Kevin was very responsive to my text messages. Upon his arrival, he was very thorough conducting testing to determine the source of my leak/ break. He was honest as well. He heard my insurance company indicate they would pay a higher price, but he didn't increase his price.

Great company. I called at 8:00 this morning with no hot water, Chris was here at 4:00 this afternoon and had me going in less than an hour.

Best plumbers ever! We had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Seemed like an easy fix. My husband replaced the fill valve. Twice. Still running. Then we called a plumber. Still running.
Finally we found 210 plumber. And Steve was so understanding!! He explained everything he was doing. And he knew why it wasn't successful all the previous times. (The lines needed to be flushed) so now we have a working toilet and my faith in plumbing has been restored. Thank you Steve!

Well... Pierre and his amazing crew , did it again !!!
We woke up to cold water last week , and knowing our hot water heater was old , we fully expected that we would need to replace it .
I called my trusted service and Lloyd was available that day !
He arrived on time , very curtious, very knowledgable , and went he went to work .
Within a short period of time he diagnosed the problem and told us , that because of the age of our unit , parts are scarce and or discoutinued .
He could have left it at that  because in the back of our mind we knew that a new unit was a possibility ... but he didn't
He searched far and wide and it took a few days but he found the part !!!
He came yesterday with his brother David ( nice guy too ) and installed it !
If you read my other reviews you know I'm a fan , this is more to say that any successful business starts with the owner .. at the top ! Pierre knows that he needs, those representing him to be competent , but he also knows he wants them to be fair ... he hires only the best !!!!

Frank is an honest, reliable and talented plumber that we used for a clogged drain which required a repiping. I would  highly recommend  him.

Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

I would call a different plumber if I were you! At first he seemed very reasonable and nice. He told me he would only charge me for his time and not mark up the equipment he had to purchase in order to fix my water heater. Near the end of the job he stated how much he spent on the equipment, which was substantially higher than what he quoted me so I asked for him to provide me the receipt. He then got very angry and told me he would try and get it for me. Shortly after our conversation he emailed me the receipt from Winsupply and something seemed off. I then called Winsupply and asked them to send me the receipt with the same purchase order. The receipts were the same except for the amount of the pump being substantially less than the receipt he provided me. It's not my place to say if he doctored the receipt from Winsupply but obviously something doesn't add up (please reach out to me if you would like to see the photos). After the job was done, I confronted him to try and understand the misunderstanding and he got furious and threaten to call the sheriff and post a lien on the property if I didn't pay. To make matters worse, after we agreed on an amount owed I signed the invoice and told him I would have a check sent to the address listed on his invoice before the end of the day. He refused and told me I had to pay with CC right now, which I refused. I will be sending him a check in the mail considering he finished the job and worked around my schedule (reason for two stars).

I first called Gallos Plumbing in September 2021. We had a suspected leak somewhere in our foundation. We didn't have a clean out, that was the first step. They installed a clean out, determined we did have a leak, pinpointed the leak all with in a timely manner.

Our home is over 60 years old, and while all this was going on Murphy's law hit and we had to have a new water heater installed, a PRV replaced and a shower leak repaired.

Everyone at Gallos is wonderful. David is always more than willing to take the time to explain everything in full detail. Shelly , in the office, is super responsive and keeps you abreast of what is going on. Nelson the plumber is professional, detailed and friendly.

I have already recommend them to someone else in our neighborhood who had as equally great experience.

Needed a gas line from a new propane tank to the house for a wood to gas fireplace conversion.  Because this was a multi-step project it required 3 trips to complete the job.  Each time they responded promptly, arrived on time, completed the work quickly and charged fairly.  Would highly recommend Resurrection Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Connally Plumbers came promptly to our home when we called about water seeping in under a cabinet. They found the source of our leak, repaired it and explained what caused it. While they were here we asked if they could do something to help get hot water more quickly to the end of the house farthest from the water heater, and in short order they had a recirculating pump delivered and installed. Even the description of their job was legible and understandable on the invoice. Thanks Connally!

My water heater sprung a leak. I called several companies yesterday. Stellar's price was in line with what I expected to pay, and below several of the other quotes. They said they would come out at 1:00 today to fix my water heater, but... They were a little early! Not by much. But certainly not late. The guys got the old unit out and the new unit installed in record time. I took a hot shower at 3:30. They were polite, didn't mind talking to me while they worked. Overall, very courteous. I am quite impressed by them, and a very happy customer.

Pablo and his crew were great they came out within minutes of me calling them and texting the address to them. They went straight to work looking for the leak. They even had to cut through theb concrete slab to find the exact location. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to come out the next day and clear out the lines tot he house so the water and water heater would work. Thank you both for your hard work.

I've never had to use a plumber since moving to the New Braunfels area so trying Ott's Plumbing was my choice from the phone book ad.  Turned out to be a good choice.  Cody, the young man who fitted my faucet, was polite & efficient & seemed very knowledgable.  I would definitely use them again.

I used Bryco once again...this time for a leaking pipe outside.  Never fun to have to call a plumber, but after a good experience with Bryco earlier in the year I gave them another shot.  They came out when they said they would.  Very professional, did what was needed to solve the problem and didn't charge me too much.  It is always expensive to call a plumber, but I am sure they charged me the same or less than any other quality plumbing company would have.  The plumber they sent out was named Jonathan.  Very nice young man.

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

I had a stopped-up drain for a second time in my Austin home so instead of calling the plumber who cleared it last time I called Justin. He went there and cleared the drain but he said he got a lot of roots in the debris, and he suspected it was near the city line.  So he called the city and arranged to meet them the next day (that alone is incredible) and he said they cleared the roots and installed a sheath, and I would need to remove some shrubs that were the problem. That's above and beyond my expectations. I would strongly recommend him if you are near South Austin. He's responsible. And his fees are fair.

We've used Grandpa's Plumbing at least half a dozen times so far and they have been outstanding every time. Their customer service is excellent thanks to Debbie, who handles all office communications. Debbie always keeps us posted on scheduling and arrival times and is super friendly and helpful. The quality of the plumbing work is excellent and Martin takes the time to educate us on anything we have questions about. Grandpa's Plumbing has won us over and we can't recommend them highly enough!

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower.An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning.After way to much information he went to hardware store and fixed the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow.They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.

The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.

The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.

My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.

After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
