My AC was not working and I needed it fixed in a rush and they were able to get someone over within a couple hours. Thomas was the guy who showed up, he was very personable and knowledgeable. I thought this was going to cost me a ton of money and had no idea what was wrong with it, they probably could have ripped me off without me knowing, but they didn't. He had it running again within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp. His business is NOT closed. It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again. As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card. His phone number is 512-626-8036. Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

I needed to convert an old closet into a professional voiceover booth. Tony was super easy to work with, and took all of my considerations into account. The booth was built with decoupled walls, filled with acoustic insulation and finished out with a heavy acoustic door. The end result is a fantastic booth, exactly what I was looking for.
Hats off to Tony and his crew for doing a FANTASTIC job!

It's been smelling like farts and sewage in the house for over a year. Several plumbers have come by, but none have fixed the problem until Matt & co from Plumb Masters came. They diagnosed it, documented it, and fixed it. 18 month warranty to boot. House smells fresh as a daisy, and it's finally safe for our friends to come over! I recommend these professionals unconditionally. They're the best there is.

I called this afternoon at 2:06pm, someone came out within 20 minutes and the job (clogged bathroom sink) was completed by 2:50pm. The plumber was cordial, answered my questions clearly and our sink is working as expected. They also honored the yelp 15% discount so be sure to ask for it for first time customers.

I had a cracked main sewer line which had previously been repaired by ARS several years ago. I contacted C&K initially to clear the line, which they did within a day of contacting them. At the time, they also diagnosed the issue- roots getting into the drain within a foot of the access point.
I told Matt of C&K the ARS warranty was still good and I would contact them for repair. I contacted ARS, was told someone would call me back- no one did. A few days later I called again, was told someone would contact me- no one did. I called one more time, same thing, no one ever called me back. I could not wait much longer to get this repaired and had to clean the line again.
Since ARS never responded I called C&K about the repair and was able to schedule it about 4 days out. I had planned to take out the shrubs around the access point anyway and asked C&K if they would work with me on the price if I did the initial digging and they agreed. I was told the amount would vary depending on how much I was able to get done.
They showed up on time and got to work. I had dug far enough to find the issue. It wasn't a crack in the pipe, it was the sleeve ARS put on that had slid off. ARS had told me they put on a flexible joint that would prevent settling of dirt/foundation to crack the pipe again. Well, it didn't crack- their repair didn't hold.
C&K finished up in a couple of hours, completely redesigned the line to take pressure off the joint and said the way it had been done previously was going to fail due to lack of proper installation and not properly packing the dirt upon completion. The picture is the ARS failed joint, I was so happy I forgot to take pictures of the new line......oops. Essentially, they moved the flexible portion off of a 45 degree and placed it on a straight pipe to allow for movement but without the pressure of the angle. It made sense to me.
I will use C&K from here on out for plumbing and refer them to others. They were prompt, courteous, and fair with pricing. They reduced the repair costs since I had dug the hole. It was more than I had originally thought it might be too.
If you have plumbing issues, definitely give C&K a call.

I would give this company 0 stars if Yelp would let me. Let me start by saying that I am not a plumber, I am pretty handy, but I am no plumber. My project was to upgrade the dishwasher. Simple, until the hot water shut off valve under the kitchen sink broke. I shut off the water at the meter and took off both valves (why not replace both 14 year old valves while I'm at it, right). These were compression valves, not threaded or soldered. I picked two 1/4 turn valves up at HD and tried to match them up. The ferrule on the pipe was set back too far for the new valve to screw right up, and it wouldn't budge. Knowing that I reached the end of my abilities and not wanting to bugger up the pipe trying to take it off, I called a plumber. These jokers showed up the same afternoon, which was awesome. The plumber had a strong NE accent and toted around a young Texan helper. I told the guy my situtation and how I didn't want to create more work by giving it the old college try. I had two new valves, and already hooked up the dishwasher and sink line to a new T so he could just put the new valves in and be golden. He used his own, mismatched, parts (allowing me to return $20 in HD parts), but the cold water was a fancy 1/4 turn valve and the hot was the old style, multi-turn valve, simply because it was a dual outlet valve. He criticized me because I offered that T as a simple solution to the single outlet valve I wanted on there. He hooked it up and it worked! Great. A 20 minute job, exactly what I was hoping for. BUT, he decided he wanted to hook up the dishwasher to the tap. Since it wasn't in his scope of work, I suggested I would take care of that. He said he could do it, and then proceeded to crossthread the plastic supply connection on the unit. I noticed it when I was sitting at the kitchen table, hoping he would catch it before he turn the water back on. NOPE. All he did was give me the evil eye and a condescending response when I told him it was crossthreaded. Water gets turned on I mentioned that it was leaking. He didn't believe me, I told him again, more forcefully, that it was leaking and flooding the kitchen. He had to put his eyes on it before he cut off the water. He then blamed it on the fitting, that it was junk, and insisted that it was not crossthreaded. WRONG, the fitting was brand new, out of the box that HD sold with the unit. What was junk was the installer. At that point my patience was thinning and I explained that I know what crossthreading looks like, and that it was indeed crossthreaded. I told him I would finish the install and clean up his mess which took two bathtowels. I did get a handshake and a fake smile when I signed his workorder.
Point being, this guy/company needs a lesson in customer service. You expect a professional when you're paying the bill. When you get less than par, attitude and a partially flooded kitchen, expect me to give that attitude right back. Remember, you're in MY house and I'm the customer. I'll be nice, courteous and respectful up to the exact point when I don't have to be. Needless to say, I still don't have a plumber I trust and will not go back to this company.

