Mason is my go to plumber for my home and apartment that I own.  At my apartment I had a clogged AC drain, and Mason was the only plumber that came out that was correctly able to diagnose the issue.  Whenever I have a plumbing issue I always call Mason to get his opinion.  He is very honest and always willing to help.  I highly recommend his services.

This is a GREAT COMPANY! FAIR, HONEST AND QUICK TO RESPOND. I am stationed out of state and they are there when I call on them to help my elderly mother when the plumbing at her house or rental property becomes an issue. ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU!!

We had an emergency and they came right out on a Saturday.  The gentlemen were hard workers, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Just as soon as my call was answered, I knew I had the right business  Good work at a fair price with nice people.

I feel like he tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman who knows nothing about plumbing! He came out and used his camera to find the problem ($350) then he said our only way to fix it was to dig it up and replace the pipes($1400)! I paid him the $350, but got a 2nd opinion and the 2nd guy came out and fixed the problem for $180! He also mentioned one pipe needed to be replaced because it had shifted and it didn't need to be all completely dug upand replaced! He said he would do it for $420 for everything!!!! I feel like the 2nd plumber did a great job and it was not half ass or anything!
Don't chose Mercy Plumbing unless you just want to waste time and money!!

I found Paul the Plumber on our neighborhood FB page.  Several people had recommended him & I do too!  He responded the same day we called, even came in late afternoon when it's HOT in the attic.  He diagnosed the problem, got the part & fixed it the same day.  He also cleaned the unit & provided pictures of the problem before & after the fix.  He was very personable & professional.  I highly recommend him!

Dave is a talented and trustworthy plumber with lots of personality, integrity and heart. He did a great job for me at an honorable price and I never hesitate at an opportunity to use or refer him! You and your plumbing are in great hands with Dave.

Called Joe Ed Nettleton because he was close by and had decent reviews.

Abacus Plumbing quoted over 1000 bucks. Abacus was super professional but really? Is a clean uniform worth the extra expense?

Half that as Joe Ed Nettles Plumbing, Luis and Juan were friendly, very through and explained what they were doing....These guys deserve a raise.

As a Realtor I will recommend this company.

I love getting my moneys worth.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called this morning about a septic grease trap that was clogged on the drain field. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and they came out right away.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work knew exactly how to fix the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, including digging up the tank.

Couldn't ask for better service. If you need a plumber call these guys. They do honest work at a great price. That's a hard thing to find these days.

I have used this company for years. They are fair with their cost and do not try and rob you blind. I highly recommend this company.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

BEST plumber in the area. Great responsiveness, accurate problem diagnosis the first visit, prompt return with the right parts to complete the repair. Bruce was our technician - knowledgeable, friendly and the ultimate professional. Thanks!  Pleasure doing business with this company.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
