Excellent service all around. Our kitchen faucet was leaking for quite some time. We had a few new cartridges sent by the manufacturer but nothing remedied the issue. The A&T team confirmed the base leak meant the faucet needed to be replaced.

Once we received our new faucet we were scheduled quickly. Our plumber Luke was wonderful. Timely, professional and efficient in getting us back up and running. And fair in price.
All in all we couldn't be more pleased.

This will be our plumbing team of choice for all future needs. Thanks again A&T.

I recently had Dave replace my hot water heater and install a PRV value on my house, after putting both projects off for a while because I couldn't find a good plumber. He installed everything promptly, showed up on time for both appointments, and scheduled them early so I could get on with my day afterward. I also like the hot water heater, it's a nice one (Bradford-White), and qualified for a rebate from Texas Gas Service. I would definitely call him again if I have a plumbing problem come up.

Minus one star for not getting an itemized receipt... that made applying for my rebate a little more difficult.

Abel and his crew were incredibly responsive and thorough.  He was able to fix a mystery leak at my property and went above and beyond with his service and attention to detail.  Very friendly and explained the process to me clearly-- I had a difficult to diagnose leak under my pier & beam home and Abel took his time figuring out the problem step-by-step to resolve it.  I absolutely recommend Abel To Plumb, especially if you have a complex plumbing issue.

My hot water heater died and Braulio came out the same day I contacted him to look at it. He then came back the next day and replaced the whole unit. He was very professional, quick and took the time to explain the issues and options with me. I would definitely use him again.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Jim is amazing. I've used him on numerous occasions and he has always been fair, courteous and quickly gets the job done. We originally used another plumber to install our tub, but he did a terrible job, so we contacted Jim who was able to fix the previous plumber's work. Then we got a flood in our kitchen and Jim was able to come quickly to turn off the water and then returned later to fix the complicated leak issue. We only trust him for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!!

I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3 star because we finally received a call from Stan's and they sent a tech out very quickly after the call and I really don't like giving a company a bad review unless they really deserve it. The tech found the problem with our system to be with the same circuit board they had replaced about a month earlier, so the repairs will most likely be a warranty repair. However, because it took them 7 days after 6 calls in 2 days to give us a call back, I'm only giving them a 3 star rating. With the snow and ice storm we had, it's very understandable that they weren't able to send out a tech until the weather cleared up, but out of the 6 calls in 2 days we made to the call takers, not once were we told it could take days to return our call. I feel like if we had the opportunity to call 6 times in 2 days, before the snow and ice storms hit us, they should have had the time to call us once to say they were backed up and couldn't get to us for a while. Communication is key to overall good customer satisfaction.

I was referred to Plumb Doctors by Lanier Plumbing as Lanier no longer does renovations. These days, it's tough to find a tradesman who has integrity, and shows up on the day they say they're going to. Andrew K. was very clear in communicating he would call before he headed over.

I thought his prices were reasonable. He charged $218 for fifty minutes of labor including parts, and re - seated my toilet which my handyman had improperly installed ten months ago. Andrew K. was very thorough, as my toilet was now planar, cut the long screws, and secured the screw covers. He even gave me a free consultation on my upcoming renovation so I was able to kill two birds with one stone.

He plans on purchasing a scanner for rebar and tension poles next year so I won't have to go through Texas Curb Cut.

These guys rock...professional from start to finish. Smooth process from scheduling to arrival, on time notifications. First time using folks via American Home Shield....many 'trunk slammers' out there and these folks are amazing and I will ask for them again when needed.

Five stars yet again. A different plumber quoted me for a job, and Jeff saved the day by validating the quote, but came back with quality work at a lower rate, which was incredible and unexpected. Thanks, Jeff! Appreciate you!

We couldn't speak more highly of Mark. He services all our commercial buildings in the Austin area. Yesterday we had a plumbing issue that escalated quickly and Mark was extremely diligent in uncovering the underlying issue. He's patient, professional, on point, responsive, and an over all kind human! So nice doing business with this man. He is very experienced and has always been a huge help to our company!

Nick is absolutely fabulous.  Aside from being funny and having a wonderful accent, he is decent and completely honest.  He never does things the long way just to gouge more payment out of us.  We wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

I called O&M to come out to my office due to a smell that was just awful. Ben came out to find that my clean out cap in the men's restroom was just loose. He took it off, replaced the seal, and let me know it was nothing major. Thank you Ben for being speedy and honest!

Cody called to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. Showed up on time. Was very considerate. Took off shoes inside house. Job was easy and Cody was efficient and professional. Would recommend!

Geronimo has helped me twice already with a few plumbing issues. Replaced a faulty shower cartridge, as well as installed a new Pressure Regulator valve and water main shutoff.  Both jobs were excellently done and have had no problems.  Prices were competitive, and Geronimo was responsive to calls and inquiries I brought up.  I would HIGHLY recommend Geronimo and Sons.  Hard working guy, deserves people's business.

Diego put in recessed and pendent lights in my kitchen.  He did a great job.  Super reliable and will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy.  On top of doing a great job he's a genuinely nice person!  He will be my go to handyman from here on out!  Highly recommended!

Our urinal was really clogged and left a gross odor in the bathroom at my office. Emilio and Grace were really helpful and they came and fixed it promptly the next day after our call.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
