Darrel was knowledgeable, patient and professional. He had a wealth of knowledge about plumbing, code, gas and even advice on structural non plumbing issues. I wish more plumbers could be like him!

Yesterday afternoon we experienced a broken water main, and I called Connally Plumbing for service. We had used them in the past and they were great, so they were our first choice for this job. The scheduler, Jenny, said they were totally booked up, but she got us on the schedule for first thing this morning. Josh and Hunter showed up on time and had the break fixed in less than 90 minutes. They were great to work with, and both were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Connally Plumbing, and will certainly use them as the need arises in the future!

Chris did a great job repairing the shower handle In our shower. The cartridge inside the handle had completely failed. Squared Away Plumbing correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone with just a few questions over the phone. Chris completed the repair in less than 30 minutes and also answered questions and provided good advice about other potential problems I might encounter. The shower handle works better now than when we moved in-- and, we are the original owners! I heartily recommend Squared Away Plumbing.

Awesome service again from Frank of Trio plumbing. We woke up to a sink leak upstairs. We were panicking, Frank came out within 24 hours and fixed the leak effortlessly. Frank went above and beyond the call and ensured all the other sinks were tightened and no leaks were in them. I would highly recommend Frank and Trio plumbing for any of your emergency and non emergency plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed and their level of professionalism exceeds 5 stars. I will forever use their service.

Had a leak for water heater during the great storm and they are one of the plumbers that still work during the storm to help the neighbors! They sent a guy to assess our condo complex right after the storm (many water heater units down) so many neighbors decided to go with them.
It's a little difficult to reach them on the phone posted on their website due to the extreme call volume after the storm - tried Facebook message and that's an easier way to reach them.
Installation was a breeze, they showed up on time, very experienced team and they installed a water heater around an hour.
They just won my future business

If you have a plumbing issue, I highly recommend a plumbing company called, Cold Is On The Right Plumbing. Yes, that is the name. And they are excellent. We had what we thought was a water leak in the foundation. Water was seeping up through the wood floor and there was a water stain on the foundation outside. Cold Is On the Right Plumbing sent out a great guy who instead of just digging up the floor and putting a hole in the foundation, said he wanted to look around first. Well, the refrigerator is behind the half wall where the water was, so he pulled the refrigerator out and found a micro leak in the ice maker hose. Problem solved! He had a stainless steel hose with him so he replaced it and was gone within the hour. I was so pleased with the dispatcher, the plumber, the response time and the price! Cold Is On The Right Plumbing is now on our house repair list.

H&H is as professional as it gets!
Call them at 4 PM and the job was done the same day at a price that seemed more than fair, I would assume hard to beat.
I will recommend and rehire H&H services without a doubt!

Very friendly and helpful. Both Chris and Jarrod did a great job helping us to clean up the clog in the main drain pipe that caused chaos in a cold winter night. Great work!

I got home on a Friday to a very wet garage and water coming out from the wall where the water heater lives. I tried a local one man shop, he didn't really do anything and the leak came back. I looked on a local neighborhood site and saw these guys work with my insurance company, this is a good thing. Plumber friends of mine back home were saying possible slab leak, so I'm in near panic mode. Melvin comes out and after some rooting around finds a pinhole in a pipe in the wall. WHEW! He and his assistant fix it up for just a touch over $500. I got a little sticker shock, but I needed it fixed as it was already Monday and I'm not only seeing water wasted, but we're risking mold and bigger damages. Welp, I think the assistant did most of the work because an hour after they left I walked out to more water! I called the office and they got one of their guys coming back from Killeen at the end of the day to pop in. Same leak, the fix wasn't done quite right. It's ok, you can't learn without failing here and there. He got it fixed up right and proper, no water no extra charge since they JUST fixed it. Yes, they're pricey, but they're fast and do good work. Yes, a mistake was made, it happens. They made it right, though.

After hearing from one plumber that my busted pipe due to tree roots was too much for him to handle and that I was looking at paying someone in the neighborhood of $2500, I was pretty nervous. Called five different plumbers who were all booked at least a week out but kept giving me recommendations of other plumbers who were also overbooked. I got David Graves number from a friend and called him. He answered right away and said he was sure he could have someone out that day and would have them call me directly. I got a call within the hour from his son Todd. He was on another call but said he'd be over right after. It took him a little longer than he expected but he called to update me. Once he arrived, it took him all of three minutes to look at the hole in my front yard and tell me he would have it fixed and my water back on that day and it would cost me $250. And that is exactly what he did. He found the problem fixed it, recovered the hole and it was done in nothing flat. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable and no nonsense. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working ok. Not really what I expected from a plumber. A pleasant surprise. I highly recommend David Graves Plumbing.

After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

I would work with Andre again in a snap. As a semi new home owner/ landlord things like replacing two water heaters at the same time is a scary task. Andre came out to give me a competitive quote and answered all my questions thoughtfully and with detail. He communicated everything that would happen in a way that helped me understand the process and communicate in advance with my tenants. He was quick to get back to me, on time and did a great job.

Two men came and did much better this time. They both spoke fluent English so the time to get done what we needed was less. The upstairs restroom things were replaced along with the sinks fixed. Worked very hard today in the heat. Both men were very hard workers. They came at the time they said this time. Both men worked hard together. Very wise and had expert knowledge.

I needed some clearing to be done, they did a decent job on that but it is extremely hard to contact them. They didn't completely finish the job, so I contacted them multiple times - they always said that they would send someone out on this date and no one would ever show up. I wouldn't recommend going with them for any lawn care services. You'll end up waiting and trying to contact them forever.

Two stars for showing up, minus three stars for arguing. They had the wrong address, so I texted the correct one with directions to my home. The guy that came to the door blamed me for the wrong address and argued about whether I'd texted my address!
If he'd been more business-like, we might have asked for a bid. So sorry I can't consider using neighborhood plumber, I really would like to keep my business local.

After the big Texas storm which broke our pipes and left us no water we were lucky enough to schedule an appointment for the next day, or so we thought. After a phone and two texts confirming the appointment no one showed. We texted asking for the status of the appointment and called leaving a message which both went unanswered. We were now behind everyone else trying to get someone to come out and fix the problem. By the time we were able to get another plumber to respond it was 10 days later. That delay along with no courtesy to let us know they were not coming really did a number on us.

I had a mainline clogged by baby wipes which was causing my downstairs sinks, toilet and showers to back up. It wasn't an emergency yet but an inconvenience. I called Pennington's on the recommendation of a neighbor because I couldn't locate a service willing to come out to my part of Dripping Springs (the Blanco County part). There was one plumber closer but did not service my area. Pennington's said they could be out there between 8-12. They arrived shortly after 9am in terrible weather driving on some challenging roads. Todd and David got right to work snaking the clogged line which was accessible in the back yard in the rain. Within minutes the clog was cleared. Todd and David were incredibly friendly, professional and I would recommend this company and especially these guys to anyone in need of a plumber.
