A couple of weeks ago we noticed that the house was way too warm.  We called an A/C company (not Honest) and they determined that I was losing 'freon.'  As the system was 12 years old, I asked for a quote for a complete, new HVAC.  I wasn't sure I got a good number so I called Honest for a second opinion.  Their quote actually came in higher, but when I showed them the first quote, the manager not only met the price but sweetened it.  So, I agreed.  This was Friday.  They actually had everything in stock and arranged to come out the next day.  Jeremy and Logan were on time and spent the entire day installing it.  I ordered a higher-end unit and they had difficulty getting the new thermostats working.  They called another tech (I apologize for not remembering his name), who was actually on his day off, and he came right over.  They quickly had it figured out.  The installation actually took almost the entire Saturday because of this delay, but they stuck it out.  
However, something wasn't right in that the upstairs couldn't keep the temperature I was setting the thermostat to.  In addition, they had some minor follow up work to do.  Both guys came out a few days later to take care of both issues and it only took them about 20 minutes.  
Oh, and one more thing.  The person who gave me the estimate speculated that the attic stairs would have to be removed so as to get the new unit up through the opening.  But instead, Jeremy and Logan took it apart and carried it up into the attic and reassembled it so as not to have to take the stairs down.  I really appreciated that.
I look forward to a long relationship with this company.

They arrived on time, were efficient, professional and friendly, did the installation promptly, explained how things worked, and cleaned up after themselves! Aiden could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this company.

Quick to respond, friendly, and generally easy to deal with. Came over at our scheduled time to help replace a couple shut-off valves and gave me some extra advice on some other potential issues I asked about. Wore a mask the whole time at my request, as we're an immunocompromised household.

Last Month, I was in the process of fixing some items in our rental property in Belterra in prep for its market sale and requested Adept Pluming to change out the kitchen sink drain connection collar. I had used Adept several times before on other issues, from installing a whole house water treatment softener unit to replacing a hot water heater and other plumbing problems. The response and service was always the same, 5 Star, in every respect from time of arrival to completion of the work. Christian Sage, the Owner of Adept Plumbing, is highly capable of solving those unforeseen issues in the fix and repair plumbing business, while he is on-site, as long as he has the tools and parts to accomplish the job. The Kitchen Drain Collar was removed and replaced in less than an hour.

I mentioned that I had a GE built-in BBQ equipment (11 years old) issue that was not usable from years of renter neglect, located on the back porch patio. Christian looked at it, as I was thinking demolition, and he said it's fixable, if new replacement burners are available. He readily found the available burner parts on-line for me and told me If I got the new burner manifold parts, he would do the work to replace the existing burners and get the unit back in operation again. I got the new burners and Christian got the entire unit capabilities/functions working again and back in operation. Christian's cost, one hour of his labor @ $150. Anyone that has dealt with built-in BBQ units, knows these are expensive units to purchase and deal with, as reasonable BBQ service folks are really hard to find, especially for repairs.

Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. We'd been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us!

Osborn has been excellent every time we've called when other failed. We will go to Osborn first from now on.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I will never use another plumber!  Wayne is the best, and his wife that does all the behind the scenes!  I am the girl that calls 10 people to get prices before I commit, and I don't believe I will ever have to do that again in the plumbing department.  These guys gave us a great deal on a MAJOR remodel job, and were professional, courteous and very punctual!

We really appreciate Donald and crew. He was able to pencil us in  quickly to look at a potential problem with the gas line into our HVAC unit. He tracked down the problem quickly and even called our HVAC company to tell them what parts they needed to replace. Very thankful for Donald and will be calling them for our plumbing needs in the future.

I was out of town and needed a plumber at my home in Lakeway.  The office called me when the plumber was on his way to my house and once the plumber got to my house, he called me and explained what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix.  Very pleased with the excellent customer service!

We've had Meadows Plumbing folks on the case here on several occasions, and they've always come through. Chris Meadows made a mistake on his first job here and ended up charging us nothing - which speaks to their reputation for honesty and fair business practices. We've had them over for a couple additional jobs, and they've always been both competent and fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

And oh yes, If you live anywhere near Liberty Hill, they're a LOCAL business.

I called Fox Service Company to perform a follow up electrical inspection of a house I was planning to buy.  Initial contact and scheduling was a breeze and we were off to a good start.  They mentioned they needed someone at the house to let them in (since it was vacant at the time) and told me they would show up around 9:30am the next time.  They did mention that they would call ahead before arriving.  9:30am rolls around and I still had not received a call.  I had taken time off work to be at the property to let them in so at 9:45am, I called to check on their status.  It was almost like they had forgotten about my appointment.  They made an excuse that my technician had called in sick that day...(then why was I not notified before then that he was not going to show up?).  They said they would send the next available technician my way.  I was under a tight schedule so I decided to wait at the house.  The next technician did not arrive until almost noon - in the end I basically had to take half the day off from work.  The technician, himself, was nice, but I would not consider to be thorough.  And the quote I received was outrageously overpriced.

In summary, I will never ever be doing business with Fox Service Company.

We've had a few plumbing issues in the 6-months of owning our current home. Due to timing and availability we've had to use a couple different companies. I'm really impressed with Cleveland, who works for Daniel's plumbing. He's super friendly, very knowledgeable and gets the job done in a clean and efficient manner. We'll be calling and asking for him for any future problems. Highly recommend!
