By far world class. Kevin has been beyond attentive and helpful in helping detect or foundation leak. He confirms everything with us as well as with the plumbing company we are using. It's hard to find a genuine company with outstanding work ethics- but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommended.

I had a strange leak on my floor in my house and called Wimberley plumbing to check it out.  I was afraid a pipe in the slab had burst.  Chris came out and diagnosed a leaky hot water heater that was allowing water to seep under the tile and carpet.  He installed a new Rheem hot water heater, but right away I began experiencing spurting and spewing from the hot water faucets in that end of the house.  I called Wimberley Plumbing and talked to J.D., who told me that it is a rare occurrence, but Rheem uses a magnesium diode rod and sometimes the magnesium they use is defective and any complaint or problem I have is  between me and Rheem.  I told J.D. I had bought a brand new hot water heater from him and why should I bear that expense.  His response was that he shouldn't have to bear that expense, either.  He said I could buy an aluminum diode rod and he would work with me and just charge me a half-hour labor charge to install it.  I called Rheem and explained my problem to them.  They said the water heater had a year's factory warranty and they could not believe the installing plumber would not honor that.  To keep me from being left holding the bag Rheem sent a new anode rod to my house and arranged for another qualified plumber to come and install it--all at no cost to me.  They also said since Wimberley Plumbing apparently would not honor the warranty that Rheem would bear that responsibility for the remainder of that year.

We had issues with our water pressure in both our shower heads for long time now. My husband had called and left messages with other plumbers but never got a call back. After seeing positive reviews for 210 Plumber he decided to give them a call. And we are so happy he did. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and today Russell came by fixed our shower heads! The pressure is amazing. Just had the best shower since buying this house 3yrs ago. Russell was punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing issues.

At work and neighbor calls to let me know I have water coming up from my front yard and it's running into the street. Neighbor turns off main for me and I start calling plumbers while at work.  I call 2 places and they're booked for weeks.  I call A&T, but I get a answering service. I then call their emergency number provided.  Gentleman that answers is able to get a tech over as soon as he's done with his current job.

Couple hours later I get a call from the tech.  He's at my house and we discuss the fees and I give him the go-ahead.  After a few minutes he's located the leak...cracked main pipe that my oak tree's roots have snapped.  I get a pic texted to me of the damage and an estimate of time.  Tech gets to work and shortly there after I get another text of a fixed pipe.  He then fills the hole and cleans up as best as possible. I get a call with the total and I pay over the phone with my credit card.

I couldn't have asked for a better process while being stuck at work.  Rate seems fair, tech was very clear and thorough about everything he did. I know who I'm calling for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater gave out on me so I called Frank at Trio plumbing. They came out same day to change out thermostat. Turns out that didn't fix problem so he came back next day to fix another part and didn't even charge me. Then we realized the water heater was defective and he installed a new one. His price to install was a fraction of what one of the big plumbing companies quoted. Frank is amazing. He treats his clients like family and is honest and professional. He even called me back after the job to make sure everything was working right. Do yourself a favor and call Frank at Trio plumbing for your next plumbing issue. You'll be glad you did.

Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater.  One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad.  Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater.  I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars.  Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing.  He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape.  At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary.  You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

What a great company!! They are honest and experienced. We will certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family.

Our shower started leaking and needed the cartridge replaced. We weren't able to replace it ourselves so we called out another company who came out and without touching anything within 3 minutes told us it was going to be $700 to repair it as they needed to go in the drywall and replace everything because the cartridge was not going to come out. We were blown away. We called Gallos Plumbing and the owner, David, returned our call at 9:00 pm at night!! Without any promise of what we were going to do he spoke to us for about 10 minutes explaining different options. The next day we had Gallos Plumbing come out, Joaquin and Jonathan, and they said first let us see if we can get that cartridge out for you before we even look at opening everything up. Within minutes they had it out and were able to replace it and put everything back together. They were awesome!! They saved us hundreds of dollars and really rescued us from a bad situation. Even if we had to have had everything opened up and replaced, they beat the other ripoff company's quote hands down. What a refreshing experience! We will be calling them first next time we have any plumbing needs and will definitely refer them to friends and family. Thanks David, Joaquin and Jonathan!!

My contractor said he was having a hard time finding a plumber to come install/hook-up various items in my kitchen (sink faucet, reverse osmosis system, dishwasher). Tired of waiting, I decided to reach out to Resurrection Plumbing after seeing several neighbors recommend them on NextDoor. I used their website contact form that evening and explained what I needed. Bright and early the next morning they emailed back that they could have one of their plumbers come by that afternoon to give a quote. Daniel and his assistant arrived on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable. His quote was quite reasonable. We scheduled for the following afternoon for him to do the work. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Daniel was thorough and conscientious, polite and easy-going, left everything tidy. RO systems are notorious for leaking - which mine did every so slightly later than evening. No worry, I texted Daniel and he was there the next day to make some adjustments. I was so impressed by his work that I'm planning to have Resurrection do the new plumbing for my upcoming bathroom remodel.

My water heater went out and I called several plumbers.  Eligio was the most thorough when talking to me.  He asked me to email him a couple of pictures so he can pick up the right parts prior to coming out.  He showed up on time, finished on time, got the heater working and the actual price was $30 cheaper than what he had quoted.  I will definitely use Eligio again.

I was looking for a plumber and chose Pablo because of one of the reviews left on a facebook group. He is always prompt and reasonably priced and will help steer you in the right direction.  Call him and you won't be disappointed!

I've never had to use a plumber since moving to the New Braunfels area so trying Ott's Plumbing was my choice from the phone book ad.  Turned out to be a good choice.  Cody, the young man who fitted my faucet, was polite & efficient & seemed very knowledgable.  I would definitely use them again.

We needed a plumber, but didn't have a clue as to who to use. Checked Yelp, Bryco had two positive reviews, so we tried them. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Got a crew to the house quickly. Two competent plumbers, got the job done, cleaned up and on their way in a jiffy. Couldn't ask for more! Even got to use a coupon from their website. We will definitely use them again with the next plumbing emergency

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

We've used Grandpa's Plumbing at least half a dozen times so far and they have been outstanding every time. Their customer service is excellent thanks to Debbie, who handles all office communications. Debbie always keeps us posted on scheduling and arrival times and is super friendly and helpful. The quality of the plumbing work is excellent and Martin takes the time to educate us on anything we have questions about. Grandpa's Plumbing has won us over and we can't recommend them highly enough!

I called Reliant to fix a simple drip from a spigot in tub/ shower.An appointment was made for Monday.A plumber showed up at 8 am on Sunday morning.After way to much information he went to hardware store and fixed the problem and I was charged 500.00.But...the job wasn't completely done right s....a supervisor came out and adjusted it.Now.... I have no hot water in shower/tub and am expected to wait for them a 6 hour window of time tomorrow.They got my money and now I am yesterdays news.Go anywhere but reliant because they are unreliable.

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.

The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.

The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.

My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.

After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
