This company is great.  I had a toilet leak. They are able to schedule me in the same day and did a satisfying job. Price is fair too. Will totally do business again.

I had a great experience with Goodflow.  We had a tank-type hot water heater replaced with a tankless.  

I've used several plumbing companies over the years I've been both a homeowner and and a landlord.  Goodflow has been the best, and I will definitely be using them again.

We called Connally plumbing for a couple of issues. They were on time, courteous and very professional. I will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I am a recent home buyer in Leander.   I had a leak in the black box in my yard where my water connects to the city meter.   The city informed me that it was up to me to get a plumber and have it fixed.  I used Angie's List to find recommended local plumbers.  I asked 2 plumbers for estimates. the first quoted $1300. YIKES!  I about had a heart attack!
Marc from Squared Away Plumbing came out this morning and did the repair for $370!  Less than 1/3 what the other plumber wanted to charge.
I will NEVER use anyone else, Squared Away is my plumber for life-- and should be yours too.

After not getting call backs from 3-4 other plumbers, found and called Frank at Trio Plumbing Solution. All I can say is Excellent service. Took my call, and discussed replacing my leaking water heater. Within 24 hours, Frank and his associate showed up and replaced my water heater. It's clear Frank knows his business -  personable, honest and does excellent work. Will definitely be calling Trio Plumbing in the future.

First of all , they love animals so that means they're wonderful people ! secondly , they love people. how do I know this ? because they're compassionate, honest , they don't overcharge , they stay there until the job is finished , they are a pleasure to be around . I cannot say enough good things about Louis and his company!

These plumbers are honest kind and trustworthy. This is the third time I've used them and Jeremy was super honest about all my options and the cost for each plan. When I didn't have the money to do it today, he helped me make a quick fix to limp along a bit longer while I get the money. Even left me his tool and wouldn't let me pay him for it.  I also referred a patient of mine to them and she got 2 quotes. One was for 10000 dollars and they wanted to rip out their entire concrete patio. Come and Plumb it said they could do a work around, not remove the entire patio and it was like 100 bucks. Compared to 10 grand from the other guys. You can trust them.

Love this company- punctual, professional, fast service and fixed the problem and gave me advice on how to keep it from happening again. I would highly recommend them!

I needed help with connecting NG line to outdoor kitchen. Chad was great to work with. He took the time fully understand the job and provided a very reasonable quote.
He also tried his best and worked me into his busy schedule to get the job done.

Called on a Monday morning regarding a leak we found over the weekend.  The man who answered the phone informed me they would not be able to get to us until Wednesday , and if they could get there sooner they would call.  Wednesday rolls around and no call , no show. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 5pm to call them and ask what happened and just got a cold shoulder shrug as if that's normal business at Lantz. Was told maybe the next afternoon and that they had been telling everyone they were busy that week. Well , as a matter of fact , NO you didn't or would have called a different company that day.  No excuse for  not calling with today's technology. I do general contract work and wish i could just take someones info and then show up on m y day of choice at my leisure , what a nice world that must be.

Update - got a phone call this morning with an apology.  Nice thing for the company to do as most wont even do this anymore , but the fact remains , do what you say you are going to in the first place and the hassle is avoided all together.

He was GREAT explaining every step of the way. From the time I made contact with my insurance company to the time the leak was completely repaired was only 4.5 hours! That's amazing! Another company couldn't even come out for another three days!

I have used many plumbers while living  in BASTROP David Graves Plumbing is awesome!! Arrived on time, fixed my plumbing issues quickly!

Austin Plumbery is definitely a five-star company. They are professional, timely, and have reasonable rates. I have used them for my home and for the campus that I manage. Joe was very patient and accommodating through my recent bathroom remodel. He had to come multiple times, and it was always with a smile. Plus, it's a female-owned business, and I am one for supporting women in the trades.

I would work with Andre again in a snap. As a semi new home owner/ landlord things like replacing two water heaters at the same time is a scary task. Andre came out to give me a competitive quote and answered all my questions thoughtfully and with detail. He communicated everything that would happen in a way that helped me understand the process and communicate in advance with my tenants. He was quick to get back to me, on time and did a great job.

My kitchen sink was clogged and filling up with food and gross water.  I called Spicewood Plumbing and not only were they prompt in resolving the issue but I was impressed at how professional, thorough and friendly they were.  I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to friends and family.  They exceeded my expectations!

Called last Tuesday and asked them to add Freon to our A/C unit, as it wasn't cooling sufficiently.  Repairman comes the next day, looks at the unit, says my pipes are in the wrong place, a switch isn't working properly ,Freon will be added and the diagnostic will be 69 dollars also   The total will be 312 dollars.   He finished the work , said we didn't need Freon and still charged 312 dollars.   The unit froze up that evening. We called the next day and were told the next time a repair person could get there would be sometime Friday.  Friday evening the repair person showed up said he couldn't work on the unit as it was a block of ice    Saturday another repair person showed up, in the morning, said he'd need to run a leak check    He found the unit needed 2 lbs of Freon and suggested we add leak stop also     After paying an additional almost 500 dollars and unit has worked fine.   When I called the supervisor to complain about the original (non repair) he said he'd refund the diagnostic fee     I've used them before , but I never will again      When someone ask for a service and is charged for something else , and it doesn't fix the problem, the fix should have been voided    Not a lot of understanding here

Communication or Miscommunication is the bane of mankind.    I misunderstood the refund portion that was offered us.  They refunded the portion for the work that was not requested.    Thank you

It's really too bad that someone's comments on driving would make L and P's Yelp rating be dragged to the middle because they really are good. We are having the kitchen remodeled and needed some plumbing work. I had 3 bids for a job, these guys were extremely reasonable, communicative, professional, enthusiastic to do the work, and they fit me in on my contractor's timeline. We found additional completely unrelated problems when my contractor ripped out the wall and they took care of it and stuck to their original quote. I really appreciated their integrity, honesty, and care.

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE  Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

Had a leak under my trailer, the guys came out and not only found the leak, they went above and beyond to fix it and make some modifications to the plumbing of my 40 year old trailer that will last for a good long time.  Great work,will always use them in the future
