Service Agent Tim and Office Agent (Vivian ?) have both been extremely helpful. I cannot say enough great things about the superb level of customer service I have had with them. Tim went way beyond the call of duty, and on more than one occasion after handling a replacement of a water heater. I had found them through my Warranty Company and then hired Local Plumbing Service to handle work beyond the coverage.
Much thanks, and know you are in dedicated hands with this very thorough company.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and check out the condition of the plumbing on an older duplex I am purchasing. The lady on the phone said it would be $65 but when the tech came out it magically turned into $188. He said it was the piece of mind package. Only problem is he didn't get under the house like we asked or answer any questions we had. He basically walked around the house for 10 minutes and didn't look at anything we asked him to. So we ask him what he thinks a ballpark price is to update some on the water lines and he says around $6,500 and he would send us over a quote. So we are on day 4 after the appointment with no quote so I have to call to check and I had another guy tell me he can only give me an estimated bid since he doesn't have any measurements or much info. Which is weird because I paid $188 to have one of their techs come out to get measurements and get us a detailed quote. And to top everything off that $6,500 verbal quote turned into $45,000 which he said was on the low end. All and all this was the worst experience I have every had with a contractor and I deal with a lot of different companies being in real estate. I asked them to refund my money but they never did so beware when you use this company. Their lack of knowledge and customer service makes me wonder how they have such good reviews but steer clear. I ended up using Tiezte and my experience was much better and they only charged me $49 and actually did a full inspection

We have continuous plumbing problems because of the way the city laid out the water lines. We are at the end of a line and get a LOT of crud coming through our pipes. Warren just installed a device that will break up the crud so that it doesn't get stuck in everything. It's a lot cheaper and easier to maintain than a water softener, which is what I asked him about.
While here, he also fixed our broken kitchen faucet (broken since the last time the city messed with the water outside our house.
I also asked him, given our crud issue, whether we needed to replace our tankless hot water heater. He could easily have said yes and made a bunch of money. He said, No. As long as it's working fine, leave it alone. I really appreciated that.

Thank you Chris for helping me out with my rental property in Aliso viejo. Chris did a fantastic job replacing an old blown out water heater. Chris is a very professional hard working guy and most importantly extremely nice and educated in plumbing and as I found out many other things. Great guy. Great work. Highly recommend. BTW Chris is owner and operator, which is a far better choice than the large plumbing company's sending out employees who really don't care as much as Chris did.
Thanks bud

We chose BG Plumbing to install a new tankless water heater based on his bid and overall impression of competence. He arrived on time and completed the work in one day, leaving the place clean and swept. I was so impressed I called him back to do some repairs to fixtures, replacing some shutoff valves and finding and reparing a gas leak.
He's tidy, efficient and fairly priced. You can't go wrong. He does the work and it's done right.

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

We had to get the cast iron drain line for the whole duplex building replaced and was in a tight timeline as a neighbor was selling their unit. Raul worked with us and helped us meet the timeline, did a great job, and really helped us out in a pinch. I would definitely recommend Peanut Plumbing.

Al was awesome! He thoroughly explained the problem in a way that was easily understood. He also educated me on how the unit works and provided me with preventative measures. By the time Al left I was in good spirits knowing that not only is he extremely knowledgeable about his profession but also because I know I received a fair price.

Busy as all heck, but they still found time to swing by and check out our well switch and pressure gauge. Immediately recognized my issue is most likely a pressure gauge that I can pick up at a hardware store. Great people

I had an old on demand hot water heater go out and I contacted Danny from an ad on Craig's list.
You can never tell what kind of person you will find on Craig's list BUT this time it was very good!
Danny replaced the unit and even added an electrical outlet, since the new unit required it, which not something most plumbers would do.
The cost was very reasonable.
If you have any plumbing repair needs, I would start with A Model Plumbing!

These guys were able to help install an outlet in our garage for our new electric vehicle and then also help with some plumbing issues we had in our master bath. It's a family business and they are hard workers. We don't take holidays, was a true statement. These guys came and finished work in the days between Christmas and New Years. Will keep them in my phone book in case more jobs pop up around the house.

Found myself in a pinch and needed a plumber right away.
Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!
10/10 would recommend :)

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

A friend recommended David when we encountered a plumbing problem in our new digs needing immediate attention. David came out, fixed the problem, and took care of some other items as well. He worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing and why, which I always appreciate. His rates were reasonable. Although I hope I don't need his services again anytime soon, I would hire him again.

I NEVER write reviews but this company is so great it would be criminal not to do so. They return calls as promptly as possible, come when they say they will, do outstanding work at a fair price. The fact that they are so kind yet professional is just the icing on the cake. I have used them before and they were just as great then.

Had these guys come out a week before the holidays to fix a broken shower. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and honestly explain their pricing upfront, which goes by a traditional structure - hourly fee with the first hour being a little higher than following hours. The pricing is not cheap (though we did not price compare, I'm just saying from a pocket book perspective) yet you are getting good quality and thorough work. The guy had to order a part for our shower head, which meant coming back out a few days later - he did not double charge. I would definitely use these guys again, especially over the guys you hear on the radio offering free callouts and other tidbits - I'm guessing that they either don't know what they're doing or there are hidden charges. Don't go cheap on plumbing, these guys know what they're doing and they're in and out quickly.
