Kevin was very responsive to my text messages. Upon his arrival, he was very thorough conducting testing to determine the source of my leak/ break. He was honest as well. He heard my insurance company indicate they would pay a higher price, but he didn't increase his price.

I called Wimberley Plumbing because our kitchen sink was clogged and we had tried everything with no luck.  I had originally thought it was going to be a big major issue with possibly a broken pipe. Andrew showed up on time (even a little early) and worked diligently to find the problem and it turned out to be a major grease clog.  Less than 2 hours later...we are back to using our kitchen sink.  Yay!  I will definitely be keeping their number close at hand and will call them if I ever need any more plumbing work, which hopefully we won't.

My water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it stay lit after several attempts.  Made a few calls and finally decided on 210 Plumber.   As hot water is a necessity, I needed to have someone come out the same day.  Russell made it out and was very professional and helpful explaining my options.   He even noticed my water heater was under warranty and was able to get the manufacturer to honor the defective part in lieu of charging me for it.  I don't think other companies' techs would always do this.  He was honest and fair and had me running in no time.   I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Today I needed a new faucet replacement with sprayer and soap despenser. I was given great service once again. They were running behind and was nice enough to call me to inform me. A&T had to shut off the main line and I showed where it was located. Very gifted plumbers and was glad they arrived since my faucet broke a valve  sprayer also no longer worked.The Faucet Direct company sent me an entire new faucet set. They are very reasonable on prices you may consider calling these nice kind guys for your service needs. I trust them completely. One of the plumbers was a Journeyman and is taking his test to go to the next level. Very impressed how these guys get fantastic reviews. I feel can trust and depend on these personable guys to come and work on any plumbing problem. They took a reasonable amount of time to install my new faucet and looks amazing. One pro is the spray would get caught on a valve under the sink by pulling it up and they fixed that problem as well. Very professional honest and beat prices anywhere. If you don't call you will wish you had  these plumbers are always there for you when you need them. You have to understand I called several plumbers and they range in price from 90 to 800 to install a faucet.  The cheapest was 90 but there was a catch and sounded to good to be true and it was!  But overall the  charge was so reasonable I will call again. We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in  Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. I truly felt as a customer, I was a priority to him and he has earned my respect both as a customer and as a fellow businessman.

From now on, Republic Pipeworks will be the only company I trust to handle my commercial plumbing, as well as, the plumbing in my own home.

So Juan, the owner and his company charged me $225 just to come out to my property. It was to be applied to any work accepted and done. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!

They were supposed to provide me a fair quote. Of course, they wouldn't do so until the $225 was paid... Well the quote came in and to be frank it was ridiculous!

A) They did not provide quotes for items requested
B) The items they did quote were ridiculously priced.

He recommended I didn't install a tankless water heater and that it would be beneficial to place it basically 10-15 yards away from the existing location. The cost $1,400 labor only. Get this... And another $1,900 to install water heater. LABOR ONLY! THIS DOESN'T INCLUDE WATER HEATER!

It gets better... He also quoted me $425 to install each toilet... TOILET NOT INCLUDED!

He quoted me to run a new water main line... Why? I don't even know, it wasn't on my list. But what the hell... How much you ask??? $1,500 LABOR ONLY!

The home already has a GAS METER and GAS LINE which is right where it supposed to be and it is capped off. I asked to install it through the wall for a gas stove.

$1,800!!!!

Lol! The economy is bad... Gas Prices at an all time high... And this is how they treat potential customers.

I didn't receive quotes on several of my requests. Yet, I figured I'd get a couple quoted line items needed to make it worth it. Still pricey, but roughly $1,000.

I emailed the company three days ago... Did I get a response?!?

NOPE!

This business does not treat customers the way they want to be treated and they definitely don't have integrity. I kept my end of the bargain and yet, they reneged on their end. Services were not rendered thus far after approval.

Here's the best part. They lost out on one hell of a customer who would have used them for the next 20 to 30 projects.

Like usual... There are always those who want to get rich off of each deal.

If I can SAVE YOU $$$$$ WITH THIS POST... Then it was worth writing.

LESSON: NEVER PAY FOR A QUOTE.

We had some major plumbing issues at one of our properties after the 2021 freeze. We had other plumbers out to the property but they were unable to complete the job. Mike and his crew literally worked until 2:30 in the morning to make sure that everything was fixed correctly. You rarely find people like this in any industry. They will do whatever it take to make sure that the job is done when they say it will be done. They have won my business for any plumbing related issues in the Hill Country for life.

I can't say enough good things about Connally plumbing. We bought a real lemon of a house and we needed some plumbing fixed. Connally was easy to work with, affordable, friendly and did great work. Definitely recommend Connally Plumbing!

We had a water pipe burst under the house causing a minor flood in the bathroom, kitchen, and part of the dining room.  The insurance got an estimate from a plumbing company provided by our insurance.  We asked Stellar to come out to do the work and it turned out the broken pipe was twice as far under the house than the insurance plumber estimate.  The Stellar employee was courteous and worked very hard during some harsh weather conditions, digging every day until he found the problem.  We live over an hour away from Stellar's location and they still came out!  We will go to Stellar for any other plumbing needs...like the bathroom I want to redecorate! ;)

After the freeze of Christmas 2022 a couple pipes burst which my fiancé and I were able to fix the above ground pipes but we had to call in a plumber for the underground. I called Anywhere Anytime Plumbing and they responded immediately. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the dispatchers name, but she was incredibly kind, efficient, and superb to work with. I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing issues!

Horrible service.  Prices are too much.  Worse part is they came out, did some work, did not finish the job properly, had to call back out to finish the job, and got charged AGAIN!  Will not use again.  Recommend that you avoid at all costs.

I did not use this company.  I called to obtain an estimate and was told there would be at least $125 charge without any repair work.  I would recommend that Bryco  should offer an estimate at no cost if work will be completed by their plumbers.

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

We are so happy with the service we received from Just-in-Time Plumbing.  We needed a pipe moved so our oven could be pushed flush with the wall, we had a kitchen faucet issue and a problem with our bathroom shower.  Justin's crew arrived before the 8:00 a.m. appointment, introduced themselves and got right to work. They happily answered all our questions. The cost was VERY REASONABLE  and their quality of work is EXCELLENT.

I had a water leak last night, I called and spoke to Debbie she is always so sweet and ready to help.  They were at my house within 2 hrs to help. I would highly recommend them, they are quick and efficient and will do what they can to save you money.  Thank you again for all your help.

On a recent trip to San Antonio, Reliant Plumbing seriously saved the day!! I rented an Airbnb, which had a serious flood in the bathroom overnight. We let the property management know about the leak, they sent out the call to Reliant, and then the plumber arrived so quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They handled everything seamlessly with property management and what could have ruined our trip (and their property!) ended up being fixed on the spot. I was just really grateful for their quick response, fast fix, and great customer service. Thank you!!!

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.

The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.

The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.

My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.

After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
