Very responsive. Terry came out, identified the problem, explained the solution and estimate cost. It turned out to be more than what we initially thought but he showed me the issue and patiently explained what's going on. I would highly recommend Honest Air Conditioning.

They are not at all reasonable. They provided a quote that was extremely high . Luckily I asked around before committing to them. It was more than ( 50% lower )  It's very frustrating there is no transparency in this industry.

There's nothing as exciting as when a tenant calls up saying there's water leaking from under a baseboard (except maybe playing Russian Roulette, but I'm not sure about the latter, and I don't intend to find out). We went over and looked at it and unfortunately it didn't look like something simple, so we needed a plumber. Our neighborhood plumber was booked a week out, and so were the two others he recommended, so it was off to Yelp to look for one... found a five star plumber, asked Yelp, Yelp offered to send info to multiple plumbers, and Ray was one of the ones that responded.

I was a little nervous about hiring a guy with only one review on Yelp, but he had good reviews on Google, Angie's List and other places so I decided to give him a shot... being available to come out the next day was definitely a big plus.

I was a little nervous when he came out in an SUV with a magnet on the side instead of a fancy painted truck but he definitely knew what he was doing. Unfortunately we had to replace an entire shower valve ($$$) instead of just a cartridge ($), but he did a great job and put an access panel in the wall instead of just leaving a giant hole in the sheet rock like I was expecting, so that was a nice plus.

Other pluses: entirely paperless, Ray showed me a complete estimate before he got started (which ended up being the final bill), and was willing to explain things. His pricing for the shower valve replacement I thought was pretty reasonable.

Minuses: when diagnosing the leak he noticed one of the toilets was leaking (into the bowl) so I asked him to fix that... the charge for that was I though was pretty high since he was here for something else as well, I've replaced toilet innards and it's pretty simple with cheap parts. But he did have the price on the estimate so I can't really complain.

Overall, I definitely would recommend him and will call him again for other issues... hopefully not any time soon though :)

These guys are the plumbers I have used in over 42 years in my home. I had two este heaters installed in addition to a hot water recirculating pump to get instant hot water at the faucets. They are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. They want you to be satisfied and will bend over backwards to do so. I very highly recommend this plumbing company. Adam, Gabriel, Cody, Roger, Ryan are all terrific people.

Exceeds expectations! Al completed fence repair for us and we are more than satisfied. The ground along the back fence lines for our whole neighborhood shifted so we needed help fast. He was punctual, honest and ensured the job was done right. Even completed our job with family impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Al is the ultimate professional and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs fence repair. Wish I could save before and after pictures to show his work. Will use again for other services.

Our faucet under our bathroom sink sprung a leak on Xmas morning. Such a bummer. Called multiple plumbers in the area on Monday morning. The only ones who answered their phone was Proficient Plumbing. They answered quickly and were able to send over someone at 4:30 SAME DAY!  

The plumber named Chris  arrived as scheduled and worked for2 hours to completely repair the leak. He was such a nice, pleasant gentlemen
who thoroughly explained the repair and did a great job. Will call you again and recommend you to others.

I want to thank Michael Osborn for not giving up! I had a water leak that was SO hard to find, but he just kept looking until he found it. So grateful for his persistence. And the price was so reasonable! I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service. And glad he practices safety and more a mask.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

These folks are just the best guys ever.  They were totally booked up for the week but they worked us in because we are long time customers.  If you are looking for great work, wonderful customer service and fair prices, they are the best.

We really appreciate Donald and crew. He was able to pencil us in  quickly to look at a potential problem with the gas line into our HVAC unit. He tracked down the problem quickly and even called our HVAC company to tell them what parts they needed to replace. Very thankful for Donald and will be calling them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Horrible!!! Had them come to one of my rentals where they (fixed) the shower that I wasn't getting hot water from just to have them come back 3months later to look at because it still want getting hot enough.he then went to check my water heater that somehow started to leak after they left and wasnt getting hot water in the whole house! came back the next day to look at the water heater that they charged me $350 to fix even though it was working just fine till he touched it and then he gave me a estimate of $1300 to replace my upstairs shower valve that casa mechanical  is doing for $700 and a better job !!!! What a big joke

We are a Design Build Outdoor Living firm and we use Meadows Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They are always on time & integrity minded with all they do. Chris & Taylor are great & we highly recommend them.

I've used Aloha Plumbing twice now for projects in my home.  Both times they showed up when they promised, got the work done quickly, and submitted a fair bill for the work.  Take my advice, call Aloha - you won't regret it.

My AC went out last night (Sunday) and the first company I called couldn't figure out what was wrong. It was 1pm by the time I called Fox and they didn't think they could get anyone out by the end of the day, but would call if they could squeeze me in. They got someone out very quickly after all and their technician was awesome. The problem turned out to be something really stupid that I had done, but he was so nice about it and took care of it quickly for me. The price was reasonable, too. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name or read it on the receipt, but feel free to add it to the review and tell him thank you!

The Plumber who arrived at my apt was knowledge and friendly. However if you're doing an insurance and or a home warranty claim I would avoid this Plumber at all costs.

This is due to what appears to be predatory Bussiness practices, or a gross negligence of their billing practices

I submitted a call to Daniels Plumbing on Friday Dec 23rd. I was able to confirm an appointment with them for service on Monday Dec 25th. I was calling due to pipes bursting in my bathroom.

I was sadly disappointed on Monday when they informed me they were overbooked with emergencies and canceled my appointment and rebooked me for Thursday. I understood there were a lot of emergencies that were probably more urgent then my water that I stopped leaking, so I had little concern this with.

However my issue came up once they arrived at my condo for the repair. They provided a 2k estimate, and I shared at that time that I wanted to provide it to my insurance, and Home warranty for review prior to paying.

After submitting it too travelers(Insurance), and Old republic(Home Warranty). Both of them requested itemized estimates explaining the labor and part costs.

Daniel has been unable to provide this after 3 days of consistent calls, when contacting their scheduling team one agent was able to contact a manager and insisted a GM or customer care manager would contact me. Another agent told me there was nothing they could do.

The root concerns from my Insurance and the home warranties is prices that cannot be justified, and that seems to be the case with Daniel being unable to provide a breakdown of the charges for parts and or labor.

Dear Daniel management team, You should have multiple notes with contact information for my Home Warranty, and my insurance and their requests.

If not please feel free to contact me and hopefully we can resolve this in a timely manner.
