After their arrival, the evaluated the problem gave me a quote, after I agreed, they went to work, they were quick, clean, and fast. Yes FAST as in fast flow. Thank you guys.

I woke up Saturday morning to find out that I had no hot water. I did some research to find a good plumber in the area and Mickey called back right away and was here within the hour. How lucky I feel! They were very friendly and seemed like honest and reliable people.

We had just moved in to a rental house and a few of the sink, tub, and shower drains were very slow to drain.  David called ahead of time, showed up on time, was very courteous, cleared the drains, and got us 'back in business'.  
Yay, we can finally use our shower!  I have bookmarked Make It Drain for future plumbing issues or projects I may need.  :)

They answered their phone, showed up to the job on time, they offered me 2 solutions to my problem and had the correct parts stocked on the truck and finished the job in a timely manor. Plus their price was fair. David was the plumber that helped us, he was knowledgeable professional and skilled. I would highly recommend this company!

Called this past week for a backed up main drain in our basement. The person who answered our call gave us an accurate estimate for when the plumber would arrive. He called us when he was about 20-30 minutes out. When he arrived he looked at the issue, explained all the services he'd recommend along with the associated prices. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took care of the backup and made appropriate recommendations for follow up. Very impressed with our emergency after hours care! Definitely recommend and would use them again!

I was pleased with every area from start to finish with this service provider. Cliff Huggins and his assistant gave a fair and accurate estimate including the services I requested. I never felt pressured and was given several options. I previously had another service provider give me an estimate and it was far out of the acceptable range. The receptionist who set up my appt. was very friendly and seemed honest and concerned about getting a good time that worked with my schedule. Lowes definitely has a good service provider to support their products. I was given instructions on what was done and when the work was completed the work area was cleaned and left as it was found. I highly recommend Fairway Installation and Lowes products and plan to use them in the future. Thank you very much Cliff for a great job!

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

I am so pleased with every aspect of the experience I had with this company.   The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely courteous and friendly and she quoted an hourly rate and told me that a repairman would call me a half hour before arriving at my home that afternoon.  Ray arrived promptly and looked over all the things I needed done.  He fixed everything in short order and made several recommendations for me to avoid trouble in the future.  He went above and beyond in checking things out to make sure that there were no other problems looming.  He respected my home privacy and my time and did all he could to make sure this service experience was the best possible.  From other reviews I see here, it's clear that Ray is the kind of service professional we all hope for.  I will recommend Steve's Plumbing Repair to all my friends.

We were very impressed with Paul from Confidence Plumbing. He was friendly, courteous and professional and disconnected and reconnnected our faucet when we were replacing our countertops. He even suggested parts we could buy for the reconnect to save ourselves money. We would absolutely call him again.

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a  warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.
