Very highly recommend TITLEIST PAINTING. They are honest, dependable, trustworthy, go above and beyond, very fair pricing, great communication , and use very high quality Dunn Edwards paint. They also refreshed the concrete slab. It looks brand new.

He and his employees work as if the clients are on him all the time. Shad gives you options of prime quality paint or a step down paint. I chose top quality paint; it lasts longer.

After giving me the quote, he realized he misspoke on the price. He honored his word and did the job at the lesser misquoted price. Shad is a totally honorable man and that's how he operates; honorable.

Alex and Shad are both gems! My home was built in the 50s and so it has many layers of exterior paint as well as different textures: from brick and block to wood. Alex was very thorough in his assessment of the home and let me know just what to expect when finished. Their guys came out and within two days, my house was complete!

From the estimate to the actual finished project, working with Titleist was a breeze. The house looks beautiful and I'm extremely happy. I highly recommend Alex, Shad and their team for any project! Definitely 5 stars!

We received quotes from three different companies to repaint our house. Alex was very professional and was happy to answer any questions about the process. He sent me a quote via email so it was nice to have it in writing. Titleist was the most affordable of the three quotes! We checked out their BBB rating and confirmed their license and since all looked great we decided to go with them.
The job began about 10 days (as scheduled) after we agreed to use them. Their crew was hardworking and meticulous. I also liked how the owners (Shad and Alex) came by to check on progress and do a walkthrough at the end of the job. They really want the customer to be pleased with their work and offered to come back if for some reason we find anything that needs touching up.
We are very pleased and would definitely use them again!

The owner, Shad, and his son Alex were super responsive, friendly and helpful. They were able to get our painting scheduled within days of the quote and the painting was completed within 1.5 days! This is impressive as we had them paint the entire ceiling of our house plus the walls in 3 bedrooms! Pablo and his team were so good. They covered everything completely in plastic and left absolutely no mess! The lines are clean and crisp! We are so pleased with our newly painted house! I highly recommend this company! In fact, I will never paint a wall again now that I have their number!

We had Titleist Painting do our exterior back in January of this year. Shad was great from beginning to end. I had several companies come out to give estimates prior to Titleist (AZ Painting Company among others) and I felt like Shad took the time & effort to go through exactly what would be included & provided a written estimate (not sure what you're talking about Barbara R.). It was important to me to hire a company that was licensed & bonded, but also reasonably priced. You hear so many horror stories about companies that show up, take a down payment, & never show up again. Understandably they need a portion up front to cover materials, which is expected, but I'm a little guarded & untrusting (character flaw of mine). The communication that Shad provided was great! He would call/text to let me know when his guys would be showing up & also showed up personally towards the end of the job to make sure I was happy & make sure things were flowing smoothly. All of the work was done with meticulous care. After the job was finished, I felt a little silly being so guarded. I was so impressed I recommended him to my parents who subsequently had two of their properties painted & were equally as impressed.

It's now time to paint the interior.. In the last two weeks I've had two different companies commit to a time to come out & give an estimate & neither showed up (I'm looking at you Tape & Mud and Kings Painting, LLC!) I don't know why I didn't just call Shad to begin with?! Just as before, we went over exactly what I wanted, made a game plan, and I can't wait to see what a great job he & his team do again! I feel like it says a lot to be a repeat customer. I would (and already have) recommend this company! I've provided a few before/after pics - seriously, these guys are great!

If you want a real quality job, this is the company. Usually with a job like this, there are at least a couple of issues, but there is nothing I can complain about.
Its very simple....Shad knows his work VERY well, and runs his business with customer satisfaction at the top of the list.
He even made some suggestions from our original plan which made our home look even better than we planned!
No headaches. No buyer's remorse. Very rare in this business.

