I am always weary of plumbers and especially companies without websites, but let me tell you...I know GOD works in awesome ways and I called two companies prior to this one and for whatever reason I was disconnected twice...I took it as a sign and just went forward with Apache.

I spoke to the receptionist and she was a nice lady who answered all my questions- Are you certified and do you have insurance? How long have you been in business? How much experience does the plumber have? How long has he been working for the company? She was sweet and polite and patient :)

I had two problems--a clogged toilet and running water. He fixed the issues and since my dad had already told me what needed to get fixed....I was waiting to hear it. ( My dad has arthritis so he couldn't fix it himself) $115 dollars- wow!! He worked fast. God bless him!

The second problem was bigger than we thought...the sink upstairs was leaking down into my first story. We had shut down the water and he had to cut into some sheet rock and initially he thought it would take three hours, but he did it in 30 minutes.

156 for all the work. He was dripping in sweat with all the running around.  I was super blessed with the house call. The only reason I got things taken care of was because my mother in law offered to pay for the services. I thought it would be an arm and a leg, but this was very affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Thanks Apache, but you really need a website :)

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I repeat ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company. Beware of using them. I hired them because they were the only plumbing company available on the date I needed and the process with them was horrific. They lied to me multiple times (even giving me falsified information) and said my plumbing work would cost upwards of $41k. When I got a second opinion from another plumber the second company said my pipes were fine and when I confronted Good Flow about it they yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me. I wasted almost $300 worth of services on them and HIGHLY regret it. The manager I spoke on the phone with (denied giving me his name) there is extremely rude and condescending and their technician Mark (who serviced our house) is a liar.

Please, please do not use them at all for any service. They are liars and swindlers. There are better plumbing companies in Austin that I would gladly pay for over these crooks.

Connally Plumbing pulls through for us again.  Left the house for a couple hours on Sat just to come home and find water leaking down through the ceiling.  Called Connally and within an hour had Justin and Simon out to replace the water heater and get everything back up to code.  OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP.  NB is very fortunate to have such a good company.

Really disappointed with the service we have received with this company. We made two appts to get our water softener installed, the first they showed up many hours late (think 3-4) only to tell us he needed to order at part when he finally showed up. The part was a 1.5 inch pipe sold at any hardware store. Second attempt: rescheduled for a few weeks later. Time of appt was 8am. Received a call at 10:56am stating the driver was just being dispatched 2 hours and 56 minutes after our scheduled appt of 8am he showed up at 12:48pm. Nearly 1 o'clock pm for a 8am appt. I had a dentist appt at 11:30 which I mentioned to the scheduler who called and told me she just dispatched the tech. He gets to my home to tell me he can't install our softener because there's children present and my babysitter isn't over 18. The softener is in the garage. No need to enter the home whatsoever.

Now they just simply won't answer their work phone to try to get this rectified. Bottom line: if you're keen on wasting multiple days waiting for these people to show up at their convenience, this is the your lucky day.

We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in  Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. You will be in good hands.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They helped when I couldn't find any one else to come out because of a winter storm. They even helped a neighbor that flagged them down. Wonderful, fast service.

These plumbers are honest kind and trustworthy. This is the third time I've used them and Jeremy was super honest about all my options and the cost for each plan. When I didn't have the money to do it today, he helped me make a quick fix to limp along a bit longer while I get the money. Even left me his tool and wouldn't let me pay him for it.  I also referred a patient of mine to them and she got 2 quotes. One was for 10000 dollars and they wanted to rip out their entire concrete patio. Come and Plumb it said they could do a work around, not remove the entire patio and it was like 100 bucks. Compared to 10 grand from the other guys. You can trust them.

Cold is on the Right is the best plumbing company in the North Austin area. We purchased a barbershop in Cedar Park and since day one, Cold is on the Right has been our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs, from fixing a broken sink to renovating an entire room. Highly recommended!

I needed help with connecting NG line to outdoor kitchen. Chad was great to work with. He took the time fully understand the job and provided a very reasonable quote.
He also tried his best and worked me into his busy schedule to get the job done.
Overall I highly recommend reaching out to him if you feel he could help you out.

These guys were subcontractors for Classic Restoration.  They went above and beyond by recommending insulating the pipes.  They cleaned the drain on my daughter tub and sink.  They worked late into the night until the work was done.  They cleaned up after themselves.  All the guys were friendly and helpful.

Travis came out right away and worked on a ton of things for me !  He went above and beyond , Travis is the man !! Highly recommend austin plumbery for anyone that has plumbing issues !!

As our 14 year old builders HVAC system was crashing, we chose ABC to install a Lennox Signature Collection SL18XC1 system with iComfortS30 ultra smart wifi thermostat. The interior and exterior low noise and dehumidification features are incredible. Thanks go out to Cary, Brian, Clayton and Cade as they were very professional and completed the job in ~5 hours. Be advised, energy and manufacturer rebates are available.

Sent in a request through Yelp for an emergent issue and Fabian responded quickly and had someone at my house right away. He was very upfront and honest, due to the nature of the issue I did end up going with another plumber but wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Fabian again if needed.

LITERALLY CALL ANY OTHER PLUMBER. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Update: As of 3/12/21 we still have yet to receive any type of response back from the company with answers, except for replies to social media reviews.

I called them and they came to my house to diagnose the issue and stated they needed $2200 just to schedule the appointment. Then a week later, on Saturday, they called me at the time they were scheduled to show up for the job and asked if they could reschedule for Monday. At that point I had been without water for 13 days, so of course I said no and they came. They had to cut a small hole in the wall under my kitchen sink to fix the issue. This was such a small job that they had it completed in two hours. Also, let it be known that the days they came out was AFTER the storm. Safe and sun shining conditions. After it was all said and done they charged me $1900 on top of the $2200. Over $4100 dollars for less then 3 hrs of work.. so $1366/hr. I requested a itemized bill to see why it would cost this much. I still have yet to receive a email or phone call for over a week even though I have been calling and leaving messages everyday. How disgusting does a company have to be to price gouge a family during desperate times. We aren't the only ones this has happened to. Be sure to read their google reviews so you don't become one of their victims.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company, these guys are thieves! They used every trick in the book to get me out of another 400 dollars on a grinder replacement, and then when I tried to talk to them about it I was basically told that I didn't have to use them! Please, understand there is no advantage for me to write this review unless I genuinely felt as if they are doing this to other hard working people, don't feel that just because you live in the country you have to use these guys, they are not your only option! If you find yourself in a bind I would suggest Radiant Plumbing, they only charge a 40 dollar service fee as opposed to 360 and they are honest people with great experience. For the record... If you still decide to use Pennington you might want to make sure whatever they tell you needs to be in writing and you need to make sure to watch your back with Pennington! Also the worst customer service I have experienced with Plumbers!
