Called regarding a faucet leak and Rex came out within the hour. Did a great job of fixing the problem and provided information for another issue we had. I definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again.

I messaged them through Yelp and got a response pretty quickly. I also checked 2 other businesses and 1 told me to call them (if I could do that, I wouldn't have sent a message through yelp) and the other one went straight into suggesting I replace my water heater. Randy offered to come out the same day and take a look, no charge. Turns out, we never connected gas service so that's why we didn't have hot water.  He was very friendly and patient with us and our mess. We had just moved in. Well, when there's a real problem with our water heater or etc, we will definitely have him come out again.

I needed a plumber on Monday morning to finish up a DIY project that I had given up on Saturday evening. I was desperate. John was booked for Monday, but he promised to try to work me in that evening and come Tuesday morning if he could not make it on Monday. I really appreciate his willingness to do that. I did not use him because I found someone else who could do the job on Monday. John was very grateful when I called to cancel our appointment. He asked me to give him a Yelp review, so here it is. He did all he could for me - more than several other folks I called.

The winter storm brought havoc to our house. We were fortunate enough to find a repair guy who stopped our problem quickly. He told us our pipes were a mishmash from the 80's and we needed a plumbing company!

I then placed our house on Plumbco's list, which was long, yet highly recommended by our neighbors. We waited!

AND we are so glad we did.

Brandon came out and began the assessment. We realized we weren't that many dollars off from a repipe with all of our issues that were not related.

On the day of the repipe, the crew arrived on time, with the majority of the tools needed AND they were done by 6:30 pm.

ONE DAY!

The owner, who is super-friendly, inspected the work at the end of the day, and made sure the items that were complicated were completed.

Plumbco has a great, professional crew. I thought they would need to go through tile in our bathtubs, but they kept it in tact, saving us so much!

Definitely a great choice in the Westbury/Meyerland/Maplewood/Bellaire areas, etc.

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Hector was very professional. He came on Time. Completed the job without difficulty. Left no trace of him even being there. He was honest and his quote before coming was honored after services rendered. I would recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Kim this morning about a plugged main drain. He quoted me a price on the phone and arranged a time with me and showed up on time (early even). He used a camera that showed me the problem, and used high pressured water to unplug the main. He was able to accomplish what several other plumbers couldn't do and for a very reasonable price. He took the time to make recommendations and explain everything! He was professional, courteous and efficient. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Kim!

Hugo really wowed me. He did 3 jobs for me today, one fairly complicated. The results surprised and delighted me--and he charged less than I expected. I would DEFINITELY use him again.

Revised review. Initially it was 2-stars. I have to update the rating for this company to 5-stars. After a couple of appts and other issues I decided to use someone else. BUT, the owner of this company is so nice and understanding and has a genuine intention to do what's right and to make his customers happy. The only reason I needed to change was because I needed to get the work completed because I'm selling my house. I told him i would pay for the work already done because thats fair. Because the owner is really big on having good ratings,  he texted me to say that he would be refunding everything since he couldn't make the situation right. Based on that alone I had to update this rating to five stars because he has gone over and above what most companies would have done trying to correct a situation. His schedule is just very busy and he just couldn't get to me in the time frame I needed. I have rarely seen anyone with this kind of ethic and moral character since I moved to Houston. I will use this company for all of my plumbing needs going forward and I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends a few minutes ago. This kind of customer service has no price! Well done Robert! You're still the best in my books!

I contacted Geovanny to install a new kitchen sink faucet that I purchased myself and replace 3 water shut off valves that were locked up.  He did a great job, super  nice guy to work with and knows his stuff!

Dishonest, said they were coming for three days, then finally called to say they'd be there in an hour and never showed. I called after having waited for three days for service when it had been promised the same day and spoke to someone who said, sorry I was over promising things to people She then said hey, you can see if another plumber can help you because we won't be there today or tomorrow and we don't know when we'll be there. So my recommendation is that you take the advice that she gave and see if another plumber can help you because Texas Plumbing is no good.