From start of finish, I have one word to describe this company....AMAZING. When I requested a quote, Shad, the owner came out. He did a thorough walk through of the entire project, including repairs and the quality of the paint. The paint crew was very professional, detailed, and made sure all areas were covered, including the pool. Throughout the entire process, Shad was in constant contact with us and we were made aware of the progress of our house. All I can say is, our house looks awesome. AMAZING. You don't find contractors like this anymore. The owner comes out himself to walk you through the entire estimate and what work will be completed. Then he himself came back out to inspect at the end and walk through with us. The fact that he went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied was so appreciated. The quality of the work is also above expectations! They did an amazing job and worked so efficiently! They took care of all the details ensuring our windows were protected from paint and anything else that shouldn't have paint on it. Overall a great experience, a great paint job, and a fair price. We went and received a few quotes from other company's to paint our 3,700 sq ft. home. Then we found titleist painting. Immediately we saw the 5 star reviews and gave Shad a call. He came out went over the whole process of what they were going to do. Stucco repair, caulking, prep work, powerwash, and the type of paint they were going to use. Shad was very informative. When it came to price on our home he blew all the other company's out of the water, some of which quoted us 800-1000 higher. Just knowing the experience shad had, we knew he was the one for the job. They finished our house today, and it looks completely amazing. It's a brand new house now. Thank you to shad and his crew for the excellent job! I will be sending people tour way if they need painting done.

I want to start off with... you cannot go wrong with this company.

Shad was amazing from start to finish. When he came out to give a quote, he walked me through everything that would be done and was very detailed. When his crew came out to paint he assured me they were amazing and I will love my house after. Let me tell you he was right. My house had so many little holes and cracks, along with a big hole and damage to my house from a patio that was recently removed, you would never know there was a hole or tar on my house, yes tar the man who put the patio up used tar and it was horrible.

Look no further, I can tell you, you will not go wrong with this company.

Big shout out to Shad, Tyler and Pablo, the job foreman. Just got done painting my home. They did an outstanding job. They took down anything they could, masked and taped what needed to be done. Put everything back just the way it was after painting. Prices were very competitive and the crew was very friendly, clean and attentive. The finished job is over and above what I had been expecting!

Really enjoyed working with Titleist from start to finish. Shad, the owner, came over to look at the exterior of our house, provided a free estimate and he walked through every step of the process. Shad is not a salesperson and he looks at the property and provides you all of the tasks that his crew will be taking to really provide the best results. I spoke to other painters and felt that some of these details were missing from their quote. I was presented with a reasonable, comprehensive cost and they committed all of these details to a contract. Then the fun part, we looked at colors, made our selection and in come the painters. The crew that worked on our house was one of the best paint crews I have ever seen. They spent an enormous amount of time on prep and the end result speaks for itself, it is stunning. Everything was expertly masked off, caulked, cracks repaired, water sealed and then the house was precisely applied with premium paints.

I needed a full exterior paint job done on my 2400sq ft house. I called Titleist and Shad/his son were a pleasure to work with. He came out the next day for a walk around with me, and was very thorough/thought everything through. He gave a fair price and his workers were done with the job in less than 24 hours from the start! I wasn't home when they finished, the next day I found two or three things that I didn't like with where they did the trim/pop out lines on my house, and one small spillage on a window. Shad's son came out that weekend to talk about it, and they fixed it happily with no questions asked.

If you're looking for a painting company, you can stop, you've found the best! I had 8 different companies come out to give me a quote on the exterior paint job I wanted to be completed, and Titleist came out with the best price. (Without giving away too much, a fellow 5-star Yelp painting company quoted me over DOUBLE!)

Even after I added more to the original scope of work (we added more colors) it still remained the lowest price. But honestly, price isn't even the most important factor, you want to be sure you choose a company that uses high-quality products which Titleist does.

I honestly feel as though Teddy/Shad treated our home as though it was his own. The work performed by Teddy and his team was extremely thorough. He never hesitated to make sure I was part of the entire process, explaining each step of the way, and pointing out aspects of the job that I wouldn't have even noticed.

I especially liked that Titleist took great care cleaning up our home and surrounding area each day. Teddy was on site every single day which I found to be very helpful and impressive that an owner would take time out of his busy day to make sure I felt our job was important to him.

