In a world where customer care and service is at an all time low and mediocre work is a dime a dozen; along comes Acosta plumbing to renew my belief in mankind and especially customer service and superb work! They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive; but I will tell you, Acosta has raised the bar in plumbing!  Before you call anyone else; call Acosta and diligently consider their work. There is truly none other that we have experienced that come close to the workmanship of Acosta plumbing? #ACOSTAPLUMBING4LIFE AMAZING!!!! I am in real estate and am VERY picky who I refer. I would NEVER HESITATE to refer this incredible plumbing company.

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

I originally found Hector through Yelp and have used him on several jobs now. He has done fantastic work every time and goes above and beyond. He is honest, communicates well and is very professional. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

they came on time. they spent quite a lot of time and efforts to evaluate my clogged drain. Since my drain pipe has bigger issue which need to have contractor to do more works on the pipe, they didn't charge me for all their jobs. I really recommend them for their professionalism.

Roberto and his team were great!!!  They came out to my house after the freeze the other day burst one of my pipes.  I had to turn off my water and feared I'd be without water for days.  NOPE!  They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced.  Great guys...i highly recommend them!!!!

We have called Alex to come check something out at our house twice and both times he has been prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He is an honest guy and he goes out of his way to answer your questions about what's going on with your plumbing. He is clear and up front about pricing and provided us with options at different price points. He will always be our first choice for any plumbing related issues we have in the future.

I called Texas Best Plumbing for a line that was clogged and expected to be put on a list to where they could get to me as soon as possible. Needed these folks to snake a couple of drains that were slow-draining. They responded quickly with a quote, showed up on time for the appointment, were courteous and neat, and did the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

I've used JD Precision Plumbing several times.  My appointments were easy to schedule, I was kept informed on their arrival and the technician was knowledgeable and handled my problem professionally.  When I had issues with my water heater that was still under warranty, they let me know the details of what would be covered and assisted with the claim.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services to be done right.

I had a galvanized tee in my attic that was leaking; The water was dripping on to my upper bathroom ceiling. The response time was great because it needed to get done. The work they did looked good but only time will tell. They replaced the tee and added some piping. My major complaint is that the cost was nearly  $900!!! It took them about 2.5 hours.

TQP does not stand behind their work.  Use of an apprentice to perform critical work assignments is not acceptable.  If you decide to use this company, obtain their bonded and insured information before allowing them to work on your property.

Had a failure in a Lennox AC evaporator coil still under warranty (W
which has been the subject of a settled class action law suit). The system worked fine until this coil failed but apparently Lennox coins of this era always fail.  These guys told me I needed an entirely new AC unit and furnace, quoting 7,000 and 9,000 USD depending on which system I got.  They never told me about the warranty issue (and keep in mind that this is a Lennox dealer).  Second and third opinions from other companies was simply install a warranty replacement coil, total cost for labor under 900 USD.  So be very careful dealing with Abacus.  They will try to upsell you egregiously.
