Very prompt callback for my late night plumbing issue. John came out quickly, was polite, answered all my questions, and fixed my shower issue very nicely. His price was reasonable given the late night call out and he was able to quote it on the phone - no bait and switch!  Definitely a professional and trustworthy plumber!

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

On September 27th we requested a service call from Able plumbing, a company we have used for the past 10 years.  The call was to determine why we did not have hot water in the downstairs portion of our home.  The service man, whom we have been told is named Nate arrived and rapidly concluded that we needed a new hot water heater at a cost of $1400.00 + which gave us pause.  The next day we had our handy man give us his opinion, he quickly discovered a burned-out wire, he tested this and determined there was no power to the hot water heater.  We had a licensed electrician replace the wire and have had no further problems with the hot water heater.  

We telephoned Able plumbing to advise them of the problem and to request a refund of the $120.00 we had paid for nothing.  Nate claimed that he unplugged the hot water heater which was a lie as there is no plug to the unit.  Fortunately we are out only $120.00, but this attempted scam is alarming and after 10 years we are no longer clients of Able plumbing.

I have been using Humphrey plumbing and this business sold-out to Texas Strong Plumbing recently.

The last time I had a wax ring go out on a toilet, I was charged $100 by Humphrey. Texas Strong was $475, including a teacher discount.

They do good work, but I am not too sure about their pricing.

Best plumbing service  I've ever used . And I've used a lot !! . Super nice ! Professional! Always on time ! Flat out plumbing will be the only plumbing service i will ever use .. they came and fixed my salon / bar in midtown / and my home . He fixed all the mistakes from all the different plumbing services. Would recommend a 100 times over

If you need plumbing call C and S plumbing in Onalaska...This is by far the most amazing service company I have ever encountered. We installed a new manufactured home and they came out to hook up the water and sewer. They not only came in a timely fashion but provided beyond stellar customer service. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the  home did not install things properly and we had 2 leaks in a single day. C and K guys came out and fixed everything within 1.5 hours of calling!  Their guys were not only professional and knowledgeable but just overall really great people. I would more than recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I have been through several plumbers trying to keep my 1950s rancher in good working order, and TX Premier Plumbing is as good as it gets. I am so glad to have found them! They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, did exactly what they said they would do, and did the work for a fair, competitive price.  They were also extremely courteous and clean. We will not use any other plumber again. Their magnet is on my fridge, and they will be the first and only company I call when I need a plumber. My only regret is not having found these guys years ago.

I had a middle of the night emergency with a leaky gas line in my home. After centerpoint came out to shut the gas, I called out another big company initially who quoted me $1600 for a small fix and were very pushy and didn't seem very educated in their field.

I wish I had called Tommy from Tri-Tek first! I called them out the next day for a second opinion, and I was so lucky I did. Their repair was a fraction of the quote from the bigger company I had initially called out. They were out here within a half hour after I called them out and were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will for sure be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on and cannot say enough nice things about this company to my friends and family.

It's nice having peace of mind that my repair was done correctly and that I didn't get taken advantage of in the process.

After the recent freeze, my mom suffered some pipe damage resulting in NO WATER. I contacted my mom's plumber - wouldn't take her appointment nor place her on the waitlist  A local East Bernard friend referred me on Monday to Jeremy Miller of Precision Plumbing who had helped his mom. I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! Promptly repaired it and the additional items damaged from the freeze! My mom is super relieved her water is back on & she is back in the comfort of her home. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Gabe & Mike! Very professional, reasonable and friendly. You've gained a New customer in EB!

I was very impressed with Chavez Plumbing.  I discovered the connection to the cold water copper tubing above my hot water heater was leaking.  I tried to fix the leak, but to no avail.  I searched Angies list and saw Chavez Pluming was a top-rated company, so I decided to give them a call.

He arrived in just under an hour (they were in my neighborhood on another job).  Mr. Chavez replaced the copper tubing for both the hot and cold water with much stronger and heavier-weight copper tubing.  He showed me the copper tubing I had was cheap and was about ready to burst.  He sealed the connections, and waited to make sure the connections were sealed tight and wouldn't leak.

