I'm a renter.  I've rented a lot of different places, but the rental agency I currently rent from is a really great, above average company.  One of the reasons they are amazing is because they care about maintaining the homes they rent out.  

In the year plus that I have lived in this house, I have had to have the air conditioning checked on about 2-3 times.  The first guy who came out was from Honest Air Conditioning and he was the nicest man ever, very kind to me and my little girl.  He figured out what was going on with the AC and recommended a new coil.  He then came back and installed it.

Today, we had Randy come out and check on the Air Conditioner as part of routine maintenance of the house.  Randy was incredibly nice, very thorough in his inspection, filled me in on what is going on with the AC and let me know that he's going to help make sure I'm not wasting money on electricity by making the AC more efficient.  He went (in my opinion) above and beyond today and made me feel very at ease.  

It can be difficult to have strangers come into your home and feel comfortable about it (at least for me), but both the men that have come to my house from Honest Air Conditioning were really nice, didn't make me uncomfortable, and were really good about keeping me thoroughly informed about exactly what they were doing and what they think is going on with my AC.  

I highly recommend Honest Air Conditioning.  It think they are really fairly priced and they do a good job inspecting and making repairs.

We needed a new gas cooktop installed, but I had dealt with a couple of unscrupulous plumbers in the last few months. So, this time I researched carefully and I am so glad I did! Plumber Near Me was responsive from the start. They arrived on time, were efficient, professional and friendly, did the installation promptly, explained how things worked, and cleaned up after themselves! Aiden could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this company.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Called to get maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Explained the process, pricing and were very reliable. Will definitely use them again!

I called on Monday to make sure the email I'd sent via his website on Sunday got through.  He said I don't know, I don't check my email unless someone calls me and tells me they sent me an email.  I told him we needed a bid on a sewer line replacement (which is listed on his website) and he said he doesn't do that anymore.  When I asked if he had anyone he's recommend, he told me a phone number.  I guess I could have asked for the name of the business he was recommending so there would be some clarity, but I gave up at that point.

We have used Osborn several times in the past year for our irrigation system, shower repair, and most recently our tankless water heater.  In each case, they have been extremely professional, prompt, and courteous.  Their work is well done, no re-do like we've had with other companies.  I highly recommend them.

Showed up on time within 30 minutes of call.  Came out when most would not.  Very satisfied with work performed.  Friendly and price was reasonable.

Lewis is very responsive and takes his time to do a great job.  I had him address a number of issues at my rental property and my home.  He is definitely the best handyman that I ever dealt with.  If you lived in the North Austin area and need some work done, you definitely need to contact Lewis.  His prices are reasonable and he does quality work.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Waynes Plumbing is fast, affordable and quick. Wayne came in, gave us an estimate that was lower than the other guys, completed the work in under 45 minutes. They were clean, polite, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask for?

WD Integrity plumbing is amazing.  Their team actually helped walk me through a small plumbing issue (without even coming to my house).  Probably saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs and did not charge for the consulting work.  They will be my forever go-to for plumbing and will refer them to anyone we can.  In a world where you think customer service is obsolete these days, WD comes along and saves the day and makes you believe that there are quality folks out there.  Many, many thanks to the WD Integrity team.

Had Alan come out a second time a few months ago and he was just as pleasant but didn't seem to know the nature of the plumbing problem (problem with the water heater) and the multiple issues due to the problem seemed to be too much. He ran the multiple lines through but it didn't solve the problem.  Had to call another plumber.

I'm new to Austin and was having a tough time finding someone to install my gas dryer!  Fox was responsive when other companies were just too busy and the service technician was very friendly and efficient!  I have Fox in my contacts now for all of my future needs.

We had a water leak 12/7/22.  I called around for an emergency plumber.  At 11:30, Daniel's assured me they would send someone out by the afternoon,  I received a text and an email assuring me of the same.  Problem solved!
Nope...Around 3:30 I decided to call and see when the technician would be out, since the afternoon was just about over.  The representative said, Oh, that call is for tomorrow!  I told her about the first person I spoke to, the email, the text.  She said, Oh, OK.  Sorry about that.  We'll make sure to put you on for later today.  Around 4:00, I called back because the city has shut our water off.  Another representative told me there was no way anyone could come that day.  She apologized for the mix-up and told me she showed an appointment from 8-10 the following day.  What could I do at this point? It was too late to call anyone else...
At 7:47 today, I called and was assured a technician would be at my home from 8-12 (what happened to 10:00 ???) and I would receive a 30 minute call when they were on the way.  I waited until 11:30 and called AGAIN.  THIS representative told me dispatch would have to call me with an ETA.  (???) No phone call.  I called again at 12:00.  This time the representative transferred me to dispatch who then told me she showed it being an afternoon appointment and she would understand if I called someone else.  Thanks a lot!  Never, ever again...

Hi, this is Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning.  The service technician assigned to go out there is stuck at his current job dealing with a main line issue and is unable to finish out the rest of his day.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We have availability for a technician to go out there Monday morning, and if sooner availabilty opens up for today or tomorrow we will notify you.

MONDAY?!?  I called Wednesday morning with an EMERGENCY.  This is the worst customer care I've ever experienced from any brand or service.  They give new meaning to unprofessional.
