My parents water heater went out so I called around trying to find a plumber in the area . We needed help ASAP they were without hot water for days. When I called the phone was answered. She said they couldn't get to it that day. She called right back within ten minutes and informed me they could get it done. Great service ! They answered the phone and did it for the estimated price. My experience with Good Flow was exceptional.  As an investment property owner I am always looking for go-to contractors for when things pop up which are usually at the most inconvenient times.  I was out of town and had an issue and Good Flow responded quickly, handled the job and went out of their way to make it convenient for me as well as my tenant.  I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Another great experience...my utility company contacted me last night to tell me my water had been running for 48 hours.  I could not find a leak anywhere..  Called the office just after 8 am, I was told a plumber would be at the house between 1 and 5.  A little after 2 I got a call that they were on their way.  Brock and Josh found the leak in under 15 minutes (the back flow valve in the yard had completely failed) and within two hours had completed an interim fix pending a new backflow valve being ordered and installed.  Everyone is helpful, courteous, polite and customer oriented. Plumbers don't come cheap but good plumbers are priceless!   I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN NEW BRAUNFELS AND SAN MARCOS.

Plumbing mishaps tend to happen at the most inconvenient times. We had drained our water heater, as we do once a year, and then we did not have hot water for awhile, I guess as the water heater was filling back up. The next morning, the water was scalding hot, so my husband turned off the power, turned the thermostat, and then turned the power back on. Cold water. We thought we'd wait and see if it would eventually get warm. No such luck. We called Chris with Squared Away Plumbing, since the business is close by. He came right over and figured out that our thermostat was probably messed up. He explained to me how to fix everything and said we could call with questions. My husband changed the thermostat that evening. Chris texted us later that evening to see if we had hot water. He has the heart of a teacher and he made sure we knew what we were doing. We will definitely be using him again and recommending him to our friends and family.

After not getting call backs from 3-4 other plumbers, found and called Frank at Trio Plumbing Solution. All I can say is Excellent service. Took my call, and discussed replacing my leaking water heater. Within 24 hours, Frank and his associate showed up and replaced my water heater. It's clear Frank knows his business -  personable, honest and does excellent work. Will definitely be calling Trio Plumbing in the future.

Once again, a five-star review. 4 Paws was fast to respond, timely to show up, professional in work and has my business forever! These people are the real deal. As a contractor myself, I appreciate that they return phone calls, show up and come prepared to do a Quality job. Look nowhere else.

Needed a  plumber to run 90 feet of gas line for a fire pit. Justin returned my call promptly scheduled am appointment to see the job and told me he would send an estimate that evening

The day arrives and Justin and his guy were there ON TIME!! And performed the work flawlessly.

He met the inspector the next day, passed and we are ready to enjoy our fire pit.

We are in the process of selling our home. There was a minor issue with the water pressure. Our realtor suggested S&D and we were very happy with the results. The technician (Dustin) came on time and walked me through the issue. Thankfully it was one simple valve to be replaced. He took care of it that day and worked to put the yard back as neatly as possible.

The pricing was fair and the work was done well - the issue is resolved. As well, the next day the office staff called to check up with me and be sure I was satisfied. That is a nice touch.

Without a doubt MR. David you are awesome!! David came by a few days ago (after have called 2 other plumbers early in the day that by the way never showed up) I called David at about 4:30pm and showed up within the hour. He fixed our problem or problemsss within Maybe an hour or so. He was fast reliable and just all around PERFECT!! For any future problems we may encounter this is where we are going first and last!! Ed is very informative of the products and the process and was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. you sure want to talk to Ed before making final decisions in any pest control services you need to get don.  Veronica provided the best most convenient schedule for the buildings' termite treatments. She is full of energy and gets the job done! Steven was the initial technician who came by the house and provided the estimate and explained the scope of this work. He was very courteous and took his time to get the best evaluation of the homes for the treatment.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. We contacted Fabian through Home Advisor to fix a leak in a bathroom. This company was in a hurry to do the job without wanting to take care of the problem. So disappointed by their work or the lack of it. They just wanted to cover up the problem without resolving the issue. When I asked to speak to the owner, Fabian called me saying his name was Jeff. Is this a joke. Scary, do not trust.

Quick to respond and performed repair without any problems. Very professional and personable.

Had an external broken water pipe as the result of yesterday's snap freeze - and it also impacted one of our interior faucets, so we had to turn off water to the whole house. As you can imagine, most other plumbers were unresponsive due to the number of homes impacted by the freeze - but Penningtons got us on their schedule, called ahead to let us know they were on their way, and arrived on time, as promised. Calvin was really thoroughl and got the problem addressed, rewrapped the insulation to prevent a reoccurrence, and then checked again for any other internal leaks. Excellent service all round. I will definitely call Penningtons first in the future should we need a plumber again - and I am very happy to recommend them to other clients.
