Few days before Christmas my pipe busted during the freeze and I called Alfonzo and he did not hesitate to come over and help me out. He was very professional,  and took his time without rushing. I highly recommend him

If you want an affordable toilet plumbing service this is the one. I always flush too many things down the toilet which I shouldn't and they come right away on time per usual and leave me with a great discount for being a loyal customer

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

I loved our experience with Cooper. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.

My drainage pipe was overflowing from the right side hub. H-Town came out and quickly assessed the issue and before doing the work explained in detail the root cause, and action plan for resolving

SJ Rooter and Plumbing is the best. We had a leak in a pipe.The found it right away, gave a very reasonable bid, and fixed it perfectly. They also solved another problem with an obstructed valve handle - fixing it for free!  I give them my  highest recommendation.

We called Friday AM and they said they would be out around 4PM that day for a sewer cleanout.  At 4:30 they called and said they were running late.  At 5:30 we called and they said they were still running late and would check and call us back.  They also informed us that although they didn't honor their committment for Friday service they did not work on Saturday.  I would have either not promised to come out of Friday, or when I couldn't make it Friday, I would have sent someone Saturday, just to show I cared.  They never called us back.  Guess they don't need us as a customer which is fine since I'm not ever using them as a plumber.

Are you kidding me??? We set up an appointment almost a week in advance. No show, no call... When I called them they told me that someone didn't show up for work and they were running about 2 hours behind (thanks for the call!) Approx 3 hours later we called THEM again and they said we're workin on it... Approx 6 hours later when I called them yet again, no one answered the phone. No one ever showed up or called!!!

We own a small business in League City and this is absolutely NOT how we do business. In fact, they were the opposite of how we operate - unprofessional, discourteous, unreliable, worthless... It cost us over $300 in our own business to sit around all day and be strung along! It's a good thing our house wasn't flooding, huh???

In summation, if you call Lanco Plumbing for anything, you better be ready for disappointment, regret, and a costly day off! Thanks for nothing....

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. These folks got back to me immediately and were able to fit me in the very next day. Aldo (the owner) and Justo came together and were both incredibly friendly and professional. Aldo goes out of his way to be conversational and personable, which really makes all the difference when you're bringing strange people into your home. I was given a very reasonable estimate up front, complete with a breakdown of the charges. They got right to work and it was all done quickly and with minimal fuss. Bonus: they put everything back exactly where they found it.

TL;DR - great work, great people, great prices.

We previously used Joe the Plumber and had no issues. I guess that we pushed our luck. We asked Joe the Plumber to install a new toilet.  Before the plumber left, my husband noticed the toilet and/or tank rattled. The plumber blamed the tank lid. He also said we had 7 days to report any issues. After a day or so, we noticed the toilet or tank was rocking and water was leaking onto the floor. We called to have the issue fixed within the 7 day period. The plumber came back to the house and leveled the toilet. When I noticed a charge on our bank statement, we contacted Joe the Plumber because the repair should have been covered by the warranty period. We were told that the problem with the rocking was our fault. Apparently we were supposed to do the plumber's job for him and level the toilet. Buyer beware. Please be careful when using the services of Joe the plumber. We don't want the same thing to happen to you.

In the past two months, I have had plumbing issues.  Nick's Plumbing was found in a publication of businesses in our area.  They sent Kevin on the initial visit, he came and fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem and made some recommendations on how to avoid the same issue in the future.

The second visit Luis was sent.  He was unable to get to our house between the timeframe that was agreed upon, so $25 credit was issued for that.  He returned a few days later to complete the job due to a part that had to be located.  Both visits the gentlemen were professional and even had shoes to put on in order not to mess the house.  

Excited that they were in our area and able to help on both occasions with efficiency.
