Contracted Apache to install a salt free water softener. The results were amazing!! I would highly recommend Apache for any plumping projects, thanks to Randall and Gunnar for a great experience!!

My wife's sink in our master bathroom was clogged plus there was a constant drip/leak from the faucet.  It needed attention immediately because a woman without a functional sink can be a horrifying experience.  We had used other plumbers in the past and were never happy with their work, professionalism or attitudes.  We also had a leak from one of the handles in our half bath off the family room.  A little research lead us to Connolly Plumbing and Justin, who answered the phone, was able to schedule us the next day.  Hunter and Omar arrived punctually and went straight to work.  Unlike other quick fix outfits, they disassembled the drain and routed it out properly.  It works amazingly well now ... and they fixed both faucet leaks without a blink.  They were professional, pleasant, respectful and efficient.  I should mention that they had everything they needed on their large van truck, which was also impressive.  No running around or wasting time.  All in all, it was an amazing experience with a fair price.  Connally will definitely be our plumber of choice in the future.  More companies could take a lesson or two from Connolly Plumbing ... customer service and satisfaction appears to be a priority along with an admirable ability to fix problems effectively and efficiently.  Now, back to Happy Wife; Happy Life!  Thank you Hunter & Omar ... great job!!

The tech came out to review the site for a gas line extension quote.  After leaving and promising to follow up with the quote, I've yet to receive any information.  I've followed up and left multiple VMs, and still nothing.

Frank came out to look at my water heater,  gave me an estimate for repair. As they were working, they discovered a crack in the tank so it needed replacing not repairing. Frank was upfront about price, gave me a cost for labor, helped me pick out a water heater from Lowe's,  picked it up and installed it. This was AFTER 5pm on a weeknight!! Left my home clean and my final charge was exactly what he said it would be. Frank and Tony did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Trio Plumbing!

Had a leak for water heater during the great storm and they are one of the plumbers that still work during the storm to help the neighbors! They sent a guy to assess our condo complex right after the storm (many water heater units down) so many neighbors decided to go with them.
It's a little difficult to reach them on the phone posted on their website due to the extreme call volume after the storm - tried Facebook message and that's an easier way to reach them.
Installation was a breeze, they showed up on time, very experienced team and they installed a water heater around an hour.

Bill just replaced the water valve in our front yard after we had a leak that flooded the area near the street. (Repair was not covered by utility company). He was suuuper nice, professional and gave me an amazing price for all the work he did. I really, really appreciate it all. In fact, I texted a bunch of friends and family after he left to immediately recommend 'Come & Plumb' It if they ever have any plumbing issues. I have used this company a few times now and I'm very happy with them and trust them. Highly recommend!

I hired Cold is on the Right for a kitchen remodel (permitted job). Bren came out, surveyed my job, and within a hour had prepared a quote. His quote was reasonable and within the range of other quotes I had received. My house was built in the '40s, so things are old, including the gas lines. There was a small leak in the gas line, but we could not locate it after trying everything. Thanks to that leak, my early inspections failed. Bren agreed to provide a new gas line at no cost given the delays and other glitches in the project. (Inspections then passed.) I was surprised. That says something about this company and Bren. To make a long story short, although there were problems with my job---related to the age of my house and working with city inspectors---in the end I was happy with my decision to use Cold is on the Right. Bren has a good crew working for him. They are punctual and professional. Kerri, who handles phone calls, has also been incredibly helpful. Customer service is indeed very good at Cold is on the Right.

I needed help with connecting NG line to outdoor kitchen. Chad was great to work with. He took the time fully understand the job and provided a very reasonable quote.
He also tried his best and worked me into his busy schedule to get the job done.

Two of Austin plumbers' team members arrived after our tankless water heater broke during the big storm. We had been without electricity and now water, so were so pleased they were able to see us so quickly to diagnose the issue. Because of their diagnosis, we saved hours of time looking for a specialist that could fix the issue with these specialty parts. These team members reminded me of doctors. They were empathetic, clear and direct about what the issue was, and were honest that they did not have the parts or certificate to fix the issue, so referred us to a specialist. Real professionals.

Andre was very nice and professional. He was on job site promptly, and unclogged my garbage disposal pipe, replaced a part, and cleaned up the work site afterwards. His hourly rate was the best quote I got out of 10 places I contacted via Yelp, and he charged me less than that for the job that took half an hour (he didn't ask for the full rate because it is the first hour). He also accepts online payments via Venmo. Recommended.

Thank you for your AMAZING service! They helped me during the crazy 2021 winter storm in Texas. Somehow, they managed to come to the rescue very quickly and fixed my plumbing issue within about 30 minutes. Pricing was fair and plumbers were very professional and kind.  After being hung up on by corix water company twice and then told good luck finding a plumber we can't help you I am forever grateful for y'all

I had ABC come over to give me an estimate to install a 240v outlet in my garage to charge an electric car.  The installer gave me an estimate, and asked me if I was planning on applying for the city's rebate for this kind of installation.  Before I could even respond he said that I probably shouldn't do that because it would require an inspection at some point which, he said, would make it take too long and said he could do the install right then.  So he basically talked me out of something that would have resulted in a 50% rebate of what I was about to pay. Not wanting to think about it too much I stupidly said ok, and he proceeded with the installation.  For barely 2 hours of work to install an outlet that wasn't even a couple of feet from the panel, I paid over $600!!!

I was kind of dumbfounded after he left, and it took a couple of days for me to wonder if the installation was even done properly and/or safely.  Either way, though, I apparently can't get the city's rebate because no city inspection was done.

So if you want this kind of work -- or anything related -- done, make sure to check with the city first and don't get railroaded into something you're not sure about.  And go with someone else.

I made an appointment to have a leak repaired. On the day of the appointment I noticed the leak wasn't there anymore so I texted the gentleman I had been texting the entire time to set up the appointment to cancel. He instructed me that next time I should call instead of text because his technician was already at my residence (He wasn't) and that's how they keep costs down. Well he had already estimated the repair to be $175 without even knowing what was wrong. These people are money hungry. He sent me an invoice. I guess I will put it in the neighbors mailbox.

I needed a leak found and repaired.  It was a complicated job, but they stuck with it, even when fixing the leak caused another plumber's faulty repair to fail and they had to return the next day to fix that.  I will use Pennington's again.
