!!!!! Customer service is not good at all and service guy didn't write down exactly everything he did so we didn't get warranty on service.... so make sure to read everything the service guy writes down word for word.
