I attempted to use this service mainly because it is veteran ran. The phone rep could not provide me any type of a quote. I have a fairly simple repair of replacing an outdoor water faucet. Disappointed

We are in the process of selling our house in Cedar Park and needed work done around the house before listing it. Al and Sean went way above and beyond! They came in on time, did all the work. In fact, they quoted us half the price of another vendor to fix our fence. In the end, we needed a new garage door seal, which was hard to find. They made sure they got one. If you want great quality work to be done on time in a reasonable price, these are the guys to call. Thank you guys!

Proficient Plumbing was an absolutely pleasure to work with them. They stayed until the job was completed and everything was functioning. I even call them the next day for advise on how to install my washer and gas dryer machine and they were kind enough to help me out via facetime.

I have been using Ruben's Plumbing for 4 years.  He fast, reliable, knowledgeable AND he is very kind.  You can't go wrong with Ruben!!!

Lewis is very responsive and takes his time to do a great job.  I had him address a number of issues at my rental property and my home.  He is definitely the best handyman that I ever dealt with.  If you lived in the North Austin area and need some work done, you definitely need to contact Lewis.  His prices are reasonable and he does quality work.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

These folks are just the best guys ever.  They were totally booked up for the week but they worked us in because we are long time customers.  If you are looking for great work, wonderful customer service and fair prices, they are the best.

I have a tankless water heater that is less than three years old in my new home. It kept going out and I have had it serviced three times during this time. So I decided to try a different plumbing company. WD Plumbing came out and detected the problem right away. They were quick to respond and very friendly. The parts and service price was very reasonable. I am using them again for another project.  I was very satisfied with this company.

I've used Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain several times, but the last two times Alan has worked in my house I felt fleeced.  Expect a high cost just for this plumber to show up and even when a problem is not resolved.  Perhaps it's just me looking like a fat catch of the day, I'm not sure, but I was angry enough today to finally state something in writing in a somewhat negative review.  Ask for costs up front and if you can accept them then fine, but for me to have him look at my dishwasher for a few minutes and tell me it needs replacing and I end up out a good portion of the cost of that replacement, should be a warning to all.

I've had work done right in the past by Alan and at a price that I perceived as fair (when I knew the work was intensive and warranted) and things were fixed or installed, but somewhere along the way it seems to me that the cost of business has skyrocketed and so I can not leave a positive review, but I won't give only a 1 star either.

I was very happy with the 2 service calls from Meadwos Plumbing.  On the first call, Meadows determined that my issue was something the City of Leander was responsible for, and then didn't charge me for two trucks coming out to my house.  The 2nd service call was to replace the main shut-off valve to my house.  I was happy with the work and the quality of the parts used.  I went with Meadows Plumbing after reading reviews and I'm so happy with them, that I added them to my contacts in my phone.

This makes me very sad, and we have counted on Jerred for years. They are now losing our business not because of Jerred, but because of Brendon - he has quoted us 2X market rate for basic work.  Have never had issues with Jerred, but now we need to find a new plumber as I don't trust them anymore. Brendon even came in and accused us of having done something to the water heater that Jerred himself installed, stating that they don't do it that way.

Sorry, Jerred. Brendon has lost you a customer.

Just wanted to let everyone know if you need any help with running faucets or running toilets Fox Servicee is top notch. We needed service from them and they sent Shawn Dunlap. The gentleman was very courteous, efficient and respectful of our home. He arrived at the appointed time and did an awesome job. I would Highly Recommend him for any help you need.

ALWAYS get another quote!!! These folks quoted $450 for a 1.5 hour job to simply clean a couple drains. The fella tried to ask what were you looking to pay maybe I can get 10% off

When I told him I wouldn't be interested for some reason he came back to my door after calling his manager and said the manager told him I don't know why you even offered a discount in the first place

Called a competitor and paid half as much.