I don't know if this is the norm for Titleist, but I signed our contract on Tuesday and the house was completed by Friday afternoon, I was so extremely pleased with the timing! Teddy even sent a member of his team to follow up with us the following Monday (allowing us time to scrutinize the work) to see if we happened to catch any touchups and complete some additional cleanup (that I hadn't even noticed).

My children even exclaim how much they love coming home our new home (we've been here for 3 years, so it's definitely the paint job to which they are referring).

Honestly, I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with Titleist Painting! They went above and beyond every step of the way! Now stop reading and give Titleist a call, you won't regret it!

I sent a Yelp request to Shad to arrange to meet him at my rental property to give me a bid on painting the whole interior before the new tenants moved in. He agreed to meet me at the property at 1:00pm. I called him at 1:30 after waiting a half hour for him to show up. He gave me a lame excuse that he didn't have the address. I checked the Yelp reply he sent me confirming he had the address. I gave him my home and cell phone number in my yelp request. He didn't call he didn't text to tell me he wasn't coming. He didn't even apologize for wasting my time. Do you want a guy who doesn't value the customers time painting your place.

Shad and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of our house. Super responsive, reasonably priced, and his whole team is a pleasure to work with. On top of all that, a few weeks after the job was done, we unexpectedly had to have some (unrelated) stucco repairs done to our chimney, which meant there was now fresh/raw stucco showing all over the chimney, which messed up the nice look of the brand new paint job we just had done. I reached out to Shad to see if I could hire him again to touch up the chimney and, to my surprise, he offered to come out and take care of it free of charge. Class act! Highly recommended. Service like this is hard to find these days.

Shad and his crew are top notch. Their quality and attention to detail are second to none. We have a large house and the price was more than fair. I have to start off this review with a comment about the one star review that was posted. I have no idea why he would give this group a one star review. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I found that I had the same five-star experience that most people have posted. I had the same exact experience that if you read most of the reviews you will see. Titleist Painting bids way below everyone else. They do an amazing great job. And they're done so fast, you wonder how they can possibly do it. My personal experience is, they painted things and fix things that weren't even part of the original contract. To sum up this experience they went above and beyond my expectations and delivered everything for less than any of the competition. To prove how much I liked my experience, I have already referred a friend.

W-O-W...If it were possible to rate Titleist Painting with 10 stars out of 5 on here, I would. After getting quotes from a few painting places, we decided to go with Titleist Painting - not just because the quote was affordable, but also for the care and prep work Teddy described he would give to the exterior of my home (eaves, block wall, and around the windows). WOW! This company does a superb job. They are on time to do the job and completed the job on time. We had the complete interior done. They only use rollers and brushes and do two coats.
The owner, Shad, asked what we were thinking color wise. We told him what we wanted and he gave his suggestions and painted samples on the wall. We went with his suggestions and wow it looks fantastic!

I called Titleist to get an estimate for painting the wood siding and trim on my recently sandblasted ranch. Shad came out the next day to give an estimate, and thoroughly explained everything they would do, from prep to painting. I felt confident that Shad understood the look I was going for, and he assured me they would mask off the block to protect it. The plywood eave was looking a bit worse for wear, but you can see in the photo that it looks nice and smooth now! I will definitely use Titleist in the future!

I had the pleasure to work with Alex and his crew on painting the interior of my new build home. They were able to prep this 3 story home, cover all floorings, and paint all walls and doors in a matter of a few days!

The attention to detail exceeded my expectations! Everywhere was painted where I felt others would have cut corners, the lines from the ceiling and baseboards to the walls were crisp, and the color Alex assisted me in choosing for the home was perfect!

I have nothing but good things to say with this group and I will definitely use them again in the future!

I don't often write reviews but in this case the work performed by Titleist exceeded my expectations so much I felt it was warranted. Shad, the owner was great! He first showed up to walk my property with me to understand what I wanted, and explain how the process would work. When the work started, his employees were super professional and prepped the house for paint in an extremely meticulous manner. I am very happy with the way it all turned out and will call Shad and his team again in a heartbeat if I need my house painted in the future!

