Our journeyman plumber, Brayan Mercado, was excellent. He explained what was happening with our inferior water pressure, correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same visit. He even gave me some helpful suggestions that I could do to further keep things in good shape. Brayan was very pleasant to work with and very capable! Thanks for such a good experience!

I got an appointment the same week. Two guys came out and replaced my sprinkler head; fixed the wires for the rain sensor; and got my box to work properly. I had written the wrong amount for payment, over charging myself, and they came back to tell me so I wrote another check for the correct amount. Not only did they do a great job, but their integrity was so heartfelt. This kind of service is so rare. Thank you so much!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed irrigation services. Really phenomenal experience! I've had several SA plumber/repair experiences with my house/appliances and by far Blue Lion plumbing was the BEST! Our water heater was going bad and not only did they give us a fair and fast online quote (which was one of the more affordable options that included a warranty) they followed up a few days later to double check if we had questions. We were actually saving up for the water heater replacement during that time. Then, all of a sudden we came home one evening and the old water heater was leaking water into the carpet. I sent a message around midnight and had a response by 7am the next morning and they FIT us into their schedule the very next day! Heather and Martin are fantastic! Really impressed and will absolutely call them again if we have any plumbing needs! Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and affordable price. Really can't beat that! :-)

My elderly parent's toilet was clogged on a Saturday morning and Mason was able to squeeze in a visit in between calls. He was informative, professional, and very sensitive to the situation in order not to offend my elderly parent's dignity. He was a Saturday morning hero!

Very rude and late. Mike or his employees nearly ran me off the road 360, if they are late and need to get somewhere they should budget for time, I can only imagine how their plumbing must be.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

Cody and Kim are a great team. They were responsive and communicative throughout our entire working relationship. I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

I called this company/guy this morning. Oscar was very helpful and did (and charged) exactly what he said. We had a clog in the sewer pipe outside. He augered it and also showed me some tree roots with a flashlight that are inside the pipe. He fixed the clog and gave me an estimate for fixing the pipe the right way, but told me I have a few months with today's fix (before it clogs again).

Things I especially liked about this guy:
 -  He came within an hour of me calling him.
 -  He didn't talk 'down' to me because I'm also not a plumber (or man)
 -  He took the time to show me, and explain, the problem.
 -  He asked if he could pull his truck into my yard and didn't just drive in it.
 -  He did the job fast and thoroughly.
 -  The price was cheaper than other people I called.
 -  He suggested I walk into the house and flush the toilets instead of him.

(Personally I creep out when I'm alone with a stranger in my house and I don't like them tracking poopy stuff into the house anyway).

This company was great. Fast, honest, and resonable. I had to have my water turned off as water was coming out the over flow valve,, yesterday. Another company told me it was the high pressure valve.. 650. This company did it all for 168. I will feel confident calling them out again. Thank you for not hearing a female voice on the other end of the phone and trying to rip me off. I appreciate your professional company.

They turned what another company said would be a $1000 worth of wall and tile damage, plus plumbing charges on top of that, into an under $400 repair with no wall damage.  I knew 24/7 Plumbing was not being ethical with their bid and I was right.  Glad I got a second opinion from Kelly Williams Plumbing.

Would not even, give them one star.  
But it wouldn't let me post unless I checked one star.  At the beginning they sounded very helpful.  That was just to get you from looking elsewhere.  So they put you on the schedule for a technician to go out and look at the problem.  Them we will contact main office and see if we have part in stock.  Two days later, no news.  I call and email and don't get a reply until the following day.  Till this day no answer, no follow up.  This was from February 22,2021.  I understand your busy, especially with the latest crazy weather.  But don't take in jobs that you can't follow up with.  A simple email stating you haven't forgotten about me would be nice. Especially in a time of crisis is when you need to step it up with your service.

I am surprised by some of the other reviews.  My own experience was entirely positive.  They showed up faster than another plumber that was called on and emergency sewer stoppage.  They were fast and efficient and gave me an extra measure of service.  I would call them again.

I had a pipe break in the same place multiple times last year. Called them out each time...but this last time it did not last even 3 months. Refused to fix it. I had to ask my father to drive from out of town to fix it for me....and I was informed that there wasn't even any glue on the joints. Do not waste your time. Then after all that was said and done...my neighbor informed me that they were duped too.

Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
