A&T Plumbing did a wonderful job!  Our sink had a nasty clog and they were able to resolve it same day!  They even left us with easy advice, so it wouldn't happen again. I'd say that's honest work. They were professional, well mannered, and cleaned before they left. Great experience, great customer service, and now I'll be a repeat customer. Thanks A&T!!

Even if you don't want the job from the message that I left you (because no one ever picks up the phone), it's welcomed, courteous and just good business to phone back and decline. Too many plumbers don't answer or return calls whatsoever in this town. Baffling. This was my experience with Henderson unfortunately.

Abel and team are incredibly responsive, very accommodating, and get the job done right and well quickly. Everything from scheduling to fixing to billing are simple, friendly, and fast. A++ will use again!

Standard Plumbing was very quick to return to my inquire. I am really impressed by his integrity, and here is why. Braulio showed up on time, and did a through diagnose. I saw water stain on the ceiling of downstairs, we suspect the bathroom above it might had a leak. But after running shower, flushing toilet multiple times, he couldn't find any leak. But he did point out that standing water on the bathroom floor might get through my upstair bathroom tile grout. He also helped me removed a bathroom shower door to prevent more water get on the floor. Guess what, since he didn't find the leak, he didn't charge me for the visit.  I would recommend Standard Plumbing, and would definitely use him again.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Jim is awesome.  He helped us with a gas line extension to our grill and has helped us with a bunch of other problems previously.  He's the only plumber we'll call.

Don't waste your time or money with these guys. They're so clueless they can't even make and keep an appointment. They will flat-out waste your time. I called last week and talked with the service manager, James, to discuss the problems with my HVAC system and what might be needed to repair it. At the conclusion of that phone call, he directed me to call back in to the office to set an appointment. And so I did ... called their office back and talked with Jessica, gave her all my contact info, mentioned my phone call with James, and requested service. She set an appt. for Monday and said a service tech would be at my home between 12 noon and 2pm, and they would call before arriving. So I sweated through the weekend, awaiting the serviced call. I then re-arranged my schedule for Monday to accommodate the service call, and waited at the house for the service tech. and then .... 12 noon comes and goes, no call. 1pm comes and goes no call. About 1:30, I decided to check in on the status and ... lo and behold no one in their office had ever heard of me, and I was informed I was not in their system, so I asked to speak with James, the service manager. He did not take my call, so I left a voice mail message asking him to help me get things straightened out regarding the service call. He never bothered to return the call. What does it say if your service manager doesn't even care about providing good service? I will never, ever call on Stan's again. They will disrespect you by wasting your time. You've been forewarned.

They come when you need them the most and are punctual. Costs are a little higher but service is good. I have been happy with them.

Had a plumbing company that I found on yelp come out, did a look around and determined it was a faulty regulator. Quotted $1250 for the job. I told them i would have to get a 2nd quote before making a decision. Called Plumb & Order and told them over the phone what was needed. I got a quote for 1/2! They said it was a pretty straight forward process and they could have someone out the followimg week. Scheduled it and they arrived ontime the following week. Father and son team were efficient, curtious and knowledgeable. Had everything completed and tested in about 2 hrs. Fixed the water hammer issue and havent had an issue since. Great service, honest and upfront. I definitely recommend this company.

Once again Raymond and Thunderbird plumbing gave great service.  Raymond came out to check my homeowner's water shutoff valve.  He worked in the hot afternoon to first dig up the area to get to the valve and then replaced the 30 year old valve handle and water presssure adjuster.  He explained all so I could understand.  Great service, peace of mind.  Thanks again Thunderbird.

I had a slab leak and rather than doing an exploratory dig, another plumbing service recommended Mark for a sound test. He came out, felt around, and said No need for the test, you have a hot water leak right here.

So he saved me some money there, since the test is like $300. I told him where I thought the pipes were and by cutting through drywall and backtracking, he was able to isolate the leak and cap it so it affected only a single bathroom.

He recommended re-piping around the leak rather than digging up my foundation to fix the pipe itself. I agreed. He also suggested using a PEX product for hot water lines, since it was cheaper, but I went with copper instead.

The re-piping took a couple of hours but was uneventful. He also re-piped a cold water line to my refrigerator that had leaked, capped an indoor propane line, and (ultimately) replaced a utility sink that had been leaking. It's been about 2 weeks since and I haven't had to call him back.

He showed up when he said he would and his work has been very good. I'd say his pricing is just above average. He's not the cheapest I've hired but he's not the most expensive either.

Fuentes Tile tackled three full bathrooms and kitchen tile for us, and we feel extremely fortunate we were able to work with them. Tile was a big investment on our project, and we knew we needed someone very talented to do the work to our satisfaction. When we met with Olvin and described the work, it was clear he was knowledgeable, very experienced, and the right person for the job.

Olvin and Ramon are excellent at tile work and very nice people too. They work efficiently, they were respectful of our home and other workers, and they are very detailed. For instance, we were pleasantly surprised to see them working with laser levels -- we are very picky, and they were able to exceed our expectations. They even made some adjustments for us to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product.

I don't normally write reviews, but Fuentes Tile is just that good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any tile project. Of all of the many contractors we hired on our full remodel, they were our favorite!

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

My hot water heater went out and I am not fond of cold showers even after coming in from a day in the Austin Heat. I saw the reviews for Union Jack and decided to give him a call. After taking a look he gave me an honest....YES completely honest opinion. the tank appears to be leaking and there is substantial corrosion here. Most likely you are going to have to replace the entire unit. I could spend 3-4 hours fixing it and it may still not work.

and no- he doesn't even sell water heaters so it wasn't an attempt to up-sell me but actually saving me money!

I asked if he charged a trip fee (Another plumber I called in the past charged me $45 to look at two toilets that he didn't even look at and gave me an estimate of $450- I fixed the toilets myself for $12 in parts at home depot)  but back to the point- Jack said NO- he wasn't going to charge me anything. Time is valuable- he even pulled his tools out so I appreciate the kind gesture. I will DEFINITELY call him for any future work.

Andrew Morgan and his team (including his little, big brother and dog Molly) were exceptional! I needed to have a pipe scoped with camera to find out where it ended due to drainage issues on the property. Not only did they scope the pipe in question, but four others and walked the property for other pipelines to assess drainage of the land.

Andrew then walked me around the perimeter of the property and gave me immeasurable advice on fixing the drainage problems as well as located piping that could be used as a more viable option (connecting to a 6 pipe drain pipe versus 4 piping). Spent a good amount of time here, the price was reasonable, and the job exceptional.

Hard to find quality and caring companies these days-small business is a plus here-among all the corporate companies taking over.

I have used CJ with Austin Plumbing twice last year and he was fantastic.   Prompt, efficient and courteous.   I had a pipe break after the freeze in the garage ceiling on Friday morning.   By 3:00 that afternoon, they had fixed the pipes and turned the water back on.  Prices are fair and work is wonderful.   I have 2 rental properties in the Austin area and will only use this company for all plumbing needs.  I highly recommend Austin Plumbing.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
