Justin came through for the repairs.  He was friendly and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.  He was open about the cost ahead of the repairs and also suggested a long term remedy for the plumbing issue.  I would definitely recommend Texas AC & Plumbing Specialist for any plumbing emergency!

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Plane and simple the WORST experience I have EVER had with anyone, PERIOD ! Run away ! It's sad I have to give them even 1 star !

They said they would come out, were 1.5 hours late. I called to ensure they would visit. I was told 30 minutes.
Another 1.5 hours, 2nd guy calls. Tony is sick, I can help. OK, I tell him I need a repair. OHHHH I though this was a bid, I don't do repairs. Let me see what I can do.

Mind you, it's my birthday and it was spent wasted waiting on them. Another 1.5 hours, we can't get out there today, how about in 3 days. They come out, I told them EXACTLY what was wrong. They take a look, oh we were just at Home Depot, had I known, I would have grabbed that part. I have some supplies to drop off and can be back in 2 hours.

NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS !!!

Then, my leak went from minor to a little worse. Took 4 more days to get someone else out here to fix it. Then screwing me over took a $225 repair into a $1,000 deductible for home insurance to repair water damage, it will now take 2 weeks for my home to get back to normal !!! Hate these guys is NOT EVEN close to what I think of this company ! Unprofessional !! Did not walk in with masks on either !! These were the ONLY people I have had not wear masks. STAY AWAY FOLKS !!!

Because of my busy schedule I had to cancel 2 appointments with PLUMB MASTERS. It was really a treat to deal with the dispatch personnel. They were courteous and very thoughtful when learning of my cancellations. On both occasions I promised that when my schedule allowed that I would contact PLUMB MASTERS for the work. I was glad I did. Jamie and his partner gave me 30 minutes notification as to their ETA. They arrived promptly and was dressed in protective gear showing their COVID19 awareness. This exemplified that they (PLUMB MASTERS) cared and took matters seriously. The technicians executed the job in a very timely manner and did it right. I would recommend PLUMB MASTERS 100 % to anyone I know that's in need of plumbing services. I

Phillip came with his helper to replumb a hot water line under our house. He took care of the job in an appropriate amount of time, made excellent recommendations about how to address the issue, and offered to install a faucet that I'd planned on doing myself, letting me know how it would affect the cost of the job. Given that I needed to go get the faucet first, he offered to stop the clock on the invoice while he went to take care of another job in the area, allowing me to purchase the faucet. I then called him when I got home, he came right over, installed the faucet and all was good. The bill was reasonable, Phillip was informative, prompt, courteous, and I can't say enough about the whole experience. The folks at the main office who take care of scheduling were just as nice and on top of things too. I'm very picky about plumbers - my dad was a master plumber, and I know what's a good job and what's lousy. I'd highly recommend Lanier, and ask for Phillip.

We have worked with C&K plumbing twice now and both times were short notice. Claude came out and went above and beyond to address our issue. He is personable, knowledgeable, and educates through the process. It's always stressful when a house issue arises and he makes the process stress free. We will never not use him and will always refer him to our friends who are in need of the services he provides.

While. I think Cody did a good job replacing plumbing in my hallway bathroom after demolition, he connected the drain hose on the dishwasher to the air vent which meant the drain was open and dumped lots of water behind cabinets.  We didn't notice the leak for about 6 dishwasher loads and by then mold had set in.  It cost over $2,000 to remove and replace damaged wood in cabinets and floor and Cody would not take responsibility.  I am in the process of filing a complaint with the plumbing licensing board.  He was responsive and timely in the beginning of the work but got defensive and blamed his big error on me, the homeowner, who is not licensed or trained on how to make sure a water drain is connected.

We have had a leak for a while now and the plumber couldn't find it. He recommended a leak detection company that couldn't get us in for 6 weeks. We called Kevin and he came out the same day. He was quick, efficient and extremely thorough on explaining and finding the issue. He went above and beyond to help us with this stressful situation. Would highly recommend his services!

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. My Water Heater went out 12/27/2021. I called Ross Plumbing as recommended by a friend and the recording asked me to text the number with my information and the issue.  Cody contacted me that evening. I sent him a few pictures and explained the issue. He gave me a fair price and said he would move things around and get to it the next day if i approved of the price. I agreed.
He and a helper were at my house the next morning at around nine with the new Water Heater and were finished in very short order. My wife and I were impressed with his willingness and professionalism to answer any questions we had about the current job and any other questions we had about other issues in the house. I highly recommend Cody and Ross Plumbing.

They over charged for the repair and did poor quality work.  They also burned PVC pipes next to the copper pipes they sweated.  Stay away from this company.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...

Website says 24 hour service. Called early @ 0230 requesting a plumber. Was told one
would be out in 2 to 3 hours. Waited up for him, but no show. Called again. Was told,
change of shift, someone should be out in 25 minutes. Yeah, right. No show. Called again,
was told another hour. By then I had called someone else who showed up when they said
they would. Called to cancel & was told, oh, they're on their way by 410 & I -10). Yeah, right.
Have done business in the past with this company with no problem. Very disappointed this time.

Whoever is using the name The King of Drains on Yelp in Austin appears to be a scammer even though I believe there is a legitimate company by that name in San Antonio. Raymond Jones at 737-600-2552 showed up, took a look at the plumbing, talked about doing thousands of dollars of work, requested $485 for apparently doing nothing about our slow drain, could only be paid by Zelle or CashApp, had the payment rescinded by CashApp to protect me, and hasn't been heard from since. Do not engage with this person or you will regret it!
