Apache was very helpful over the phone, quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly on time. The city repaved my street and tons of gravel debris made its way into my water pipes, totally messing up water pressure. They were able to clear all the lines and even take photos of the evidence so I could send it to the city. They were extremely helpful and even replaced toilet supply lines for no charge (at least they took pity on my situation!... hopefully the city does as well). Highly recommend, will be my go-to plumbers!

We moved into a new home and had a few plumbing issues. These guys were very reasonably priced.  They were also able to come out the very next day!  I will use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Super nice young men arrived in timely manner and performed work as requested and answered questions professionally and knowledgeably! I would highly recommend.  Fees just slight above average but install was clean and the courtesies are well worth!

I have used Squared Away Plumbing for several water heater replacements and other repairs & fixes at multiple salons that I own. I went through a lot of inferior plumbers before I found Squared Away. It's hard to find a professional plumber who does consistently top quality work at the level of Squared Away. As a bonus, they are always willing to share their knowledge and expertise. We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in  Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. One of our water heaters sprung a leak just before Christmas and threatened to literally dampen our holiday but these guys would not have it. They were courteous and responsive, punctual and efficient, friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue during their first visit, offered various options to address it and explained the pros and cons. We agreed to replace both of the water heaters with a tankless system, which they did an excellent job of installing at a very fair price, getting us back to normal just in time for Santa's visit. The new system is working great and our attic looks so much better without the huge tanks up there! Oh yeah, they were also very good about following COVID protocols.

Justin and Zach took great care of us! We saw their Instagram post PSA a couple weeks ago about not using wet wipes and low and behold we had that issue with our main line!

Had a situation where my faucet was leaking in the guest bathroom. At first not a big deal, but over the weekend escalated to where the carpet was soaked. I found these guys on Yelp and after reading the other great reviews I decided to try them. Kerri answered my phone call and was able to get the crew out within an hour! She was great! Then the two guys who showed up Billy and Jeff were very knowledgable and professional.  They figured out the problem, went and got the new faucet and I was back in business in no time! From start to finish it was a positive experience!  I called a few other companies who did not return my call or couldn't get to me until later in the week.  So the folks with Cold is on the Right pretty much made my day!

I needed help with connecting NG line to outdoor kitchen. Chad was great to work with. He took the time fully understand the job and provided a very reasonable quote.
He also tried his best and worked me into his busy schedule to get the job done.

Called on a Monday morning regarding a leak we found over the weekend.  The man who answered the phone informed me they would not be able to get to us until Wednesday , and if they could get there sooner they would call.  Wednesday rolls around and no call , no show. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 5pm to call them and ask what happened and just got a cold shoulder shrug as if that's normal business at Lantz. Was told maybe the next afternoon and that they had been telling everyone they were busy that week. Well , as a matter of fact , NO you didn't or would have called a different company that day.  No excuse for  not calling with today's technology. I do general contract work and wish i could just take someones info and then show up on m y day of choice at my leisure , what a nice world that must be.

Update - got a phone call this morning with an apology.  Nice thing for the company to do as most wont even do this anymore , but the fact remains , do what you say you are going to in the first place and the hassle is avoided all together.

This is the second great experience we've had with the S&D team, both involving pretty major plumbing issues that no homeowner wants to deal with! Most recently when we had a pipe leak under the foundation of our new house, they came out on a weekend, didn't overcharge us, and promptly scheduled a time to come out and repair it. They are thorough, knowledgable, and professional. We will definitely work with them again in the future.

Incredible plumber who I will use forever. Nice guy and great rates. Worked on a difficult issue in my house, did fantastic. Never using another plumber. I really cant reccomend him more.

Austin Plumbery was contacted by our warranty insurance from our home purchase after we called in a claim because our hot water heater stopped working. We were in a bit of a panic as we found this issue Tuesday night ahead of a houseful of visitors arriving on Sunday. I contacted the warranty company first thing Wednesday morning and very shortly thereafter Austin Plumbery called to schedule an appointment. My work keeps me in meetings on the phone most of the day and when I wasn't able to answer their call, they very quickly texted me and I was able to arrange for their first available appointment (Friday morning) while still running my meeting (YAY TECHNOLOGY!) Fretting a bit (and smelling a lot) about a Friday consultation, I was completely prepared for the worst - buying a new heater and having an emergency installation on Saturday. However, I got a call midday today (Thursday) that Travis, our technician, had a cancellation and was in my area in case I wanted him to come over then instead of waiting until tomorrow. HECK YEA I DID! Not only did he come over, but he fixed a broken part while he was there and we are back in business! How awesome is he? LOVE THIS COMPANY! Thanks Austin Plumbery and Travis!!! Can't wait to post this review and take a hot shower!!!

We called New Earth Plumbing  to fix a broken water main. Andre was very thorough and saved the day for us as this happened on a weekend.  We were very pleased with the work he did so we then had him install a pressure relief valve. Fantastic work also! Now he is going to  repair a pipe this weekend that is attached to an outside spigot.  We have total faith in his plumbing skills and wished we would have found him long ago. Honest and fastidious, Andre is everything you should look for in a plumber. We highly recommend him!

Ok...so update: We called ABC again to let them know that both the traps were set off and that there was no animal caught! My husband mentioned that he has reset the traps several times already and the receptionist responded with Well don't reset them anymore, wait till Frank comes back out there. The guy came out today 9/8, only to reset the traps, we have NOT heard the animal moving around for the past few days, but have noticed a VERY foul smell coming from our A/C unit in the bathroom. My husband told Frank this, he disregards it and just resets the traps.....says he will be back on Thursday to check. Well we got a call from ABC after Frank left from the supervisor asking about the service. My husband told him that we told his guy that the animal has not been heard for a while and that we smell something bad...he again just says oh well, just wait till Thursday!

I will not ever recommend this place to anyone, they are NOT professional and DO NOT know what they are doing. I am totally dissatisfied!

I needed my grooming tub hooked up to hot and cold water, and the drain. It was a pretty complicated job and the first set of plumbers failed right at the start thankfully, so I got to meet L&P plumbing. I asked my electrician and he suggested Victor. Man, am I relieved!! They did a fascinating job super fast and absolutely spotless. Victor and Alex work in harmony and do the highest quality job. We talked about what I needed and how it could be executed and they gave me an estimate and that was the final price as well. They provide what they promise. I can use my electric lift tub from tomorrow on and my back will be beyond happy about the work Victor and Alex did for me. If you are looking for a smooth and headache-free solution for your needs, call these guys!!! I am happy that now I know who to call when plumbing needs arise. I was looking for a plumber for a blockage and Elite messaged me through Yelp.  My appointment was for 12 noon.  I took time off work and no one ever showed up or bothered calling.  I know times are not exact, but I didn't even get a courtesy call to let me know they were running late.  I then received a text 30 minutes after they were scheduled to show up saying they would show up between 130 and 330.  The time of customers is important to them and running late, giving no courtesy call and then changing the time on customers is just not good business.  Telling your customers the times are an estimate after the fact is useless.  Iam aware of that.  Why not call your customers that are scheduled to inform them?  I went ahead and canceled due to the writing on the wall.

Will now be my go-to plumber forever. Fast to respond to emergency (a rarity out here in the boonies) and fast thorough work by guys with a positive honest ethics. Highest of recommendations.
