By far world class. Kevin has been beyond attentive and helpful in helping detect or foundation leak. He confirms everything with us as well as with the plumbing company we are using. It's hard to find a genuine company with outstanding work ethics- but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommended.

We had a very bad experience with our first plumber and we were left with a huge job poorly done and unfinished. We contacted Wimberley Plumbing and Chris came by right away. After evaluating what needed to be done and listening to our requirements, he gave us a realistic quote on the spot. Within a day or two, Chris came by and did a fantastic job not only to finish what was left half done but also doing it right the first time. Doing a good job is so rare nowadays that finding a plumber who loves what they do and are willing to do it right is such a joy and blessing. This is the second time that A&T did not charge me for something minor. In this case, the bottom of my outside spigot was missing.  I figured I was going to need a new spigot.  Collen discovered that the bottom piece had become attached to a freeze protector that I had attached to the spigot during the winter.  I felt pretty idiotic! Collen told me not to worry about it, that he didn't mind stopping by and since he didn't feel that he fixed anything he wasn't going to charge me. A couple of years ago Collen stopped by my daughters house when she was having trouble with the toilet. He made a quick adjustment and did not charge her. He's also done 'real' work for us- had to replace the gasket around my daughter's toilet and had to unclog my own toilet. In both cases the response was fast, the work was neat and good, and the charge was reasonable. Someone always answers the phone which is great as you never have to wait for a response. When my toilet got stopped up, I called at 10 PM intending to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when the owner, Pierre, answered! Great service and great to do business with!

After not getting call backs from 3-4 other plumbers, found and called Frank at Trio Plumbing Solution. All I can say is Excellent service. Took my call, and discussed replacing my leaking water heater. Within 24 hours, Frank and his associate showed up and replaced my water heater. It's clear Frank knows his business -  personable, honest and does excellent work. Will definitely be calling Trio Plumbing in the future.

Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

An upstairs supply line was leaking water into the ceiling in our living area downstairs.  We called Gallos, and they were not only quickly responsive; the plumber went into our attic crawlspace behind the shower to discover and solve the problem.  No broken shower wall, no torn out ceiling downstairs.  Angel was great!  We don't have to call all over the place looking for a good plumber anymore.  Gallos is IT!

Water main break put some silt into our lines and we needed a plumber to fix the toilet.  Called Resurrection and they said they might not be able to get to it until next week.  They called back this afternoon and said they had finished up early and could come today!  They fixed the toilet AND got the water softener running smoothly again!  Daniel and Tony were very professional and knowledgeable and we are grateful for them!  Very reasonable and fair price too.  Thanks, Resurrection Plumbing!

Connally Plumbers came promptly to our home when we called about water seeping in under a cabinet. They found the source of our leak, repaired it and explained what caused it. While they were here we asked if they could do something to help get hot water more quickly to the end of the house farthest from the water heater, and in short order they had a recirculating pump delivered and installed. Even the description of their job was legible and understandable on the invoice. Thanks Connally!

These guys are great! I called them out to repair some dubious gas pipe additions the previous owners had installed. Abel was very responsive and even came out late from the other side of Austin to remove the pipe. He explained the whole process and checked to make sure everything else was also up to code. Plus, I had just had a new dishwasher and stove delivered and he installed that too. What's more, these guys came out a second time to uninstall the damaged stove Lowe's had delivered free of charge. I can't recommend Stellar plumbing enough; they are timely, professional, and very personable.

Pablo and his crew were great they came out within minutes of me calling them and texting the address to them. They went straight to work looking for the leak. They even had to cut through theb concrete slab to find the exact location. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to come out the next day and clear out the lines tot he house so the water and water heater would work. Thank you both for your hard work.

In the past, I've had nothing but good experiences with Ott plumbing, but today's interaction totally ruined my opinion of them.  I went to get help with my son's scout project.  I had to drive out Highway 46 and down a narrow two-lane road.  It's hard to find the business because they don't display signage.  Their being in a residential zoning area prevents such visual assistance.   (A business isn't supposed to be there, it seems.)

The only person on the premises was the receptionist.  I told her what I needed and she said the boss had the information in his office.  She told me she didn't have the key, then gave me the names and numbers of two other plumbing companies.  I was about to enter the information into my phone when she received a call.  She put her hand over the mouthpiece and said, I have to take this call.  It's a big job.  You'll have to leave and do that in your car.  I stood there, not believing what I was hearing. Again I was told to leave!  Excuse me?  What makes a plumbing call so confidential that I can't overhear it?  I take offense to getting pitched out of a trades office, honorable as that profession is.  Thanks for giving me the information on the other two companies.  I'll use one of them next time I need a plumber.

I've used Bryco 4 times now & they have never disappointed me. I mean, who quotes you one price over the phone & then when I got the bill it was CHEAPER? Amazing customer service & my probs are fixed. Couldn't ask for more!

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Justin is great!  We called during the night leaving a message and there was a text the next morning.  By that afternoon they were working to fix the leak.  They ran late but stayed until the job was done.  It was a reasonable price actually cheaper than my husband thought it would be.  The guys were great and very friendly.  I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Martin and his wife are wonderful people.  They helped me over the phone figure out my hot water heater issue was electrical and not plumbing. They were honest and sincerely concerned with helping me come up with a solution as opposed to just making a quick buck.. for that I'm greatly appreciative!

On a recent trip to San Antonio, Reliant Plumbing seriously saved the day!! I rented an Airbnb, which had a serious flood in the bathroom overnight. We let the property management know about the leak, they sent out the call to Reliant, and then the plumber arrived so quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They handled everything seamlessly with property management and what could have ruined our trip (and their property!) ended up being fixed on the spot. I was just really grateful for their quick response, fast fix, and great customer service. Thank you!!!

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.

The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.

The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.

My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.

After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