Since the owner responded, I figured I would restate and add additional information here. He is also incorrect on what was wrong with sink, which comes as no surprise to me after experiencing the quality of their work.

1. They were consistently late, even with a big windows of time
2. Installation of my sink was faulty
3. Even though it was their faulty installation that caused the issue, they wanted to charge me additional money to finish the job.

Now ultimately, I reached out to another repair person I had trusted in the past, but wasn't aware they did plumbing. They came out and took a look and realized these guys installed piping that was the wrong size. He went out, got the piping, installed it and charged me a whopping $35. Now, that's still $35 more than I should have paid if these guys did their jobs correctly., but a lot less than the minimum $150 they would've charged me to do the wrong repair (a reminder, they wanted to do the wrong repair here, they were totally off base on the issue).

Another thing I didn't mention in the first part of my review is that during the initial installation, they claimed they need to add additional support in order to secure the sink. Seemed reasonable at the time (I'm not a plumbing expert) and maybe I did actually need it. However, the prior sink stood securely for several years without issue. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't be surprised if it was wholly unnecessary. The repair also required me to go find my own dry wall guy and such to fix up these supposed necessary fixes, which was, more money.

It seems like they may be one of those types of companies that gives you a low quote at first and then finds ways to nickle and dime you (and by nickle and dime, I mean 100-200 additional dollars for each thing they think up).

Now they have a good rating here on yelp, but if you check google reviews, you'll see they have a pretty low rating compared to other plumbers in the area. Normally, I would've done this, but as a busy parent, I just can't do the due diligence I once did.

I cannot recommend this company. I would recommend the Heights Handyman if you live in the Heights or nearby areas. They are reliable, cost effective, full service, and trustworthy.

Excellent job installing tankless water heater and removal of old 40 gallon tank. The plumbers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Within the first few minutes, they had already hauled the 15-year-old, 40 gallon water heater out of the attic and out of my house. Now I have a new, tankless water heater and don't have to worry about what could happen with 40 gallons of hot water above our heads in the attic.
Thank you Chris, James and David. We will use you for all our future plumbing needs.

Showed up with a mask which is great and was very nice and helpful.

My landlord scheduled an appointment for JD Precision Plumbing to come out and evaluate the replacement of a shower fixture and repair of a faucet.  I took an entire afternoon off of work for the evaluation.  We scheduled the repair for 3 days later.  I then take an entire morning off of work for the repair...the technician was supposed to be at my home by 9 am.  Almost 10 am and no technician.  I call to find out where my technician is and they tell me that they weren't able to reach my landlord for payment prior to the service so they weren't coming out!  No phone call, no communication whatsoever!  If I hadn't called myself I would have never known what was going on.

I was able to reach my landlord and take care of the payment that morning...they then call to tell me that my technician is going to be there in 30-40 minutes.  1 hour 10 minutes go by with no technician...and again no phone call.  I once again call them to find out where my technician is!  He finally shows up and thank God he was quick and did a great job!  

I had the service manager call me so I could make him aware of the events.  He promptly let me know that he was aware...and was very ignorant about it.  My conversation with him was like talking to a brick wall so I finally just hung up on him.

While the technician was great the support staff was absolutely horrendous...and the service manager even worse!  Beware!

Don't use this company. They are severely overpriced. Almost $700 to replace flange and wax ring on toilet. Parts less than $100.

Leaves tools behind on jobs and fails to hook up drain lines. We had to call up another company to finish their job. Poor service.

We called during the office hours, they responded within 24 hours and did okay Job with pricey cost. The office gave  you the  tech arrival time was between 9am-6pm. The part that they installed in the faucet looks like from old faucet, I saw the black color (kind of used part look) in the part, but the repair tech say it's a new one?!  Tech just asked customer sign on his tablet with long agreement, did not explain or went thru any details, he said he will send a receipt but never got any receipt no matter how many time you called the company.
