5-star experience with this AC company start to finish.  Excellent communication, kept appt times, 30-minute courtesy call prior to arrival, quick diagnosis, quality repair and very reasonable labor charges with no oversell attempts.

Recognition to my tech, Chris Abud, who was knowledgeable, professional, capable, respectful and very courteous. His wearing of mask and shoe coverings while in house was much appreciated.

I recently had Plumber Near Me replace all of the parts inside the toilet tank because it was running. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They gave me options for what to replace, which was great. They also provided helpful tips to keep everything in good working order and even provided information on how to replace a small part in the future if needed.

My flooring company had recommended them after one of their plumbers reinstalled a commode after flooring had been put down and they did a great job then as well.

There's nothing as exciting as when a tenant calls up saying there's water leaking from under a baseboard (except maybe playing Russian Roulette, but I'm not sure about the latter, and I don't intend to find out). We went over and looked at it and unfortunately it didn't look like something simple, so we needed a plumber. Our neighborhood plumber was booked a week out, and so were the two others he recommended, so it was off to Yelp to look for one... found a five star plumber, asked Yelp, Yelp offered to send info to multiple plumbers, and Ray was one of the ones that responded.

I was a little nervous about hiring a guy with only one review on Yelp, but he had good reviews on Google, Angie's List and other places so I decided to give him a shot... being available to come out the next day was definitely a big plus.

I was a little nervous when he came out in an SUV with a magnet on the side instead of a fancy painted truck but he definitely knew what he was doing. Unfortunately we had to replace an entire shower valve ($$$) instead of just a cartridge ($), but he did a great job and put an access panel in the wall instead of just leaving a giant hole in the sheet rock like I was expecting, so that was a nice plus.

Other pluses: entirely paperless, Ray showed me a complete estimate before he got started (which ended up being the final bill), and was willing to explain things. His pricing for the shower valve replacement I thought was pretty reasonable.

Minuses: when diagnosing the leak he noticed one of the toilets was leaking (into the bowl) so I asked him to fix that... the charge for that was I though was pretty high since he was here for something else as well, I've replaced toilet innards and it's pretty simple with cheap parts. But he did have the price on the estimate so I can't really complain.

Overall, I definitely would recommend him and will call him again for other issues... hopefully not any time soon though :)

I called on a Friday afternoon about a kitchen faucet replacement. Sharon, the owner, connected me with Lloyd, their master plumber, to ensure the replacement faucet I had purchased would work. It wouldn't work, so Lloyd went online and sent me pics of a couple of options. I was able to get the new faucet shipped over the weekend, and Anthony was here first thing on Monday morning to replace the faucet. What great service!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Adam and Cody are great. They were quick to respond and quick to take care of all our needs. They were very informative and explained everything very well. They accomplished the work quickly and correctly. They even did additional work to correct a manufacturing issue with one of the hot water heaters. I would recommend PlumbSmart and they will be my go to guys for my plumbing needs.

Good services! Responsive,  knowledgeable, and does very good work. They were able to knock out the my projects in no time and every looked and work great afterwards.

The handle broke in our master shower and there was continual water dripping.  Bertin at Proficient plumbing took my call and was able to come out the same day.  He quickly identified the problem and was very comprehensive in his explanation of what might happen when he tried to fix it as it was a complicated break.  He and his associate were able to resolve the problem quickly with no issues. They were friendly and professional and even took the time to give us some advice about another plumbing related issue that we had.

We love Christian!  We've used his plumbing skills for several years now and have never been disappointed.   He's prompt, courteous, honest and is genuinely interested in solving the problem you have hired him to fix.  I recommend him to anyone who asks and will continue to do so.  So far, he's helped us with a very problematic water heater, two stuck faucets, clogs and an condensate line issue.  Good work all around and fair pricing.

Responded quickly and gave me a good referral for a contractor that can help solve our issues plumbing related issue.

Incredibly pleased with Avery and the work he did.  He responded same day as my quote request and within a day we had the details worked out and he was scheduled to the end of the week.

He was easy to communicate with via  text and arrived promptly with a notification that was nice to see.  He got right to work did some additional review mad measurements then got supplies.  He was here all day and did fantastic work.

The entire time he wore a mask,  was virtually a church mouse with the noise (not sure how he used a hammer and a nail gun!!), courteous, and made sure he took his shoes off or wore booties when necessary.

Best of all the results were spot on with what I needed.  Trim work, cabinet work, garbage disposal replacement.  It all turned out great it was worth turning it over to someone else to get it done and timely.  I was also very pleased with the price I thought it was more than fair.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I will never use another plumber!  Wayne is the best, and his wife that does all the behind the scenes!  I am the girl that calls 10 people to get prices before I commit, and I don't believe I will ever have to do that again in the plumbing department.  These guys gave us a great deal on a MAJOR remodel job, and were professional, courteous and very punctual!

Tech arrived on time and replaced the garbage disposal quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price

I had a huge problem with odor in my house and had spent four months, thousands of dollars and paid three companies to try and figure out the problem. Paul walked into my house and in 5 minutes indentifed the problem, tested to verify his assumption and in less than an hour had the solution. These guys are fantastic and the ones to call!

I highly recommend Chris Meadows of Meadows Plumbing.  Another plumber had told us we needed to replace a valve in the shower.  To do so would have been $$$$.  Chris suggested and was able to replace one small part for much much less and it works great.  He even tightened up a kitchen faucet for free that another plumber didn't know how to fix.

The only plumbing service professionals I will ever call.  They go beyond the definition of exemplary service and have helped me on small jobs and large, multi-day ones.  Thanks guys!

Very dishonest company and terrible customer service!!!

Technicians lie about their time cards, do not actually fix the issue and then they have the NERVE to charge you again to come out and look at the exact same problem!  Spoke with Management who clearly does not care, and getting them on the phone is a joke.  Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!
