I recently had Justin from A&T come out to clear a clog drain caused by my a/c condensate line that was draining into a bathroom sink line. Not only was he very professional and friendly, he spent some extra time talking about maintenance and prevention steps I could take. He even offered to come back out if I had any issues implementing his suggestions going forward. On top of that, he charged me a bit less than their quoted rate because they were able to get it fixed pretty quickly. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Dave Henderson did a great job hooking up my sink and garbage disposal. Due to the odd design of my plumbing, it took a few hours and some soldering. It cost about $100 less than a quote I received from another highly rated company. He was on time, friendly, and got the job done. I took off one star because he was so busy that it took a week or two for him to be able to make it by. Otherwise great!

Reached out in March 2022 and Abel appeared to not be available for services - so heads up for others looking for a plumber around this time. He was responsive at first, asking for pictures of the the problem. Once I texted him the pics I never heard from him again.

Braulio did a wonderful job removing an old vanity and installing a new one in my guest bathroom. I sent him a message via yelp and he was very quick to respond and gave me a quote on the spot without requiring pictures or having to come see the job. He came on time for the appointment and worked very efficiently and even swept after himself before leaving. The new vanity looks great, and I will definitely be using him again this fall when we put in a new tub later this year!

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

We arrived home this evening at 8:00 pm and found out one of our units wasn't working. We have guests arriving tomorrow.   In a panic, I called their emergency number. I received a call back from Chris within 20 minutes stating he could be at my house within 30 minutes.  He arrived and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He acknowledged that my guests would be arriving tomorrow and has made arrangements for it to be taken before they arrive. I am in the contractor and service industry and was totally impressed with Chris, Stan's and the entire process.

Graham and Ollie helped me out when I couldn't get my old faucet off.  They removed and replaced it for me with one I bought and they found a valve problem and fixed it too. Very courteous, efficient, and a job well done. Thanks!

We used Plumb & Order to replace two toilets and a sink.  Two plumbers came - they were on time, friendly and completed the job with no issues.   We received a few different bids and Plumb & Order was the best bid.    We would definitely use them again.

What can I say? Thunderbird is awesome and we've found our new plumber.

Long story short: we have two tankless water heaters that two other plumbers had been unable to fix, actually they ended up causing major issues.

I called Thunderbird and they came out pretty much the same day. I was quoted $500 to fix the issues, $150 later and Thunderbird fixed BOTH our water heaters.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Having plumbing problems? Call the professionals at Thunderbird. They'll fix you fast.

I was referred to Pure Plumbing and was very pleased with Mark's work.  He is very friendly and even took 10% off the final bill when he finished early.   Mark was on time (the same day I called) and was able to quickly and cleanly fix my garbage disposal.  He even fixed a small problem with my water softener for free when two other plumbing companies told me it would cost between $150-$300.  I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or clients.

Fuentes Tile tackled three full bathrooms and kitchen tile for us, and we feel extremely fortunate we were able to work with them. Tile was a big investment on our project, and we knew we needed someone very talented to do the work to our satisfaction. When we met with Olvin and described the work, it was clear he was knowledgeable, very experienced, and the right person for the job.

Olvin and Ramon are excellent at tile work and very nice people too. They work efficiently, they were respectful of our home and other workers, and they are very detailed. For instance, we were pleasantly surprised to see them working with laser levels -- we are very picky, and they were able to exceed our expectations. They even made some adjustments for us to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product.

I don't normally write reviews, but Fuentes Tile is just that good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any tile project. Of all of the many contractors we hired on our full remodel, they were our favorite!

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

I did have Nick come out to repair a drippy outdoor spigot and he did an excellent job in a short amount of time at a very fair price. My 5-star recommendation remains intact & I definitely recommend him.

Because he is good & no doubt very busy, he may not be able to do your job in the time frame you need, so hopefully your situation and his availability will match up when you need work done.

I'm really blown away. This plumbing Service goes beyond to solve issues (calcium deposits/loss of pressure) in my sinks and washing machine. Ben was terrific. Professional and very kind. I've tried other plumbing companies try to solve my issues, O&M Plumbing Service is far more superior fixing my water pressure. I highly recommend O&M plumbing.

Showed up fairly promptly, charged us at a rate commensurate with other estimates we got, ordered the parts they needed, and returned and finished the job properly. Based on our one experience thus far, we would recommend to others.

Geronimo and Sons were very responsive, had availability at times that were convenient, diagnosed the issue remotely, communicated throughout the process and delivered a successful result! Will definitely use them again next time we have any issues.

Diego was quick to respond and priced fairly. He was knowledgeable and efficient installing two new light fixtures for us. We definitely plan to hire Diego again for further needs around the house.

I contacted a highly rated local plumber...a big outfit. They advised they couldn't get to my water heater replacement in a timely manner and referred me to Everest. That right there says something. Mr. Emilio and Ms. Brittany squeezed me in and had my attic (see tough job) tank water heater replaced in under 24 hours. Courteous and meticulous...and the damage was less than I was charged to replace a water heater in a rent house closet a month prior. Thumbs up.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
