Great customer service! Sent a message to have a new gas range installed, received reply in a timely manner. Was able to call the following day to set up an appointment to have the job done.

I received a text message to confirm my appointment day and time when I scheduled the service. I also received a reminder text the day before, and the day of. I also received a phone call from the office and my tech the day of to let me know he was on the way.

Steve (the tech) was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He even double and triple checked to make sure the stove was working and level and everything. The cost was very reasonable as well.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Tony and his crew did great, quick, and very thorough work. We had GIS paint and frame out exhaust for a new portable AC unit. Their quote was very reasonable and we'll hire them again.

This company is outstanding. Adam showed up quickly, quoted a price that was true to the work he did. The service call fee was waved bc I agreed for the service to be done. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep the pipes working well in the future so he won't have to come out again! Adam was right on time, very friendly and stayed until he was 100% certain the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called this afternoon at 2:06pm, someone came out within 20 minutes and the job (clogged bathroom sink) was completed by 2:50pm.  The plumber was cordial, answered my questions clearly and our sink is working as expected.  They also honored the yelp 15% discount so be sure to ask for it for first time customers.

We have worked with C&K plumbing twice now and both times were short notice. Claude came out and went above and beyond to address our issue. He is personable, knowledgeable, and educates through the process. It's always stressful when a house issue arises and he makes the process stress free. We will never not use him and will always refer him to our friends who are in need of the services he provides.

Affordable Plus Plumbing rescued us during the big freeze of Feb. 2021. We had to shut the water off due to a burst pipe upstairs that we could not get to. We were looking at three weeks without water until the next available plumber could come, because they were all booked out due to the storm. Richard and his crew were working two houses down when a neighbor asked if they'd be able to have a look at our leak. They came to our house, located the leak, repaired the pipe, and gave us water again, all in record time and without an appointment. I cried tears of joy. Not only to have our water back, but to experience the kindness of Richard (and our neighbor!) being willing and able to help us when they were completely booked. We will be customers for life.

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

While. I think Cody did a good job replacing plumbing in my hallway bathroom after demolition, he connected the drain hose on the dishwasher to the air vent which meant the drain was open and dumped lots of water behind cabinets.  We didn't notice the leak for about 6 dishwasher loads and by then mold had set in.  It cost over $2,000 to remove and replace damaged wood in cabinets and floor and Cody would not take responsibility.  I am in the process of filing a complaint with the plumbing licensing board.  He was responsive and timely in the beginning of the work but got defensive and blamed his big error on me, the homeowner, who is not licensed or trained on how to make sure a water drain is connected.

Kevin was awesome .. I have a 400 foot run from meter to my house .. Kevin found leak with in a few min of arriving ... He left and I had plumber come fix the leak ... :(  ... only to find that we still had a leak somewhere else .. called Kevin and he came right back with out charging me an additional trip charge.  Leaks were solved and all is good now.  Thanks Kevin for being a real professional.  Bruce and Peggy - Canyon Lake, Tx

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. Ross Plumbing is 1000% committed and determined to fix your problem. They are very responsive and always show up on time. They are high-quality plumbers who are amazing people.
Ross Plumbing was recommended to me by the folks at Glass Well and I'm glad they did. Cody and Clint have taken care of several fairly routine plumbing issues for me and have been prompt, courteous, and reasonable.
More recently I've had a water heater problem. They replaced it but there were still issues. Over a couple of weeks they came out several times (no charge) and tired different solutions. When I mentioned I had a high flow rate on my water softener but no one could find a leak, even the plumbers with fancy technology, Clint ruled out other issues and finally discovered that yes, there was a slab leak from the water heater. We had all been stumped for months, but using reason and the process of elimination, plus his plumbing knowledge, Clint nailed it. Although it will be costly to fix this, at least now I know what the problem is and we can work around it till it's fixed. And if this ends up being a job beyond the scope of what Cody Ross Plumbing does, I will use Leroy Ross (Cody's father), who does construction plumbing.
In summary, they're the best around on all fronts. I cannot rate them high enough for what they've done.

We had a foundation leak. I called John because our kids played baseball together. He came out that day and completely over charged us for the work he did. What irritates me the most of that he lead me to believe insurance would cover most of the work done, which they do not and he knew that. They do not display pricing anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience is the restoration company that he tried to bring with him but I wanted to wait for insurance. I ended up using the company since I thought i thought I could trust John. They ended up being shady crooks!!

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

Once again AAA Auger to the rescue! After going with a different plumbing company that was underprepared, uncommunicative, and lacked the wear with all to do the job he started AAA Auger came in within 1 hour, found the main line and spent the next day finishing up why the previous plumber couldn't seem to manage. Thank you AAA Auger. We will have you to the top off next!

Whoever is using the name The King of Drains on Yelp in Austin appears to be a scammer even though I believe there is a legitimate company by that name in San Antonio. Raymond Jones at 737-600-2552 showed up, took a look at the plumbing, talked about doing thousands of dollars of work, requested $485 for apparently doing nothing about our slow drain, could only be paid by Zelle or CashApp, had the payment rescinded by CashApp to protect me, and hasn't been heard from since. Do not engage with this person or you will regret it!
