John came to our rescue quickly and did the repair on a leaky pipe that was raining in our closet. He gave an accurate estimate before he started, explained things as work progressed, and was just plain pleasant to work with. Although I hope we won't need to use him again for awhile, I do have his number on my contact list (just in case) and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, John!

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

I called yesterday at 6:30 am expecting to get a voicemail. Unfortunately, I woke the owner up! He was very kind about it and got my information. A plumber (Jimmy) was on his way to my house at 8 am. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He replaced my garbage disposal and refit the pipes under the sink so that food didn't fly up the other side of the sink when the disposal was used. He was very tidy, friendly and the cost was much lower than I anticipated.

I have used Rick with Texas Strong Plumbing on several occasions to repair plumbing items in my home and I have to say that I would not use anyone else.  He replaced a kitchen faucet for me, no problem and also installed a gas line to my gas dryer so I wouldn't have to go out and buy electric.  Rick is very particular and conscientious about all of his work and cares about the customer. Our sink backed up at 7:00 at night on a Saturday with a party planned at our house on Sunday. My husband bought a snake at tried to remove the blockage, but he couldn't get it unclogged. We called numerous places, and most couldn't get us in until after 12 on Sunday or wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount to just give an estimate. I left a message at Flat Out in the hopes they would call back.
They called back and offered to come at midnight. With a little one asleep, we opted for the morning. No joke, they said, Well how early would you like us there? No time range, no hemming and hawing. They showed up at 7 on the dot, had the clog fixed by 8:30, and it was a completely reasonable price. Both Keith and Markus were good natured and polite and I would absolutely call them again. Oh, and they provide a 6 month warranty. Amazing! Customer service is not dead!!!!

If you need plumbing call C and S plumbing in Onalaska...This is by far the most amazing service company I have ever encountered. We installed a new manufactured home and they came out to hook up the water and sewer. They not only came in a timely fashion but provided beyond stellar customer service. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the  home did not install things properly and we had 2 leaks in a single day. C and K guys came out and fixed everything within 1.5 hours of calling!  Their guys were not only professional and knowledgeable but just overall really great people. I would more than recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Called them out on a Saturday. They came out and did a fast job on getting  a kitchen sink fixed, He cleaned up and have me some suggestions about the garbage disposal. I would definitely use them again.

AC wasn't cooling and after seeing Weeks being used at my company, I decided to call them (I had previously used a buddy I knew for my repairs). Julie took my details and scheduled a time that best fit me. Melissa called to confirm tech was on his way... just as scheduled. Thanks ladies for working with my schedule. Tech Anthony R. arrived about 5 mins early and after introducing himself he promptly began checking the outside unit. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor issue and after replacing the capacitor the system was back in service. He continued checking the entire system, I.e. electrical, coolant, temperatures, attic unit, etc. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and explained each step. I was so impressed with Anthony and the extremely courteous, efficient and professional attitude of the ladies in the office, that I bought the Gold Protection plan. This is customer service at its finest... great experience.

I have to say my experience working with Bonifacio Garcia was quite different than what's been posted previously. He helped me after a freeze with PEX installation and I found him pleasant, cost effective and thorough. Though he's very busy supporting other home building/remodeling projects, he responds to calls and texts quickly and is able to find time to address your project. All I can say is that has been my experience here in 2023.

not very satisfied, first of all they came out 3 different times , 3 different sets of people each time and they all had something different to say, the first time the guys said everything major was OK and we only had to fix a minor thing, so we fixed it and then they came out 2 days later, different people and then they this time everything failed and before they said that they had already called the town to have them come out and inspect the work for.the next day and after they seen it wasn't going to pass they never called the town back to cancel the inspection. young plumbing said it failed because lines leaking and said the other guys who  work with them , should have caught it the first time they came out... sooooo we had to fix all that and then the next day 2 more different people come out , same company and say it looks good and that it would cost us $35 for the town to come out and inspect it. its always free for.the town to inspec, the reason WE had to pay is because they never called to cancel the town inspection the day they told us it failed due to leaking lines so we had to pay for.there mistake after forking out lots of.money every time they came out . and they refused to acknowledge that the $35 we had to pay for the town to come out was because of them!! never again will we go threw these people!