Our water heater started having problems and was about due for a replacement. Supreme was able to come out quickly and replace the unit efficiently and at a competitively fair price. They kept excellent communication throughout the project to let me know about any issues that may increase the total cost vs the estimate so there were no surprises at payment. Highly recommended!

This company is very awesome at their job and Kevin was right on time and found the problem within minutes and relayed what needed to be fixed to my plumber so that they would be prepared to do the job correctly If I ever have a problem againI'mm going to these professionals every time without hesitation.
Thank you again Kevin

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

I spoke with three plumbers and chose Butch at Marshall Plumbing for his knowledge over the other two highly recommended plumbers. He was the lowest bid on a job involving 13 individually owned condos. He was on time, very professional and all of the owners were very satisfied with his work on an older property. He did such a good job he was asked back the next week to install four additional toilets. He charged us a lower rate than expected and actually provided some parts and much knowledge at no extra charge. I will use him again on larger commercial or small residential jobs.

Ross Plumbing is 1000% committed and determined to fix your problem. They are very responsive and always show up on time. They are high-quality plumbers who are amazing people.
Ross Plumbing was recommended to me by the folks at Glass Well and I'm glad they did. Cody and Clint have taken care of several fairly routine plumbing issues for me and have been prompt, courteous, and reasonable.
More recently I've had a water heater problem. They replaced it but there were still issues. Over a couple of weeks they came out several times (no charge) and tired different solutions. When I mentioned I had a high flow rate on my water softener but no one could find a leak, even the plumbers with fancy technology, Clint ruled out other issues and finally discovered that yes, there was a slab leak from the water heater. We had all been stumped for months, but using reason and the process of elimination, plus his plumbing knowledge, Clint nailed it. Although it will be costly to fix this, at least now I know what the problem is and we can work around it till it's fixed. And if this ends up being a job beyond the scope of what Cody Ross Plumbing does, I will use Leroy Ross (Cody's father), who does construction plumbing.
In summary, they're the best around on all fronts. I cannot rate them high enough for what they've done.

1, They gave an appointment 1 week out and confirmed on text that free estimate would be provided for repair when they came out
2. Talked on phone with tech 1 day before. He did not mention any extra fees. Then he texted saying we are coming out for free but there may be a charge to identify what parts need to be replaced. What a joke
3. When i asked how much, texted back USUSALLY 190-259, cost of repair would be additional
4. I complained about the bait and switch 1 week after appointment, and mentioned Angies list reviews. Then their tune was slightly changed if we have to spend time troubleshooting the unit the fee will be in place
I would avoid. The fee should have been mentioned up front, instead of texting me free estimate when the issue with water heater had already been described. Then when homeowner is helpless, describing the fees last minute.
Go with plumbmasters or other that charge fixed 89$ fee and apply it to repairs and are clear about the fees upfront.

This company did the plumbing install on our new house. We had problems from the start. We had out clean out clogged several times. Finally the city came out and ran a camera through the pipe. Their report was shocking and acurate.
The pipe had unnecessary bends, was crushed with a large rock and root, and had a blocked off y fitting in the section. What a joke. Totally Inane...

Whoever is using the name The King of Drains on Yelp in Austin appears to be a scammer even though I believe there is a legitimate company by that name in San Antonio. Raymond Jones at 737-600-2552 showed up, took a look at the plumbing, talked about doing thousands of dollars of work, requested $485 for apparently doing nothing about our slow drain, could only be paid by Zelle or CashApp, had the payment rescinded by CashApp to protect me, and hasn't been heard from since. Do not engage with this person or you will regret it!
