That picture on their site of the before and after door was ours! And, it came out incredible - BUT also the interior paint job they did was incredible! On time, hard workers, very professional!  We have huge ceilings and difficult beams to get around - this crew was incredible, hard working and just on it every step of the way, including great suggestions (they painted the beehive fireplace as well as many other rooms and I'm so glad I listened to Anna's advice!!) TOTALLY RECOMMEND

We needed the exterior of the house (single story ranch style) painted. We obtained quotes from severl painting companies, including McMillan Brothers of Chandler, AZ.
George (one of the brothers) came out to look over the house and give a quote. George is a nice guy, and likes to talk :) He came across a bit like a used car salesman which raised a warning flag to me, starting with a this job should run about $xxxx, but I'm going to give you a good deal because you're the first in the neighborhood. (We were the first in the development to be painting the house exterior, and the HOA had already mailed notices to all owners that they needed to paint.)  The actual quote came in in the lower middle of the pack. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. The amount was in line with what I was expecting. The statement of work included the proper paint, power washing, prep and stucco repair, etc. This was in line with the other companies' quotes. We researched McMillan Brothers, finding their license and bond was in order, their BBB record clean, and the reviews were pretty uniquely all positive.
We informed George that we would go with McMillan Brothers in just a few days. The next day George came and picked up the signed contract. (No down payment was required!) Within a few days of that, the crew showed up to do the work. They masked everything, including the sidewalks and driveway and patio. Did the washing, prep and repairs (very minor as the stucco was in general in excellent condition.) By the end of the day, the job was done (about 9 hours or so.) The house looked GREAT with no spilled paint anywhere. There were a couple of very minor touch-ups we requested (and we do mean MINOR) that were done in 2 minutes.
We couldn't be happier with the work and the price was on the mark.
Look past some of the sales talk that may occur, and go with McMillan Brothers. You won't regret it.
(BTW, ignore the Seattle location - we moved to AZ, hence the house painted is in the West Valley area of Phoenix metro)

Had Sam and Danny repaint the entire interior of the home and refinish the kitchen cabinets.  The end result was amazing.  Danny and his family worked until the sun set every day paying close attention to every detail and took care of not getting paint on our beautiful hardwood floors.  It took about 5 days to complete an 1800 sq ft home.  they painted ceilings, walls and baseboards, not an easy job.

Sam took care of the kitchen cabinets, took our beautiful hickory wood cabinets and converted them into a beautiful white kitchen.  they added handles and also offered us a soft close for the doors.  They were done in 2 days.

Nunez Painting just finished my house today.  First, I'll say my house looks fantastic...just like new (on the outside!)  The process was fast, tidy, with as little impact as possible on me and my family.  So they could finish the next day, they left their equipment in my backyard overnight, but it wasn't just laying around all over the place, it was placed neatly out of the way...again showing they are a tidy crew and try to impact residents as little as possible.  Overall great job at a reasonable price.  Lorena is easy to work with and is happy to answer any questions.  At times it feels like a guessing game whenever you hire a contractor to work on your house.  You don't need to guess with Lorena and her crew.  Thanks for the great work!

We are so happy with the job Titleist did!  When it was time to paint the exterior of our house again, my painter couldn't come for 4 weeks. I couldn't wait that long so I requested quotes on Yelp and Shad responded right away.  He came to my house and beat the price of my original painter and that included doing everything I wanted plus more. They started the job 5 days later and was done in 2 1/2. I thought my original painter did a good job but Shad's team exceeded his work.  From details to clean up, my home looks brand new.  I would recommend Titleist to anyone for your exterior painting needs.

Gerardo, Jose, and Miguel did an excellent job of refinishing our solid Oak entry door and curved Oak staircase, they are darker with the grains showing through and are a serious update to accompany all the other mods we've done, this is one of the last mods and makes a HUGE difference. The guys were quick, efficient and skilled in their trade. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in a couple of months to do our Oak kitchen cabinets. Thanks to all!

What an exceptional job! Fernando and his associates were nothing but professional, timely, and paid close attention to detail. For Nando was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly with text messages and calls. The other painters who were active on the job site were kind, trustworthy, and helpful. He was quick to send a quote and was able to start the work within a week. I would definitely recommend this company to all friends!

