Declined to honor their original estimate and then never got around to providing an updated estimate as promised. Save your time and look elsewhere.

A&T provided a ~$4K estimate to repair a drain line in late Dec. 2020. Told them I was not ready to do the project yet, and was told just let them know when I was. Estimate explicitly states Expires Never.

When I was ready to do the project early Jan. 2022, I clicked the Approve Estimate link in their original email. Later that day I received an email stating I approved a bid that is no longer valid due to material price increases from the storm and economy.  Pointed out the estimate Never expires but that didn't mean anything to them. Blaming material increases for a drain line replacement is lame as the project entails only a few sticks of PVC.

Wasn't ready to give up on A&T yet. They said they'd send someone back out the next day to look at the project and provide a new estimate. Never received a new estimate. We had ~20 emails back and forth in which I asked for for updates on the new estimate. No avail.  

I contacted A&T for my project because of the stellar reviews. My experience was anything but stellar.

Henderson Plumbing did a fantastic job for me and a fair price. I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend their services to others. Thank you!

I recently hired Abel to replace my water heater. He came the same day I called him to give me an estimate. He initially told me he could replace my water heater later that day but I hesitated to get additional quotes. His bid was lower and more reasonable than multiple other people and he did the job well.  I texted him a few days later and he came that same day to replace my water heater. He is reliable and communicates well. Nice guy and considerate too - he always wore shoe covers in my house and didn't ring the doorbell because my baby was sleeping. He was very patient when answering all of my questions and then answering my husband's questions by phone since he was at work. I highly recommend Abel to Plumb and will call Abel for all my future plumbing needs!

Fast response, very reasonable price,really responsive to our questions and concerns, very easy to work with. From now on, he's the first plumber I'd call!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

Totally disappointed with Stan's (again).  We purchased Stan's prepaid Gold Level PM contract for our two HVAC units.  We called today to request one of our covered visits, and we were informed that no one could come out until August to check out our units.  We are exasperated that we would not be able to have the units checked until nearly the end of summer.  After my husband expressed his frustration, the scheduler was able to fit us in the middle of July.  

One would think that PM would be completed prior to the start of summer or early summer and the purchase of a service contract would make us a higher priority.

Since, the volume of customers for Stan's is more than they can handle right now, I will look elsewhere for a service contract.  

I had also recommended Stan's through our neighborhood Facebook page, but will amend this recommendation in light of this situation.

Josh with Plumb Doctors came out twice for separate issues on a bathroom sink.  Scheduling was very quick.  Josh was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do on both trips.  I was charged a fair price and will call them when I need service.  VERY pleased with this company.

The Plumb and Order crew showed up on a Sunday to stop a leak coming up from the slab.  They were quick to diagnose and got the leak isolated.

Then we scheduled a day to come out and reroute.  They explained everything as they went, did a good job, and we're professionals.

And you've got to admit, they have a cook name.

Raymond came out to troubleshoot our Navien condensing tankless water heater. It was a little bit tricky to troubleshoot because it was not heating consistently at low flow rates. The temperature would fluctuate up and down but never reach the setpoint. Raymond was patient and found how to reproduce the problem, and after a quick call to Navien tech-support he replaced the diverter valve (he had one in his bag already) and it was fixed. This is my first experience with Thunderbird plumbing and it was great!

Today if the fourth time I have used Pure Plumbing Service.  Each and every time they have done a wonderful job.  The staff is very professional,
polite and flexible.  I would recommend Pure Plumbing to anyone if you
have a job that you want done right.

We just finished a kitchen backsplash renovation with Fuentes Tile (Olvin and Ramon). We had requested estimates from several contractors and decided to go with Olvin as he was very responsive, listened closely to our needs, and gave great advice on available options.   Ramon did the backsplash and was extremely tidy, skilled,  and took care of our home very well throughout the whole process, and our new backsplash looks fabulous.  Our project was completed on time, within budget, and we will call them again when we have another home renovation planned.

Scott did an amazing job with my leaking pipe in my garage. I messaged him at 11pm on Friday night and he responded in real-time and was able to come out the next day. He also helped me with trying to get me maximum coverage with my insurance and even gave me a discount when they didn't cover the repairs. 5/5 would recommend Scott again!

Like many others, I found Nick on Yelp and the reviews were all right on!  I had him replace an old water heater in the house we just moved to and his prices were significantly lower than quotes from other big-name Austin plumbing companies.  He didn't cut any corners when it came to the work being done - he's just an honest plumber, which is just what we all need.  With a slogan like,  The British are plumbing!  The British are plumbing! - is there any way you can go wrong?  Will be the only person I call for all my future plumbing needs.

They've done three different jobs for me...one of which was a fairly serious/complicated water line re-route. They did great work on all three jobs.

The O&M owner (Ben) is very responsive and gets back to you quickly, the plumbers show up when they are supposed to, and they always do a great job.

I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Loved them! They were in/out fast and so polite!! They've been so busy after this winter storm, but they were able to update us and even text us when they were 30 minutes away!! We'll be using them again!

Geronimo responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp regarding freeze damage. He diagnosed the problem, found replacements for the parts of the system I didn't understand well, and improved on the design of this part of the system. He also showed me how I might be able to detect further damage on my own. We will keep their number!

Our attic stairs were broken and needed to be replaced. I purchased a new kit and hired Diego to install them. He called me to say he was on the way. He removed the old stairs and installed the new ones in a few hours. His quote included hauling off the old stairs. He even hauled off the box the new ones came in for me and he cleaned up the garage floor. Diego is very polite and professional. I recommend him highly.

We will absolutely be using Everest again in the future! They replaced our water main shut-off for less than three other contractors quoted me, a week before any of those more expensive options could make it happen. Friendly, licensed, prompt, and quality work.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
