Showed up when they were supposed to, they were polite, clean, and professional.

I spent the bulk of a Sunday afternoon replacing everything I could reach under the sink, to no avail. After more than a decade in the same house, the clog was just too far into the wall for me to reach. I admitted defeat and called in a professional.

Not the cheapest in town, but they had immediate availability. When the kitchen sink is clogged, the wife isn't happy. And when the wife isn't happy, immediate availability matters!

Dave was fast, friendly, and did a great job. We'll definitely call him the next time we have a plumbing issue.

I can't recommend Abel to Plumb enough. I asked for a quote & got a response in 10 minutes & scheduled a visit for the next morning. Abel assessed the problem & fixed it within an hour. His rates are very reasonable & he's really cool & easy to work with. Call him!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

Jim knows his stuff. A long-term master plumber with a quick understanding of your trouble, he will relentlessly bang out a job and make sure it's right. He might seem gruff, but don't let him fool you. Next time someone asks, Hey, do you know a good plumber?, you'll say, Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

We were very please with our technician Andrew. Our heat stopped working on New Year's Day and we had lots of family over including small children. I called the emergency line after hours (after 5 pm on a holiday) and Andrew was at our house in less than 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. We were very happy with his professionalism. Highly recommend!

Yes, they are highly rated on Yelp which is why I called them to look at my water heater. They quoted me $2,025. I had called another company who is also rated 5 stars. They said it was a $1,600 job. I quickly called Plumb and Order to cancel and told them I got a much better quote and said no thank you. They were not pleased and came back to my house saying I owed the $195. Really? I told them that was crazy and to leave. They then loitered around my house. I finally gave them $100 to leave. Lessen learned. The company that did the job and were extremely professional. They did a great job! BTW, they only charged me $1,525.

I believe I've said enough. Just know you have been warned!

I called a few companies, thunderbird was not the lowest, but close.  They recommended the Bradford White unit as a good brand, which is what we replaced and has served us very well.  Mostly I was having the install done because my heater didn't have a drip pan, and my heater was old.

Back to the install, so very professional.  He replaced all the lines with new color coded lines, installed the pan and drain, and of course the heater.  Way more professional than my original install.  And could not ask for a nicer guy to talk to during the install, very patient with my questions.

Mark was able to schedule an appointment quickly to diagnose our aging water heater. He gave us an estimate on its remaining life and on what a new one would cost. He did not up-sell an immediate replacement. He was honest, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

Nick knows plumbing and is a pleasure to work with. He and I neglected to confirm his verbal quote which resulted in a shock when it came time to pay the bill that was 60% higher than anticipated. A good reminder for me and everyone to not get complacent and put too much trust in Yelp.

We had three toilets that were all leaking in their own way.  I emailed O&M, and was almost immediately contacted to schedule a free estimate.  They had a very fair price, so I had them do the work immediately.  During the repair, there was a small snafu that led to a broken tank cover.  The guys immediately told us what happened, tried to find a replacement that matched, and replaced the toilet (on their dime) when they couldn't.  Obviously, it would have been better if the lid wasn't broken, but mistakes happen.  When they do, these guys take care of them.  That's all I can ask for!  I was very satisfied with the guys who came out, and the work that they did.

Ever since the big freeze, it has been so challenging to find plumbers that are willing to take the time to really identify the problem and do repairs right the first time.  
Had a broken shower handle and could not turn the water off.  Many companies state that they are 24hrs, but are not.  Austin Plumbing responded to me immediately and was to my home quickly.  It was a relief to know that there is still a company out there that does provide the kind of service that they say they will provide!!

I needed my water hose line relocated in order to install a sliding patio door.  Geronimo was super quick to respond, his price was more than fair and his customer service was exceptional. My project was completed within 3 days of searching for a plumber on Yelp! Highly recommended.

Diego put in recessed and pendent lights in my kitchen.  He did a great job.  Super reliable and will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy.  On top of doing a great job he's a genuinely nice person!  He will be my go to handyman from here on out!  Highly recommended!

After my water heater ruptured, I started requesting bids for its replacement. Just getting the replies from most of  the bid requests took multiple days  The prices ranged all the way up to $4,500 with most of them including multiple fudge factors for additional charges at the time of service.  When I asked about  installation start times, I got replies of 3 days to 11 days. I started to see my future and it was cold. Think showers, cloths washing, dishes! I wondered if they were just playing me to see if I would crack under the freezing pressure and pay any price they asked? I hate all those manipulative negotiation games.

Then my fortune changed, I requested a bid from Emilio Hidrogo of Everest Plumbing at 10 o'clock in the evening. Shortly after requesting the bid, he replied. He gave me a reasonable fixed price quote for replacement of  both my water heater and a  Pressure Reduction Valve  that was restricting my household water flow from the city lines. When I enquired about the quality of the water heater, it was a top of the line professional brand heater. Even though he already had work scheduled for the next day, he was able to fit me in the morning of the following day.  

He is a Master Plumber and an Air Force veteran. You only have to talk to him for a little while to realize he is a straight shooter. The quality of the work he did at my house was top notch. The materials he used were high quality. And to top it all off, he is a very personable, sincere and likable person. Well honed in his craft.  You can't go wrong dealing with this family business.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
