On January 28th, 2020 WedgEworth Plumbing  turned my entire DDT's around. Looking for plumber quotes are never fun but unfortunately I had a toilet with a very slow flush that I couldn't figure out. Long story short I had a kids tooth brush  taken out within minutes of the visit. After a clogged shower due to the wife's hair and that as well was taken care  of within minutes. James is the plumber I had. He showed respect to myself and my home and immediately understanding about my situation. He provided different solutions and pricing very clearly and was looking out for me to save money. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for! It I used a cheap plumber I'd  probably end  up with a guy like James at the end of the day. I recommended the company and especially James. He was at my home no longer than 30-40 minutes tops. I was able to  return to my day within no time.

They installed the plumbing for a washer in a commercial property.  Isaias was very knowledgeable and professional.  His assistant was also very courteous.  They squeezed me in over a few days when another plumber no showed.  I'm very appreciative of their efforts.  Good guys.  They're expensive but you get what you pay for.

He knew exactly what the issue was and the price was soo reasonable. He didnt try to husle us like the others that came by.  We will definitely call on him again for all our plumbing needs.

I've used Plumbco in the past, and I've had good experiences with them. But Gary exceeded my expectations recently when I couldn't be at home for our appointment. Luckily my contractor was there and let Gary in. Gary called me to tell me one of the problems I had was a missing part on my faucet that got lost when our kitchen cabinets and countertops were replaced. He said we could order a new part or replace the faucet. Since we had been without a kitchen for 4 weeks we wanted it fixed ASAP so Gary went to the store and called me with pricing on various faucets. I picked one out over the phone and he installed it. I really like that Gary gets the job done every time, no matter what it takes.

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

Helped us out in the middle of the plumbing shortage here in Houston. Great work and everything works well. Finished quickly but took thr time to check everything out properly. Well done

I don't usually write review but Kim really does deserve a 10 star if Yelp allows it. I ordered him to do a sewer lateral video inspections for a house that I am going to buy. Thanks to him, we discovered that underneath a beautifully remodeled house was a shit show quite literally. The main sewer is clogged and desperately needs a totally replacement.

He is an honest man and didn't charge us more for the extra work. In the end, he provided us a HD quality video along with a written report. 10/10 would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Roberto and his team were great!!!  They came out to my house after the freeze the other day burst one of my pipes.  I had to turn off my water and feared I'd be without water for days.  NOPE!  They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced.  Great guys...i highly recommend them!!!!

I had been having some trouble with a slow-flushing toilet. I called Geovanny late one evening and he came the next afternoon. After an initial inspection he thought that I may have a broken pipe under the house which allowed some tree roots to enter. He charged me nothing for the first visit and said he'd be back the next morning with some additional equipment. The estimated repair was pretty high (a couple of thousand) because he said he may have to dig a tunnel under the house to get to the broken pipe. But, after removing the toilet he found a gap between the toilet flange and the sewer pip which had allowed some tree roots to enter. After confirming that the pipe was sound using a camera on the end of a flexible snake, he and his compatriots removed some huge roots and reassembled everything. The final bill was about a quarter of what I thought it might be. He could easily have charged me for work that I didn't need and I wouldn't have known the difference. Geovanny is a capable, *honest* professional and I'm glad I found him. Two thumbs up from me.

Had toilet issues and needed quick reliable service. Alex was very courteous and professional when I called. He came on the same day I called. He gave me an estimate and explained all that he planned to do. Once identifying the issue, it was quickly repaired. He provided a thorough explanation and even went to the attic to pour bleach into the ac drain that drains into middle sink area (cause of the problem). He provided advice  to help avoid the problem in the future. I  highly recommend them!

Called on a Tuesday (about 4:45 pm) and was able to get an appt the next day between 08:00 - 10:00 am.  I had a stubborn clog ( more than 50 ft in) in my drain pipes and my attempts at unsticking it got nowhere (I tried with my own 25 foot and 50 foot snakes).

Two fine gents from Texas Best (James and Kris) arrived, took the time to listen to my issues (and what I'd already tried) and ended up power-snaking the clogged line with their 100 foot snake.  Issue was resolved within 45 minutes!  (And with a very reasonable $189 snaking fee).

Both James and Kris were professional, courteous, and also took the time to explain and talk with me on any/all my follow-up questions.  It can be hard to find a business you trust and which doesn't take advantage of a bad situation - these guys did outstanding work!

This guy was the only one who responded to my Yelp request for water heater repair. The others never responded or said they only work on what they install. Even though the issue hasn't been fixed, I like to acknowledge this guys responsiveness and eagerness to win your business.

Wow, there are some things a man will not do. Toilets are one of them. I know when to say when and about 3 months ago, I made that call. They allowed me to purchased my own toilets and installed a few day later. They even took the old ones to the grave yard and cleaned up the mess. Thanks for do doing the work, I know it STINKS...but it's a dirty job and someone has to do do it!

We were a weekend 'emergency' call and, as a result, a journeyman plumber came to help us solve our problem. It was expensive as all get-out ... But I'm not complaining. (He was clutch.)

As I've done many times before, I used Yelp to call for bids/responses. Alliance was not only one of the first to respond, but was the *only* plumbing company that actually read my request: Help! I thought I could install a new shower panel, but I was wrong!  Believe it or not, several companies auto-responded that they could ...take care of my needs on Monday... Why bother -- other than to confirm that you only work 40 hours a week?

The thing is, most of us understand basic plumbing. But the vast majority of us are lost when it comes to anything beyond adding a splitter on a water hose bib. These guys know their business. And they respond very quickly.

If your plumbing ego is like mine -- falsely grounded -- make sure you put this company in your Rolodex. They'll come to your rescue.

We called during the office hours, they responded within 24 hours and did okay Job with pricey cost. The office gave  you the  tech arrival time was between 9am-6pm. The part that they installed in the faucet looks like from old faucet, I saw the black color (kind of used part look) in the part, but the repair tech say it's a new one?!  Tech just asked customer sign on his tablet with long agreement, did not explain or went thru any details, he said he will send a receipt but never got any receipt no matter how many time you called the company.