Okay, this is going to sound like a broken record, but really, this company is very worthy of all the 5-star reviews you see here.

Shad, the owner, comes out to your home for the estimate and not only gives you some folders with the colors/names of the paints, but leaves you with a good amount of sample so you can put the paint in different spots to see which one or ones is your favorite.

After you've decided and sign a very simple contract, he'll work with your schedule and obstacles such as pets or bookcases to get the work done. He will even come by daily to review what his employees have done, though they really don't need much supervision. Just get out of their way and let them do the work quietly, efficiently, and well.

And if you do find little tiny nit-picky things, they'll come out to correct them at their expense. We even had them come do a couple doors that weren't in the original contract. The total charge for that was less than what most companies would charge just for the service call.

He and an assistant even helped locate where one of our cats hid in the house, a place I didn't know existed under/behind the counters in our kitchen. Too bad, I don't have the picture that was taken. It'd be good for a Halloween image with the glowing eyes. :)

My husband and I recently moved from California to Arizona and chose Titleist Painting to paint our entire interior and exterior of our new home based on their glowing reviews and let me tell you...hire them!!! We got several quotes before working with this company. They were in line, and able to beat our lowest quote. The owner has been in the business for a really long time and you can tell he knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable, and when we had dust coming out after touching our wall he explained what it was. He also gave a solution to fix, and said call up the local paint company to see if they agree. This made me feel comfortable, that the value of what I was paying was worth it. We had the entire exterior of the house painted, pop-outs. If you are looking for a professional, I'd say go with them. They are very thorough, patches up what's possible. They also put down the plastic at make sure that nothing drips onto your property as well as onto windows. I would highly recommend!

We are so happy with the job Titleist did! When it was time to paint the exterior of our house again, my painter couldn't come for 4 weeks. I couldn't wait that long so I requested quotes on Yelp and Shad responded right away. He came to my house and beat the price of my original painter and that included doing everything I wanted plus more. They started the job 5 days later and was done in 2 1/2. I thought my original painter did a good job but Shad's team exceeded his work. From details to clean up, my home looks brand new. From start to finish, Titleist Painting exceeded all of my expectations, and I had set the bar high. Shad returned my message the same day, and scheduled an appointment the next morning to walk the property and provide me a free estimate. Unlike another company I was considering, who took an entire day to work up a detailed estimate, Shad gave me the number, onsite, fifteen minutes after arriving. And it was $1,000 less than the other folks, with the same prep, treatment, and paint. He scheduled me for the following Monday, with a three day expectation for completion. He, his son Alex and his crew were there at 8am, on time, as they were every day, and his crew worked until 5pm daily. The job was completed on time, Wednesday, and on budget. To say that they pay attention to detail is an understatement. The house looks beautiful, like new, the trim lines are precise, not a false drop of paint anywhere. And Shad and everyone couldn't have been more pleasant to do business with. I don't know how I could give a more glowing review. Thank you, Titleist!

He was seriously a straight shooter, immediately was willing to beat the competitions price, he also squeezed me in last minute, I mean literally like a 2 day notice. I had such a great experience that I hope we remain acquainted after this job. I cannot say enough great things.
One additional comment, he shows up to the jobsite, if he doesn't like something he sees, he fixes it. He voluntary patched some of the concrete foundation of my house because he just wasn't satisfied with how it turned out, the job didn't suffer because of that, it was still finished on time. I am so impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly, honest nature of this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the pleasure of having Shad and his crew paint the exterior of my house. From the moment I called, he was very informative and friendly. He came out and gave me a quote and explain the whole process. My house is 14 years old so I had holes and stucco missing all around. The wood trim was also chipping. They power washed and repaired all the stucco (looks great). They started painting the back of my house which the color didn't turn out as we wanted. So Shad helped us pick a color that would look great. He ordered more paint and his crew got back to work. He was very patient and understanding. The crew did an outstanding job. They are the most thorough workers I've seen in a long time. Every minor detail counts to them. They put their all into their work. I would recommend Titleist to everyone. After receiving several bids from painting contractors, we selected Titleist painting and we were not disappointed. Shad - owner and his foreman Cesar are a dynamic duo. The crew they sent out was very professional and did a super job not only masking the whole area around the exterior of the house, but the clean up was very thorough. I had shared with Shad the type of paint we wanted to go with as well as asked for his input on ideas. Shad and the crew are very knowledgeable. I have had several neighbors compliment me on how the house looks. Even one neighbor who hired a different contractor said their house does not look that good compared to mine. Even my pool service ask for Shad's contact information. Keep up the good work guys!

