Excellent company, great service.  I was able to get a plumber out to my house on short notice to install a faucet and connect my sink after I had new counters installed.  James was very professional and did an A+ job.  Highly recommend Wedgeworth.

My drainage line from the ac was clogged and water was escaping behind a wall in the house. I contacted Acosta plumbing at 8 pm that night and had someone at my house at 9 am the next morning. Cameron was the name of plumber and did a fantastic job. He was very cautious and made sure to keep distance during this time with the Coronavirus. Did a great job of investigating and explaining the exact issues. He went above and beyond on the work and giving me advise to mitigate the issue in the future. Definitely was happy with his work and would recommend Cameron and Acosta solutions plumbing!

John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

Renovating my old townhouse, I've had my share of plumbing issues, and encountered more than my share of expensive, incompetent plumbers. But I really like doing business with this company!

Gary and his crew are skilled at what they do. And I think their competence allows them to do good work quickly, so they don't have to charge an arm and a leg.
I've hired them to repair existing plumbing, and to install fixtures and appliances, and I always felt the pricing was fair.
Response time is as good as it gets, especially for emergencies.

This is just a well run business.

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully  expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the big plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!  Thank you so much for your help.

I was very happy with this company. They were easy to work and communicate with, we're able to get me scheduled quickly, prices were reasonable and less than others I checked, and they solved my problems and were knowledgeable about it. They stuck with the service windows they gave me and always called me on their way. He cleaned my tankless hot water heater as well as fixed a bath cartridge that was resulting in low flow. Another company was just jumping to replace it, but he offered to try to clean it first and it worked. Would definitely recommend!

Highly Recommend!  Kim answered my email in the evening when I had no expectation that he would or should.  We arranged to meet at 9:30am for a no cost estimate, and he showed up exactly on time.  He diagnosed my drain problem, told me it was most likely the City's responsibility being in the drain close to the street.  He suggested I call them because they should clear it for free.  He spent his time traveling and poking around, and suggesting a free alternative.  And for this he charged me exactly nothing.  That's right, free!  (Also, kudo's to the City of Santa Clara Sewer Dept. for showing up quickly and fixing the problem).

This was a great experience, and I would certainly not hesitate to call them again, even if I did have to pay!

Quick response time and scheduling was very easy. The plumber was at the house on time and took care of the drain clog quickly and easily. He also performed a courtesy check of our other sinks and toilets. Very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

In the future I will definitely be calling them back for more jobs . I called because my stand in shower has been clogged for about a week, and no matter what I tried it would drain so slowly . They came the very next day and had it done in no time . Very great work,  and they went above and beyond to clean my sinks and tub as well of hair . I paid what I was quoted over the phone , no extra charges added on . They Did a great job of  asking alot of questions before they came out so they knew exactly what they were dealing with . Also they explained everything they did and how I can prevent these clogs in the future . I would highly recommend them to my family, friends , and neighbors .

Have used them two times. No fuss. Simple, direct, and quick service. No upwelling or unwanted frills. Just get it done  execution. Nice people and responsive too.

Lee reseated 2 toilets and fixed the instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen. He was friendly and conscientious. Great work at a fair price.

Alex did a professional grade job re-routing my pex repiping job that another plumbing company did a terrible job installing. He re-routed the pipes so they were not all stacked on top of each other preventing insulating them with blown.
He also removed the substandard pipe insulating sleeves and replaced with the recommended thicker sleeves and made sure to tape everything up so no openings for cold air to get in. Superior job and finished very quickly.

He also custom installed a water pressure pump system including multiple pressure regulators and piped my water filtration system's stainless overflow pans to outside. Our water pressure is now plentiful.He also re-installed two high-pressure toilets that another plumbers apprentice did a poor job on. No more rockin' on the Kohlers

Job was done properly and on time (on weekend, but it was not an emergency, so I could have waited). Plumber showed up 5 minutes earlier that scheduled, made recommendations on how to perform the task the right way. Very nice guy, gave me another end elbow for free, just in case. The business owner contacted me in a few days to follow up, very honest, friendly and customer service oriented guy. Will definitely use them again in the future

Everyone needs to know a great doctor and a great plumber and I have found my great plumber.  I messaged Aberle on Monday and scheduled on Tuesday for Friday and this morning got a text with pics of who was coming and when. He called to update me and explain and answered all my questions.

The jets were not working in the whirlpool tub at my rental house. I was worried it might cost twice as much or more (in which case i would have had a contractor take it out and put in a standing shower) but Josh had all the info on cost and options for me once he was able to reach the pump. Fortunately for all involved, I have been through an electrical repair before where it was the least invasive and disruptive to open the wall so I wasn't freaked out by that. He made good clean and tidy cuts which will be easy for me to float and repair.
He also took care to protect my new carpet there and respected my time and my property.

The office staff I interacted with were always polite and very responsive. That's huge to me as well as keeping me informed because I have no time to spare ever.
Great job Aberle. I am glad to be a client.

P.S. For me the mark of quality vendors is when the free estimate hits a snag (like we cannot access the area needed to diagnose) and they immediately stop and call me with what it will cost to proceed and tell me before I ask that that fee will go toward the repair if I elect to move forward, all BEFORE proceeding. Reputable companies aren't doing this to get more money out of me/you They are doing it because their time and skilled labor is also money and if they get the answer and you want a second opinion or to defer repair (or do something different as I may have) they still did work for you. Be a good client to good contractors. They appreciate it too :)

Corey Fox stopped by and installed a new toilet and hauled off the old one in no time. Fast response, fast and friendly service. He left the area cleaner than he found it. No complaints whatsoever.

Lifesavers for me - Mother is 83 broken pipe no water in this catastrophic weather - Jean in the office made me feel secure - that my  mother would be helped.  Sean and Bryson took care of the plumbing and checked out water heater and made sure everything was working before they left.  Thank you so very much -  Here in NY i can feel secure that my mother is safe.  Thank you thank you thank you.  They are A+++++ for me.  Quick replies and fabulous communication

This company does not communicate and they give you quotes that are not required or even needed but can't call inspectors to come so that you can get your stuff fixed. They came first day and didn't complete the job. Had to come back a 2nd time and kept giving me different times. I hate this company I would never call them. I can't give zero stars.

DO NOT call Abacus. They will absolutely attempt to rip you off. I am surprised they are allowed to practice and have not been sued. Called them to my home for A/C issue. Told me I needed my unit to be completely replaced at a cost between $17K - $23K.

Called Optimal Air Solutions for a second opinion. Told me that even if I needed an A/C replacement that it would be under $10K, but to find out that was not even the issue. They fixed the system in less than 15 minutes and I paid under $100.

Then my mother in law contacted them. She was told that her Blower and Furnace needed to be replaced. Those are actually the same thing... She was quoted $10K from Abacus. After a second opinion her system did need some work, but was less than $800. This is mind blowing crazy that they would attempt to take advantage of a senior citizen or anyone for that matter. This is reckless. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion, better yet, do not call Abacus in the first place!!!
