The name says it all, 'Honest'.  I got quotes from 3 companies to replace my 18 year old 4 ton Trane HVAC.  'Honest' was prompt in showing up, and competitive in their quote.  Cody, the manager, was very candid in his conversation, no sales push, nice to work with.  Joe and Jeremy the technicians were so good in answering my questions patiently.  And, did their job so well in a timely fashion. Randy, showed up in half hour when they were looking for some extra refrigerant to fill up.  Overall, I saw a great team working so harmoniously together.   Thank you, Honest team!

We had a main waterpipe bust under our mobile home. I had one guy come out and after 4 days of nothing, called these guys. They not only came out the same day, but did the work right after a big rain storm and had water flowing through the house in about an hour. Casey and his co worker were great. I would highly recommend this company.

My 2 tubs had unusually low water pressure where they were basically unusable. I had another plumber (from another very reputable/licensed company with great reviews on Yelp) come out months ago to try to fix the issue. The plumber cleaned the cartridges which didn't fix the issue and told me our next step would be to tear out the walls to look at plumbing structural issues. ‍

I wanted a second opinion so started calling around.
Ray came out quickly (I made my appointment only 3 days ago). quickly discerned that he just needed to change the cartridge on one tub and clean out the spout on the 2nd tub.

And now, a few hours later, we have 2 usable tubs! A total game changer!!!  So happy. Thank you so much!!!

I called on a Friday afternoon about a kitchen faucet replacement. Sharon, the owner, connected me with Lloyd, their master plumber, to ensure the replacement faucet I had purchased would work. It wouldn't work, so Lloyd went online and sent me pics of a couple of options. I was able to get the new faucet shipped over the weekend, and Anthony was here first thing on Monday morning to replace the faucet. What great service!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Pressure reducing valve failed after only 3 years. A call to Proficient got me on the schedule, they showed up on time, and the valve was replaced quickly and efficiently for a fair price. They were honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly suggest you turn to these folks first for your plumbing needs.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

We hired WD Integrity Plumbing to come out and do some plumbing work in our home. Scheduling was easy, the team showed up right on time, and they did great work. We'd hire them again for future plumbing problems.

Alan was great. He was over in the afternoon same day after I called them in the morning. Gave a straight forward diagnosis of our issue (pressure valve regulator needed replacement) and replaced it within 2 hours of arriving. Everything is working great. Also gave a fair quote on water heater replacement at our home. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Chris and his apprentice are the best in the business!! They show up on time, charge what they quote and finish the task in the time frame that they quote. What more could you ask for?

I'm giving this company 5 stars just for being honest and willing to help over the phone instead of have a plumber come out and fix an easy problem  for $100+. I would easily come back and use them when necessary.

I scheduled a yearly check on my heater system. The technician was on time, very courteous and quick. He explained some things on my system I needed to know but did not pressure me to purchase immediately. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Had our toilet break down and got a next day appt for between 8 and 12. Then no one showed up, called, or texted. finally called myself at 1 to be told they should be there later this afternoon. nope! Finally got a call close to 5 asking to reschedule. obviously we're going with another company now who will show up when scheduled or at least let us know of a delay. so unprofessional and I see other reviews saying this happened to them too. avoid and save yourself the hassle!!
