Texas AC & Plumbing Specialist did a great job for me on short notice.  My condenser is on the roof of a two story bldg with no way to access with a crane.  These guys figured out a way to manually get a 2 ton unit up there along with doing a complete furnace and air conditioning change in one day.  They were very neat and Martin was great to work with.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Less than a year ago GIS put in a whole new bathroom, shower and closet. Cost =  $40,000.  But, the bathroom came out very nice.  I recently had a few problems.  I was a bit of a pain as a client so, I wasn't sure how eager they'd be to come back.  But, I gave it a shot and about a week later, EVERYTHING is fixed.  
They're not the cheapest game in town and I suspect Tony may have been a politician in a previous life. LOL!  But, he is a man of his word.

There was a slight issue after the initial fix. Like a champ, they sent someone out the next day and had it covered under warranty.  Really appreciate knowing that they have excellent customer service from beginning to end.  Thank you!

After a recent (very) cold snap complete with snow I thought my pipes had froze and burst because there was no water coming from the bathroom sink and the shower pressure was very low. I was kicking myself for not letting the faucets drip. It had been a couple days since temperatures reached above freezing and still no water at the sink so I concluded that the option that the pipes had froze but not burst and would return to normal was not my good fortune.

So with a gulp, fearing the worst about the situation, I got on yelp to find a plumber. I was thinking This is bad. This is very bad. How much is this going to cost? How much are we going to have to rip up the house to find the leak?

Going down the list of well reviewed plumbers I found Lanier. A friendly woman, Cindy, answered the phone. She took time to listen to my thoughts on the predicament and was not rushed. Then she cheerfully explained other causes of low / no water pressure after a freeze and a simple solution I could implement myself.

Apprehensively I got off the phone holding out hope that her tid bit of advice was the answer. Magically! It was! I was overjoyed.

Genuine customer service impresses me and they obviously do it well. The interaction was professional but friendly. They didn't try to gouge me for money with a phone operator who just made the appt. and a plumber who came out for an exorbitant fee just to find my little problem. I didn't feel like I had the hoodwinked or duped in anyway. I plan to renovate part of my house soon and based on this experience and other reviews I will definitely call Lanier in the future.

I highly recommend C&K plumbing! We had a clogged sink drain. I called C&K at 1pm and Matthew and Colton were at our house at 3pm the same day. They had to rotor rooter with a snake about 75 feet into the drain line to unclog. In addition, they ran a video scope gizmo down the water line to see the clogged portion! They did all this in about 1 hour at a very reasonable charge. Fantastic service and very professional! A big thank you to Nancy of C&K for setting up this service call. Great outfit ! C&K Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service.

Great company! We were lucky enough to get these guys from our home warranty company to replace our monster of a water heater upstairs in our attic.  First they had to take out the 80 gallon beast - from an opening that was too small. With a little work, they did it. And replaced with the new 80 gallon tank. Richard, the boss man  was both very knowledgeable and amusing, and his crew were great. I would definitely recommend them anytime. Thanks.

I called Supreme Plumbing because of an urgent plumbing issue at my house. I sent them a picture of what was going on and they recommended I call the city to fix the issue which turned out to be correct. Incredibly helpful and honest. I really appreciated the time and the help.

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

I spoke with three plumbers and chose Butch at Marshall Plumbing for his knowledge over the other two highly recommended plumbers.  He was the lowest bid on a job involving 13 individually owned condos.  He was on time, very professional and all of the owners were very satisfied with his work on an older property.  He did such a good job he was asked back the next week to install four additional toilets.  He charged us a lower rate than expected and actually provided some parts and much knowledge at no extra charge.  I will use him again on larger commercial or small residential jobs.

I'm a new client of Ross Plumbing.  Clint replaced a damaged copper line with PEX - supporting a recirculating hot water pump attached to my water heater.  Ross Plumbing scheduled me quickly, and the repair is awesome.  Clint was knowledgable, super friendly and the price was fair.  Ross Plumbing is my go-to plumber moving forward.  Thank you again Clint!

They over charged for the repair and did poor quality work.  They also burned PVC pipes next to the copper pipes they sweated.  Stay away from this company.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

Very upsetting.  Hate even having to give you 1 star!  I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Sunday at 9:00am..... at 9:30am I called to find out if someone was on their way, the person on the phone tells me that they would let me know when someone was available, I just have to WAIT!  Huh?!?  What kind of business is this, horrible service, so now I'll seek business elsewhere.

Horrible service! This man left in the middle of doing the job supposedly to go get a part he needed and never came back. I do not recommend this company or this person.
