I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

We've had Christian to the house three times now. He works quickly and gives us what I think is a very fair price. He's spent a lot of time on the phone with us and even Skyped with me (at my request) so that he could assess the extent of a job before he came over. He really tries to fit us into his schedule as quickly as possible. I like to recommend him to my friends and family.

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running.  So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out.  You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever.  Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets.  The charge for this service was $250.00.  We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge.  He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes.  So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave.  What a rip off.

Ruben was employed to correct the installation of a new filler valve which I had attempted myself in an effort to save money. It took him an hour and he charged $162.50, no new parts were required. He gave me a 90 day warranty. Before he left I noticed there was leaking from the tank and he told me I needed a new flapper. He said he could get one but there would be an additinal charge for his time so recommended I get one from Home Depot and install it myself which with some difficulty I did. Later that evening the toilet was running constantly. I called the following morning and he returned to adjust the filler valve.
Two weeks later the toilet was difficult to flush and eventually could not be flushed at all. The toilet was intermittently running. He sent his young apprentice whose fix lasted 24 hours.
I called again and was told the toilet needed to be rebuilt which would involve further expense. When I asked about the 90 day warranty he belligerently told me that he couldn't keep making warranty calls and suggested I find another plumber if that solution was unacceptable. He seemed irritated by my calls and it obviously never occurred to him that I wouldn't need to keep calling if the toilet had been fixed properly in the first place.
I employed and paid this man in good faith and expect him to honor the warranty he issued.
His warranty is obviously not worth the paper on which it is written and he's unwilling to honor it since warranty calls do not generate further remuneration.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

WD Integrity Plumbing was on time, efficient, found the problem right away and fixed it in right away.  They were professional, reasonable in price, friendly, and reliable.  Best service I have had in my 7 years in Austin.  I will call them first if I have any other problems and will recommend them to my friends.

Had Alan come out a second time a few months ago and he was just as pleasant but didn't seem to know the nature of the plumbing problem (problem with the water heater) and the multiple issues due to the problem seemed to be too much. He ran the multiple lines through but it didn't solve the problem.  Had to call another plumber.

Came out on short notice to repair a leaking pipe and replace a pressure tank. Outstanding, honest service and very reasonably priced!

Jerrod helped me find a solution for replacing a dated shower fixture. He called several suppliers to inquire about replacement fixtures and then found the part on Amazon. He saved me from paying to have tile or drywall ripped out---thank you! He even gave me a quick tutorial on how to install said plumbing part. Highly recommend this plumber. He knows his trade very well.

I'll start by saying its unfortunate to be writing this bc Fox was referred to me by a very trusted neighbor who has had good experiences. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I scheduled a tech to come out just to check the functioning of my unit; nothing was wrong with it, but the unit is getting old, so I wanted to be as proactive as possible. After just about 10 minutes of looking the tech told me the unit was old, not functioning correctly and needed to be replaced. I asked how much that may run, and he flippantly replied, that's a loaded question; could be $6k, could be $18k. When I asked if he could give a more targeted estimate based on the size of my current unit and home, he said the tag was missing from the unit, so there was no way for him to know it's size. His responses raised red flags and were quite honestly, very condescending . He then talked about how we could band-aid fix it by adding Freon, but there was no way to know how much (which was a legitimate answer); he said he could do a leak test on the spot which would help better answer that. Unfortunately, I fell for this suggestion (to the cost of $399), and sure enough he found a leak. He referred me to their sales department to discuss next steps of repair vs. replacement

Since I was not pleased with my experience and concerned about the validity of the diagnosis, given the unit still seemed to be functioning just fine, I got a 2nd opinion (also a trusted referral). Low and behold, the second opinion found nothing wrong with the unit minus a faulty damper and the need to clean the outside condenser of some mud. The tech even commented on how impressed he was with how the unit functioned given its age.

It is frustrating and disappointing to think of the hundreds of dollars actually wasted (and the thousands of dollars potentially wasted)...an unfortunate yet good reminder to trust your gut!

I had a water leaking in my garage last Thursday and had called a different plumbing to come out to fix it.  They cam out last Friday and then again on Monday. They said they need to cut through my foundation to fix the leak. So they were going to set up for a sub contractor to cut through my foundation a week later still have not heard from them.  I saw the great reviews about Daniels plumbing and decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did.  They came out today and fixed the water leak within hours and did not have to cut through my foundation.  I am so happy to have water again. I will definitely be using Daniel's plumbing again.  Thank you!
