Best Plumbing Services in Texas

I called John based on the Yelp reviews.  I needed assistance with a closet flange in concrete.  Basically, we have an old house that has cast iron pipe and fittings.  I had to remove the toilet to replace the wax ring.  The old flange was rusted and would need to be replaced.  Well, they don't make offset retrofit flanges and another cast iron one would have to be leaded in by an expert.  

I called John and he told me that I could just use a regular replacement retrofit flange and buy a 10 inch rough in toilet and all should be well.  

He said if I had an issue with that install, I could call him back and he would come out and look.  

We will be remodeling our kitchen soon and will need a gas line run, so guess who is getting the job?  This place.

Like the previous reviewer, we have nothing but GOOD things to say about Brian and Triple H Plumbing.  Very reasonable, polite and HONEST.   He is good at what he does and you can trust him, which is rare these days.  Brian replaced all the galvenized pipes in my attic that  were leaking like crazy.  I now don't have to worry about that anymore.
I wouldn't use anyone else!

They were there when my nephews company needed them... ASAP.  VERY REASONABLE.   I would definitely recommend these guys!!!

I have been using Humphrey plumbing and this business sold-out to Texas Strong Plumbing recently.

The last time I had a wax ring go out on a toilet, I was charged $100 by Humphrey. Texas Strong was $475, including a teacher discount.

They do good work, but I am not too sure about their pricing.

Problem wasn't fix and charge me $120. Highway robbery!

Keith(owner) called me and said the technician wasn't suppose to charge me and refunded my money. This the customer service I was looking for. I will give them another chance.

If you need plumbing call C and S plumbing in Onalaska...This is by far the most amazing service company I have ever encountered. We installed a new manufactured home and they came out to hook up the water and sewer. They not only came in a timely fashion but provided beyond stellar customer service. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the  home did not install things properly and we had 2 leaks in a single day. C and K guys came out and fixed everything within 1.5 hours of calling!  Their guys were not only professional and knowledgeable but just overall really great people. I would more than recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Complex Sewer Cleanout

I had a sewage lift station whose output was blocked. Turned out that it was jimmy-rigged installed by some handyman many years ago. Leo tried to run a snake but progress was blocked. Decision was made to use their camera. He was able to locate the problem, identify how, and the underground location where the piping was installed. This was not a simple shower head repair. It took experience . Price was reasonable, and I was given a discount because I used the two procedures. They came to my house 30 minutes after calling, prepared, courteous, and educated about the process and what was required. This '30 minute' job took over 2 hours to complete. But they stayed with it  until it was done right.

Fantastic customer service, fast respond and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

After the recent freeze, my mom suffered some pipe damage resulting in NO WATER. I contacted my mom's plumber - wouldn't take her appointment nor place her on the waitlist  A local East Bernard friend referred me on Monday to Jeremy Miller of Precision Plumbing who had helped his mom. I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! Promptly repaired it and the additional items damaged from the freeze! My mom is super relieved her water is back on & she is back in the comfort of her home. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Gabe & Mike! Save your money. Do not hire Julio Chavez if you want to deal with an honest person. Here are the words to describe him: liar, dishonest, complete ripp off and disrespectful. He does a lousy job, every work he does is in a hurry and he is getting paid RIDICULOUS amounts of money. Always taking shortcuts rather than doing the work properly. Always making excuses that if you want the job done your way it is going to cost you more money and he would need to destroy more things in the house so you do not persist with your suggestions. Plummers like Julio Chavez do not deserve to get work from honest people.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to an AC unit not working. Placed a call a someone actually picked up the phone. Made an appointment and was told it would be late afternoon before a tech will out to help us. To our surprise maybe 30-45 mins later received a call that a technician was on his way. George was pleasant to work with and completed the repair and our unit was working again. Very professional and would recommend their services.

I have to say my experience working with Bonifacio Garcia was quite different than what's been posted previously. He helped me after a freeze with PEX installation and I found him pleasant, cost effective and thorough. Though he's very busy supporting other home building/remodeling projects, he responds to calls and texts quickly and is able to find time to address your project. All I can say is that has been my experience here in 2023.

We had Young Plumbing out to replace some valves today. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish, but the topper was when they just took my money and left....left their tools, wet towels, shop light (still turned on) in my powder room. We called the office and the response was, thanks for letting us know.  Nobody ever came to pick up their tools or clean up their mess.  I called again and the office was closed, so I cleaned up their crap myself.
