Never thought that my house would be severely damaged by fireworks but it happened. Colony home was recommended to us. It was the best decision we could have made. Mr. John Flores and his employees and subcontractors did an outstanding job from start to finish. With my wife and I not having any experience with this kind of situation, we were incredibly blessed to have Mr. Flores on our side. He took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction process. Especially when it came to working with the insurance company. Every step was explained. Every question answered. Every doubt cleared.
The end result went beyond our expectations. We are back in our completely reconstructed home. It is beautiful. It is solid and it is better than before.

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

I can't praise these guys enough. I have been using them for about 11 years and they always do great work with my yard maintenance, landscaping, and any sprinkler repairs that are needed. They have also helped with some close friends sprinkler install, and they have been happy with that work as well. Very fair prices, and always gets the job done right!

Mike from Advanced Plumbing was wonderful.  He came out and assessed the problem we'd been having in our master shower. For years, the faucet had been wiggly and the water pressure was so low we could hardly rinse off.  Mike repaired this problem efficiently and skillfully.
He was professional, friendly and courteous. The cost was reasonable and included a new faucet and valve for our shower.  He needed to access the plumbing through a panel he created but he cleaned up after himself very thoroughly.  We would definitely call Advanced Plumbing again for our plumbing needs.

Reliable company with knowledgeable technicians. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and solved the issue on a weekend within 2 hours. My only complaint is that they left a huge hole and mess in my yard and driveway and I was to left to input a new irrigation box and clean everything. If I'm paying $200/hr after hours you'd think you could spend 30 more minutes to finish the job and put the new box. It took me longer to do it because I don't do it every day.

We love Doug's Plumbing! We've owned our home for almost 4 years and had to (unfortunately) call Doug's a few times.
We had a water main break in our front yard before we were heading out of town for my brother's wedding. It was taken care of and we were able to enjoy the wedding weekend.
Our septic tank backed up after we had a large get together at our house. The culprit was likely flushable (which really aren't flushable) wipes, but they were out to our house the day we called and fixed the issue promptly.
About a year ago, we thought there was a gas leak with 1 of our water heaters. We got the inspection done and luckily there was no leak. We opted to have their annual maintenance plan and received a discount on the services. AND with the maintenance plan you get all things plumbing related serviced in your home. It was definitely worth it.
Doug came out today for the annual plumbing checkup and was a great guy. He helped tighten up things that needed to be tightened and drain things that needed to be drained with a smile on his face and some useful tips.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

What can I say besides this has been the best company I have worked for. The office staff is wonderful and always happy. The owner Ldon was there always when I had a question and would work right beside you. I truly had a wonderful time working here. They truly value their clients and the personnel. Fantastic service I received from Eric. He showed up promptly and was very thorough and friendly. Explained things in a way that I could understand, and did not treat me like many service people treat women. He thoroughly diagnosed the on-going problem, and a simple fix, offered to get the part for me or said I could go to Home Depot and buy one myself. He then happily looked at several different things that I added on last minute (ie: replacement toilet estimates--half of what I'd been quoted in the past--and tub handles in which immediately started a search for missing parts) Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my review is not a positive one.  I called Tony this morning after being referred to him by another plumber.  He was supposed to show up between 11 and 1 but did not.  I had to call him to find out why he never showed up.  He said he was so busy he had lost track of time.  He arrived at 2pm with equipment that did not work.  (Electric snake, for which he apparently has to order a part.)  So now, on a Friday afternoon, we have to find someone else.  Guess we'll be making more than One Call.  He did not charge us, which I appreciate, but we will not be calling him again.

I had a weekend/holiday plumbing service performed. It was expensive as you would expect, but the on-call plumber was very friendly and gave me some things to try on the phone that could help prevent them from coming out at all. I thought that was above and beyond. When he did arrive he was friendly and professional. He arrived quickly and  on time and then got right to work to make sure to minimize labor costs. I would use 1st plumbing again, in an emergency or not.  Great service.

Very efficient, we're 10 mins early and answered all my questions. I would recommend Alamo Water for their service

***SCAM ALERT!!!!!*** This company sold me on their sonar leak detection services at 400/hr.  The guys sat on the ground at the water main w/o any special equipment and then after an hour (and a 400.00 bill) told me he couldn't hear anything it was too windy.  He was also supposed to fix my leaking shower faucet but told me he wasn't qualified to do that repair either.

I hired an irrigation company and they fixed the problem outdoor leak in 20 min.

Called Radiant after having two other plumbing companies come view the leak in our front yard. One of them recommended Radiant stating that Radiant would have special leak detecting equipment. The Radiant repairman was extremely deceptive in explaining the pricing, making it seem as though the work would be on the lesser end yet it ended up being on the higher end. It was an easier job and would be less he said, about 600 something he said, it was actually1400 something! So to locate and expose the leak (it was in the front yard a few inches down) I was charged 1100.00. He asked for payment at each step of the process, when I told him I would pay him one time when the job was complete he asked for payment before the repair was even attempted. The repair was very easy to locate, to uncover and to fix and I was charged wayyyy to much. I called the service manager to contest the charge, they processed the payment anyway and told me the best they could do was refund a small portion of the charge. To boot, the tech left my rock work a muddy mess.