I had 3 estimates/quotes by 3 different companies for the entire interior of my home and Shad gave me the best price and amazing work. He came out and pointed out all of the blemishes and problem areas his team was going to prep and even how they would do it. When I had a previously scheduled other guy come out and I asked about some of the areas, he had a totally different and inefficient method. My house is a whole new home.

Shad and his son are super professional and their crew did a fantastic job. I've used Shad for three projects that really show the talent and value of his company. Pricing was typically some of the lowest we found. Crew was always on time or they would call ahead and communicate any delay.

First I had all the baseboards and trim in a 1600 square foot house painted. All the dings and dents in the base boards were filled in and there was no painting over the wall color. I had a couple shelves installed on windowsills and he was generous enough to paint those for free since he was there.

Then I has a 2100 square foot house painted including vaulted ceilings, doors, and all trim and baseboards. All the imperfections, holes, and dents in the drywall were filled and fixed. Fantastic job except they neglected to paint an area in one closet. Shad sent someone out the next day to fix it. Excellent response time and no questions asked.

Third project was for repairing a foam roof and coating with elastomeric. Price was awesome and they got it done quickly.

I'll be using Shad for any paint project he will be available to do for me. Highly recommended.

I highly, highly, recommend Shad and his team! During the process of getting my house painted, I obtained several quotes. They were all over the place ($1,800 range between quotes) and when people came out to the house they just took a look and sent a quote via email. Shad took me around the house and identified all of the work my house required. He was very detailed and in addition he asked about the quotes I received and came close to matching the lowest bid. He is very quick to respond when asked questions. In addition he treats the customer well and did not upcharge me due to low paint supplies and having to use the most expensive version of Dunn Edwards. We even wanted to change the color of our trim and bump outs after the fact and he had his team come back and painted the new color at a very reasonable price. Lastly, as we did a walk around of my house there was a little overspray on one area and I told him that we could just paint it no big deal. He said and I quote, My team will fix it, that kind of miss is unacceptable based on my standards. Shad is committed to excellence and the work shows! Don't pass this business up they are fantastic just give him a call you will be very happy with the results.

Outstanding Painting Company - honest, dependable, talented!
We just had the outside of our house painted; Titleist did an amazing job. Shad Gregg and team transformed our old 40 year old house into a beauty.

The company is licensed, bonded, rated A + by BBB and 5 star rated on YELP - all items that were important to me as a homeowner. They have been in business for over 20 years and I met father, Shad and son over the course of the project. Shad was hands-on during the project and in communication with us the entire time. Our home was left neat and tidy everyday by the team.

TItleist takes much pride in their work and are very detail oriented. My husband and I are picky and notice every detail. We are very pleased with the completed results and felt the price was both fair and worth the every penny. I did have 3 other bids and as others have mentioned, they were neither the highest nor the lowest.

As a senior, I felt very safe having Shad and team at my residence. We will use them again soon for another project!

I sent a quote request around 12am not expecting to get a response until next day. The owner replied within minutes. This company means business and they are serious about it. Just for that I would hire them, the only thing is that they don't do interior paint work so I wasn't able to hire them.

