My AC unit stopped working first week of August.  I have a warranty on my unit from AC specialists. I called them at 4:45 pm and they had someone out at my house within an hour!  Given the time of year in Texas I expected it to take at least a day or two.  My specialist, Tim, was fast, courteous, and helped explain everything that needed to be done. They fixed it quickly without added expense.  Great job!  Please consider them for your AC needs.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

This is an excellent company. I needed a small granite remodel to fit a new stove. They were able to get in and perform the job quickly and efficiently,  and left the kitchen spotless!  Excellent communication from the office and subcontractors. I will definitely use them for future projects!!

Sam is definitely a 5 on service.

Sam did an excellent job. Good on-site Customer is more than resolving our plumbing issue. Sam explained very direct and clearly to me the process for repair.

The comfort he provided knowing he will resolve today set us at ease.

I lowered Plumb Masters rating as pricing was WAY HIGHER than expected. I agreed with the onsite dispatch price.

It's hard to find a plumber in Austin at short notice! Lanier was the first business that was available to come out and fix a broken tap this morning at short notice. It was kind of an urgent fix as we had to turn off the hot water to the whole house because we could not stop water spewing out of the broken tap.

Phil and his apprentice were great. They fixed the problem quickly, and without extorting us. Labor and parts were fairly priced and there were no surprise costs at the end. Thank you!

So I'm happy to add this to the chorus of happy reviews. We'll definitely call Lanier next time we need a plumber.

I have had the need to use C&K Plumbing twice this year.  Both times, I was extremely pleased with the service provided, quality of the work and the cost.  I found them to be highly reputable and trustworthy.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I just got off the phone with Affordable Plus Plumbing and WOW am I impressed. The gentleman was incredibly friendly and made some beneficial suggestions over the phone about how I can solve, at least, part of the problem without a service call. The quotes he gave me for the rest of the solution were, indeed, exceptionally affordable. 10/10, will trust again.

Supremebe Plumbing installed two water heaters for me after the big snow storm Feb. of 2021. They were super professional, responsive to all of my messages, and offered fair pricing when other plumbers were price gouging- supreme plumbing remained honest and helpful during my time of need. Would most definitely recommend and will be using for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

We started with another company that couldn't get to our water main leak for a full week.  We are now glad they were so busy, as it prompted us to keep searching, and we stumbled onto PLD.  Kevin, the owner, was responsive, prompt, professional, and honest.  Using sound waves he traced the water flow from the water main to the house, to quickly isolate and expose a segment of cracked PVC (2 ft deep), all the while taking time to discuss his methods for locating the leak.  Turns out Kevin is actually an engineer that just really enjoys this business.  Lastly, as for the cost, I'm pretty sure the other leak company would have charged us 20-25% more, plus Kevin recommended an affordable plumber to make the repair, saving us some more money.

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! This is what I consider excellent customer service. Even though they were unable to see me, they went above and beyond by giving me local recommendations to resolve my problem. Ross Plumbing is 1000% committed and determined to fix your problem. They are very responsive and always show up on time. They are high-quality plumbers who are amazing people.
Ross Plumbing was recommended to me by the folks at Glass Well and I'm glad they did. Cody and Clint have taken care of several fairly routine plumbing issues for me and have been prompt, courteous, and reasonable.
More recently I've had a water heater problem. They replaced it but there were still issues. Over a couple of weeks they came out several times (no charge) and tired different solutions. When I mentioned I had a high flow rate on my water softener but no one could find a leak, even the plumbers with fancy technology, Clint ruled out other issues and finally discovered that yes, there was a slab leak from the water heater. We had all been stumped for months, but using reason and the process of elimination, plus his plumbing knowledge, Clint nailed it. Although it will be costly to fix this, at least now I know what the problem is and we can work around it till it's fixed. And if this ends up being a job beyond the scope of what Cody Ross Plumbing does, I will use Leroy Ross (Cody's father), who does construction plumbing.
In summary, they're the best around on all fronts. I cannot rate them high enough for what they've done.

They over charged for the repair and did poor quality work.  They also burned PVC pipes next to the copper pipes they sweated.  Stay away from this company.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.

The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...

***Issues were handled by management to our satisfaction***Late, disrespectful, and had to call another plumber to fix their incorrect repair. Disappointing.

David C., Your people already let me know in no uncertain terms that I will never win in court because I can't prove they did anything.  I'm really glad you put in writing that they turned off my water. When we parted ways your manager was screaming that I had done it myself. I've read your other bad reviews. I guess this is just par for the course with your business.  Your people were late more than once, they were disrespectful, and I did have to have another company come fix what your guys caused. I don't see how my review is unfair.  By the way, I HAD to get my water fixed. Your guys blew up my softener (4 years old) and left us with 0 running water in the entire home.  All pipes were clogged with resin.  He thought we had a main break. He went from faucet to faucet turning them on and watching them clog because he had no idea what he had done by cranking on and off my water 15-20 times.  He even told me he couldn't believe my softener didn't have a bypass valve. Well it does. The next 2 plumbers I called knew what had been done within 30 seconds.  They showed me how to put the bypass on and how the original repair could have been done by turning the water off at the h20 heater itself. He never needed to turn the water off at the street.  I had 0 water for 2 days. Your crew of bullies blamed me and wanted to charge $700 to clear the lines. They said I would need to buy the new water softener and heaters that were then filled with Resin!  The tiny little repair turned into one big nightmare.  Your guy said it was just a coincidence that my water softener blew up on their second visit!  While they were turning my water on and off!  Why on earth would I PAY your guys to repair it?  Is that the scam?  Break stuff and charge to fix it?  Your comments about shirking responsibility just aren't true. All y'all had to do was fix it. If I hadn't told your plumber what was wrong, he still wouldn't have known. He was at my house for 7 hours using a compressor to blow out my lines individually. Problem was when he would turn the water on, they would re fill with resin. He hadn't bypassed the now broken water softener. It was a night of madness. They made a huge mess of water in every room they were in. Knowing what I know now, their blowing efforts were futile! Other plumbers laugh when I tell them how your 2 guys blew line after line not knowing Resin was in the lines.  It literally took the next plumber 30 seconds to know what was going on.  The next plumber after that took 30 seconds. I wanted to see if he could figure it out. How does a licensed plumber not know this???  Y'all keep challenging me to take you to the plumbing board. I will file a complaint because I'm not sure your guys were really licensed plumbers. We have filed with the BBB.  Your guy let me know that I'll never win because I can't prove you did anything. At least you now agree your guy shut the water off. They literally screamed at me saying I did it myself. That I had turned off and on my water. I don't even know how to do that!

He did fix my initial problem, but then he talked me into more.  At which point the accounting started getting Really strange.  send me money became a refrain alternated with but I'm saving you so much  I ended up over paying him $1297.  And in stead of just mailing me that money, he wanted to give me a check for the entire amount I had paid and then I woud give him a check for what I owed.  When I told him his check would have to clear before I could give him another check, he has quit calling.  

This seems like a scam to me
