As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

Cooper plumbing is awesome. I've had several plumbers try to overcharge me, but Cooper is fair, has great, timely service, and their staff is so friendly! Would recommend especially in times like these in the Houston area!

I felt obligated to give a 5 star review after my experience with Alex. A previous plumber I hired two weeks ago to replace my attic water heater basically robbed me -- overcharged me to replace the water heater, claimed he couldn't fully drain the old heater and remove it, and left a half-full 50 gallon tank sitting in my attic. I called H-Town Emergency plumbers for a quote on draining and removing the water heater. Thank you Alex for showing me what a truly competent plumber doing high-quality work is capable of. Not only was he able to quickly drain the old unit, he helped me inspect and fix all the installation errors the previous plumber made. He was also able to do this by himself in under an hour, and was very professional and respectful of my home, wearing a mask at my request and covers over his shoes. The price I paid was also the price I was quoted up front. As long as I'm in Houston, this is the plumbing company I will be calling first in the future.

I got a running toilet problem and contacted SJ Rooter & Plumbing through Yelp, Johnny responded quickly and was able to come out the same day.
He showed up on time, and he wore mask and gloves as pandemic safety guidelines. He is very friendly, greeting me with a big smile.
He found the problem right away and replaced the part, then he tested it and made sure no leaks. He cares about customers property too, he removed the shoes before entering the house and no mess left after leaving. Definitely he would be the person to call if I have any pluming needs in the future.

The hot water line from our Titan Instant Hot water heater had burst and was not easy to get to under the home's crawl space.  Another plumber had diagnosed it but could not fix it.  I happened to have just received a flyer from Get It Done Plumbing and called.  They not only stated over the phone that they could fix the issue but scheduled a Plumber to come out within 2 hours.  Within 1.5 hours the problem was completely fixed by Jose Gonzales. Super clean. Super fast.  Super well done.

The guy was amazingly skilled and experienced. I say this as an experienced handyman myself.

We've had Lanco on 3 different service calls and have been extremely happy with their skill, efficiency, professionalism and price. They've replaced main shut off valve to our home, unclogged kitchen sink main line and today they changed out 2 sets of supply valves under 2 bathroom sinks. We've used 4-5 plumbing companies in the past and Lanco is by far the best.

Our sink flooded kitchen.  He came out and hooked pipes/disposal up properly with minimal charge.  Thank you!

We recently bought a rental home in Conroe. Unbeknownst to us, both water heaters needed replacing and thankfully we bought a home warranty which helped tremendously. Loyalty plumbing came out ASAP to check the water heaters and replaced the first one the next day. The second one still needed to be ok'd by home insurance and they sent a different company to check it. This guy wanted us to build platforms with bolts in the attic . It was an added expense that didn't need to happen whatsoever. We recalled Loyalty and they brought the second water heater the next day no problem. Our renters were happy and we are happy. They are super quick !

I called Joe the Plumber to have some faucets installed.  I scheduled an appointment for a few days later.  The plumbers Will and Josh arrived on time and I was even called approximately thirty minutes prior to their arrival.  Service was performed quickly and efficiently.  They completed the job in about an hour.  Both guys were courteous and knowledgeable.  They completed the job and it met my expectations.  I rated the job as four stars only because I felt the price was a bit on the high side.  I would recommend the company as their service was very good.

Called their office on a Wednesday and got a Thursday 3:00 PM service call arranged. It is now Thursday after 5:00 PM and no one has called to say if they are going to show up at all, be late, they are not coming, no nothing. What does it take to get a competent plumber to my residence?
