Billy from WEB Plumbing did a great job! Our house flooded at late in the evening and WEB responded very fast and took care of the problem promptly. WEB Plumbing is now the only plumber we will use. Thank you WEB Plumbing!

The Plumber was one of the owners of the business. He provided me an upfront reasonable estimate on the phone for the work I wanted done which was replacing a kitchen sink and faucet. He called when he was on his way the day of the appointment. He was genuinely pleasant, and professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up afterward, and the cost was very fair & reasonable. I asked him about fixing another plumbing problem I had, and he fixed it at an additional, but again reasonable charge. I highly recommend Dearborn Heights Plumbing.

Definitely recommend! They were able to come by and assess a leak I was having with my water heater the same day I called. Then, they were able to make an installation appointment for the very next morning.
The plumbers, Juan and Will, were so nice and knowledgeable. I knew NOTHING about water heaters - they answered all of my questions and were honest with their suggestions. My new water heater looks great and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. I really appreciate you guys - I definitely will be calling next time I have plumbing needs!

we had an oil burner service company for 20 years and the owner retired a few years ago. we thought we would never find that level of service again. we decided to convert to natural gas, and we used mainstream mechanical. we also installed a whole house generator. these guys do great work, are professional, and know their stuff! we are always assured that no matter what time of the year, day or night, if we have a problem they are there! we highly recommend mainstream. We have been using John for years and the quality of the work he and his team do is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Kathy in the office is always pleasant and helpful. Because John is in high demand, we have had to wait a day or two in non-urgent situations, but it has been worth it to receive honest and dependable quality service from John and his team.

They were on time an cleared a partial. However in their video they mentioned extra work that should be done after I already had my septic tank inspected and they told me everything is in great working order. I'm trying to close on my house now and the buyer wants me to have extra work done because the employee keeps saying the baffle needs to be replaced. If you're not giving me warranty, then just tell me you completed the work that was asked of you. I can't help but feel that they were looking to add extra work to get paid for, when the work wasn't necessary.

My hot water heater started leaking, put a request for quote through Yelp and The Drain Guys responded very quickly. Asked how soon they could come out, and their turn around time was really fast (especially since it's a holiday weekend). New water heater was installed quickly and economically. I would highly recommend The Drain Guys!

They were very professional. Their office called me to confirm ahead of time. Will called me to let me know that he's going to be coming over in the next 15 minutes. He did show up on time. They provided me with a free estimate. They completed the job professionally, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely hire 4 service pros again for future needs!

If you are looking for a honest plumber...it is the solo owner of this company, Gary. He was cool and honest, works alone...he changed my water heater at I think a good price from most. Will be a returning customer for plumbing needs.

Thanks for Milwaukee Plumbing for helping us so quickly and efficiently with a new water heater! We're in the process of selling our condo, and after an inspection we realized our water heater, though still working well, was at the end of its life. We called MKE Plumbing and the sent someone out within a few hours to take a look.
Later that afternoon we received a call from the company confirming a quote and what it would take to get this project done. We have a unique situation in that our water heater is suspended from the ceiling, pretty high up above our washer/dryer, and it's also an unusual size. The company was able to book us in for an official replacement within a few days, as all they needed was to wait on the parts to arrive.
Steve came on a Tuesday morning and was both approachable and accommodating. He helped my husband remove and replace the closet door blocking the space, and assisted in getting everything back in place afterward.
All in all, the (seemingly tough) process took about five hours. We were charged roughly $2200, compared to quotes upwards of $3000 we received via phone from other plumping companies. Hopefully no return repairs but they certainly got a difficult job done.

Leo and his crew updated the old galvanized plumbing in my home. As a young, first-time home buyer, this was a big expense but the outcome was great. The water pressure issue was resolved! Excellent work. Many other contractors and the City Inspector complimented the quality of the work. Very pleased.

I had Wilkes come out in via my home warranty service to take a look at my Jacuzzi tub that was randomly turning on by itself. They came when my parents were there and left without a comment and so I assumed it was fixed.
After a week it came back on again and I had to follow up with Wilkes where they said they had to come back out since they couldn't get to it directly and had to go through the basement ceiling. They came back out again, charged me more money for the 2nd trip, and said it was fixed. Side note, they had to call a third party Jacuzzi service for advice on how to fix it.
A few months later the same problem started again and I called them to see if they would come out and fix it but to my surprise said that because it has been over 60 days, that I'd have to either make another claim with the home warranty service or hire them direct at $60 per trip + $110 per hour. They do not do a quality job to start or on the 2nd time around nor do they warranty their work more than 60 days so I would definitely not recommend this company.

All I wanted was the filter on the faucet loosened so I could clean it. I had water pressure but I thought it might be better if I cleaned it. The plumber was in my building so I asked if he could do that. He said it would be a service call. Ok. He then preceded to break the faucet. He had to turn off the water so I had no water in the kitchen for several days. Two more trips out with a helper later, I had to buy a whole new faucet. 500$ for the labor and faucet.
