I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber.  Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family.  Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand.  I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! This was a very pleasant experience and I recommend fast flow plumbing very higher!!! They give 5 star customer service!!! Thank you Anthony for saving Christmas!! Amazing service!

Once again, this business has come through for my family like a champ!   I have experienced a disastrous problem....the main sewer line from the house to the city line is broken in half!  The guys came out ASAP and found that problem, told me what it would cost to fix it, and said  that they could fix it right away.  The price they quoted me was less than everybody else in the area, by a lot!  As usual, everything was done quickly, correctly and with a great deal of professionalism.  I will never use anyone but the plumbinator for any plunbning needs I have.

They answered their phone, showed up to the job on time, they offered me 2 solutions to my problem and had the correct parts stocked on the truck and finished the job in a timely manor. Called this past week for a backed up main drain in our basement. The person who answered our call gave us an accurate estimate for when the plumber would arrive. He called us when he was about 20-30 minutes out. When he arrived he looked at the issue, explained all the services he'd recommend along with the associated prices. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took care of the backup and made appropriate recommendations for follow up. Very impressed with our emergency after hours care! Definitely recommend and would use them again!

Fairway Plumbing is great!  They've done several different jobs for me and have always been fair and honest.    This time, Tyler and Brandon installed a new toilet for me.   The other one kept leaking and Tyler found a hair line crack in the tank.   I like these guys because they are honest and don't try to up sale me.   They also make sure the work is done right.  Wilma and Robert, who answer the calls are always nice and helpful, too!   I'll call them anytime I have a plumbing issue!

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

A friend of mine recommended this company. I called and made an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet. I used to do this myself, but getting under the sink is a job for younger people.

I got a call a little before the appointed time to see if I was available and I was. Larry and Thomas showed up and were just great!

One of the shut-offs under my sink wasn't working properly and they replaced it quickly and easily. They made short work of my new faucet as well, and it's a nice improvement.

These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Price was reasonable and fair. I'll definitely use this excellent company again.

I had water leak from the ceiling due to the great freeze last month.  I called so many plumbers and Confidence was one of only a couple that could give me an appointment within 4 days.  Orlando and his assistant Armando did a great job.  They took care to try to figure out what caused the water damage and were careful not to make any unnecessary cuts in the ceiling.  

In addition, they discovered another leak and carefully found the source and gave me all of the options to fix it.  They were very patient and thorough, and explained everything to me.  When they were done, they cleaned everything up.  I highly recommend these gentlemen and the company.  I could tell that they cared about providing high quality service.

I needed an additional sink installed at my business. Reggie came out and gave me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do and why. Because of how thorough he was, I went with his bid, which was very competitive. He worked quickly and did excellent work. The place was as clean after he finished as it was before. I highly recommend Patterson Plumbing.