Isaac and Jerry came when they were to be here and did an excellent job.  I would be happy to have them paint at my home at any time.  The reason for only 4 start has nothing to do with the actual painting.  I called a couple of times with questions, and the office personnel never seemed to know exactly what was happening.  It would take some time for them to find my order, and when they did, they seldom answered the question I asked.  It did all work out in the end, but the telephone personnel need to be a little better informed.  Jerry and Isaac, however, do an excellent job!

Some time ago we had set out to have both the exterior of our home and dozens of interior plantation shutters painted, interviewing numerous firms. IHC had come highly recommended to us by another contractor on whom we rely and trust. IHC was the only firm that bid on both the exterior work and interior shutters. Their pricing was competitive and their work is excellent. Great service! Genuine pride of ownership in their work. Impressed so much with IHC, they are now our go to painter upon whom we rely exclusively. We highly recommend IHC be considered for your painting needs.

The attention to detail is off the charts and I am so happy with how our house turned out. I am a full time Realtor so I have seen so many things over the years when it comes to all types of contractors and you have to be very careful who you hire to work around your home. This a revised update to my review of Sept. 2019.  After talking to the owner Charles, he made it clear that he would do whatever he had to do, to remedy the situation.  He had his guys come out and completely strip, recaulk and paint the areas that needed it.  So, I have to say that even though I was originally dissatisfied, he made things right.  Hard to find a businessman who will go out of his way to satisfy his customers.  I have to give him props.  He came through.  For this reason, I amend my original rating.

When Adam showed up at my house to give me an estimate and was wearing a Reds hat, I (a Cubs fan) started to think this might not be a good fit. I'm glad I got past that, because he and his team did an amazing job. Everything was done on time and the price was very reasonable. They were available and helpful throughout the project and really made our house look like new. I highly recommend them, despite their questionable taste in baseball teams.

John was quick to respond to our call for an estimate. We had a ceiling leak. John understood the urgency of the repair. We have a flat roof and when I met him it was clear he had vast experience with our roof type.  He explained every step and then followed up with me several times after the work was done to ensure all was well. OMG. Randy and his crew are AMAZING. We recently moved into a brand new house and decided we would save some money and paint the inside ourselves. After a long night of attempting and failing miserably we gave Randy a call. Not only was Randy (the owner) able to come meet me at our house to give an accurate quote, he was extremely accommodating and even had a crew come paint the next day! He came back to introduce us to his painters as well as walk them through the house pointing out everything that we wanted which was extremely comforting. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional and continued to ask if we wanted anything touched up (which was never a problem because these guys are that good!) As far as the paint goes it is absolutely STUNNING they did an incredible job it honestly is an art form. Overall great service, great price, and would definitely recommend to anyone who need any kind of painting done!

Ivan and his team did a great job with the exterior paint of our home. More importanly, he was responsive--my questions were answered immediately via text prior to the scheduled work. He had a team of about five, and they worked diligently to get it done in no time. Bonus, his rates are the best! I got four other quotes from other companies, and he beat them all by a lot! Some people say: You get what you pay for, but judging from the results, so far, I got the value of what we paid for and more. I highly recommend Ivan Cruz and his team! Now i just hope he gets into the landscaping design business, too. If he does, I'll hire him in a heartbeat! Ha!

They say that people don't recommend painters, or was it plumbers? In this case I have to recommend Glenn Miller. Gave a fair quote. Showed up on time. Finished on time. Cleaned up after himself. I couldn't be happier

Had our the exterior of our house painted after the monsoons subsided and were very satisfied with the work.  The workers did a very thorough job, including patching and repairing exterior prior to painting.  Manuel was very patient with us as we navigated the HOA processes and selected the approved paint.   The crew made suggestions and always kept us updated on the status of the job from start to finish.  We are very satisfied with the completed job.  Will definitely be using them for painting projects in the future and will  be recommending them to family and friends.

The response to my review doesn't make sense at all. Try reading it and providing training to Robert so he can handle simple calls.

Resolve Drywall did a small drywall project for us, fixing a ceiling after a plumbing leak.  We especially appreciated Tommy fitting our very small project in quickly.  We also felt that the pricing was reasonable and fair.  Edgar has tons of experience and is good at his craft.
