I had a water heater problem after the 2021 winter storm in Austin. I contacted Crow's Plumbing service. Although there were some communication problems with the appointment but eventually it was settled and they showed up on time. Paul and his partner looked into the problem and fix it in less than 30 minutes and charged me a very reasonable price. I had other plumber looked into the water heater and their answer were : 1) replace the pilot light assembly for $600, but won't guarantee to fix the problem ( what a joke ); 2) replace the whole water heater for $2000 or $1500 ( for a basic model ). It goes without saying, I'm very impressed with the skill of Crow's people and most impressed with their honesty for not asking or finding unnecessary work or parts to charge more. If we have plumbing problems in the future we will be a returned customer for sure.
Highly recommended.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

They came in within days after I called, and took care of my issue quickly and easily in my technician was super great and very transparent

Needed a plumber, called Liberty Hill Plumbing and left a voicemail message. Within a couple of minutes received a call from Ray, who provided me with a reasonable cost estimate for the work and schedule the job for a day and time that was convenient for my wife and I. On the scheduled date, Ray arrived on time, completed the work (great job) and the cost was as quoted. We will definitely being calling Liberty Hill Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I encountered Plumbing Outfitters when my GC used him to install a new bathroom. Warren was awesome! My 7 yr old son didn't know he was working on the plumbing and decided to take a bath. When he let his water out Warren got an unexpected shower. He was so sweet about it and handled it like a pro. I had a minor leak that was detected after he left and he offered to come back that night after he had been here past 6. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. True Texas service!

YOU be the judge. Received a quote from Just-in-time to disconnect kitchen sink and disposal and bathroom sink so they could be pulled along with the
counter tops to install new counters and sinks in both rooms. Then, of course, once the new counter tops and sinks/disposal were installed, the need was to
be timely in re-connecting the plumbing so the down time would be minimal. The agreement for the completed job was some over 7 bills, somewhat pricey but,
everyone gets their pound of flesh these days, what can you do? Justin was accommodating in getting here for the disconnect the day before the new counters
and sinks were to be installed. Once that was done, he was back in a timely manner for the re-connect. However, we had ordered a faucet for the bathroom sink
that had not come in so, he hooked up the kitchen sink and disposal and we had to arrange for him to come back for the last hookup when the faucet came in.
So, he collected payment for $565.00 for an hour's work with the reminder that when the bathroom faucet came in, that would be an additional $150.00, and left.
When the faucet came in, we called him and again, here he came in a timely manner. So, where's the gripe?, you might well ask.
As it happens, the bathroom sink was a different, modern style. When he looked under the cabinet and saw how the drain from the sink didn't match up with

This company provided an excellent service during our time of need. Our water heater went out and we needed to get it back on so we could bathe our baby that evening. They responded right away and sent a technician within a couple hours. The young man, Chris, showed up on time with a mask and was very polite and courteous. He was professional and took his time to assess the issue. He diagnosed the problem correctly and was able to solve a problem within minimal costs. Within the hour he left with our water heater up and running. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided. I highly recommend these people if you are in desperate need of a quick plumbing solution.

Raul Meza is an absolutely phenomenal man! And a great plumber. I met Raul while struggling to repair a broken water pipe at my home. As I was scrambling from one friend's house to another trying to find I saw Raul's truck pass in the opposite direction. The whole town was out of 1/2 inch copper pipe but as I pulled over next to Raul and explained my situation, he offered me some of his pipe. When I asked to pay him for it, he simply said, it all comes back around. He refused my payment and simply helped. It's tough to find good people in good times, but even better when someone stops and helps you out while you're in need. Great job, Raul!!!!

Saved me a ton of money! I was using another company for my A/C work and was leery when they wanted $3000 for mold remediation on a fairly new system. I called Parobek and Anthony went through my system and even took photos to show me that I did not have a mold problem. I already use them for my plumbing, so now they get my A/C work too!

Complete Professionals at a Very Reasonable Price
I called Diamond Irrigation after a disastrous experience with another irrigation repair company. I selected Diamond because they know backflow systems as well as irrigation systems. I was very impressed by George's knowledge and professionalism. The previous irrigation company had misdiagnosed my problem, did the wrong work, installed the wrong parts for the work they did, and fundamentally overlooked the correct and much cheaper solution to begin with. I had Diamond redo their work, and George did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Diamond Irrigation has my highest recommendation, and I wish I had called them in the first place.

Sewage suddenly started backing up in every drain in the house in Johnson City; not a good situation. Called WB on Sunday and they were out on Monday. It's been awhile so can't remember the names of the two gentlemen who expertly and quickly remedied the situation, but top notch job. Highly recommend W.B. Plumbing Company.

A model plumbing did a fantastic job on our hot water heater. It is a very difficult water heater to replace because it's on our second floor up in our attic. Mr. Terry worked tirelessly all day with his assistant to get our water heater put in properly. He even traveled over to East Austin to get the unusual size water heater. We highly recommend him and would use him again for our plumbing services.

When I initially meant this father and son team, I was so excited. They were friendly, and seemed professional and responsive. I hired them to do several jobs in a rental unit. From the beginning of work there began to be many glitches in our agreements and in the quality of the jobs. One included replace the plumbing in a shower tub combo and I noticed immediately that they had chipped the enamel of the iron tub while doing the job. I had to haggle with them to get them to refinish the tub to cover the chip. I started noticing that the quality of work was not the best and had to repeatedly ask for things that should have been part of the work such as a faulty tub spout that they wanted me to have to go and replace, even though they bought the part new from Home Depot. Then, white putting in a new door and frame on an outside storage room, they nicked a wire in the wall causing an entire circuit of lights and plugs to stop working. They refused to repair the issue and I ended up having to spend several hundred dollars with an electrician to get it fixed. I explained all of this to both the father and son, including pictures of the damaged wire, and they made it very clear that they would have nothing to do with it. The cost ended up not being worth going to small claims court, but I considered it given the bad workmanship. I recommend moving on and finding someone who has references. I learned my lesson.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

We had a minor leak in our guest bathroom. Dave came over and was able to identify the problem. It took a couple of weeks in between with hectic schedules to complete the job, but Dave was a professional. Very pleased with the job He did and would recommend him to anyone.

We had a Saturday evening plumbing emergency, and when we called our plumber, they did not answer or respond to our text.
I called Wilcoxen because they had great reviews from our neighbors on Nextdoor, and not only did they answer their phone, but they sent out Tim to solve our problem. He could not have been nicer, and he fixed us up so that we had water again, and could enjoy the rest of our weekend. We are very thankful for their excellent service.

JD lives in the modern world and can quickly be reached by text, which is amazing. Kitchen sink backed up and toilet repair needed. Immediately texted back someone would be at my house within an hour. One hour. UNHEARD OF. Plumber arrived in the time frame I was given. Problem quickly solved, money saved, reliable and honest. I felt like the price matched the work and was totally fair. Best experience I've had in Wimberley in the nine years I've been here.
