These guys are very professional, and they have great customer service. I had a leaking issue with my toilet. They came in and tried to fix the issue, but the issue came back again in six months. I called again, and their customer service rep instantly located the notes from their system. They sent the plumbers to my house again to take a look. They admitted that the 1st repair was not good enough to fix the issue. They fixed it right away and did not charge anything for this visit. I will recommend this company to people who have plumbing issue in your house or apartment.

I had a main water line in front of my house replaced. Approx 5-6 feet in the front yard right off the main water valve.  Was quoted 600-700. But plumber requested 1100 when completed.  Nothing out of the ordinary on the job.  Dug up the old line, replaced 5-6 feet and attached to old line running to house.   Just felt scammed since paid almost double on what was quoted.

I contacted Drain Care Sewer and Hydrojet for drainage issues at my home. John came and found that my pipes were clogged and I also had a leaking water heater. He provided me with detailed information and pricing. His service is impeccable and prices are very reasonable. Although this company specializes in drains/sewers, he fixed my plumbing issue. Thank you so much for the excellent service that was provided. This company went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.  I will also refer to my family and friends.

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully  expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the big plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!  Thank you so much for your help.

Amazing work by Kim and he is a great human being as well. He replaced faucet, toilet, and under the sink plumbing . He was easy to communicate with, very reliable and provided us a decent quote. He also gave us 1 yr warranty for workmanship but its been weeks and all the plumbing work he did is perfect ( no leaks , no issues ). I would highly recommend him .

First off, Robert is a very funny man! We are putting a pool in our new home. Yesterday was excavation day and at the end of the day, we noticed a puddle of water. The Bobcat had hit the main water line's faucet and water was leaking from several spots. Our pool contractor told us we could use our own plumber or use their master plumber. I opted to use my own. I called Plumbaway Plumbing first because of their impeccable 5-star reviews. I left them a message and Robert called me back right away. I told him the situation. He told me they were booked until later next week. Robert asked me to send him some photos of my leak. He stayed on the phone with me and reviewed the photos. He explained that if there was leaks I couldn't see from the impact of the Bobcat, there would be a lot more water. Our talk really calmed me down as I was stressed out. He took a lot of time to speak with me. He put my name on a waitlist in case there was cancellations and he even referred me to another great plumber (who ended up fixing the leaks for me and was indeed great). I would definitely use Plumbaway Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

Working with them was a very annoying and disorganized process.  I had several small projects that I needed done for my house.  When I first talked to the owner, he asked me to send pictures and list of everything I needed done.  Then on the day of the work, they said they could only do one of the project and I needed to walk them through the other projects.  I did that, and they took pictures and said the owner would call me back with quotes for the other projects.  After several days, I had to follow up with the owner because he didn't call me back with the quotes.  Then when I did talk to him, he said forget about everything you told us before, just tell me now what you need.  So had to go through it again a third time.  Since it was on the phone, he was confused about what I needed done so I asked him, why don't you talk to your employee that was here when i walk through it with him in person (note: his employee took pictures as well when I walked him through it).  Again, he said, forget about what was discussed before... so at that point, I was done working with him and having to repeat everything.

Also, for the one project that was done... the owner billed me a higher price than what he had quoted.  I had to call him out on that, so he seems a bit untrustworthy as well.

Update: shortly after I posted the review above, the owner texted me and told me to remove my review because, and I quote from his text - believe me you don't want to mess with me... So seems like you get threats from the owner as well if you don't like the service.

No hot water to the guest room tub. Called Texas Plumbing and a serviceman came out the next day. James correctly identified the problem and fixed it, in time for our guests to take a hot bath. We were quite satisfied with his work.

We needed a replacement of our hot water heater. We received a quote from a few area plumbers, including an outrageously high quote from Abacus Plumbing, who also pushed hard for a quick decision. Lee of EPW quoted a much lower price and did not try to steer us toward the more expensive option. He showed up on-time this morning and did the job quickly and neatly. I am keeping these guys in the address book for future work.

I first called First Aid Plumbing on Tuesday bc my granddaughter put toilet paper down my shower drain & it was backing up shower & toilet.  Came out the same day and fixed it right away.  Today, my shower handle (cartridge)  decided to play out & couldn't turn water on & it was my only full bathroom.  I didn't even call until after 12:00 and he still got to me the same day.   Alex is very professional & nice.  Great service.  He is my go to plumber that's for sure!!

Quick professional affordable response. We had a flooding emergency and we're very grateful for their reliable quick response.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

I can't say enough great things about JD Precision Plumbing! In particular Sean our technician. We just bought a 24 year old house that had very brittle pipes. Any little thing broke them right off! Since it is a new home for us, we first fooled around with the home warranty company. We had to use their plumber & had to deal with 2 weeks worth of headache back & forth until we finally decided to pay for the repairs out of pocket. When our next plumbing catastrophe happened, we yelped & found JD Precision Plumbing. From the very first time I called, the staff on the phone were friendly & sympathetic to our issue. Within a few hours, our technician Sean came. He was courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. He was able to fix everything that day, but the city had the water off working on a water main when he finished up. He came back the next morning to make sure all was good. Quality plumbing isn't cheap! But quality service and work is priceless!

Don't use this company. They are severely overpriced. Almost $700 to replace flange and wax ring on toilet. Parts less than $100.

TQP does not stand behind their work.  Use of an apprentice to perform critical work assignments is not acceptable.  If you decide to use this company, obtain their bonded and insured information before allowing them to work on your property.

Read subsequent reviews please.  You will see a pattern of incompetence in this company.

Get a second quote.  Offered to replace air conditioning system for $18K or a better system for $25K.  Had someone else replace for $8200.  What do I know about HVAC.
