When it comes to plumbers, you just don't get anything better than John at Hildebrandt Plumbing.

If you've read my previous reviews, you know that I hold on to his phone number like grim death.  When you have a plumbing issue, after all, it is as if you're staring the Grim Reaper directly in the face.  It isn't pretty, and you want to escape that desperate feeling as quickly as possible.

Once again we needed help due to a severe exterior leak that was going at a rate of 13 gallons per hour (per my water district info).  OMG.  Choke!  That, my friends, is a serious leak.  Called John, and literally within 2 hours, he was here at the house.

After much digging, investigating and research (along with his helper), a cracked joint in the underground pipe from the water meter to the house was discovered.  Within hours (yes, plumbing issues take time to resolve), everything was repaired and we were back in business.

Support small businesses!  Hildebrandt Plumbing has been my go-to plumber for more years than I can count, and it's because of service such as this that I will continue to call John with ANY and EVERY plumbing issue we encounter.

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

I called yesterday at 6:30 am expecting to get a voicemail. Unfortunately, I woke the owner up! He was very kind about it and got my information. A plumber (Jimmy) was on his way to my house at 8 am. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He replaced my garbage disposal and refit the pipes under the sink so that food didn't fly up the other side of the sink when the disposal was used. He was very tidy, friendly and the cost was much lower than I anticipated.

Able Plumbing came highly recommended by my neighbors and I see why!

I will definitely hire them in the future for any plumbing needs.

In the past 12 years I've call Rick Cotton for 3 plumbing issues-replace a gas hookup for a new dyer, I had both my bathrooms totally remodeled he did the re piping & plumbing, replace a garbage disposal had a leak in my kitchen. Rick is always very understanding & reassuring-always arrives when promised- He has always been open, honest and professional. I strongly  recommend Rick Cotton & his employees  to anyone who needs an honest, reliable, and professional plumbing service.

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

We called Ben on a rainy Friday for emergency sewer line problem. He came and helped us on the same day. The issue was correctly diagnosed. We tried to contact city to repair but city said it's our problem. Ben came on Sunday again to confirm the problem. We had to go out of town before the sewer line is fixed. Ben came and took care of everything. Very professional and trustworthy team. Best plumbing with the best price you can find in Houston.

Tri-Tek fixed my water heater at a fraction of the price of what a new unit would cost. The tech was really professional and honest. There was also really good communication with him from the get-go. I asked him if it was repairable and he said he was pretty sure it was upon looking at it. He fixed the unit pretty quickly and now I have my hot water back! He estimated that my water heater has about 2-3 years left. He also recommended different brands of heaters for me to look at when I'm ready to buy a new one in case I don't hire them. I will probably be calling them back then though!

Dennis is a very nice guy that will always tell you straight answers. He is knowledgeable about plumbing and it shows in his work. My grandparents and now me will continue to use him.

These guys are great, performed well above my expectations. They were timely, professional, cleaned up well, and got my water heater back in tip-top shape. I will use them again.

Amazing service! I had to reroute the gas line in the kitchen due to a mini remodel. The new stove bumped the gas line as it was originally ran outside of the wall. (Weird I know - it's an old home) regardless they came out and quoted $285 to reroute the line inside of the wall and place a box did the connection so it would be flush with the wall. I thought it might be a bit pricey but it was worth every dollar. They swapped it out in about 30 mins. Swept up after themselves and picked up all the trash. They even reconnected my connection I had on the old bit so my stove would be an easy connection.

As if the experience couldn't get any better - before they left they asked where is your water heater?. It had completely slipped my mind that it would need to be relit and they relit it for me just to make sure that everything was left just as they found it.

We requested a technician to check out our water heater. Weeks sent an HVAC technician, who said he was not qualified for water heaters. Since he was here, we asked him to check out a gas heating system.  He said it would take 2 hours, and would have to dis-assemble the entire system, at $120/Hour, and he would have to turn on the heater to high and run it up to maximum. Long story short, he spent 15 minutes at our home, our thermostat is not working, so he could not turn the heater on, said after he saw the Amana sticker on our HVAC, he had to look no further.  Charged us $127. Crooks. Posting this on Next Door Neighbor and all social media if you charge for this work.

Incompetent company. They're not a licensed plumbing company or plumbers. Horrible work and they do not stand behind their work. Total rip-off. Had to hire another company to fix the work they weren't qualified to do. Stay away from this company.

not very satisfied, first of all they came out 3 different times , 3 different sets of people each time and they all had something different to say, the first time the guys said everything major was OK and we only had to fix a minor thing, so we fixed it and then they came out 2 days later, different people and then they this time everything failed and before they said that they had already called the town to have them come out and inspect the work for.the next day and after they seen it wasn't going to pass they never called the town back to cancel the inspection. young plumbing said it failed because lines leaking and said the other guys who  work with them , should have caught it the first time they came out... sooooo we had to fix all that and then the next day 2 more different people come out , same company and say it looks good and that it would cost us $35 for the town to come out and inspect it. its always free for.the town to inspec, the reason WE had to pay is because they never called to cancel the town inspection the day they told us it failed due to leaking lines so we had to pay for.there mistake after forking out lots of.money every time they came out . and they refused to acknowledge that the $35 we had to pay for the town to come out was because of them!! never again will we go threw these people!
