I finally found an AC/Heating company that I fully trust!  Today a technician named Pete came to my house to do a complete maintenance/service on the two units in my home.  There was a problem with sediment in one of the lines and he worked tirelessly (and cheerfully!)  for 1 1/2 hours in the attic to clear the line out.  He took pictures on his phone to show me the 'before and afters', then even cleaned up the sediment that had blown out of the pipe onto the attic floor, leaving the workspace completely clean.  
I'm a fan!

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

I needed to convert an old closet into a professional voiceover booth. Tony was super easy to work with, and took all of my considerations into account. The booth was built with decoupled walls, filled with acoustic insulation and finished out with a heavy acoustic door. The end result is a fantastic booth, exactly what I was looking for.

Hats off to Tony and his crew for doing a FANTASTIC job!

I hate to leave a bad review, but like many others on here I feel like I got ripped off by this company. I called them to get a second opinion on fixing my hot water heater because I couldn't get the pilot light lit. After looking at it for 30 minutes, they told me the same thing the first plumber told me, except they wanted $250 more to do it. Which I couldn't believe. I had agreed to pay the $89 just for them to come look at it, with the expectation that they would roll that into the final bill. I just didn't expect them to try and over charge me so excessively. That $89 is just a way to lock you in and then over charge you for their services. I will say that everyone I talked with was very friendly, especially the two guys who came out. I know it's not their fault the company is price gouging. But getting robbed is still getting robbed. Whether it's with a smile to my face or gun to my back.

My husband and I just bought a house that was built in 1951.  While not ancient, it needed some updates.  We had some plumbing issues (leaks, pipes to replace) as well as updates (sink disposal, dishwasher) that were on our list.  A friend recommended Lanier, so we called them and couldn't be happier about it.  The plumber who came took the time to point out other things that we could do ourselves later (pipe insulation, vent for hot water heater), and explained everything to us in just the right amount of detail.  

He was also prompt, cleaned up, and did all the good stuff that I expect out of service professionals.

We will absolutely call Lanier next time we need any plumbing work done.

Highly recommend. Prompt service, courteous, friendly and efficient. Claude got the job done. Reasonably priced but not the cheapest.

I also used this plumber because of my old republic home warranty.  i told them i needed help asap.  Then they came to my house and found the problem, but told me they did not have time to help me for several days.  It was very inconvenient, and i don't believe they were being honest with me.

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

We have had a leak for a while now and the plumber couldn't find it. He recommended a leak detection company that couldn't get us in for 6 weeks. We called Kevin and he came out the same day. He was quick, efficient and extremely thorough on explaining and finding the issue. He went above and beyond to help us with this stressful situation. Would highly recommend his services!

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Butch Marshall and his team are amazing. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional! I have had them do work on my home and referred them several times. Everyone that I know that has had them come out was very pleased with their work. Even had someone contact me to get their number again after all their phone contacts were lost 'just in case' they need a plumber again. Highly recommend!

We had a foundation leak. I called John because our kids played baseball together. He came out that day and completely over charged us for the work he did. What irritates me the most of that he lead me to believe insurance would cover most of the work done, which they do not and he knew that. They do not display pricing anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience is the restoration company that he tried to bring with him but I wanted to wait for insurance. I ended up using the company since I thought i thought I could trust John. They ended up being shady crooks!!

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...

Jayson, one of the plumbers from AAA Auger, just left after doing some good work. Our kitchen faucet was leaking pretty badly, so he pinpointed the issue and was able to replace the so-called nipples that connect the internal pipes to the faucet and install a brand new faucet. He worked pretty quickly and didn't take all day like other plumbers said they would need to, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from competitors. Additionally, he was able to honor the coupon right here on Yelp which was great. I would definitely have Jayson come back out for any other plumbing issues that we may come across down the road!

Ray was very polite. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Let you know what the issue is and price before starting work.
