Came quickly and not only fixed the toilet but showed me how to help the issue going forward myself.  Outstanding service.

Like the previous reviewer, we have nothing but GOOD things to say about Brian and Triple H Plumbing.  Very reasonable, polite and HONEST.   He is good at what he does and you can trust him, which is rare these days.  Brian replaced all the galvenized pipes in my attic that  were leaking like crazy.  I now don't have to worry about that anymore.
I wouldn't use anyone else!

I called these guys this morning and they came this afternoon to unclog my garbage disposal and to look at another drain.

Super nice, knowledgeable and didn't try to take advantage of me and try to sell me anything I didn't need. SO I HIGHLY recommend this place. Reese was our plumber and he was very down to earth and I didn't ever feel like he was trying to get one over on me, which can happen with plumbers and electricians in my experience. He explained how to prevent my clog from happening next time and took the time to show me exactly what he was doing. GREAT PLUMBING COMPANY!!

Rick is an honest hard working plumber who puts customer service first. We had all four of our homes toilets replaced and he was prompt on delivery and work.

I am flat out disgusted.  I called this co. due to the posted reviews, but received a less than an accommodating individual who answered the phone.  She said that I would have to wait until the end of the next business day for an appointment with Keith, the owner who is a licensed plumber.  He never showed up.  I never received a courtesy call to reschedule the appointment.  I also asked for an estimate of the cost for the service since I knew exactly what I needed.  I never received a call regarding this matter either.  I can imagine the company/owner response if there would have been a problem with the quality of any services rendered since I didn't receive decent customer service on the front end of the transaction.  I felt Yelp members should be aware of my experience.

After that experience, I'm going with AAA Plumbing since all of the individuals are licensed plumbers rather than techs that so many plumbing companies employee and the AAA supervisor was very accommodating about estimating the time for my service (AAA charges a flat rate so no surprises or jacking up the prices like some plumbing companies).

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

Called Texas Premier Plumbing early this morning as had water leaking from the head of my shower after it was turned off. Tim from Premier Plumbing arrived at my apartment within two hours. He was a professional and after securing the needed parts two hours later my shower was working. Would highly recommend Texas Premier Plumbing.

I had a middle of the night emergency with a leaky gas line in my home. After centerpoint came out to shut the gas, I called out another big company initially who quoted me $1600 for a small fix and were very pushy and didn't seem very educated in their field.

I wish I had called Tommy from Tri-Tek first! I called them out the next day for a second opinion, and I was so lucky I did. Their repair was a fraction of the quote from the bigger company I had initially called out. They were out here within a half hour after I called them out and were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will for sure be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on and cannot say enough nice things about this company to my friends and family.

It's nice having peace of mind that my repair was done correctly and that I didn't get taken advantage of in the process.

Jeremy Miller(My dad) is the best plumber! He works very hard to keep customers satisfied. He makes updates all the time to keep his business as running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. He is very friendly with his costumers and is fair with the price he charges. I assure you that you will be satisfied!

I was very impressed with Chavez Plumbing.  I discovered the connection to the cold water copper tubing above my hot water heater was leaking.  I tried to fix the leak, but to no avail.  I searched Angies list and saw Chavez Pluming was a top-rated company, so I decided to give them a call.

He arrived in just under an hour (they were in my neighborhood on another job).  Mr. Chavez replaced the copper tubing for both the hot and cold water with much stronger and heavier-weight copper tubing.  He showed me the copper tubing I had was cheap and was about ready to burst.  He sealed the connections, and waited to make sure the connections were sealed tight and wouldn't leak.

Mr. Chavez was very professional, personable and charged a very reasonable rate ($165).  He cleaned up everything (including the water) and took the wet towels with him.

I've used several plumbers before and received spotty work and have been charged a fortune (most of these plumbers you would recognize their names because they advertise a lot).  I'm glad to have found Chavez Plumbing.  I will use them again.

I needed to replace the washers in my Kohler kitchen sink faucet.  I've changed washers in previous faucets I owned that knew this would be a simple job.  I received a free washer kit from Kohler (it has a lifetime warranty), and started taking the faucet apart...I only needed to remove the outside body.  After about an hour of pulling and tugging, I couldn't seem to remove the body of the faucet to replace the washers.  I even tried using a screw driver to leverage it off.  Nothing worked.  

Feeling stupid and embarrassed, I called Chavez Plumbing.  They came out the next morning.  Well, they pulled and tugged and even added some lubrication and after an hour, couldn't get the outside body off either.  I contacted Kohler and they told me they would send me another faucet.  

Now, here's what you won't believe...Chavez Plumbing would not charge me for the visit, or the hour they spent working!!  They told me they didn't fix it, so they shouldn't charge me.  I told them when I received the new faucet I would call them, which I did.  They came out the second time, took out the old faucet and installed the new one.  Took about an hour.  They only charged me $140.

Hunter Livingston. (Service date 12/2/22 at 8am.) He was prompt, friendly, respectful, very professional, and very knowledgeable. The techs that come out are the face of the company. And in that regard, Hunter was an amazing brand ambassador for Weeks! Either clone him or hire more Hunters. We appreciate him much!

WATCH OUT! This guy who goes by the name of Boni real name Bonifacio Garica is a total crook! He will show up at your house to start working on your Plumbing and then tell you he has to run to the supply store....... this will happen 3 - 4x a day. It literally took him two months to complete rough-in plumbing in our house. Work that should have taken 2 weeks max!

Additionally, he will send his son, brother-in-law, strangers to your house to finish his work! WELL ACTUALLY HE NEVER FINISHES ANY WORK!

He also would show up high to our house, drunk or whatever else he was on. WITH HIS SON!! Our neighbors complained that he was smoking weed in our driveway! He would drive drunk to our house on numerous occasions.

He promised me for a month straight that he would be at our house to complete the work he started! He never showed up and then eventually would not answer any phone calls or text messages.

We were suppose to be moving into our house and he promised me he would have all his work complete 3 days before move in! Long story short..... he did not complete the work! He never even showed up! He delayed our move-in date by 30 days! We had to pay extra full months rent at our apartment, Reschedule movers, find another plumbing company to complete his work!

He ended up costing us up an entire month delay and over $10,000!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A BAD MAN! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!

We had Young Plumbing out to replace some valves today. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish, but the topper was when they just took my money and left....left their tools, wet towels, shop light (still turned on) in my powder room. We called the office and the response was, thanks for letting us know.  Nobody ever came to pick up their tools or clean up their mess.  I called again and the office was closed, so I cleaned up their crap myself.
