I recently moved to an old condo that needed a lot of professional plumbing work and Sirius plumbing took care of everything from replacing vanities and shower heads, unclogging tub drains, and installing a water purifier.  They also completely redid the old pipes under the kitchen sink that were not up to code and were causing water leaks.   Alfonso is friendly, professional master plumber, and he pays great attention to detail. While he may not be the least expensive, the quality of his work made it well worth every penny.  I will definitely call Sirius Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

If you want an affordable toilet plumbing service this is the one. I always flush too many things down the toilet which I shouldn't and they come right away on time per usual and leave me with a great discount for being a loyal customer

As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

This review is sorely overdue.  I called Hicks Plumbing a couple months ago as my toilet tank had broken, and Robert came out for a free estimate. He said he would look around to see what they had in stock for a new toilet tank, and gave me his cell number.  When he called back a day or two later, he told me he had found one -- but somehow, in the process, it had turned into a whole new toilet that had to be replaced, not just the tank part (which ups the price -- and also adds a ton more time & labor cost).  I asked him to see whether he could find a toilet tank, since that was what was needed.  He said he would look again and call me back.  Never did.  Over the course of a week, I called and left messages on his cell (which he had picked up before), but he ignored me completely.  

The needless upsell was extremely shady on his part (given how easy it is to access information on the Internet, I had already done a little research online to see how to address the problem - which is how I knew that for a two-part toilet, you can replace the parts separately).  But the ignoring me was where he truly created a lot of ill will. I actually considered getting a whole new toilet, but knew, no matter what, that I would not be calling Robert to give him the work, given that he didn't even extend me the courtesy of returning a phone call. Poor business practice.

What I don't think Robert at Hicks Plumbing gets is that things in the house will be needing plumbing and repair work generally, and what may be a small job now can build goodwill and trust so that he gets the big job later, as well as referrals and reviews.  In the end, it was good that things with Robert and Hicks Plumbing ended up the way they did, because I put way more effort into looking for a really good plumber, and found one who was absolutely amazing, honest and responsive (and this guy can count on my business and my referrals anytime).

We had a kitchen sink clog. These guys came out quickly.  They were very nice and professional.  We jammed it up good and poured all kinds of crap down the sink trying to loosen the clog. It only made it worse.  He had to take the drain apart.  Was here less than an hour an I was shocked how cheap it was.  Will definitely use again

Here is the job that Justin and Chris do at my house today, they can't fix it and they left job like this ( look in the picture ), and I have to pay $185 for incomplete job, and Justin also assuming the leaking that because of shower valve is broken and that cost $725, they said they have to tear the wall to fix that, but I said let me think about that and I'll call back. After they left with $185 charged, I took out the cartridge and clean a little bit and put it back it work no more leaking. Thank goodness if I made decisions to fix the valve that mean I have to pay for shitty job again.

I am a DIY person and was changing the valve cartridge on my Moen shower then the stem broke on a Sunday at 2pm and it would not come out.  Problem with a shower is there isn't a shutoff so I couldn't turn the water back on to the house.  Called 10 plumbers over the next two hours and Joe The Plumber was one of 3 companies that answered their phone but the only company that could send someone out in a few hours on a weekend.  I am so appreciative and thankful they could come out after hours on a weekend to fix the issue.  Price was good especially considering after hours work.  Shower works great now !!

We've used Nick's plumbing four times in the last 3 months to fix some things on a house we are selling. All four times the technician was there on time, gave me an estimate, and was able to complete the work quickly. Three of the four times was for fixing leaks; the fourth time was to replace 10 faucets. The prices for fixing the leaks were a little high but not overly so; replacing the faucets was pretty pricey but given the fact we had 10 of them to do and I was 8+ months pregnant I had no desire to do them myself, so it was money well spent (not to mention they ran into some problems with faucent compatability which would have taken me forever to figure out). I'll definitely use them again and like the fact they're local, too.
