Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

I had a bad leak that soaked the ceiling of the first floor.  the water was dripping down at a steady pace.  I called a couple of other plumber with no return calls.  I finally reached Wilson Plumbing and spoke to Chris.  He sent Jay over to see what was going on.  Jay took about 10 minutes to find the problem.  It was not a plumbing problem.  The AC drain on the second floor was stopped up and dripping like an open faucet.  Jay could have told me it was a plumbing problem and charged me for it and I would have never known the difference.  I just happened to have an AC guy there changing out an AC and he fixed the problem and all is well.  I just had to pay the service call.  Great Job Jay.

We have had Tony help us several times at our last home as it was an older home that had many plumbing concerns. Tony also helped us replace some water heaters in our new home. We have a small retreat on park rd 4 south (burnet) almost 3hours from our home in Brenham.  Had a small job and needed a commitment on a specific date that would be there.  They were great (Ryan). Showed up on time and owner, tank, even called a few days before to Confirm!  Highly recommend.

Called Brandenburg after a local plumber completely hosed up our new construction project.  Austin and Wade came to the rescue.  They showed up when they said they would and took a look at the job.  They ensured us that they could resolve all the problems.  They took it on with a positive attitude and put our minds at ease.  Within a few days, all off the issues were resolved and we were on our way to the next phase of new construction.  What took one plumber about 2 months to totally destroy, these guys were able to resolve in a matter or days.  I would highly recommend.

I had a water leak in my kitchen.  I opened a service ticket for a plumbing repair with my home warranty company.  When Joby responded, he checked all of the sinks and drains and could not find a leak.  He went above board to look at the HVAC system and determined that the a/c was frozen and leaking.  He took photos of the frozen pipes so I could document the issue for future claims.  He turned the thermostat up per my request to keep the system from freezing further.  I was not able to be there, and he was honest and told me exactly what he was doing while he was in my condo.  I would recommend Huffman Plumbing for excellent customer service!

A Deal Plumbing is awesome.  Anthony and crew came out to switch out 2 toilets.  They were very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.  They were on time and finished the work in a very reasonable timeframe.  Arnold was up front about pricing and their rates are very reasonable.  I highly recommend this company.

Had another A/C problem and called Blanco HVAC. They were able to work me into the schedule later that day. Richie came out and diagnosed the problem quickly but had to order a part. Armando located the part and called me to set up installation. Richie was out again and got me up and running in short order. I love these guys.

I got a new system a year ago and reluctantly went with Woods due in great part to the salesperson who seemed slippery at best. I wanted the Bryant  system  and for the most part have been happy  with the actual unit so my low rating has to do with my experience with the company itself  Since my purchase, I've experienced several other slippery issues including the warranty  and scheduling.  For example,  I made an 8:00am service  appointment and was told I would be the first person on the schedule for that day so I made arrangements for my wife to be home  then.  The service rep did not show up and when I called to see what happened, they pleasantly told me that they tried to reach me on my cell that morning, but because I did not answer they did not come. I was told that their policy was that they had to be able to reach the customer that morning or they would not show up.  I then pointed out how my wife WAS home and available and if they called my home number which they also had, they would have reached her.   Had they told me ahead of time that they needed to reach me specifically on my cell phone, I would have made arrangements to be available.  When I then tried to schedule another appointment, they were not able to give me a definite confirmation though after my experience, I am not sure what good that would do anyway,   They'll get the job done, but I'd recommend going with another company if you can.

I've been using Rod Plumbing for a while now. As a contractor I have dealt with many different plumbing crews and this is by far the most competent and competitive company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. All the guys that work for the company I get along with and are easy to talk to and keep me informed on any plumbing issues that may arise and are always ready to help with any issues I may have.

I am in the middle of the options period on a house and I was told that that the water main and entire water supply lines needed to be replaced due to galvanized steel corrosion. $13,000 job. I wanted a second option. I was referred to Joe who told me over the phone that the job seemed unnecessary based off my description. For peace of mind, I requested that Joe come by for an in person evaluation. He rearranged his busy schedule to come the next morning. Sure thing, the job was unnecessary. I appreciate Joe's honesty and the the time he spent to walk me through the reasons why. I will definitely reach out to Joe in the future for my plumbing needs.

This review is way overdue. Weldon has been taking care of all our plumbing needs for almost five years now. He's honest, his rates are very reasonable and he's very responsive. He won't try to up sell you on products or services you don't need. Once he's fixed something it never is a problem again. I've referred him to several of my friends and to family. He always has removed his shoes when he comes in which is unusual for a contractor, to ensure nothing from outside gets tracked in. Having had a child who has medical challenges I have really appreciated this small and simple gesture. He's both kind and respectful. We are currently overseas and he's the only plumber we trust to take care of our property's needs while we're away.

I would just like to thank the owners of Johnny Rooter for doing such a good job of building a team that cares about customer service. I have had them come out on 3 different occasions now, someone different every time, but always pleasantly surprised. They are among the most competent, professional, and friendly group of plumbers I've ever met. I don't know what they're doing to attract all the best plumbers in Austin, but it's nice to know that they all can be reached at one phone number. Thanks for all your help!

My property manager in Austin hired SALT and they charge $79 just to come out for 10 minutes.  Then they provided me with an invoice that had absolutely highway robbery pricing.  I think they charge about twice as much as someone more competitive I found.  Don't waste your time.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
