Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

These guys are no frills, to the point, and much more affordable than other places. I needed a plumber to fix a clogged toilet. After calling, they were able to come to my house within an hour. Alexey actually apologized for being a little late due to traffic, but I don't mind--he came the same afternoon I had called! He diagnosed the problem within minutes, did his thing while I ate a cheeseburger, and was done and ready to go home while I still had some fries in my mouth. Fast. Easy. Reliable.

I have been a real estate broker for 38 years and have worked with many different plumbing companies that my clients have hired for repair work on their homes,however i recently used David Hicks plumbing for a gas leak that had been detected at my own house and consider them to be one of the best plumbing companies i have encountered. they called before coming, they were on time, they were courteous and very efficient,they explained the situation and what needed to be done very clearly and repaired the problem quickly, i highly recommend them for any pluming needs.

Lanco over- charges and workers dawdle while racking up big charges for next to nothing. They appear to pull the old bait-and-switch tactic. Expect a $500 bill to unclog a kitchen drain. Their front office/ customer service lady ain't no lady either. She may have anger management issues.

Unbelievable service! Not only were they incredibly friendly/nice/polite/understanding/patient/knowledgeable, but they also were in no way ready to give up on my home's (seemingly hopeless) drain pipe problems until they fixed the problem for good. Such a good experience to come from such a big problem at first! 5+ stars!!!

I relied upon Loyalty Plumbing to fix my leaking garbage disposal.  They were very responsive and were able to come out within 2 days. I highly recommend their service.

Failed to finished job as agreed, repair failed 3 times ,after repair held did not come back to cover exposed plumbing. Called office was told would be put on schedule that day no show no call.

My call was answered very promptly and service was scheduled for the same day.  I received text and email confirmation.  Our technician, Josh, called before he arrived and actually came earlier than the scheduled window.  We were very impressed with Josh's knowledge and recommendations about our issue.  After the service call, I received a detailed email with photographs of the area where the issue was.  Overall, we are very pleased with the excellent service we received from Nick's Plumbing and will definitely be calling them again in the future for our plumbing needs.
