Air ducts were not actually cleaned and they had to come back and clean them after I discovered the issue. Taken advantage of in situation to replace plenums which were supposed to be a majority of the air supply, but then said it was only 8 ft. Grossly overcharged for the 8 ft of plenums and didn't even replace return vent. I would go elsewhere for air duct cleaning needs. There's a reason they were immediately available. I only know this because I'm not replacing all air ducts and the cost is the same as what honest charged me to clean them and replace the plenum.

I cannot say enough about this business.  Professional from the first phone call!   Casey came out here and fixed the issue efficiently and patiently explained what the issue was and now we have WATER!!!   Highly recommend and thank you!!

The most EXPENSIVE plumber in my experience in Austin. Raymond, the owner, installed a new water valve under my kitchen sink. It was a 30 minute visit and a $30 part. if I had known what the issue was beforehand I would have been able to get quotes ahead of time but I trusted Raymond to be fair based on the reviews here. I was charged an outrageous $430. I told him it seemed out of line but he did not budge. The receipt given to me after I paid him was not itemized and after making another request, Raymond refused to give me an itemized receipt. He refused to tell me his hourly rate. He refused to tell me the cost of the part. I called other plumbers for a quote after Raymond Davis left and both plumbers (highly regarded) told me it would be less than an hour at $160 plus $30-50 for the valve for a total of about $210 at most. I allowed myself to believe the positive google or yelp reviews told the whole story. They do not. I was charged more than DOUBLE what a normal master plumber would charge for a simple 15 minute task. He also told me a flush for my tankless heater would be $450, TRIPLE the standard cost. Again he was trying to take advantage of me hoping I would not know better. I have never paid more than $150 for that service and have had tankless heaters in multiple houses for the past 20 years. He refuses to make this right after multiple messages to him and hung up on me when I called him before writing this review. He has no business address and receives payments on his wife's personal Venmo account. He wore no mask and did not offer to wear one which is even more false advertising. The worst experience with any contractor I have had in the 30 years I have owned a home in Austin.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

From the first phone call with Bertin, to actually meeting with Chris and Garrett, we couldn't have asked for a better experience concerning our plumbing next steps. The best service calls, for us, are the ones in which we can learn practical things. This experience was way up there.

Concerns leading to the initial call:
*Hot water heater - Insufficient supply for entire home
*Proper insulation of exposed pipes (positioned in tight spots)
*Remodel practicalities - Odd bathroom/toilet setup, kitchen sink...

First off, these guys shoot from the hip and I could tell they had no intention of high-jacking our wallet for a king's ransom. For each scenario, Chris thoroughly explained what was possible, and appropriate solutions---good, better, best, kind of like the old school Sears catalog.

They took their time, were detailed in explanations and overall, it was just a really nice, informative conversation about all things plumbing. They were personable, professional and straightforward.

For instance, we'd been thinking about a hot water heater replacement. Chris shared what conversion to a tankless system would call for--a permit, fancy, new-fangled, overhead, wiring--basically a whole lotta' money (which consequently is why so many of the newer homes are so much pricer).  He then provided an alternative solution to give us exactly what we needed, made way more sense and is cost efficient.

So, we've got our estimate and next steps. All we need to do is make a few last hardware decisions and call them back for service. We're looking forward to their return (and may even have some cookies awaiting these guys)!

Called Adept to get a bid for a complete re-pipe on my house. He was not willing to give me an estimate for free, wanting to charge me for providing the bid. Having worked with multiple plumbers for job of this size it seems crazy to me that Adept could not provide a bid without charging.

My shower had been clogged/slow draining forever. I finally made the decision to call and received same day service. Skip was amazing. He was very polite and personable. Not only did he fix our drain, he also gave me a great gift idea for my boyfriend who happened to be grilling when Skip arrived. Thank you Skip!!

Incredibly pleased with Avery and the work he did.  He responded same day as my quote request and within a day we had the details worked out and he was scheduled to the end of the week.

He was easy to communicate with via  text and arrived promptly with a notification that was nice to see.  He got right to work did some additional review mad measurements then got supplies.  He was here all day and did fantastic work.

The entire time he wore a mask,  was virtually a church mouse with the noise (not sure how he used a hammer and a nail gun!!), courteous, and made sure he took his shoes off or wore booties when necessary.

Best of all the results were spot on with what I needed.  Trim work, cabinet work, garbage disposal replacement.  It all turned out great it was worth turning it over to someone else to get it done and timely.  I was also very pleased with the price I thought it was more than fair.

I would recommend him in a heartbeat and plan on having him back for a few other small projects.  Thanks Avery!

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

These folks are just the best guys ever.  They were totally booked up for the week but they worked us in because we are long time customers.  If you are looking for great work, wonderful customer service and fair prices, they are the best.

Yes, we had a leak in our ceiling that came down the wall I called this company He was on time he explained to us exactly what was wrong, and how it need to be fixed and how the rest needed to be replaced. His prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent. If I had any problems, I will call them back.

Needed a new hot water valve replaced due to corrosion for a new washer. Called at 730am on a Monday thinking it would be a day or so before they could get out. Had plumber here at 9:00am same day. Great service and results. Will use them again.

I found out the pressure reducing valve for my house has been causing the rattling underneath my kitchen sink (which was what caused a hole in my RO system pipe). Now both my kitchen floor and cabinets are damaged. No reply from email or phone or voice message.

I've used Aloha Plumbing twice now for projects in my home.  Both times they showed up when they promised, got the work done quickly, and submitted a fair bill for the work.  Take my advice, call Aloha - you won't regret it.
