These guys were terrific! they were able to come out right away to estimate the job and their bid was very reasonable. They happened to be able to start the next day (which is unusual I understand) but Blake showed up on time, he was polite, clean and did a fantastic job.
We can't recommend them more... don't try calling some of the bigger outlets as these guys will do it for a good price and it will get done to your satisfaction. High High recommendations!!

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Less than a year ago GIS put in a whole new bathroom, shower and closet. Cost =  $40,000.  But, the bathroom came out very nice.  I recently had a few problems.  I was a bit of a pain as a client so, I wasn't sure how eager they'd be to come back.  But, I gave it a shot and about a week later, EVERYTHING is fixed.  
They're not the cheapest game in town and I suspect Tony may have been a politician in a previous life. LOL!  But, he is a man of his word.

Plumb Masters is the best experience I've ever had with plumbing work in my life by a long shot.  For starters, their pricing was far, far better than anyone else for basic cleaning and diagnostic work.  

Jay, the plumber who came out to service my house, was incredible.  He did a fantastic job assessing both my sewage system as well as my hot water heater.  I recently had another, larger, plumbing company out to my house and they were unable to clear my system and very quickly opted to write up a quote to fix my system for tens of thousands of dollars.  Jay fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He then spent a ton of time explaining specifically what had been wrong with my system and how he had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was in complete working order and not in need to a pricey fix. He didn't try to sell me or up-charge me on anything that I didn't need.

If you want an honest plumber that does a great job, turn to Jay and the folks at Plumb Masters.  You won't regret it.

The staff at Lanier are friendly and professional. They have been out several times to fix plumbing in my house and I have been pleased with the service. If you have an emergency plumbing problem, they may not be able to accommodate you though. I called on a Sunday and they couldn't send anyone out, but maybe they just determined that my running toilet wasn't an emergency.

Late Saturday night, my kitchen sink and laundry line backed up. I tried the stuff to unclogged drains that I bought at Home Depot. I woke up Sunday morning, to find that it did not work. I called C&K Plumbing and left a voice message. Right away, they called me back. Claude was at my house in less than 45 minutes. He cleaned the line and did a test to make sure that I was good. Claude did an amazing job and I would highly recommend C&K Plumbing anyone.

I am embarrassed that Richard runs his company this way. I called and spoke to him to give him the opportunity to make things right. He gave excuses and false reasons why his company provided poor service. This is why I have filed a case in small claims court (Justice of the Peace) against him and his company. I will let you know what the judge decides since Richard places all blame to everyone else. I gave him the opportunity to make it right, he declined. See you in court, sir.

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. My Water Heater went out 12/27/2021. I called Ross Plumbing as recommended by a friend and the recording asked me to text the number with my information and the issue.  Cody contacted me that evening. I sent him a few pictures and explained the issue. He gave me a fair price and said he would move things around and get to it the next day if i approved of the price. I agreed.
He and a helper were at my house the next morning at around nine with the new Water Heater and were finished in very short order. My wife and I were impressed with his willingness and professionalism to answer any questions we had about the current job and any other questions we had about other issues in the house. I highly recommend Cody and Ross Plumbing.

They over charged for the repair and did poor quality work.  They also burned PVC pipes next to the copper pipes they sweated.  Stay away from this company.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

I woke up to water leaking pretty heavily from my master bathroom down to my laundry room early this morning and I had to turn off the water. I called 4 plumbing companies that advertised themselves as Emergency 24/7 plumbers.  AAA Auger was the only one that was responsive to my emergency and came out first thing this morning. The others offered me anywhere from Friday to Tuesday.   Auger got the job done fast and for a very reasonable price.

Ray was very polite. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Let you know what the issue is and price before starting work.
