I called them at 8:00 and left a message. RC called me in less than an hour and was at the house by 10:00. He was super friendly, explained everything and was extremely diligent. I had called other places and they couldn't get to me for days. Whiteaker plumbing was on top of it and took great care of us. They warranty their work, use name brand products, and most importantly they don't overprice the work.

If I could give a neg * review I would. We have a 1/2 bath in our main level. We had the tile flooring removed and to do that had to move the toilet and the sink. The toilet was professionally put back with a new wax ring. The sink was a basic reinstall hooking up the water and drain pipe. Ever since the sink we removed we have had a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. We called Cowboy plumbing to identify the cause. We removed the sink again and even cut away the drywall around the pipes to allow him to see what was there.
They responded the next day and when he arrived he spent 5 mins in the house and told us to keep the pee trap full of water!  Obviously that wasn't the problem. But they charged us $125 for the service call. I called them back and was told they could come again but if he finds another problem it could cost us again?  
Call someone else. Don't use this service. I'm a very unhappy customer and they made no attempt to solve the problem they should have investigated the first time. I hate to give such bad reviews but this poor service deserves one so others aren't taken advantage of like I feel we were.

I have used Rick for a number of plumbing repairs over the past few years and he is THE BEST!  He always gives me complete information and advice.  His pricing is reasonable and he has come to my rescue with short notice several times....and once Rick fixes something, it STAYS fixed!!!  I really appreciate him, and I can't imagine ever using another plumber.

They looked very professional with their iPad. However they are very young and need more experience. Easy job,  I am sure they will do fine. I didn't hiring them because my job was out of their league.

Hill Country Plumbing has always been there for me. Great service! Super pleased with all of the work that was done. They even clean up after they are finished! Friendly, accommodating, and superior workmanship. I would give them six stars if I could!

My backflow burst on Christmas morning and I had to shut my main off. I went on Yelp and tried calling A&D and Mike answered (hard to believe). I explained what happened and he directed me to shut my sprinkler feed and turn my main back on so I'd have running water in the house. Mike came out the following morning and had my problem fixed in minutes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

Recently hired Cannon plumbing for a plumbing emergency at my home. They were prompt to provide clear estimates over the phone, were able to send qualified crew to the location within 2 hours. All along, Conley was courteous, succinct and prompt. The crew mitigated the problem in 1 day which avoided the need to book hotels etc. Moreover, came back in a couple of days and implemented a long term solution.
4 stars because their price is a little higher than other plumbers out there - but can be worth it if you value speed and clear communication. Moreover, they remain a great source of price comparison and plumbing advice.

Mike came through with his crew and got my shower working again. Highly recommend. Honest hardworking local business.

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

Andres Pro Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater. I called the day before and they came the next morning. Matt assessed the situation, took photos and Joaquin called me immediately with the cost and all the explanations of the work they do. Matt even checked plumbing and sinks in the house and made sure the water valve on the back of the refrigerator was tightened. Matt went up in the attic and took a video of the 2nd hot water heater so I could see what condition it is in. I highly recommend their services and I will be using them in the future. It is a pleasure to have companies deliver good service and go over and beyond.

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

Last May I contacted Austex Sprinklers to do a review of my irrigation system. A technician came exactly as scheduled and did the evaluation on my 17 year old system. He promised he would get back with a report/estimate for repairs/adjustments. Once reviewed, I awarded the project as recommended.  
Anthony was the technician who came to solve all issues.  He worked diligently in severe heat and was very respectful and also listened to my concerns. He had to add a new control panel, make many repairs/adjustments to all zones.  Before he left, he tested the system and set the new panel to automate.  A  few days later, the system however did not automate.  I called to report the failure and Anthony returned for more troubleshooting.  He added another control panel, reset it and left. But alas, still problems.  So Anthony returned again and kept up the problem solving.  Third time was a charm!  I have to commend both Anthony and Austex for their continued service and perseverance to make my system fully operational. Prompt, promises kept, and respectful!

Have used Dave for our personal and rental plumbing and been very happy.  No different this time.  Showed up, called about 10 minutes before arrival.  Fast, efficient, professional.  Work is warranted.  Honest, dependable.  Great company.

They are very so friendly. Care about their customers. Always update info for you. John was the one who came help me do the drain cleaning service. He is nice, and helped me fix all of problems. Will keep using ET. Really glad that I found them from yelp.

This is our second time using Reliant and we likely won't be going back to any other company. A pipe was leaking under our sink, it was so bad we had to shut off water to the whole house! They were able to come out the next day. Logan came out and was able to discern the problem, give us a quote, and fix it all in one day. It wasn't a small job, they had to fix the water pressure regulator. It took seven hours, two people, a trip to the part store and a city permit but they got us back in water by dinner time.

I have worked with Christianson at my former home...for both maintenance and installation of HVAC.  I just had to call them again at a new-to-me home for some AC issues.  Our technician was professional--awesome and efficient.  Learned that vinegar is better for flushing than bleach, and also got a new thermostat to help with energy consumption.  I highly recommend Christianson, since every interaction I have had with the company over the years has been straightforward and positive.  I'm planning to join their CAMP so I save some money and don't forget the maintenance... and the next time I have a plumbing need I'm going to reach out to them as well.
