I had a sewage drain problem, and while Felix said that was beyond his expertise, he gave me a personal reference to another company to help me out, and it was all fixed within an hour!  THEN he called the next morning to make sure it all worked out!  While I couldn't use him this time, I hope that if I need plumbing help another time, that he's available to help me out again.  Very professional and works with what's best for the customer!

These guys did a great job replacing a busted sprinkler valve for me. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and did great work. I'd definitely recommend them.

We needed a repair done under our foundation, and his crew were so fast and tidy we hardly knew they were even there. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what the solution was, answering all our questions. His prices are very reasonable, and the job was completed very promptly. I won't ever call anyone else for any plumbing work.

Doug's Plumbing is great! We have used them exclusively for 20 years for our various plumbing needs, from burst water pipes to replacing toilets to running new water lines, and just about anything else you can think of. The plumbers are always very professional and genuinely nice guys. They come out quickly for emergencies and show up on time when scheduled. They have always done a great job for us and are reasonably priced. We don't have to worry when we call Doug's. We know they will take care of us.

Me. Plumber did an outstanding job today for an extremely reasonable price.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and the care they took with my house.  Very highly recommend these guys.  Formerly Steve's Plumbing!  Rosendo and his helper are awesome for sure.

They are a quality company, helping at my home and a place if employment. Both situations were handled in a timely manner and fixed the plumbing problems!!!

I have needed these guys on several occasions for my 85-year-old house in Travis Heights. I can't say enough good things about them. I was a little hesitant about calling them first because they are based in Lakeway and I'm in Travis Heights but that has never been an issue.
You may have to leave a message with Eric when you first call, but he is good about getting back to you quickly.

Tony was the least expensive and least invasive plumber out of a pool of three plumbers who bid to fix a leak behind a wall.  

What I appreciated about Tony is that he said he would try easier fixes and escalate as necessary to fix the problem.  A few other plumbers I talked to wanted to start knocking holes in the walls to address the leak.  Tony was able to address the leak through the spout opening in the shower area, thus preventing wall damage.  He also treated the wet area for mold and installed a small vent in the wall which is hardly noticeable.  

The whole ordeal cost me $175.  I do not have much history with plumbing repair costs, but I believe that is a pretty good deal.

Highly recommend! They were fast, clean, friendly, and cost efficient.  David was at my place when he said he would be there, rare for any service company nowadays

Our Alamo Water System has been in for about one year (RO & Whole House). We had Caleb out today for our first RO filter change and a main softener check.  He is super knowledgeable about the systems. I mentioned offhand that I had a few hard water marks appear on some black pants, and he knew the adjustment to fix that for us right away.  He also spent time with the hubs explaining the recharge cycle to us again too.

Shout out to Caleb! He's super friendly and knows literally everything about how the Alamo Softeners work. We really appreciated his excellent customer service during our appointment today.

We have had good experiences with Alamo, from installing and servicing our water softeners and filters. If you are on the fence about getting one, it's a top improvement for our house. In Lakeway/Austin we have really high chlorine levels in the muni water and high ammonia from time to time too. Our family loves the clean drinking and cooking water from the reverse osmosis filter faucet and the lack of hard water stains in the sinks and fixtures. (Also, no more chlorine smell)

These guys really helped us out in a bind when our hot water heater crapped out and leaked all over our floors and into the walls. They came out same day, were upfront on work needed and cost, and very speedy on fixing the problem. I had called several other plumbers before finding them and they were more expensive and couldn't get the parts as quick. Jarrod and Cody were very friendly and professional and I will be recommending them to friends and family for plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

I called Radiant in an emergency and Louie came out.  He was responsive, honest, customer service oriented, and fast. The underlying problem was attributable to a portion of the City's line that got backed up.  Instead of just fixing the issue himself and charging me (I wouldn't have known either way based on the location of the pipe and the related issue), he suggested that I call the City first.  In the interim, Louie fixed some damage that occurred as a result of the back up and waited until the City arrived.  The City confirmed that it was their portion of the pipe causing the trouble and they repaired it themselves that same evening.  Louie didn't leave until the City completed their review and diagnosis and confirmed that the City would pick up the bill and do the work.  Radiant called the following day to make sure everything with the City had gone well and that I didn't have any additional issues.   I was very pleasantly surprised with my entire Radiant experience.  Call Radiant and ask for Louie!
