Very impressed with the service from A&T plumbing.  I contacted A&T via Yelp Messaging when I had trouble with a broken toilet seat and a pair of leaky toilet tank flappers and Pierre D. responded right away.

Scheduled the repair a few days later and it was done promptly and courteously.  I'd use A&T again in a heartbeat and recommend them.  

Pro Tip: You might need to leave a wide window in your schedule, as they came and fixed the problem quickly but they were delayed 4(!) hours before arriving.

I had a bathtub that went from slow-drain to no-drain, so I decided to unclog it myself. After plunging for hours and using Liquid Plumber the tub was draining. A week later I realized that I hadn't unclogged the bathtub at all. Instead, I had broken a connection between the drain and the p-trap and it was flooding my crawl space every time I showered.

I called Henderson Plumbing and Dave showed up, crawled underneath the house and replaced the old cast iron p-trap. He snaked the line and my bathtub was now draining properly. The job took almost 3 hours, because he had to take a couple trips to get the right parts, but Dave was very professional and did a good job. I plan on using Dave for all of my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend.

Called over the weekend and explained what was going on... First thing Monday he got us in between his other appointments. Within 30 minutes he had our water heater up and running again after another plumber said the whole thing needed to be replaced! Thank you so much for your quick response and service.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Hands down the best and fairest plumber in Austin and surrounding area.  Jim worked long and hard to repair our sewer line and was priced 20% below the next lowest competitor. He does excellent work and is always smiling. He showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.

Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing was one of the quickest responses we got on Yelp. They were able to find time within 72 hrs and showed up in the window they communicated. Javier, our plumber, was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and gave us several options to decide from. He was very polite and professional.

Will definitely call Stan's next time we need any plumbing.

We needed a replacement for our leaking water heater. Joe came by the same day and installed one, gathering parts from two or three locations to get the job done on a Saturday. Friendly, informative and helpful at all times. Just what we needed.

I used their services twice in the past couple of weeks. They were able to come to my house both times within hours of calling them. They were very professional. They quoted a fair price and performed exemplary work.  I will definitely call them again for my next plumbing issue.

Olvin Fuentes and partner did an outstanding work on the replacement of my kitchen tile backsplash.  Tile pattern matching around corners was spot-on!  Installation around six outlets/switched was exact.  There is NOTHING in their precision work that could be improved, and I expect perfection!

We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. Turns out we needed a new hot water heater, which they came back and installed the next day. Fast, reliable and seemed cost effective too

Nick is going to be our future plumber, even though we haven't had him fix anything himself yet!

Our fridge went out this weekend, and I quickly found a replacement for it. As we were moving out our old fridge, the little hose thing in the wall that would hook up to the fridge's ice maker and water dispenser refused to close because the valve was stuck open. We turned off water to the house over the weekend since we couldn't get the water to stop leaking if the water main was open.

Cue three days later, we all smell bad and are frustrated over the lack of care from my home warranty company to get someone to come out to fix what I would call an emergency water issue since we don't have water (either we flood the house to get a shower in, or not have any water to the house at all). Unfortunately, our problem started on Saturday, and plumbers generally don't work weekends unless you're willing to pay $$$.

We gave up on our home warranty company and called around local plumbers to see if anyone could come out today (Monday). Unluckily for us, all plumbers we called were not free until Tuesday.

When we called Nick, he picked up right away and my boyfriend explained the situation to him and how we've tried to figure it out so far. He commended my boyfriend for getting as far he did with the problem, and further explained to him how to fix the leak ourselves with a hose bib and some plumber's putty/dope(?). He told us we didn't need him and could do it ourselves.

30 minutes later, we have water to the house and no leak at all. I highly recommend Nick even though we haven't used him (yet) due to his extreme kindness in helping us fix our own problem. We'll be going to him once my home warranty expires and we have further plumbing issues in the future.

I noticed I had water leaking from my yard into the street this morning. I called Ben at O & M Plumbing and he sent Andrew and Jonas to my house within a couple hours to give a free estimate. The roots of my tree had caused a pipe to break and they fixed it the same day. Great service! I would definitely recommend them.

Our child flushed a small toy down the toilet, causing a big headache. It was out of reach, toilet was backing up, I needed help. I got in touch with these guys and we had the issue resolved the same day. The work was done cleanly and effectively. The gentleman that came to my home to do the work was very friendly. There is no question that if I have any professional plumber needs in the future, this will be the first company I call.

Although I received an immediate response through my YELP inquiry BUT just because I didn't respond to Diego's YELP text (for phone and address - which I didn't see it immediately) he dropped my appointment (which I understand) but when I called and texted to reschedule he told me he was booked indefinitely and wouldn't even try to work out another time!! This is an indication of his customer service!!! Do not book this service!!

They were very friendly, detailed and did good work.  They also cleaned up where they worked.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
