Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

After 7 months of our washing machine backing up and flooding our laundry room, we had almost given up on plumbers trying to fix the drainage in our plumbing. We had 3 different plumbers come out and try to fix the problem with no results. After reading the yelp reviews for Daniel's plumbing, we decided to give it one last shot and had Jeremiah and his crew come check it out. They were extremely responsive to our initial request via yelp, showed up within 2 hours of my initial request on a Tuesday morning, and seem to be the only plumbers in Houston knowledgeable enough to properly diagnose a problem after their initial attempt doesn't succeed. Daniel's plumbing is the only Company I will use for plumbing issues going forward and would recommend them to any of my friends or family. I also might mention that their pricing for the same work performed by the other plumbers was more reasonable.

Actively messaged back and fourth about an appointment.  They never showed up leaving my 95 yr old blind father in law in a pinch.

We had a plumbing issue at one of our investment properties that our regular repair man could not fix. It was a blockage in the pipes from out tenant flushing toilet sponges down the toilet. The blockage caused the pipes to back up and water coming out of the bathtub and Jacuzzi drains. I needed someone to come out quickly and take care of the problem. Called Emilio, the owner and he had one of his guys come out within the hour. When his guy wasn't able to take care of it, Emilio came out himself and handled the situation. Very friendly and courteous owner! He got the job done quickly and was also very informative and kept me up to date on what was going on. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family!

First time I used Hicks they provided excellent service.  They came promptly and fixed a water heater problem professionally and courteously.  They were my new favorite plumber.  Unfortunately, that was short lived. The second time I called them, for a stopped up toilet, they did not seem happy about being asked to come and they wanted to come back to do the job.  Only one man had come and he needed help since the toilet was on the third floor he said. They did not come back when they said they would or even call until several days later.  Then they said they had been trying to reach me, but my phone did not show any earlier calls from them.  Bottom line--sometimes great, sometimes not so great.  Hit and miss plumber.  I would try them again, but probably not for a toilet.

I have used this company for years. Have always been satisfied. They even replumbed our home and have worked on our rentals. We have had a leak for a couple months and it had gotten worse. I call them and they sent out a tech same day.in an attempt to isolate the leak he turned off main valve to house. Then advised me that wasn't main valve. HE SPENT THE NEXT 1.5 HRS looking for a way to shut it off only to tell me it was that valve after all they just didn't let the lines run long enough to see that. Then they left and said they would need to reschedule. I just got my bill for 275.00 which I paid because Fran was quiet indignant, stating I was just trying to get out of my bill, which was not the case! I would think any plumber should know you have to bleed out lines before water stops running. Anyway, buyer be ware. I'm finding a new plumber since I paid 275.00 and know know what should have been discovered in 15 minutes. Fran is rude, maybe its time she finds a new job, she obviously doesnt care about customers.

These guys charge outrageous prices.  They quoted me $10,000 to run a new gas line to my pool heater.  Got it done for $1,800.  I wouldn't waste your time even getting a quote from them.

Came out and capped 2 pipes after the freeze.  Cancelled first appointment.  Arrived in time for the second appointment.  Polite and knowledgeable.    VERY expensive.  Cost almost 500 to cap 2 pipes.  Got the second of pipe replaced for half that price.

I have to say right up front! I love me some Robert with Plumbaway. But he is so crazy busy, I've had trouble getting on his schedule as quickly as I need to. And let's face it...plumbing issues are not something you can just say ok, whenever you can. So I called Nicks. They got to me the next day. Guys, my kitchen faucet was leaking every time I turned it on. Didn't know that of course, til YOU KNOW. Nicks got me on the schedule the very next day. Took Josh, the repairman, all of about 5 mins to figure out what was wrong. Then they put me on the schedule for the very NEXT day to replace the faucet. So then I was busting a move to find a replacement faucet, so Josh could install the new one. Got it. He was here on time (both times) and replaced the old with the new within an hour or so! Definitely impressed!!! Gotta say, EXCELLENT service and response time!
