I've been working with Pierre and Don on a reconciliation and they have been very responsive. In retrospect, a lot went wrong here and it is unfortunate for all parties.  Regardless of what A&T's obligation is legally, they are working with me to get my plumbing issue resolved and seeing to it that other customers will not incur a situation like this.  I can tell they care very strongly for their customers and their brand.

David was friendly and professional, and clearly had the experience & knowledge to get the job done.  We were fans of Lanier Plumbing for years, and while I read that their clients had been referred to another company, David's pricing was much more reasonable.  Will use again.

Abel took the time to explain the cost saving options and to break down the technical issues with our water heater. He went through a whole list of small changes to try before exploring costly repairs or replacements. He offered to come fix the heater on a Saturday because his next week was booked and didn't want us to go without hot water. I felt like I was in good hands and most importantly he fixed the issue that I had our contractors come out to fix twice!

When my water heater went out, I went straight to Yelp to find the best plumbers in the area. I noticed a number of gushing reviews for Braulio, and now I see why. He did great work (going above and beyond what was merely required), was fair in his pricing, and was super-personable to boot. He even looked at and fixed a couple of small things in the house without charging me for it. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

I had Jim out to my home recently to help with a gas line problem.  He was very responsive and when he did come out to my house he knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue and charged my very fairly.  Great doing business with a local, I am sure it won't be our last!

Stan's lack of customer attention is unacceptable. If I, a mature, 30 year home owner in Austin, do my best to drop what I am doing and answer my phone call from Stan's technician, miss catching the call by 1 second, and then I call back immediately to tell the dispatch that the tech just called, then do you know what my reward is for being a good customer for years? I get the message that I do not matter and my punishment is that now the technician won't come to my house even though I have been home all day waiting. Oh yes, they want me to reschedule, but do I want to go through this again when I can spend my resources with a better company? What if reschedule with this company and I miss the call by again by a second or even 1 minute? Too bad to the many normal people who cannot get to their phones because they are in the middle of something in their home! So if you want to use this company, you will sit with your hands on your cell phone making sure you don't change your baby's diaper or get your hands into the dirty dishes for fear of missing Stan's phone call. Go ahead. Not me! Stan's manager told us we should see it from his perspective because he wants to keep his technician's busy. My perspective, me - the customer, is that I should matter.  Since Stan's employees are trained to wait not even 5 minutes, not even 5 seconds before they cut off their customers, then my life and my house, my heating & air conditioning system, and my convenience doesn't matter to Stan. We are no longer doing business with Stan's, and I and my neighbors now spend our resources with a company in Austin, Texas who gives real customer service to real people with real lives.

Good luck trying to get a reasonable and reliable estimate out these guys. It keeps changing. They quote quote you one thing in person, then another by email, yet another by phone. Got damn, stick to one estimate will you?

Five stars yet again. A different plumber quoted me for a job, and Jeff saved the day by validating the quote, but came back with quality work at a lower rate, which was incredible and unexpected. Thanks, Jeff! Appreciate you!

He did a pretty good job at a reasonable price but didn't put the outlet covers back on. I ended up having to hire someone else to do that, as well as to put some waterproof caulk over the grout.

We discovered a leak after coming back from vacation. I contacted Scott from Spot-On Plumbing after the water mitigation company found the source and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was knowledgable, upfront, and was able to identify other major and minor issues that were the cause of the leak. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs repairs done efficiently!

It's about time I got around to leaving O&M Plumbing a review.  I've used Ben and his crew several times over the past few years both personally and professionally.  Every single time I call, Ben either personally answers or calls me back within just a few minutes.  His bids have always been honest and transparent with a clear outline of the work to be done, the cost of parts and labor.  O&M's not always been the cheapest bid I've gotten, but they are the most reliable AND I've never had to call them back for the same issue.  They fix it right the first time and to me and my owners thats worth the little bit extra.  I'd never hesitate to have Ben and his crew take care of any plumbing issue.  Personable, Honest, Transparent and  Reliable.  I wish I could say that about all my vendors!!

It is my recommendation that you use a different service.

Austin plumbing charges a service call fee to come out and look at the requested work.  

Other plumbers do not.  Fact.

My experience consisted of sending photos of the work to get a quote, only to have them insist on an in person visit

What they gained from seeing the same pipe in person vs in a photo apparently cost me $50.

Go another rout.  The quote they gave me was 2x the price I ended up paying.

Highly recommended. An outdoor water supply line to my house was broken and I was without water. Geronimo was the first to respond to my request and came in significantly more affordable than other services that had followed up later. Best of all he arrived first thing in the morning to do the repair. I also had him replace my pressure regulator valve while he was replacing the broken pipe nearby. He also did a great job of cleaning up and putting the grass back in place. If you are looking for plumbing services, look no further.

Couldn't ask for a better service. I initially called Diego to help us fixing the garbage disposal. He was  very responsive and came on time as he promised. After that, he also helped us replacing a shower head, fixing a door, replacing a door bell and replacing some blinds. Overall, the service was amazing and prices were very competitive. I am glad that I was able to find Diego as he seems to be a very honest technician. I recommend his services 100%

I was out of state for the holidays when I saw the fire department on my cameras at 3am on Christmas. We had a pipe burst, so much running though my head on what to do first. Luckily, I called Everest Pluming the next morning and they were at my house fixing the problem before I even made it back from my trip! They were helpful, responsive, and sent updated pictures throughout the process.  Couldnt have asked for better service in such a tight jam. Thank you again Everest Plumbing!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!