Wow! These guys are great! I had originally gotten a quote for exterior paint by a friend, had the owner Shad come out for a second opinion and he quoted me $430 less than my friend did! We picked a color scheme closest to what I already had from the list the HOA gave me. They came out within a week and got the job done in a day. They were extremely accommodating when I decided I wanted my door painted the color of the pop outs last minute. They are extremely detailed and did such a great job! You can tell they didn't skimp or water down their paint. The owner also really knows what he's talking about. It's clear he has many years of experience. It looks perfect. So happy I decided to go with this company!

Shad came out to our home to give us an estimate on painting and repairing the stucco of the whole house within 24 hours of requesting the estimate. Shad is a straight shooter and is completely honest with the work he knew needed to be done. He provided a lot of helpful information and described how the process would work in its entirety before we even hired his company. We had received a few estimates, Shad fell right in between them as far as cost and our gut instinct told me to hire him on. His price was not only competitive but fair. His team arrived on time and got straight to work. Shad was here to check how the job was going first thing in the morning, again in the middle of the job and at the end of it. He did a walk through with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. Above and beyond our expectations. A company that still demonstrates wonderful customer service!! Shad and his son were a delight to communicate with while waiting for our HOA approval. They kept in touch from the estimate to the finish of the job. This is the second time I have used Titleist Painting. This time they repaired stucco and painted the exterior and low walls around my home. They did a top notch job! The crew was professional, courteous and efficient. I was particularly pleased with their attention to detail in masking off everything and anything that would not be painted. There was absolutely no overspray of any kind anywhere. Meticulous! And what a surprise to discover when I returned home from work how clean they had left everything. Attention to detail, clean, professional - from start to finish, working with Titleist was a positive experience! When I requested a quote through Yelp, Shad responded within 12 hours. From the very beginning, he was professional and easy to work with. He quoted me over the phone to paint two bedrooms and a hallway, based on dimensions I gave him. His pricing came in at nearly half of other quotes I received with an estimated half the time to paint. He was also able to schedule me less then a week later where other companies were quoting me at least two weeks out. His team arrived right on time, and did a phenomenal job. Within six hours, the team had come and gone, barely noticeable, leaving behind a beautiful paint job! I will be using Titleist again and would recommend them to anyone.

Titleist is a family run business that demonstrates a commitment to be doing good business for generations to come. The owner provided us a free and detailed estimate within a day of our phone call. We agreed on a day to begin painting our house. They actually called 2 days prior and asked if they could start a little early. They painted the entire house after inspecting and sealing small cracks and imperfections. When we changed our minds on the the trim color part way through they worked with us and made the change and happily completed the work.
They cleaned up afterwords and left our house, 2 days after beginning, looking brand new.

Shad Gregg and his team at Titleist Painting were a pleasure to work with on my home exterior painting project. Shad came out to do a detailed walk around before providing a quote. The quote was very reasonable and the company delivered everything that was discussed. They also took care of a significant issue with a window sill that came up when I was preparing for the job and added elastomeric coating to the top of the roof parapet wall at no additional cost. During their paint preparation, they made sure that all visible cracks were properly caulked and sealed, rather than relying on the paint to fill the smaller cracks. The overall quality of the workmanship was outstanding. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.

Where to begin. Shad went over everything that needed to be done and he gave me a timeline. His crew arrived on time, always. They worked very hard all day and the end result was an amazing transformation to my home. Shad also went over and above with regards to a few extra issues that we had with the exterior. Teddy was doing work for our next door neighbor and came by to ask if he could give us a quote to pressure wash, repair some broken concrete, water proof some areas, and paint the front of our house. I had the work on my list of things to do, but Teddy gave me a reasonable price for the work, sufficient that my wife and I were happy to have him do the work. He and his son showed up for work on time and got to work right away. They worked throughout the day and by 3 pm were done with all of it! The job looked great and the color we picked blended in with the rest of the house wonderfully. He even painted a small wall that we had not had in the plan originally, and for no increase in price. We've had a number of complements on how the house looks now (I am sorry to say it was looking a little shabby before he painted it.) We will definitely consider Titleist Painting for future jobs.
