Pru and O'Con were very professional and solved the problems they were presented with. Not only that, but they also gave future advice and answered all questions. They helped clear a faucet that was down to a dribble, and replaced a broken faucet with a new one that didn't quite fit, so they used power tools and all to get it to fit. They were both very friendly, and fun to have as almost like visitors in my home!

Felix is the pipe whisperer. I've never seen anyone who can diagnose a problem and fix it as quickly as Felix. He is prompt, works fast, and gets the job done. I had to call him on the morning Christmas Eve to fix a leaky toilet, and he was there within 30 minutes after I called him to take care of it. Now that is what I call service! I always call Felix when I need a plumber. I've recommended him to several friends, and they call him now, too. Felix is the best by far!

AT&T is currently putting new cable in my neighborhood.  As a result, they had to place huge holes in my yard.  After the construction, the cable trenching company brought JNS out to fix my lawn and sprinklers.  JNS did an excellent job matching the sod to my existing lawn, fixing the sprinklers, adjusting them and giving me great instructions on how to care for the new sod in the July Texas heat so that it survived.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

My water heater failed (at the worst possible moment hahaha) and he quickly came to diagnose the problem and in less than 40 minutes from my initial phone call, he already had a new water heater at my house quickly. He came because he takes jobs from select home warranty. Select Warranty did not cover breaks in the water heater (that is ridiculous, whats the point ??).  In an hour he already had my old unit out and was installing the new intake lines in an instant. The whole installation took less than 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable and I feel that I could trust him. He explained to me all the questions that I have about plumbing on the spot. He is personable, friendly and professional and I appreciate that.

He got me out of that bind quickly. The price was a steep for a water heater install (I realized that later, he did the job short notice i suppose it is worth the up charge to a certain extent) but he was prepared, thorough and the work looks solid. He gave me several options and fielded all my questions. His work is guaranteed for 2 years.

I did not do my due diligence because of time constraints. Regardless, he was quick and was straight forward with me and did quality work.

we have used this company in the past and found them to be reasonably priced cant say the same this last time  we had the waste disposal under the sink replaced altou the tech came on time and did a excellant job the price at over $300  bucks seemed  a little high the price quoted for the  unit was about $110 the rest was labor. i  checked in the hardware store where the unit was purchased and price was around$ 90 with  discount for contractors making it $88and they install it for $103..  seems a little more for   time  than i was charged before and that was a* after hours job*.
did not recognize the  crew who  came this time ,perhaps its who does the job as to how  much you are charged,i give  a lot of referalls   for this company as to pricing  might have  to reconsider next time  im asked... still good work so  deserves a 3

I called Doug's to install a new faucet/drain set (which my wife had already purchased) for the bathroom sink and also to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. Jason was the plumber sent to handle this call, and he handled those problems in an entirely professional manner. In particular: for the installation he explained the cost and then, upon our approval, took his time (though it was more than he had anticipated) to make sure that it was done not just properly but also optimally.  He then examined the leaky faucet and pointed out that installing an entirely new unit would cost little more than repairing the old one; he recommended that we forgo the repair, get a new faucet set, and call back later to have it installed -- advice for which we were grateful and that we followed. Throughout, Jason was friendly and helpful; he also cleaned up the work area thoroughly upon completion and, while inside the house, even covered his shoes with protective booties to help preserve our floors.
    Hence I do not hesitate to recommend Doug's for plumbing service. The only caveat is that, instead of charging by the hour for labor, that cost is set *in advance* by their book. This means the fee may end up being *more* than that with a plumber who simply charges an hourly rate; in that sense, a book-style pricing policy is to the vendor's advantage. At the same time, though, the resulting fixed prices are an advantage for the customer whenever (as happened with our bathroom faucet installation) the project takes *longer* than the book's pricing would predict.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

While installing a water softener I was surprised to find out that the shut-off valve in the garage also connected to the two outside hose faucets.... it's bad to have these running soft water.  I called Cedar Park plumbing to re-do the plumbing to connect these faucets to hard water.  I was expecting a nightmare trying to get someone to actually call me back and work in my attic, but Bill gave me a reasonable quote and did all the work in a very short period of time.  I highly recommend Cedar Park plumbing.

The owner is incredibly rude. He had a horrible attitude and was snappy with me while asking questions about his services. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this person in anyway shape or form.

I called them for a competitive quote on a major repair job (cracked sewer line). They responded quicker than anyone else, and had the best quoted price by far.  When I gave the go-ahead, they were able to get the job started the next day, which is super fast for a major repair.  After digging the hole and inspecting the crack, they identified the location to be city/MUD responsibility. I had tried for a year to get the MUD to accept responsibility. Tony and Jonathan did a great job of writing a very detailed analysis of the problem, and the MUD finally accepted responsibility. Tony only charged me for the work they did (way less than the quoted price) and saved me lots of money and time with his documented analysis. Quick, honest, and fair. I will definitely call them again.

On Aug.30, 2019, I called this company about a malfunctioning AC thermostat. I had used them in the past, and although they seemed pricy, had been happy with their work.
I called and was told a technician would be there between twelve and four. A few minute later I got a call and was told a tech. could come right over.
Chris Wyatt arrived. I had met him before. He is a very pleasant person and seems to know his business.
I told him the problem and he said he had a thermostat with him.
Before he began, I asked him how much the thermostat cost. $325 he said. I was quite surprised. I had thought they would be no more than a  hundred or so.
Anyway, he completed the installation in a few minutes (it's a simple two wire hookup), And I paid him. About $375 total.  ) I became curious the next day. I looked it up on the internet. $50-60 retail! The exact same thermostat! A 700% mark-up! I felt ripped off and like a fool.
Needless to say, I will never use this company again.
For you technicians, including you Chris Wyatt, I hope you sleep well at night knowing how you rip people off. Remember, what goes around, comes around!

We had a leak on our reverse osmosis filter over the weekend. I called after hours and they called me right back to walk me through turning off the system and sent someone out first thing on Monday. James was super friendly and helpful and taught me how to keep our system running well! It was such a breath of fresh air to work with a company with such great customer service! I never leave reviews, but they were the best! Will definitely be using them again.

These folks are con artists, stay far away. They just came out and quoted me $2500 to replace a standard water heater. Bunch of jokers wasting people's time, and the ones who agree to it are getting robbed. Shame on y'all.

So , we had our furnace go out in October and I replaced every part I could but could not get the 25 plus year old unit we had to fire up. So, we called Radiant plumbing the phone call and was pleasant super nice lady set us up with a technician the next day. Technician arrived on time and Radiant sent me a text message of the photo of my tech and my tech really tried everything to get my unit to work but I could see it was time to get a new one. My tech set me up an appointment with a specialist to diagnose what a needed with my outdoor unit in mind and the square footage of my home. The he specialized person arrived on time and I was sent a quote of the new unit and I approved the quote a few hours later. The representative called me later to set up my appointment and to receive 50% of the cost as a down payment. The appointment was at 8 in the morning and it was 36 degrees, they were on time and extremely friendly, I opened the garage door and they took over and removed the old unit and made the adjustments needed to fit the new unit. My technician asked to run the cooling and heating modes to ensure a perfect job and they got it done in under 4 hours, they did not leave a mess and really it was the best job I have ever experienced.
