Called Monday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Was told tech would arrive between 11-2. I took time off work around this. I get a call at 1:50 that a tech will be contacting me soon. 2:30 rolls around and nothing so I call and am told a tech will call me. I get a call at 3:10 from the tech and he needs 45 minutes to arrive to my home. Completely ridiculous. This company needs to respect other peoples time especially during a work day. Totally screwed up my Friday work hours. Scheduled with another local company for Monday.

They are not at all reasonable. They provided a quote that was extremely high . Luckily I asked around before committing to them. It was more than ( 50% lower )  It's very frustrating there is no transparency in this industry.

I called Ray for a kitchen sink clog.  Ray was able to get me in the schedule on the same day and identified the issue quickly.  I asked Ray to upgrade my disposal and he also redirected the plumbing sink pipes so it would help for future clogging issues.  He also gave me ideas for a water softener and his personal experience with brands and how to install.  Ray and Davis plumbing are on my go to list for any future plumbing jobs. Thank you Ray for your professionalism and your friendly attitude.

What a great local company! Texted Sharon that I had a slow shower drain, she had a master plumber call me. He walked me through a couple of DYI solutions and he offered to have someone come by next day. I opted for next day service. The plumber who came out cleared the drain while teaching me how to do it. Incredible company. Obviously it was an easy fix, but I'll definitely be using this company for life!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Initially had them come out to get my water heater up to code and install a water softener on the house we just purchased. Once we moved in we found out the drain line from the washer was broken underground. The cost to fix one portion was only 1/3 of what the cost would be to redo the entire house's drain lines so we did it.  While digging they noticed that my sewer line was broken so they replaced the entire line.  Adam (one of the owners) was great with communication and keeping me aware of the progress.  Overall they did a great job.  I had some issues with the contractor they used to dig but Adam, and Cody went above and beyond to make things right. They have gained a customer for life.

We are in the process of selling our house in Cedar Park and needed work done around the house before listing it. Al and Sean went way above and beyond! They came in on time, did all the work. In fact, they quoted us half the price of another vendor to fix our fence. In the end, we needed a new garage door seal, which was hard to find. They made sure they got one. If you want great quality work to be done on time in a reasonable price, these are the guys to call. Thank you guys!

My parents had an emergency situation with their water pump, Bertine came out with a coworker fixed their pump and did not charge them.
Not enough good things can be said about these guy's, to help people in their time of need Is an amazing selfless act and greatly appreciated.

Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. We'd been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us!

Osborn has been excellent every time we've called when other failed. We will go to Osborn first from now on.

A couple messages later and I was scheduled for that same day. Lewis was very professional and polite, arrived on time and cleaned up when he was done. Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

These folks are just the best guys ever.  They were totally booked up for the week but they worked us in because we are long time customers.  If you are looking for great work, wonderful customer service and fair prices, they are the best.

WD Integrity Plumbing was on time, efficient, found the problem right away and fixed it in right away.  They were professional, reasonable in price, friendly, and reliable.  Best service I have had in my 7 years in Austin.  I will call them first if I have any other problems and will recommend them to my friends.

I've used Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain several times, but the last two times Alan has worked in my house I felt fleeced.  Expect a high cost just for this plumber to show up and even when a problem is not resolved.  Perhaps it's just me looking like a fat catch of the day, I'm not sure, but I was angry enough today to finally state something in writing in a somewhat negative review.  Ask for costs up front and if you can accept them then fine, but for me to have him look at my dishwasher for a few minutes and tell me it needs replacing and I end up out a good portion of the cost of that replacement, should be a warning to all.

I've had work done right in the past by Alan and at a price that I perceived as fair (when I knew the work was intensive and warranted) and things were fixed or installed, but somewhere along the way it seems to me that the cost of business has skyrocketed and so I can not leave a positive review, but I won't give only a 1 star either.

These guys are crooks. Had a tech out to a rental property when the AC went out. He said the thermostat was broken and that a replacement would be $400. I said no and installed a Nest (it takes 20 minutes so I did it myself). It went out again and this time the tech said only his $400 thermostat would work. When I asked why he said it would be way more expensive to find the problem than $400, and he wouldn't be able to do it the same day. It was 100 degrees and I had very upset tenants, so I let him replace the thermostat.

Fast forward to the bill. In addition to the visit charge, they charged me $416 for a $58 thermostat that you can buy on Amazon and have professionally installed through Amazon for $96. I called them and talked to a manager who basically told me too bad. Steer clear of Fox. They don't care about customer service and they will cheat you every chance that they get.

Update: The response to this post conveniently omits a couple of key points.  They clearly care more about damage control than customer service.  They don't provide a detailed quote as stated.  The response also doesn't mention that the tech threatened a much more expensive bill if they had to come back to solve the problem.  The short summary is that the temperature was over 100 degrees out, the tech said he didn't know what was wrong (he didn't narrow it down to an electrical problem as stated), and he said that the only way to get AC was to buy Fox's thermostat priced at extortion levels.  That is the AC equivalent of the shady auto mechanic that you never want to go to.  

Yes, it is true they offered to come back, but after they proved themselves incompetent and dishonest, what sane person would let them back in your home?  Mr. David K might approve of these practices, but that signifies the problem with this company.  They encourage bad behavior at the cost of their customers.

I called Daniel's plumbing to replace a bathtub faucet and shower fixtures. The plumber arrived on time and assessed the situation. He then quoted me a price of just over $1400. I thought this was pretty expensive but in the timeliness of redoing my bathroom i needed this work completed now. While this plumber was working I called and got estimates from 2 other plumbers. Both were around $600. After a conversation with Daniel's office staff the next day it was decided that I had not been afforded available discounts and a solution was reached that I believe was fair to both myself and Daniel's plumbing. I will continue to use Daniel's for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.
