We had a gas leak that we could not find and knew it had to be simple. These guys were awesome. They responded to my query within 10 minutes and came out same day. They stayed until the gas was hooked back up and running which was above and beyond. Julian hung out for several hours waiting on the gas service to get turned back on. I am amazed. And I don't feel like they tried to take me for any money.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Tony showed up for a walk through but there has been no response from GIS post the same. Several follow up attempts have lead to nothing.

Oliver and Chris who were assigned to my job were friendly, professional, and attentive to the details my job required.  They did a great job running a gas line through a kitchen cabinet and keeping a tight fit on track. They were also patient with my questions as a DIY kitchen remodeler and ensured everything would work out.

Lanier Plumbing has saved the day for us many times. I realize people go on Yelp to complain so I wanted to make sure to give praise when praise is so well deserved. We have used Lanier Plumbing for over a decade and have always received good and fairly priced service. Lanier Plumbing is consistently wonderful! I had a cracked main sewer line which had previously been repaired by ARS several years ago. I contacted C&K initially to clear the line, which they did within a day of contacting them. At the time, they also diagnosed the issue- roots getting into the drain within a foot of the access point.  

I told Matt of C&K the ARS warranty was still good and I would contact them for repair. I contacted ARS, was told someone would call me back- no one did. A few days later I called again, was told someone would contact me- no one did. I called one more time, same thing, no one ever called me back. I could not wait much longer to get this repaired and had to clean the line again.

Since ARS never responded I called C&K about the repair and was able to schedule it about 4 days out.  I had planned to take out the shrubs around the access point anyway and asked C&K if they would work with me on the price if I did the initial digging and they agreed. I was told the amount would vary depending on how much I was able to get done.

They showed up on time and got to work. I had dug far enough to find the issue. It wasn't a crack in the pipe, it was the sleeve ARS put on that had slid off. ARS had told me they put on a flexible joint that would prevent settling of dirt/foundation to crack the pipe again. Well, it didn't crack- their repair didn't hold.  

C&K finished up in a couple of hours, completely redesigned the line to take pressure off the joint and said the way it had been done previously was going to fail due to lack of proper installation and not properly packing the dirt upon completion. The picture is the ARS failed joint, I was so happy I forgot to take pictures of the new line......oops. Essentially, they moved the flexible portion off of a 45 degree and placed it on a straight pipe to allow for movement but without the pressure of the angle. It made sense to me.

I will use C&K from here on out for plumbing and refer them to others. They were prompt, courteous, and fair with pricing. They reduced the repair costs since I had dug the hole. It was more than I had originally thought it might be too.

If you have plumbing issues, definitely give C&K a call.

Over the last few years, Richard and Anthony have replaced my faucets, broken water line, hot water heater and bathtub.  They do a good job and have fair pricing.

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

Kevin was awesome .. I have a 400 foot run from meter to my house .. Kevin found leak with in a few min of arriving ... He left and I had plumber come fix the leak ... :(  ... only to find that we still had a leak somewhere else .. called Kevin and he came right back with out charging me an additional trip charge.  Leaks were solved and all is good now.  Thanks Kevin for being a real professional.  Bruce and Peggy - Canyon Lake, Tx

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Great service!  Raul was so friendly and responsive.  I had a need water pressure meter installed.  He made sure I was getting strong pressure in all of my faucets and shower heads.

I'm a new client of Ross Plumbing.  Clint replaced a damaged copper line with PEX - supporting a recirculating hot water pump attached to my water heater.  Ross Plumbing scheduled me quickly, and the repair is awesome.  Clint was knowledgable, super friendly and the price was fair.  Ross Plumbing is my go-to plumber moving forward.  Thank you again Clint!

They over charged for the repair and did poor quality work.  They also burned PVC pipes next to the copper pipes they sweated.  Stay away from this company.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...

They came out to give free estimate (which not many that I call will do) on laundry drain clog. Price was reasonable. Service was quick.  They were friendly and went above and beyond my expectations.

He did fix my initial problem, but then he talked me into more.  At which point the accounting started getting Really strange.  send me money became a refrain alternated with but I'm saving you so much  I ended up over paying him $1297.  And in stead of just mailing me that money, he wanted to give me a check for the entire amount I had paid and then I woud give him a check for what I owed.  When I told him his check would have to clear before I could give him another check, he has quit calling.  

This seems like a scam to me
