We had our 20 year old HVAC System replaced.  The duck work was replaced, insulation blown, we added a vent and replaced vent boxes and vent covers...everything!  After 5 estimates from different places, we decided on Texas Air Conditioning Specialist.  We had used them in the past and were happy with a repair on our old system.   The customer service we received from every person I spoke with in the office and the knowledge and ability to explain everything in terms I understood was very much appreciated.    The service we received on the day of installation was AMAZING!   They were on time, organized and friendly.   Javier and ALL the technicians were professional, courteous and worked so well together.    A few times throughout the day they would explain to us what was being done inside, outside and in the attic.   They explained everything!!   It was nice knowing all that it takes to remove and install a system...we appreciate the work they do   When they were done, they cleaned up, tested it and went over how the thermostat works.    We are extremely happy and highly recommend them.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

I can't take back my 1 star review on Gis contracting but I will give Tony and his team a good review on cleaning up that project.   Also the labor charge wasn't 150k in labor, I checked what I paid him and it was more in the 130k range.  However I will say ensure the job you give him is managed by Tony and no one else.  The job I posted previously was mismanaged.  Tony did come back and fix it, I was very frustrated overall but if Tony would have personally managed it, I do believe it would have come out better.  Ensure to have specific, measurable, and realistic exceptions with GIS contracting and I wish GIS contracting the best.

I've been using Plumb Masters for a couple of years and Joe Creel is the reason why!  HE IS THE BEST!  His personality and superior knowledge and experience of all things plumbing make him the ONLY CHOICE for me when it comes to my plumbing needs Big or Small!  Thank you Joe!  As always-I am your number one fan!!!

Erick and Shane were awesome. We called at noon and they were here by 2:30, brought in some pretty good equipment to snake the pipes, fixed a few other things and were out before the hour was up.

They also did a stellar job of cleaning up after themselves despite the mess that was being made while they were working.

Water heater started to leak Sunday at 5 pm and there is nothing worst then trying to call a 24hr plumbing service and getting a recording saying their office is close.  I was able to get a hold of a company who sent out a AC tech (he must have been on call) to tell me that my water heater was leaking (was charge $170 to show up), who then called in their plumber who came over and told me yup, water heater need to be replace and gave me an estimate of $2400 to replace a water heater.  (I shouldn't be to hard on this company, the AC guy was able to determine where the leak was and did tighten something to stop the leak.. so the $170 was worth it but the $2400 quote for the water heater was highway robbery!!)

I don't know much about plumbing but I do know that a water heater start around $299 add labor say $1000 (I'm being generous) and it can't be more then $1200.  So I told the guy I will have to call around to get another quote.  Well to my surprise I was right a few place started their bid right around $1200.  Then I  got in touch with Claude (and I am so glad I did) he showed up to my house 20 min later. this was at 6:45 am. He took some measurement and explained what he was going to do and gave me a quote for $990 for a brand new water heater that is with parts and labor.  That was music to my ears, I asked him when he can do it, he said he can put me on the schedule for around noon time and was done by 2 pm.  

I have to say best customer service and pricing ever.  No upcharge, just gave me a quote and did the job in a timely manner.  Thank you Claude, will definitely recommend C & K Plumbing to my friends and family.  Even his wife Nancy who answer the phone was awesome, do yourself a favor and call them if you need plumbing done.

They showed up on time, did a great job.  I owuld recommend them and will hire them again if needed.

Kevin was awesome .. I have a 400 foot run from meter to my house .. Kevin found leak with in a few min of arriving ... He left and I had plumber come fix the leak ... :(  ... only to find that we still had a leak somewhere else .. called Kevin and he came right back with out charging me an additional trip charge.  Leaks were solved and all is good now.  Thanks Kevin for being a real professional.  Bruce and Peggy - Canyon Lake, Tx

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. Ross Plumbing is 1000% committed and determined to fix your problem. They are very responsive and always show up on time. They are high-quality plumbers who are amazing people.
Ross Plumbing was recommended to me by the folks at Glass Well and I'm glad they did. Cody and Clint have taken care of several fairly routine plumbing issues for me and have been prompt, courteous, and reasonable.
More recently I've had a water heater problem. They replaced it but there were still issues. Over a couple of weeks they came out several times (no charge) and tired different solutions. When I mentioned I had a high flow rate on my water softener but no one could find a leak, even the plumbers with fancy technology, Clint ruled out other issues and finally discovered that yes, there was a slab leak from the water heater. We had all been stumped for months, but using reason and the process of elimination, plus his plumbing knowledge, Clint nailed it. Although it will be costly to fix this, at least now I know what the problem is and we can work around it till it's fixed. And if this ends up being a job beyond the scope of what Cody Ross Plumbing does, I will use Leroy Ross (Cody's father), who does construction plumbing.
In summary, they're the best around on all fronts. I cannot rate them high enough for what they've done.

American Eagle Plumbing to the rescue! We had an amazing experience working with them. They were able to help us right away, no waiting for weeks or up charge for immediacy. A true local, mom and pop company with human values. We're a younger couple with not a lot of emergency money to work with for when something big goes out and they were willing to work with us on payment and being able to pay in cash for a lower rate. We never felt like we were being taking advantage of or tricked into anything.

I've seen a few reviews about the long time that they were at their residence, but that was reassuring to me! They made sure the job was completely done perfectly. My husband and I both still work from home and we barely heard a peep. The work was done a few months ago and we have had zero future issues with our new water heater and water softener they helped install. I'm so grateful to them!

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

Great company with respectful, neat and efficient plumbers.  Hector replaced shower fixtures in a 70 year old home.  It was a trial but he finished (as promised), cleaned up and we couldn't be more pleased.  Have used Auger for laundry room, kitchen, bathroom twice and outside water line....will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs.

Ray was very polite. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Let you know what the issue is and price before starting work.
