I called John to repair some items in a newly purchased home.  He is by far one of the friendliest and most honest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

He called early to let me know he would be arriving near the later end of my appointment window.  While he was working he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and we had a very nice conversation while he worked.

John's pricing was fine and what I would expect to pay a plumber for the repairs he performed.  I will definitely be calling him again to replace my water heater in the near future when it gets cool/cold outside...don't want to kill off the best plumber in my area!

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

The plumber Nick was polite and skillful.  But he experimented with various solutions, that is, he started with changing some parts and since that did not work, he was about to change some other parts. But  only when he was told to change the whole assembly, he did that. By that time 3 hours passed. It could have gone for hours if I didn't get involved. So which was only less than one hour work ($120) cost me 3 hours ($360). To me, charging by hours and experimenting fixes is kind off rip-off. But what do you expect?

I agree with the other review on pricing. The customer service with Travis , Matt and Becky are top notch. However their labor charges are extreme. I made a comment to be passed on to the owner but haven't heard back.

I am flat out disgusted.  I called this co. due to the posted reviews, but received a less than an accommodating individual who answered the phone.  She said that I would have to wait until the end of the next business day for an appointment with Keith, the owner who is a licensed plumber.  He never showed up.  I never received a courtesy call to reschedule the appointment.  I also asked for an estimate of the cost for the service since I knew exactly what I needed.  I never received a call regarding this matter either.  I can imagine the company/owner response if there would have been a problem with the quality of any services rendered since I didn't receive decent customer service on the front end of the transaction.  I felt Yelp members should be aware of my experience.

After that experience, I'm going with AAA Plumbing since all of the individuals are licensed plumbers rather than techs that so many plumbing companies employee and the AAA supervisor was very accommodating about estimating the time for my service (AAA charges a flat rate so no surprises or jacking up the prices like some plumbing companies).

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

Read your response Mike. I spoke with Erica in your office Friday and after she spoke with you, she confirmed the company would be refunding my money. The following Tuesday, when the check had cleared my bank, I called again, Erica spoke with you and called me back with the offer to refund my money if I took down the review. I do not see that as reaching out to do all you can to resolve the issue. Your company promised to refund my money based on the miss, starting with not scheduling the appointment when I called and your company did not follow through.  

So to update my previously posted review, the company did not refund my money as they had promised after the terrible service I received. Instead, they contacted me three days later with an offer to to cut me a check today if I took the review down. I'm out $350, received terrible service, am not sure the plumbing issue was resolved. I will not back down, others need to know to abound this company at all costs. They do not stand by their work or their word.

These guys are amazing! Tommy called me back and got me a quote super fast and the absolute best price in town. (Checked with 4 others and they were all trying to over charge me, but not these guys!) Super fast turn around! They replaced my water heater.

He is a really nice guy too which helps when dealing with the not so fun world of plumbing problems...

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Responsive, kind, honest, fast, fair, quality service, clean, friendly, respectful, and the list goes on...

Dennis is an independent plumber that doesn't have the high overhead that larger companies have.  He is experienced and honest.  He does great work.  We have always been satisfied with his work.  Some time ago we had a water line break where the line enters the house.  He had a family emergency and was unable to do the repair.  But he recommended a trusted plumber to address the issue.  Others might have simply said 'Sorry' and left it at that.  Tuesday he came to our house to check on leaking hose lines to the clothes washer.  He was able to repair them immediately.

After the recent freeze, my mom suffered some pipe damage resulting in NO WATER. I contacted my mom's plumber - wouldn't take her appointment nor place her on the waitlist  A local East Bernard friend referred me on Monday to Jeremy Miller of Precision Plumbing who had helped his mom. I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! Promptly repaired it and the additional items damaged from the freeze! My mom is super relieved her water is back on & she is back in the comfort of her home. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Gabe & Mike! Very professional, reasonable and friendly. You've gained a New customer in EB!

Executive Summary: These guys have changed my belief that many plumbers are incompetent. Especially since they sort of agree with me.

I have been building a house for the past year and a half and plumbing has been the bane of my existence during this time.  I literally went through three plumbers on this job. Near the end, I had persistent problems withe work and decided to give these guys a shot. The owner came out the next day and, after we both whined to each other about how crappy plumbers give the good guys a black eye, he got to work and fixed four problems.  They are gone. Now I have heres and theres and he's been back twice to take care of them.  

His prices are fair and reasonable. The response time is quick and communication is excellent. I've referred a friend to them and she was pleased with the work as well.

I contacted Weeks for rewiring the electric in a building.  Travis was very professional and gave me a quote.  They completed all of the work quickly and focused on high quality service.  I feel confident that I chose the right company for this job and recommend them without reservation.

Incompetent company. They're not a licensed plumbing company or plumbers. Horrible work and they do not stand behind their work. Total rip-off. Had to hire another company to fix the work they weren't qualified to do. Stay away from this company.

not very satisfied, first of all they came out 3 different times , 3 different sets of people each time and they all had something different to say, the first time the guys said everything major was OK and we only had to fix a minor thing, so we fixed it and then they came out 2 days later, different people and then they this time everything failed and before they said that they had already called the town to have them come out and inspect the work for.the next day and after they seen it wasn't going to pass they never called the town back to cancel the inspection. young plumbing said it failed because lines leaking and said the other guys who  work with them , should have caught it the first time they came out... sooooo we had to fix all that and then the next day 2 more different people come out , same company and say it looks good and that it would cost us $35 for the town to come out and inspect it. its always free for.the town to inspec, the reason WE had to pay is because they never called to cancel the town inspection the day they told us it failed due to leaking lines so we had to pay for.there mistake after forking out lots of.money every time they came out . and they refused to acknowledge that the $35 we had to pay for the town to come out was because of them!! never again will we go threw these people!
