I recently entered a maintenance contract with Texas AC Specialists and so far so good!

Everyone that I've spoken with at the office is super nice and helpful. During the process of getting an estimate and signing paperwork, Britney & Kristina in the office were on top of everything and worked with me to reach a deadline.

The tech that came out to our property once all was said and done was also great. He knew what he was doing and didn't need me around to answer too many questions when I was busy taking care of my clients. There was open communication about everything he did and saw which I was very pleased with.

You can tell this company cares about their customers.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Thanks to Tony, David and the crew of GIS Contracting Company for completing renovations on our kitchen, dining room and replacing our kitchen cabinets. GIS was very responsive to the initial inquiry and first home visit to discuss our ideas. They were very transparent about costs and things to consider for our project to keep us within our budget. Tony, David and crew offered small suggestions and ideas before and throughout the project that really made the initial vision even better! The entire kitchen was a custom build from the cabinets to the dining room shelving and storage. 

Each team member that came into our home treated us and our property with the upmost respect and courtesy. We were impressed that each crew member that was sent into our home to do a job, did that job very professionally, thoroughly and with a great deal of pride in the job they completed. Each person made sure to clean up the work area before leaving each day. Very pleased with all of the work the crews completed.

The only challenge was that Tony and /or David did not always notify us when a person or persons would not be working in our home on a specific day. While the day to day communication could have been better, Tony and David were responsive in returning calls and texts. The job turned out very BEAUTIFUL -- just like Tony said it would :) The crew members did a marvelous job on the project.

From beginning to end, my experience with Plumb Masters has been EXCELLENT the two times I have needed them recently.  Dispatchers have been courteous, understand issues I bring to them, and efficiently communicate with technicians.  On the first occasion, technicians Sam and Josh thoughtfully explained both to me and to my deaf tenants the problems with the toilet and their proposed solutions, which they executed and tested thoroughly.  On the second visit, a different house, Graham was equally professional and efficient repairing two toilets.  

I appreciate their coming out in the midst of the pandemic, taking all necessary precautions to avoid bringing in germs or contaminating themselves.

For comparison, until now I have used a different company that was cheaper. CHEAP=SLOPPY.  It took the other plumber three visits to get a faucet head screwed on right.  I had to explain what I wanted several times to dispatcher, then to technician, then to second technician who came to repair problems created by first.  They were rude to my tenants.  Do you get what you pay for?  With Plumb Masters you do.

After recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp, I took a chance on Lanier Plumbing. So glad I did. David and Shane repaired my plumbing issues (which are rarely straightforward in a 1940's house) for a fraction of the price estimated by other plumbers. Very honest, very skilled and professional, and efficient with their time. I highly recommend them.

Had my sewage collapse at my business, called a friend who recommended C&K. Could not be happier with their service, timeliness, and great communication, keeping me up to speed on everything that was going on and timeliness getting my business back open.  Even closed the loop by letting me know everything was signed off by the city and good to go.
In a world where customer service is rapidly declining these people clearly understand and appreciate our struggles when things are not going right, and will work with you to make sure you are 'flowing right' in a timely manner.

poor customer service they tell you a time window and dont meet it,they tell you they will call you back and dont ,father daughter office so daddy listens to the daughter over the customer be warned they will tell you they can do the job then wont be able to do the work and when you call and ask questions they get defensive and belligerent

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

I didn't use Supreme plumbing for my hot water heater emergency. They contacted me within 2 hours of me texting. This was on a Sunday morning at 7a. They were the 2nd plumber to contact me. Went with the first, which responded in one hour. I will have them at the top of my list for any future plumbing emergencies.

He found it!  My wife & I caught a slab leak in our garage the moment it started, literally. The wall was a little damp after we came back from dinner there was a tiny puddle.  Uh-oh.  The plumber came out and recommended Kevin @ Precision Leak so we wouldn't jackhammer the garage slab on an expensive wild goose chase.  That was back in March 2018 and the leak was so small Kevin couldn't find it.  I really appreciated his thoroughness and troubleshooting with me right there.  But alas, we were defeated.  Fast forward 3 months and he came out again.  The leak increased in volume, so now he could hear it with his super sonar.  He very quickly narrowed it down, and now the pipes are exposed and labeled for the plumber to do his work.  Kevin is an all around nice guy.  I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and let me add to the troubleshooting conversation.  The irony is if I would've ignored it and let it get worse I could've saved him a trip!  Thanks Kevin ;)

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Butch Marshall and his team are amazing. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional! I have had them do work on my home and referred them several times. Everyone that I know that has had them come out was very pleased with their work. Even had someone contact me to get their number again after all their phone contacts were lost 'just in case' they need a plumber again. Highly recommend!

I'm a new client of Ross Plumbing.  Clint replaced a damaged copper line with PEX - supporting a recirculating hot water pump attached to my water heater.  Ross Plumbing scheduled me quickly, and the repair is awesome.  Clint was knowledgable, super friendly and the price was fair.  Ross Plumbing is my go-to plumber moving forward.  Thank you again Clint!

Jon came to our house for a few simple plumbing items during a kitchen reno. The work was completed quickly and easily, no issues at all! But what really stood out to me was Jon's interactions with my 4 year old son, Isaiah. Jon didn't mind letting him watch and even help with the work! My son was (and still is) thrilled about it. Anytime I tell the kids a contractor is coming to the house to do some work, he asks if Mr Jon is coming too. Thankful for the plumbing work but also the kindness, patience, and graciousness with the kids, very personable service. If we ever have a plumbing issue, we will be thrilled to have Mr Jon at our house again!

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

They were good about showing up on time. They way overbid a job, then when I reached out to them, they told me they would call me right back. That was over a week ago, and I am still waiting.

Whoever is using the name The King of Drains on Yelp in Austin appears to be a scammer even though I believe there is a legitimate company by that name in San Antonio. Raymond Jones at 737-600-2552 showed up, took a look at the plumbing, talked about doing thousands of dollars of work, requested $485 for apparently doing nothing about our slow drain, could only be paid by Zelle or CashApp, had the payment rescinded by CashApp to protect me, and hasn't been heard from since. Do not engage with this person or you will regret it!
