Following the advice of some other yelp reviews, i gave Wilson Plumbing a call to bid on a remodel of a utility room/laundry area. They came out right away and provided a thorough review, discussed a variety of solutions, and in the end provided a very reasonable price. Their scheduling was quick and the work crew knocked the work right out. They even managed managed to clean out a pipe that a few other companies never seemed to have been able to get right.

It's a bad morning when you wake up with your grinder pump light on red.  That means a lot sh** for breakfast. I looked up plumbing and septic on Yelp and Bill came up.  Told him what was going on and he came by early the next to confirm my thoughts. Back up pump and burned up pump.  Instead of doing the normal contractor set up for me to spend $2000-$3000, he says you might have protection for this from your water district.  Knowing my luck, I thought this could not be true. Called water district and they came and put a new pump next day. It's good to know Bill saved me money. I will use in the future.

Tony fixed a variety of plumbing issues at my house, and I was very pleased with his service.  He was able to come out the same day I called and he showed up on time.  He was polite and professional, and was flexible about fixing a few items that I thought of after he arrived.  He seems to work quickly and the price was reasonable.  Highly recommend!

We discovered our water heater leaking on a Friday afternoon.  I was able to get in touch with Mark Miller at United Plumbing and he was able to get a crew out to the house on Monday morning.  They replaced the water heater, set up new connections, brought the water heater up to code and left the place spotless and clean.  Mark even helped me understand the type and kind of maintenance I should consider to keep the heater in optimal working order.  I highly recommend this company for your water heater needs and other plumbing services!

We've had super low water pressure since we bought this house over 7 years ago, and no plumber has ever been able to figure out how to fix it. Meanwhile, the problem got worse and worse. Enter Brandenburg Plumbing - mystery solved! We couldn't be happier. We especially want to thank AUSTIN, the man from Brandenburg,  who worked hard and finally discovered the (very odd) cause of the problem! He was professional, courteous, and persistent. We are so impressed with Austin, and with the company in general. We highly recommend them.

I had a water leak in my kitchen.  I opened a service ticket for a plumbing repair with my home warranty company.  When Joby responded, he checked all of the sinks and drains and could not find a leak.  He went above board to look at the HVAC system and determined that the a/c was frozen and leaking.  He took photos of the frozen pipes so I could document the issue for future claims.  He turned the thermostat up per my request to keep the system from freezing further.  I was not able to be there, and he was honest and told me exactly what he was doing while he was in my condo.  I would recommend Huffman Plumbing for excellent customer service!

Arnold and son did an excellent job repairing a toilet flange and resetting the toilet at a very reasonable price. Located close to me as well so it's nice to be able to use the services of a neighbor.

I don't normally write reviews but I have been very impressed with this company.  They came out to give me an estimate on replacing an old AC unit and offered several options.  Once we selected our unit, the installers were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.  They even followed up to make sure we had proper air flow and coolant levels.  I feel confident that if we have any problems in the future, they will address them professionally.

Woods has overall been very responsive to all of my issues. I am in a new home so everything is under warranty and my unit was not installed right. Overall that's the ongoing issue. They did not do the installation but provide the warranty for Milestone. Britteny has always been very professional, courteous, and does the best to her ability to get me scheduled quickly. Two visits ago Michael Eisenhower was the technician who came out here. He was absolutely fantastic. He actually listened to me and agreed that there was a problem. Some of the other technicians have not taken the time to actually listen to me and diagnose the problem and that's frustrating. Michael was here for about 2 hours and did his level best to fix the problem and he actually listen to me. He tightened everything and added freeon which did help but as he told me there is a problem with how it was installed. I don't know if it's ever going to be right but out of about five different techs that came out he is the only one that took the time to listen to me and actually see that there is a problem and tried to fix it. The others have simply dismissed me telling me it's in the normal range.  Also the tech guys who adjust the air distribution are very good too. They see there is a problem but can't really do their end until the compressor is working right. All and all I think it's a very good company but my unit is still not right and I hope they are able to fix it. The last techs that were here were a bit rude telling me it was functioning within normal range and acted like they thought I was delusional but it was about 65 degrees outside and not doing what it was doing when it was substantially warmer. I want to emphasize again Michael was fantastic. Brittany is fantastic and the airflow guys were great. I just hope the issues end up getting corrected.

Angel is professional and honest.  He did a great job unclogging and flushing hard-water deposits out of water heater and a tough shower repair when another plumber was unable to fix.  Years of experience pay off.  Thank you.

The winter storm of February 2021 knocked out our tankless hot water heater. We called Joe, who showed up a few hours later and made the replacement, despite being in the midst of a 16-hour day. He and his colleague, Jack, were friendly, communicative, thorough and fair. We will definitely call Atech when problems arise in the future.

Our water heater had a leak and we had been without hot water for a night. The next day I called Weldon Couch Plumbing and within the hour already had someone at my door. Even though they didn't have the necessary parts to fix the issue, they managed to fix it enough so we could enjoy hot water temporarily. The next day despite having a busy schedule they made time late to come back and fix the water heater. They didn't charge an outrageous amount of money like other plumbers would have, they were affordable and efficient.

William with Johnny Rooter came out this morning to fix a clogged washing machine drain pipe.  This pipe had recently done the same thing, backing up water all over my utility room floor, about 6 months ago (grrr).  The first time, I called a plumber, he came out and fixed it with a bladder. He says if it happens again go to Home Depot and get a bladder and try to fix it myself. Did that. Bladder bursts inside pipe...awesome.  Now I have original clog + 3/4 of a rubber bladder jammed in my pipe.  I call Johnny Rooter and he says he can have a guy out the next morning (after talking through the issue and possible solutions with me on the phone, which was really nice). In comes William first thing this morning.  He is polite, professional, and gets to work right away after hearing my sob story.  He snaked the thing with the big motorized snake and had it clear within 10 minutes.  He then stuck around for probably 15-20 additional minutes talking with me about what could have caused it (issues leading back to what I was putting down my sink, which the first plumber never even mentioned), and a lot of tips and tricks I could do to try and prevent it from happening in the future.  He then asked if there was anything else at all he could help me with around the house before he left.  Great experience with Johnny Rooter, William was quick, efficient professional, and most importantly, genuine about trying to help me prevent this from happening again.

Oh, and the price was reasonable, very competitive with other companies I called.

Our recent and past experience with SALT have been excellent.  We always get good service.  The technicians, with Quen, Alex and Leo, are always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.  They are mannerly and clean up any mess.  I highly recommend using this team.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
