This company is very awesome at their job and Kevin was right on time and found the problem​ within minutes and relayed what needed to be fixed to my plumber so that they would be prepared​ to do the job correctly​​ If I​ ever have a problem againI'm​m going to these professionals every time without hesitation.

A and T Service Plumbing, and specifically Jonathon Guyton, provided excellent service during two recent visits. I had faucets that needed to be updated, a broken toilet handle, and an outdoor faucet that was dripping that was repaired. In addition, since we built the house 18 years ago, there was some work under the sink that needed to be done. Jonathon came within the window of time agreed upon, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way (even though he was on time). He was polite, personable, and trustworthy. The work was done quickly, and carefully. I  highly recommend Jonathon at A & T Service.

Frank is an honest, reliable and talented plumber that we used for a clogged drain which required a repiping. I would  highly recommend  him.

Hi. These guys are my water companies, warranty company..first, they are very professional,  they called, emailed and followed up with texts. They also did a great job, professionally dressed,  clean and organized truck. Because of their attitudes and quality work, I added the warranty to another property I have. I deal with contractors a lot and no BS, I would recommend these guys.... now I don't know what the repairs cost-- it was covered by warranty.

I cannot brag enough about how amazing Jim was in a moment of crisis! I called another company and they came out and gave me a ridiculously inflated estimate, while they attempted to re-work the pricing, I got a hold of Jim and he gave me a fair price and came out to fix my hot water heater that day. Jim stayed late to make sure that I would be taken care of and didn't have to take another cold shower! Jim is very knowledgeable, kind and clearly puts a lot of hard work and care into what he does. If you are looking for an honest plumber, you can't go wrong with Republic Pipeworks!!

I normally don't write reviews BUT today is the EXCEPTION. Gallos plumbing should not be a 5 star company. They should be considered a 10 star and beyond company, because that's what they do, Show up and go up and beyond on their professionalism,their thoroughness and their skills in giving an awesome customer experience! My mom is an elderly ALZHEIMERS person. If it's a bad day She does not  remember her restroom isn't working properly. Most importantly it's very dangerous if there is a leak on the floor .she does not like to leave her safe place home .  When she heard on the speaker phone Mr Sanchez's words on what needed to be done for her restroom to be fixed , SHE UNDERSTOOD, became calm and agreed to stay at her sons house for the night. WOW !!! ITS NOT WHAT U SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT THANK YOU MR SÁNCHEZ AND YOUR GALLOS CREW for making it a GOOD DAY

The employees are disgusting and show no respect for customers property. They tracked mud throughout the house and the bathroom was a disaster they got what I hope was mud on the walls and in the shower when they had no need to get in the shower. Tried to get ahold of the owner and that doesn't work I bet it's because he knows how awful his employees are.

Best customer service and professionalism in the business. It's never fun to have to call a plumber, but the level of care and prompt visit made it a little less painful. Would definitely recommend!

I emailed Eligio concerning a certain leak in our home, and he quickly got back to me saying that it sounded like an easy fix and would be less expensive to take care of it on my own. He went on to offer personal assistance over the phone. I haven't even done business with his company and received this level of customer service. So many other professionals in the Austin area would probably have just gone ahead and scheduled an appointment to make money. How refreshing. I'm impressed.

Pablo and his crew were great they came out within minutes of me calling them and texting the address to them. They went straight to work looking for the leak. They even had to cut through theb concrete slab to find the exact location. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to come out the next day and clear out the lines tot he house so the water and water heater would work. Thank you both for your hard work.

After being notified by NBU that I had water running continuously for over 48 hours, I began to look around for a leak. I found one at the water meter. The water meter that NBU had just worked on. After multiple calls to NBU, I finally got a guy to come out after hours. All he did was confirm the leak and had me call it in the next morning. They sent out two guys who were nice but basically just turned off my water and said call a plumber. So I did. I called OTT. They were very good. In fact they were probably the best I've used. I spent 5 minutes on the phone and within a half hour they arrived. 15 minutes later they were done. It took much longer to get NBU back out to turn the water back on. When they did everything was perfect. An extremely fair price too. Awesome job OTT!!! Y'all are now my favorite plumbers!!!
Hey... if you need a plumber, I'd call these guys if I were you!!!

I was an angry customer, and they resolved my issue and left me satisfied. I will call them again (if they'll accept my call).

I had to have Bryco out twice within a week. The first time, our toilet had a sewer smell, so the plumber took off the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet 3 different times to ensure it was stable and didn't rock.

One week later, that toilet backed up. Since it was after-hours, we had to have the emergency call, at a cost of $370.
This is why I took one star off; Roto-Rooter augered the very same toilet only a few months ago, and charged $150 at 9pm; Will-Fix-It and Beyer Boys quoted me around the same price ($170-175) that time, as well. I didn't call either of them this time, because I figured it made sense the work of resetting the toilet multiple times caused some of the wax ring to fall into the pipe, which is where the clog came from; I am certain it should not have been clogged, since the bathroom is hardly used and the drain was augered so recently.

So, I called Bryco back, and they sent another plumber team.

Unfortunately, they didn't agree with me that the work done last week brought the need for the return visit, and took my card info to run the $370. I called first thing the next morning (and didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to), and we had a round-and-round that resulted in him agreeing not to charge my card.

So, what could have been a 1 star review became a 4 star review. I am not sure they're happy with the resolution, but I am (of course). And since they were straightforward and listened to me, and agreed not to charge my card, I am comfortable calling them again for a scheduled appointment.

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Called a plumber due to a very slow draining toilet who said it was the toilet not the drain.so I replaced the toliet which solved the problem for about an hour. then all drains started backing up I called them back and they didn't make calls on Saturday.  Had sewer backed up in every drain in house.  Called Justin at Just in time he came out on a Sunday fixed the problem no up charge for weekend at very reasonable cost.  very polite and  efficient

We've used Grandpa's Plumbing at least half a dozen times so far and they have been outstanding every time. Their customer service is excellent thanks to Debbie, who handles all office communications. Debbie always keeps us posted on scheduling and arrival times and is super friendly and helpful. The quality of the plumbing work is excellent and Martin takes the time to educate us on anything we have questions about. Grandpa's Plumbing has won us over and we can't recommend them highly enough!

On a recent trip to San Antonio, Reliant Plumbing seriously saved the day!! I rented an Airbnb, which had a serious flood in the bathroom overnight. We let the property management know about the leak, they sent out the call to Reliant, and then the plumber arrived so quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They handled everything seamlessly with property management and what could have ruined our trip (and their property!) ended up being fixed on the spot. I was just really grateful for their quick response, fast fix, and great customer service. Thank you!!!

Can't speak for their plumbing service, but any business that requires people to drive to a destination is also liable for how they act on the road.

The driver of the vehicle accelerated at least 30 miles over the speed limit in an attempt to prevent us from getting over... not sure why, but he started charging as if he were a bull and our turn signal was a red flag at the local Texas State Bull Pin.

The driver then decided to cut across three lanes of traffic, and proceeded to bob/weave through traffic like a boxing match.

My mother already lost one child to a wreck less driver. How dare this person have the audacity to potentially take away another one. There comes a point in time where everyone needs to grow up and abide by the rules.

After all of that, they almost caused another collision by swerving completely into the next lane, then swerving back into the original lane and almost losing control of their vehicle. Very dangerous/wreck less driving.
