I really cannot praise this company enough. Rian is perhaps one of the best employees I've ever encountered. He ensured that my place look decent while taking care of a leak.

Came out here on my schedule to help me with a problematic situation. He scheduled a construction estimator the same time he was there.

I'm well on track on having my repairs fixed in under 2 weeks.

I have yet to meet Felix but when I need plumbing work done I am calling him!! I have heard about him from several sources, so he can't be influencing unfairly. Hope it's okay to pass this on to others looking for a good plumber!

These guys are awesome. My wife coordinates all the basic landscaping needs and their professionalism has always been the best. We moved from Teravista to Paloma Lake, I was trimming bushes and getting other things trimmed up before the sell of the house. I made a pretty big mess and planned to use a rake to clean it up. They happened to pull up for the lawn. After they finished the lawn, they did the regular blow clean up and went above and beyond and started blowing the other landscaping trimmings and helped me put it in the trash can. We continued their service at our Paloma Lake house and now they also do our neighbors. There prices have stayed very steady and reasonable. They show up like clock work, we leave the money in a hidden place and have never had any issues (9 years of service and going).

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

These guys are the nicest, most professional plumbers I've ever worked with.  Professional on the phone, punctual.  Love their communication.  This would be a five star rating except for the price.  I paid $300 for them to clear 2 slow draining sinks of hair clogs.  They arrived at my home at 10:00 and were gone just before 10:40.  The actual work took less than 10 minutes.  

In their defense, they showed me the price and I agreed to it, but that was before we knew how easy this job would end up being.  I assumed it was a much bigger problem.  Based on their stellar reviews I would have expected them to discount the work more after we learned how easy the repair was to complete.

I appreciate and respect that this is a small business and they need everything they can get to succeed, but I do feel that I was overcharged for the amount of work that was performed.  I am not sure if I will use them in the future or not, but that's solely based on price.  I would rate them 5 for service and 2 for price.  I gave them a 4 star in the end because 3 felt too harsh.

I just want to start with I'm a female first time expanding business owner who's knows literally NOTHING about plumbing. David helped me understand exactly what I'd need for my salon and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone needing commercial or residential plumbing. I appreciate that you and your team were on time and got the work done promptly and correctly! We will use you for any and all our future plumbing endeavors!

They are professional and do decent work. However, their fees are too high. Ask anyone in Smithville.
I had them do a couple of repairs. Afterwards, someone at the office called to check to see if I was satisfied. I said that one of the issues didn't appear to be fixed. They sent someone to follow up and that person spent a few minutes checking it out before determining there was no problem. Then they charged me an additional $60 for that. Their office is literally 5 blocks from my house and I spent a good chunk of change for the work already. Oh, and the problem they double checked persists.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

We called Cedar Park Plumbing to repair our water heater.  They diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to repair it.  They spent over an hour replacing the thermostat.  I expected an expensive bill, but was surprised (and pleased) when they handed me the bill.  Their prices are very reasonable!  They fix only what is broken and charge a fair price.  I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

Eric was quick to respond and got a crew to our house ASAP when we had a busted water heater flooding our garage. Jose and Ruben did a great job with the replacement and explained it all to me. I highly recommend these guys. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

This guy knows his business!  And his prices for emergency service are more than reasonable.

I had a stopped up drain. He snaked it out in less than 30 minutes packed up and was gone down the road. Simple job, he didn't make a big thing out of it

My dishwasher was leaking from the front door and I called 1st plumbing to ask if they could make sure it wasn't a clogged pipe or something.  It was a Saturday and Justin came within 45 minutes.  It wasn't a clogged pipe but the gasket on the front door of the dishwasher had eroded.  He charged me the $100 for coming on a Saturday, which I had been told in advance, and even though he worked for about 30 minutes there was no additional charge.  I will be calling 1st Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Fast, courteous, transparent with regard to fees, and a very professional person in Justin.

I was absolutely impressed by this company, from the customer service to the value, it was impeccable.We loved James and Angelica, how professional, informative, prompt and friendly they were! Even our huge 93 pound boxers couldn't get enough of them!
They took pride in representing the company and it really showed.
Also did a wonderful quick job with the maintenance and resin which is common when you have a water softener.
We have been with them 4 years or so and would not hesitate to highly recommend them, their outstanding company and service, they are wonderful! Great job!

GC Plumbing is a solid company with great people.  Do not be alarmed by the 1 and 2 star reviews.  People, like intelligence, varies, and honestly most of these issues in the negative reviews could have been resolved with the owners or service requestors spending a little more time researching or asking questions.  To the person wanting the thermal valve removed - it's there for your safety.  Don't ask a plumber to remove this.  It's a job you can/should do yourself so when you burn yourself or your family with water over 120 it's on you.  As far as the expensiveness goes, you get what you pay for, folks!  Case in point, we had a kitchen faucet and food grinder installed for around $300 from a big box store.  We then had to pay another $600 to have it fixed by GC.  Which they did happily and with full explanation of all issues and work.  Before you start grumbling or think we're not bright ourselves, bear in mind they also installed two items the big box contractor wouldn't and fixed the shoddy work he did.  Yes, GC has a $69 show up charge to diagnose and provide a 19-point inspection.  They clearly advertise it.  You know what else they do, they clearly heed your desire not to have the 19 point inspection performed.  If $69 breaks your budget, ask if it can be credited against the service call?  These folks are knowledgeable and helpful, and most of all unlike most trades they actually answer the phone and show up when they say they are going to.

Frustrating experience with customer service / scheduling.

I've had a decent experience with Radiant in the past and decided to try them out again. I called Wednesday evening to set up an appointment to have a faucet and garbage disposal installed and was told someone would be able to come between 11 and noon the following day. I hadn't gotten an update so I called the office around 11 on Thursday and was told a technician wouldn't be able to come out for a few weeks at the earliest.  I explained that I had been told someone would be able to come out today but the customer service rep didn't seem interested in trying to accommodate at all.

Very frustrating. Found someone else (Roto-Rooter Plumbing) and won't be calling Radiant Plumbing again.