Mr. Chavez was very professional, personable and charged a very reasonable rate ($165).  He cleaned up everything (including the water) and took the wet towels with him.

I've used several plumbers before and received spotty work and have been charged a fortune (most of these plumbers you would recognize their names because they advertise a lot).  I'm glad to have found Chavez Plumbing.  I will use them again.

I needed to replace the washers in my Kohler kitchen sink faucet.  I've changed washers in previous faucets I owned that knew this would be a simple job.  I received a free washer kit from Kohler (it has a lifetime warranty), and started taking the faucet apart...I only needed to remove the outside body.  After about an hour of pulling and tugging, I couldn't seem to remove the body of the faucet to replace the washers.  I even tried using a screw driver to leverage it off.  Nothing worked.  

Feeling stupid and embarrassed, I called Chavez Plumbing.  They came out the next morning.  Well, they pulled and tugged and even added some lubrication and after an hour, couldn't get the outside body off either.  I contacted Kohler and they told me they would send me another faucet.  

Now, here's what you won't believe...Chavez Plumbing would not charge me for the visit, or the hour they spent working!!  They told me they didn't fix it, so they shouldn't charge me.  I told them when I received the new faucet I would call them, which I did.  They came out the second time, took out the old faucet and installed the new one.  Took about an hour.  They only charged me $140.

Another great experience with Chavez Plumbing!

We requested a technician to check out our water heater. Weeks sent an HVAC technician, who said he was not qualified for water heaters. Since he was here, we asked him to check out a gas heating system.  He said it would take 2 hours, and would have to dis-assemble the entire system, at $120/Hour, and he would have to turn on the heater to high and run it up to maximum. Long story short, he spent 15 minutes at our home, our thermostat is not working, so he could not turn the heater on, said after he saw the Amana sticker on our HVAC, he had to look no further.  Charged us $127. Crooks. Posting this on Next Door Neighbor and all social media if you charge for this work.

I have to say my experience working with Bonifacio Garcia was quite different than what's been posted previously. He helped me after a freeze with PEX installation and I found him pleasant, cost effective and thorough. Though he's very busy supporting other home building/remodeling projects, he responds to calls and texts quickly and is able to find time to address your project. All I can say is that has been my experience here in 2023.

Let me start by saying that my family has used this business for over 20yrs. Until this last last visit I have always been please with the work and the charges with the job. They took care of us on all fronts. Good work at a fair price. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, this experience was horrible. They showed up and charged us trip charges for the hourly rate from the moment they left the office. The tech charged me the trip charge 3 times because he forgot or did not have the right supplies. The work in question was replacing two outside faucets. Charged me 5.5 hours of work time and to replace those two faucets they wanted to charge me $495. I have had they replace 3 of the same kind of faucets just a few years back for less than $200. When my wife got home he was standing at his truck and she asked him are ya all done? His response was no I don't have the right supplies so I am trying rig something. She stopped him and told him we wanted it done right. The guy did not clean up left solder and sharp metal shaving all over my pool deck. Left insulation that the pipes were wrapped in all over the pool deck and in my yard. We had to call and ask them to send him back. Yes yet another trip charge because he did not do his job. He came back the next day another trip charge because he did not do his job. Finished the work and the work was done well but guess what he still did not clean up his mess in either spot. So my wife cleaned the area up after our dog cut his foot and some of the sharp metal. While cleaning the absolute disaster area this guy left my wife cut her finger too. She told me that she would handle it and she called and called to talk with them with no response. When we got the bill in the mail she still wanted to handle it. So I let her. In the mean time I had 3 other plumbers working on my street for other companies come over and ask them what this should cost and I got 3 different answers. All were between $150-$200. And the labor should have been 1.5-2.0 hours. I was charged 5+. She did finally get ahold of the billing department who transferred her to I am guessing the owner and he was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional to my wife. I am just glad I was not there to see it because I would be writing this from jail!  In closing do not ever use this business for anything!  They are dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional and are price gouging people!  I will be writing a review with the BBB too as this business is terrible and criminal in my honest opinion!  It's too bad that a 20+ year customer was treated so poorly.

Stay away unless you like to be robbed and treated poorly!
