Wow! I have had plumbers come before, but I will never call anyone now that I met John. He was efficient and courteous. He kept me informed about his arrival time and the situation under my sink. He gave me options, but was quick to tell me the best and most affordable choice to remedy the problem. He really knows his stuff and cares about his work. So glad to have someone in the area that I can call and trust.

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

This is the worst experience with a company that I have ever had. Able plumbing put in our water heaters about a year ago. Then they suddenly go out two new water heaters after spending over $3000 dollars  I was told numerous times that this is not their problem! Workers are rude and very unprofessional. No help getting the water heater parts and when we did find the parts they came to replace them the plumber was rude and broke another part that apparently nobody has???  Worst company ever! It's almost like they are all trained to say not our problem. That's a lot of money for a company that doesn't back the products that they put in. Thanks Ben(Owner) for the lack of sympathy to our situation you got paid and we got crap.  We have been customers of yours and have referred you out for years since we moved to Texas in 2001 you would think you would have better customer service and sympathy for repeating clients. Help was needed and none was given.  DO NOT USE THEM! THEY DO NOT BACK THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY PUT IN.
Not only did they break the knew part they also crimped the line.

I have used Rick with Texas Strong Plumbing on several occasions to repair plumbing items in my home and I have to say that I would not use anyone else.  He replaced a kitchen faucet for me, no problem and also installed a gas line to my gas dryer so I wouldn't have to go out and buy electric.  Rick is very particular and conscientious about all of his work and cares about the customer. I called maybe 5 different places, and Keith was the fastest to respond, and the most polite and easy to work with.  Here is what I liked about him and his partner Michael.

Both people came on site, arrived early, were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.  They did a very thorough inspection and I liked that they wore slipcovers for their shoes.  It may seem like a small detail, but punctuality and attention to detail is exactly what I would want in a plumber I'm trusting to replace pipes in my house that I'm hoping will last for decades / lifetime.

They spent a lot of time inspecting, and then explaining what was needed.  He then followed up with a quote the same day.  They were very patient when peppered with questions and I also appreciate they are responsive via email, something that really gives businesses and edge these days in the age of smartphones and tablets.

Overall not a single thing I can think of I would improve.  Highly recommended.

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

When I discovered my sewer line needed replacing, I first tried calling another company who said there was a $50 charge to come and evaluate the problem.  I asked that company if this charge would be applied to the repair cost if I decided to use them.  Their answer..NO.  Meaning, even though they haven't even made it to my house I'm already I'm out $50.  Why would I ever do business with them.  Not what I would expect from a Radio Show Sponsor.  I looked on yelp and noticed that the owner of TPP responded to reviews so I contacted him and he had someone come out and quote me a price that was $2000 less than one quoted to my RR.  I had them handle the job and there was no change in price.  When their crew was done they refilled the trench, put the grass back on top and even watered it down to help it get reestablished.  Ben was a really nice guy, makes you feel like he's there to help.  If I have any other plumbing problems, these are the guys I'm calling.

I called for a quote and they were able to come out the same day. Had a problem with one of the toilets still and they came back out at my convenience. They are very affordable and do great work. Tommy is a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't call anyone else for any kind of plumbing problems. They are a local company and work right here in the community. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They definitely stand behind their work!!

After the recent freeze, my mom suffered some pipe damage resulting in NO WATER. I contacted my mom's plumber - wouldn't take her appointment nor place her on the waitlist  A local East Bernard friend referred me on Monday to Jeremy Miller of Precision Plumbing who had helped his mom. I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! Promptly repaired it and the additional items damaged from the freeze! My mom is super relieved her water is back on & she is back in the comfort of her home. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Gabe & Mike! Very professional, reasonable and friendly. You've gained a New customer in EB!

I called Chavez Plumbing to have gas line tested in a rental property after waiting 3 days for another plumber to show. They showed up the very same day, about 45mins after calling. All city permits were handled and the city inspector approved their work the next morning. These guys are very serious about customer service.

Generator went down in February. Called Weeks out for repair. Was told the wiring harness was fried and they couldn't guarantee a repair. Suggested a get a new one so I agreed. Months passed.... they called and said Generac no longer made my model. They said the had to come and re-inspect the wires. I made all the arrangements and had an appointment scheduled between 8-11am. No body showed and now body called. I called today for an update and was unceremoniously told they couldn't get ahold of me (this was AFTER I had confirmed the appointment and left the gate unlocked!! Obviously this was a BS excuse! No courtesy calls- just crickets! I called again today and was told they would add me back to the schedule after their tech got back from vacation! They have 3 contact phone numbers on file for me so it's very mysterious that they couldn't get ahold of me....again more BS lip service. Our friends also had fits trying to do business with Weeks. I'm now sorry I didn't listen to them. They are not dependable, they are unreliable and they have an attitude. Instead of offering help or a solution...the attitude is sir...I'm reading from the notes and there's nothing I can do. We'll Weeks....there's something I can do... I can let people know how shoddy you run your business!

I have to say my experience working with Bonifacio Garcia was quite different than what's been posted previously. He helped me after a freeze with PEX installation and I found him pleasant, cost effective and thorough. Though he's very busy supporting other home building/remodeling projects, he responds to calls and texts quickly and is able to find time to address your project. All I can say is that has been my experience here in 2023.

not very satisfied, first of all they came out 3 different times , 3 different sets of people each time and they all had something different to say, the first time the guys said everything major was OK and we only had to fix a minor thing, so we fixed it and then they came out 2 days later, different people and then they this time everything failed and before they said that they had already called the town to have them come out and inspect the work for.the next day and after they seen it wasn't going to pass they never called the town back to cancel the inspection. young plumbing said it failed because lines leaking and said the other guys who  work with them , should have caught it the first time they came out... sooooo we had to fix all that and then the next day 2 more different people come out , same company and say it looks good and that it would cost us $35 for the town to come out and inspect it. its always free for.the town to inspec, the reason WE had to pay is because they never called to cancel the town inspection the day they told us it failed due to leaking lines so we had to pay for.there mistake after forking out lots of.money every time they came out . and they refused to acknowledge that the $35 we had to pay for the town to come out was because of them!! never again will we go threw these people!
