We have been using TX AC & Plumbing Specialists for years. We also have a maintenance program set up with them. They are very responsive and come out quickly when issues occur. We recently had a issue with the unit not cooling and Thomas came out quickly and showed me what needed to be repaired as well as the cost. Within 30 minutes the unit was working again.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Disappointing as I reached out multiple times for an estimate but never received.  Tony visited on a Thursday to view the project and said he could probably have the estimate to me either that same day or the next.  I received a text from Ann the next day (Friday) asking for me email to send the estimate.  I responded with the information but never heard anything back.  I followed up on Monday asking for the estimate and again never received anything.  It's been over a week now with no response so I have moved forward with another professional and responsive company.

Called with an outdoor leak on a Saturday morning.  Oliver arrived promptly and then was able to identify the cause of the leak.  The repair was completed very quickly.  Extremely pleased with the service provided.

We had a sewer line back up in our front yard - pretty gross.  They came out the same day and the plumber told me that it was the city's line.  He suggested that I call 311 and that the city would fix it for us for free.  Nice, professional and very honest!

We have worked with C&K plumbing twice now and both times were short notice. Claude came out and went above and beyond to address our issue. He is personable, knowledgeable, and educates through the process. It's always stressful when a house issue arises and he makes the process stress free. We will never not use him and will always refer him to our friends who are in need of the services he provides.

I didn't use Supreme plumbing for my hot water heater emergency. They contacted me within 2 hours of me texting. This was on a Sunday morning at 7a. They were the 2nd plumber to contact me. Went with the first, which responded in one hour. I will have them at the top of my list for any future plumbing emergencies.

Kevin answered our call early in the morning from a leak we noticed the day before. He had jibs early in the day but made an appointment for mid afternoon. He showed up earlier than expected and found the leak within a few minutes. He had recommended a Plummer but they were booked. He agreed to fix it himself. Which he did. The job was complete within a few hours. If you're looking for someone to find your leak Kevin is your guy. Very pleased with his response and service.

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Got a quote for a clogged toilet. Reasonably priced yet booked for the day. Needed service ASAP! The gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations! We had some home issues of prior owners cutting corners or incorrectly trying to do things on their own and unfortunately while replacing our water softener we ran into many issues and a few days later our water heater went out. American Eagle Plumbing to the rescue! We had an amazing experience working with them. They were able to help us right away, no waiting for weeks or up charge for immediacy. A true local, mom and pop company with human values. We're a younger couple with not a lot of emergency money to work with for when something big goes out and they were willing to work with us on payment and being able to pay in cash for a lower rate. We never felt like we were being taking advantage of or tricked into anything.

I've seen a few reviews about the long time that they were at their residence, but that was reassuring to me! They made sure the job was completely done perfectly. My husband and I both still work from home and we barely heard a peep. The work was done a few months ago and we have had zero future issues with our new water heater and water softener they helped install. I'm so grateful to them!

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

During our recent remodeling project we had to move a gas water heater (three feet).  Called Auger for a quote, personnel was very professional and courteous.  Technician was on-site within a day... and appeared very knowledgeable and competent.  

We were quoted around $2.5k for the project by Auger, while a competitor charged us $1.3k for that job.  Also, I noted similarly inflated price trend for a softener connection (asked for on-site quote).  There are a lot of things that go into pricing of work, so I wouldn't speculate on price discrepancy within industry.  

We did not use Auger this time, but I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them.

Whoever is using the name The King of Drains on Yelp in Austin appears to be a scammer even though I believe there is a legitimate company by that name in San Antonio. Raymond Jones at 737-600-2552 showed up, took a look at the plumbing, talked about doing thousands of dollars of work, requested $485 for apparently doing nothing about our slow drain, could only be paid by Zelle or CashApp, had the payment rescinded by CashApp to protect me, and hasn't been heard from since. Do not engage with this person or you will regret it!
