yes, my experience with them is as good as it gets literally. I had gone to Green Leaf (SEE UPDATE BELOW)  for leak check and paid $139 to do a leak check. I was told one of the coil is leaking and was given big estimate. Instead of using them, I decided to use yelp to get more estimates. Brian called first and he gave me a quote that I was extremely happy. I gave him a go ahead. But he said before replacing the unit, they also need to do leak check. Long story short, no leak was found after doing pressure check and other tests they performed. I was not charged and the only thing bothers me that the technicians left without telling my kids as I had to go to Doctor's appointment. I wanted them to show appreciation to their hard and honest work. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!

UPDATE: The owner of the Green Leaf visited himself and located a very small leak using leak detector tool. He then personally showed me a very small leak using soapy water for bubbles where his leak detector tool had indicated.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

A year and a half after they completed my project,  I reached out to Tony because of a new issue I was having with one of the doors.  They came out and re-hung the door.  It's clear that they are committed to long term customers who have repeat business.  Highly recommend this local, family owned business.

I called yesterday to schedule a maintenance check to fulfill a platinum warranty we purchased a year ago; got it scheduled the next day. Joe & Rob arrived on time & did a thorough job flushing the water heater, clearing an obstruction in the sewer line (detected w/ a  sewer line camera) & completed a visual check under the sinks. Great job guys! Plumb Masters came out a year ago for a condensate line leak from a clogged bath drain& did a fantastic job then too. I highly recommend this company!

We have used Lanier Plumbing twice in the past few months and both times we were very impressed with the work that they did and what they charged, plus they came out promptly after we called.  We highly recommend this company.  Phillip came the first time and we requested him the second time, and they were happy to accommodate our request.  Part of the work that Phillip did was highly technical and we were very impressed.

Water heater started to leak Sunday at 5 pm and there is nothing worst then trying to call a 24hr plumbing service and getting a recording saying their office is close.  I was able to get a hold of a company who sent out a AC tech (he must have been on call) to tell me that my water heater was leaking (was charge $170 to show up), who then called in their plumber who came over and told me yup, water heater need to be replace and gave me an estimate of $2400 to replace a water heater.  (I shouldn't be to hard on this company, the AC guy was able to determine where the leak was and did tighten something to stop the leak.. so the $170 was worth it but the $2400 quote for the water heater was highway robbery!!)

I don't know much about plumbing but I do know that a water heater start around $299 add labor say $1000 (I'm being generous) and it can't be more then $1200.  So I told the guy I will have to call around to get another quote.  Well to my surprise I was right a few place started their bid right around $1200.  Then I  got in touch with Claude (and I am so glad I did) he showed up to my house 20 min later. this was at 6:45 am. He took some measurement and explained what he was going to do and gave me a quote for $990 for a brand new water heater that is with parts and labor.  That was music to my ears, I asked him when he can do it, he said he can put me on the schedule for around noon time and was done by 2 pm.  

I have to say best customer service and pricing ever.  No upcharge, just gave me a quote and did the job in a timely manner.  Thank you Claude, will definitely recommend C & K Plumbing to my friends and family.  Even his wife Nancy who answer the phone was awesome, do yourself a favor and call them if you need plumbing done.

Last March, I had a high flow water filter installed to filter sediment out of the water supplied to the water softening unit.  The handyman who installed this filter used galvanized connectors to flex tubing.  Over a period of 6 months these connectors began to rust and leak.  The handyman was not a licensed plumber.   I contacted Affordable Plus Plumbing to replace these flex tubes and their connectors.  Richard, the owner and a master plumber, professionally evaluated the problem and replaced the existing tubing with CPVC piping.  Richard and Joe, his son, arrived on time, performed a great job, and were personable.   Their fees were most reasonable.  I will use Affordable Plumbing again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Jimmy showed up right on time and answered all questions I had.  Quality workmanship on our plumbing needs.

Can't say enough. I'm a single mom, recently divorced  dealing with a house that has all kinds of maintenance issues Im just getting my head around. One night around midnight with three kids in bed, I had a major  plumbing crisis ... toilets overflowing...septic backing up. I looked for a recommended emergency plumber on a neighborhood listserve.  I found supreme plumbing. This kid responded immediately to my text and showed up first thing the next morning after explaining to me that night how to mitigate the immediate crisis.   He  is super professional, more knowledgeable than any plumber I've ever used, and completely transparent/ upfront about costs.

We had a pretty complicated plumbing-septic  mess that had been going on for a while that no one before could figure out. Supreme plumbing finally got it solved without charging me a fortune.

By far world class. Kevin has been beyond attentive and helpful in helping detect or foundation leak. He confirms everything with us as well as with the plumbing company we are using. It's hard to find a genuine company with outstanding work ethics- but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommended.

Reliable, reasonably priced and solid workmanship. Has done multiple jobs from simple faucet install to complex repair (reconnected bath drain in the slab requiring jack hammering to make a difficult reconnect to fix the leak. Also replaced water heater and replaced copper pipe after a freeze. Highly recommende!

Great service!  Raul was so friendly and responsive.  I had a need water pressure meter installed.  He made sure I was getting strong pressure in all of my faucets and shower heads.

I'm a new client of Ross Plumbing.  Clint replaced a damaged copper line with PEX - supporting a recirculating hot water pump attached to my water heater.  Ross Plumbing scheduled me quickly, and the repair is awesome.  Clint was knowledgable, super friendly and the price was fair.  Ross Plumbing is my go-to plumber moving forward.  Thank you again Clint!

Way over priced on the estimate and charged me $59 to give me this outrageous estimate.  Always get two estimates because these guys are overpriced. 60% higher than another bid from the same area.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

If I could give Kent and his team at AAA 10 stars, I would! What started as a horrible experience turned into amazing! Kent called me and we talked and they came out and fixed what needed fixed.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was shown to us. I spent 5 years working in HVAC and so I am always happy to see this level of service in the trades.

He did fix my initial problem, but then he talked me into more.  At which point the accounting started getting Really strange.  send me money became a refrain alternated with but I'm saving you so much  I ended up over paying him $1297.  And in stead of just mailing me that money, he wanted to give me a check for the entire amount I had paid and then I woud give him a check for what I owed.  When I told him his check would have to clear before I could give him another check, he has quit calling.  

This seems like a scam to me
