I made some complains about the service their plumber provided(2nd time using them) and the owner says his worker is too damn perfect there's no way he deserves one single complain! WOW!! good luck with this company

I chose A&A Plumbing based on their 5 * rating on Yelp. They performed above and beyond my expectations. Ryan showed up as scheduled with my 30 minute advance notification. I appreciate A&A's practice of sending a photo and bio before dispatching their plumber. Ryan quickly identified the core issue of many of the problems as my dead water softener pushing media into the water lines. He discussed my options and his proposed solutions. I believe the quote of all the work to be done was quite fair.
I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and have talked them up to friends. Absolute top notch service!

We've been using Longhorn Plumbing's services for the past 5 months or so.  We found them on recommendation of our foundation company.  We had to reset our foundation and of course this caused a handful of plumbing issues.  We were very impressed with the work of the Longhorn Plumbing team as they spent 10 days working on our home and worked from 7am into the evening.  They are probably one of the hardest working teams we've had do work on our home.  Additionally their quote for a large project was the lowest we've received.  We've also had them perform other smaller projects including hydrostatic testing and again their quotes are the lowest in the greater Austin region.  Plumbing service work can really vary with some companies quoting us outrageous prices for a simple hydrostatic test.  Do yourself a favor and call Longhorn Plumbing for experts at an affordable price!

They were able to come out quickly and do an incredible job at a price that was very fair. We will be turning to them for all of our plumbing needs going forward. After bad experiences with other plumbers, they were a breath of fresh air!

I had an emergency leak and My Plumbing Company, (Mike and Brandon), arrived quickly to fix the fiasco under my kitchen sink. Mike the owner was professional and luckily for me, he had the parts with him. The service time was efficient and fairly priced.

Brandon was kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future. I'm a very happy customer. With my spouse out of the country, I'm very thankful for their prompt service.

I'd like to add that I've never had to call a plumber in the twelve years I've lived in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete stab in the dark. I was a wee bit nervous. I read all of the reviews on this company and hoped for the best. I made a GREAT choice. Hopefully, you will too. No one  wants to be taken advantage of or not get their issue fixed.

I would definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors if they needed services. I'll be asking him back to look at some other things like the water heater that needs to be flushed.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

John Sosa and his associate Stephen came to my house to move the gas line for a new range placement in my kitchen remodel.  Great communication, texted to let me know the previous job was going to have them arriving about 30 minutes late.  They were very professional, there were several electrician's in the small space where they needed to work and they got in there, worked around them and got it done quickly!  He communicated when they left the property as well.  He also have me great advice on a couple of plumbing items I asked about.  Great prices as well.  Will hire again.

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

I originally met with Phil at my house to discuss a sprinkler installation. I had a reasonable quote back within a couple of days. I agreed to the terms and work was scheduled a few weeks out.

Initially, everything started out okay. The crew worked from 7:30 to almost 9pm setting up 6 zones. Towards the end of the day, I went out to check on the crew and see if there were any updates.

I was told they had a few things remaining and would be back out the next morning. By this time, they had put in all zones and setup the controller - the only thing missing were a few sprinkler heads.

It was nighttime at this point and there was a thick layer of mud up and down the sidewalk, pizza boxes, receipts, spot flags littering the yard.

The next morning, one guy showed up around 9:30am. He told me his neighbor wanted him to come over and put in some sprinkler heads. He said the crew had another job and wouldn't be out. He walked around the yard and put in a few heads and then left.

I emailed Phil and asked if anyone was coming back. There was multiple holes uncovered in the backyard, the controller box had wiring exposed dangling from the garage, trash and tons of mud.. Not to mention, no one had mentioned anything about actually testing the system and making sure it worked.

Phil responded by email that he was sure the 'crew' was out buying supplies at the store and would be back shortly. This 'crew' of one did return an hour later, and was just as confused as I was about how everything was setup and why no one bothered to test or cleanup after themselves.

I can't remember his name, but he did a good job of at least finishing the controller box connections, setting up the zones and helping me test. We found multiple sprinkler heads missing still and he marked it down. He mentioned one the Austex leads would be out later that evening to do a final run thru - he should have the sprinkler heads to put in.

Later that evening this person came and did a walkthrough. He put in the missing sprinkler heads and checked out the control box setup. He adjusted the sprinklers and we made sure everything was working.

I mentioned my frustration about the exposed wiring, uncovered holes in the backyard and the trash and he kind of gaffed it off.

He asked multiple times if everything was working as I expected. I mentioned, yes the system is working - but there was no cleanup and really not very good communication.

He apologized and said he needed to run to another customer. Frustrated I made the final payment and went on my way cleaning up and filling holes.

For a $4k sprinkler installation, the least you all could do is communicate more effectively and clean up after yourselves.

Very impressed with Dave! He was able to answer questions over the phone before he got to the house and arrived quickly. He informed us on how to fix the problem in many ways. We really appreciated this as its New Year's Eve. Very personable and a great attitude. Will definitely choose to work with him again!

I found ET Plumbing to be responsive, proficient and more than fair. They know their business and do excellent work. I can't recommend them too highly.

Mack was excellent in checking issue and advising what the potential problem was. Took time to explain thoroughly what to watch for. Excellent service and responsiveness.

They came when they said they would, were quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Were up front about cost and didn't try to tack on extra fees. Can't really ask for more. Recommended.
