We needed a new gas cooktop installed, but I had dealt with a couple of unscrupulous plumbers in the last few months. So, this time I researched carefully and I am so glad I did! Plumber Near Me was responsive from the start. They arrived on time, were efficient, professional and friendly, did the installation promptly, explained how things worked, and cleaned up after themselves! Aiden could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this company.

Justin is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with. He responds quickly to calls and emails, shows up early, does great work, and charges a very fair price. He patiently guided my wife and I through some of the plumbing considerations of our DIY home renovation and made quick work of the projects that were outside of our skill level. Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

These guys are absolutely the best! They came out and gave me an estimate and the job was done by the middle of the day the next day. They have their own equipment  and are honest and hard-working. The job turned out to be much more involved than we originally thought, but the price was still very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. We had a leaky hot water heater - after doing some research for a plumber, I didn't like what I saw regarding other companies, specifically with price switching. I read only one review on JA Zepeda and what caught my eye was he charges by the job and not by the hours worked.
My father called Zepeda and he was here within 15-20 minutes, gave my father a reasonable estimate, called his son with what he needed - they were done including cleaning up within a few hours.
Will not hesitate to call him back or refer to others!

Great service!  Explained everything in great detail. Very knowledgeable. Tristian went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with everything. His support crew was great as well. They replaced my garbage disposal and piping under my sink.

Never called back the second time, I was going to give them another shot. The last time I used them the plumber spent most of his belittling his helper-over priced. Grandpa Plumbing in Spring Branch was very responsive and priced well.  Won't be back

Wasted my time and their time, couldn't diagnose a simple problem. Yes he was a master plumber. I found the solution on the internet, it even had a name for it. Sewer burp. Plumber sat on my tub for 40 minutes huffing and puffing and coming to the conclusion they were probably going to have to knock a hole in the side of my house to fix it. By now all I see is dollars flying out of my wallet. Rip off! Paid them almost $300.00 for nothing. Fixed it myself. A qualified plumber can fix problems leading to inadequate drain venting. This is a job for  a professional. Inspecting vents involves climbing to the peak of your  roof and visually checking for obstructions that interfere with proper  venting. The usual suspects include bird's nests and accumulation of  leaves or other wind-blown debris.
What Can Be Done
Frequently, the remedy for clogged plumbing vents is a jet of  high-pressure water. This can flush material inside the vents down into  the sewer line and out of your home. Most plumbing contractors have  equipment designed for this purpose and can complete the job quickly and  safely. Or if you are handy, you can do it yourself.

I needed someone to hook my new grill up to the natural gas line.  I searched around and called Apache Plumbing.  This was on a Friday.  I made an appointment for the following Monday.  However, Randal called me Saturday morning and was able to fit me in.  He got to my house, discovered I didn't have all of the parts that I needed to change my grill from propane to natural gas.  He went with me to Lowe's to get what was needed, came back and I was up and running with my new grill in no time.
I will definitely be calling them again for any and all of my plumbing needs.

After the February freeze, we called four different plumbers to repair our two tankless water heaters. Only Denny came out and assessed the situation. They correctly told us it would be quicker if we sourced our own parts and called them back when they arrived. We did exactly that and had hot water before any other plumber even called us back. Thanks so much, guys!

Very impressed with the work done and for a great price. We had another company quote us $400 to install a faucet and the disposal. Bracken completed the job in less than an hour for about $120. Professional and reasonably priced.

Was desperate to get someone over to my house.  That's not always easy in Yorktown, Texas.  They came over and fixed the problem within a day.  This has now happened twice.  I would recommend.

these guys are the worst i was driving down the road and one of them decided to tail gate me the whole way home and was honking at me for no reason this isn't the first time it happened so if you are on the road with them make sure to give these babies the right of way bc they think they have that right

I called them and they said on the phone that it would cost me 40. dollars
for them to come out and look at my bath project!

So, I am requesting a 'bid and I get to have the pleasure of spending 40 dols to get a piece of paper with just a few numbers on it?. Crazy!

The guy spent about 7 to 10 minutes looking at the bath, then handed me the bill for $40. dollars.
Don't bother with these people. save your 40.dollars.

Call a remodeling company. They do FREE estimates.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.

The company was extremely unprofessional in our experience with them.  We called and requested information about setting up an appointment to come to inspect and diagnose the problem in a bathroom.  They agreed to send a service person out, and then once they came out, they informed us that they charged a trip fee.  Not only did they not tell us that there was a fee, but it was an hourly fee.  $150 an hour.  After they tell us that they would charge us $3,200 to REPLACE a bathtub.  That charge again was just to replace a bathtub.  They said that $3,200 didn't even get the wall replaced in the surround area once the tub was replaced.

Needless to say, we chose not to use them, they said that we owed them $300.00 to come out and give that ridiculous charge, then they threaten to put a lien on the property because we told them that NO ONE had ever mentioned a charge. If they had been honest up front, we certainly wouldn't have agreed to have them come out if that had been forthright and reputable to us as customer.

Be careful if you choose to use them, that omit charges and then threaten to file liens on your property.  I think that the legal term for this is extortion.
