Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

Alex from H-Town Emergency Plumbers is absolutely the best.  He is a dedicated craftsman and a plumbing professional of the first order.  The quality of his work, and his approach to fixing plumbing problems is top-notch.  
We had what we thought were two burst pipes from the cold snap last week.  After three days with no water in the house, through some stroke of incredibly good luck, Alex called and said he was nearby and could stop by to fix our pipes.  Well, once we turned the water to the house back on, we found out that there were more than a dozen burst sections of pipe in this tiny crawl space above our kitchen and laundry room ceilings.  I'm guessing Alex was expecting a 30-minute repair of a couple pipes, but he ended up having to replace more than 40 feet of damaged copper pipe (with multiple T's) with PEX - all while working in incredibly cramped conditions.  After more than four hours of unbelievably tedious work, we turned the water back on and everything was fine.  But there were two elbows of the remaining old copper pipe that were starting to corrode, and Alex was concerned that although they hadn't failed yet, they were well on their way.  So despite it already being 8:00 at night, and his phone having rung about 50 times as potential customers kept trying to contact him, and him having promised his neighbor that he would stop by and fix a leak at his neighbor's house that night, Alex climbed back into one of the holes we had to punch in our sheetrock, wedged himself into the tiny crawl space again, and pro-actively repaired the other two pieces of pipe.  You wouldn't believe how bad these last two sections of pipe looked.  Anyway, he was completely exhausted when he was finished, covered in sheetrock dust and insulation fibers, but still maintained his pleasant demeanor and terrific attitude.  
As you can probably tell, I can't say enough good things about Alex, and I can't recommend him highly enough.  He's really, really great.

We made a call this morning and he confirmed availability for this afternoon. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was able to diagnose and provide a quote in a short time. He was able to resolve the problem in a timely fashion. He also made sure to leave the area clean. Highest recommendation.

Can't say how grateful we are with Get it Done Plumbing. The owner was very responsive and Jose came to our rescue. Very nice gentleman, knows what he is doing, fixed it fast and quick. Jose went above and beyond our expectations and price is very reasonable. Next time we have plumbing issues will definitely use them again!

They sent a guy name Nailes very shortly after.
The guy was amazingly skilled and experienced. I say this as an experienced handyman myself.
Super friendly. Super professional.
He did a job that would take every other plumber at least double the time. At least.

I sat there watching him work chatted with him.
This guy was as pro as it gets.
He charged me ONLY for the ACTUAL time it took him to fix the issue.
These people are the honest and pro-grade kind of professionals that you wish for when you are looking for a skilled professional.

Price was fare-low.  No games. No overcharging for labor or parts.

This was no easy fix. A ton of work was required. Yet because he was so experienced. It was all bam bam bam fixed.

They were timely. No I mean instantaneous. I was actually requesting a quote from a different company and these guys responded first. They were on their way before the other guys even responded.

They were very reasonable and fair on price. Every little bit counts during these times and P&G made it count.

They were polite and professional and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently for a great price. What more can you ask for? If I have any issues in the future, I'll be calling P&G.

Highly recommend this company. We had a gas leak and they worked closely with our home warranty company to get the issue fixed. They were thorough, efficient, courteous, and always on time. They even swept the floor and left their work area just as they found it. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Came out and capped 2 pipes after the freeze.  Cancelled first appointment.  Arrived in time for the second appointment.  Polite and knowledgeable.    VERY expensive.  Cost almost 500 to cap 2 pipes.  Got the second of pipe replaced for half that price.

This is the 2nd time we used Nick's Plumbing. First when there was a leak in the bathroom faucet. They came right away and fixed the problem. This 2nd time toilet was not flushing. Called them on Sunday and answering service scheduled us. Eduardo came Monday looked at the problem and provided an estimate. It was not until the next day that my mother decided to get a new toilet. Called Nick's Plumbing and was scheduled. Though there were confusion with their scheduling and had to wait an hour of the time range that they gave us- we were satisfied with their work. Thank you Eduardo and Armando for doing a great job.

 They both came in- worked on the issue and new toilet was installed. They were gentleman, have mask, sanitizers, shoe cover and gloves. They both professional and knowledgeable. They were courteous and answered our questions professionally.  Eduardo was honest and charged us with the price they quoted.
