Can't say enough good about this company.  I had a problem with my hot water and when I called, the plumber came out right away.  Lou diagnosed the problem, quoted me a replacement price, and got it taken care of without any drama, sales pitch, or gimmicks.  I was really comfortable that the price was fair and I was happy to get it fixed so quickly.  I recommend them for anyone that needs an honest plumber!

There was lots of different jobs to be done to get the location ready for business; 365 Maintenance was able to do it all with excellence, on time, and at a great price. I called them about a leak outside of my home on one day, it was in the late afternoon and was given an appointment for the following afternoon. They showed up within the timeframe. I showed them the leak and they knew exactly what was wrong. They had it fixed in no time and the price was very fair for the job. They are a hometown Plumber but I'm sure does a lot of work outside of the community!  During the freeze they were so busy, yet right on time and did an amazing job!  Would recommend them to anyone for sure and it is showing to be true as his business is growing by leaps and bounds!

I called this plumbing company to unclog my main drain line. this company send a plumber in the same day and clear my drain with jetting Machine the plumber that came to my house give me all The option before he started the job. It took him about 45 minutes to clear my line. I am recommend this plumbing company and I will use them in the future thank you for your fast response

I have had to have these guys out two times so far this year (two completely separate issues) and both times they were TOPS! They got here fast, fixed the leak, and charged me a reasonable rate. Look, nobody wants to call the plumber, but if you do have to have some work done get these guys to do it. Professional, courteous, and they got the job done.

Husband called  for three days, and left a number of messages after Phillipp Plumbing was recommended to us; he never managed to reach anyone, nor did he ever get a call back from anyone for any of the messages he left.

Eric was great! Even though my home warranty didn't cover the work I felt good supporting this company. I'm happy with the work and happy with the experience.

I have a property that needed work. I get a call one hour and forty five minutes past the appointment time that Eli can't find the property. I'm not even the person to call about it. Two hours go by I have to call to find out if he even made there. Once I tracked him down first thing I was asked if I was asleep. I work in several times zones and live in several times zones so I found that irritating being asked that by someone who can't even find a location.

I was finally told what was needed, and I needed to write that information down. Eli did not want to wait for me to be clear on what the issues were. I wanted to write the information down since I knew them emailing to bid on the job would not be possible for them. I hung up the phone.

Maybe he does okay work. Not professional enough to get my business or money.

I watched one of their truck drivers drive recklessly here in our community today. Another car changed lanes in front of him, and he started driving down the road aggressively and tried to cut that car off, nearly crashing into her... if she hadn't hit her brakes, he would've slammed directly in to her. Then he got on his phone and was texting (or doing something on his phone) while driving. I noticed the John Hamm Plumbing decal (with phone numbers) on the side of his truck and thought that wasn't a good way to represent a company. I wouldn't want to give anyone that careless (or with that much aggression) my business. The license plate on this truck was FXX8111

That is right KRAZY plumbing!!! totally KRAZY unprofessional..... I usually don't have the time  to write reviews but I feel like I need  to take the time to warn other customers. I have more than one week waiting for Mr. Brandon Valenzuela to come and finish what he started. Yeap that is right after $75 for diagnosis, bunch unanswered phone calls and text messages still don't know the status of the fix.
