The hot water supply valve to our washing machine was damaged during installation of a new washing machine. Tim came to diagnose the problem shortly after contacting him and returned the following week to install new & better hot/cold valves.  His response time was much quicker than several other plumbers that were contacted and more affordable than expected. Tim and Liberty Plumbing will be our choice for any future plumbing needs.

It's a recent Friday evening and I drilled a hole in a copper pipe. When no other plumbers answered the phone Alchemy did. He helped in a big way. Some guys would see $$, instead he help solve my no water weekend by talking me through a DIY success story. He did not need to do that but chose to help a person in need over a potential big invoice for after hours. They will be first on the list next time I need a plumber. Tualatin Oregon

Tod was very professional, courteous and efficient.  He wore a mask and was respectful of property.  He solved my problem quickly.  I would definitely hire him again for not only electrical projects, but for other handyman projects.

Our washer quit a week before Christmas and we needed to replace the faucets to install a new washer. I spent two days trying to find a plumber who would do the job and no one could come within a week.  Most businesses didn't even answer or call back until hours later.  When I called Jorge answered the phone immediately  and after hearing my predicament worked me into his schedule by offering to come after hours.  Within 24 hours after our first conversation I am looking at my new installed faucets!  Jorge was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with.  It is easy to see why he has earned all the great ratings.

I recently hired Justin for a running bathroom faucet which he was able to fix promptly. He provided service four days out, whereas most companies are four weeks booked out.

Justin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful before, during, and after the repair. He may charge a bit more than other companies, but his passion for educating and explaining the process is invaluable. He asked if I wanted to watch, which I accepted. He took the time to explain in detail the whats and hows. The customer service is first rate. Recommend highly!

Extraordinary customer service. We hired them through Lowe's to install a new hot water heater. When they learned we had no hot water, they agreed to come the same day. The technician came on time, explained what he would do, did it, and showed us what he did. Outstanding communication every step of the way.

Scottie came and saved the day! Super friendly and personable, even though he was working late and probably tired, he did not make us feel like we were a burden on his time. Great service. Conscientious and respectful of COVID-19 protocol in our home. Good listener and extremely thorough in his explanations of what he thought our issue was, then what he would do to discover the true nature of the issue and what we could do to prevent future problems, and even including recommendations of good disinfectants and where to buy. Very happy with the service and would recommend, would even request Scottie by name if available.

What an excellent company. Eric called and asked if could arrive a bit early, showed up as promised, took care of our valve replacements and dishwasher supply line. He left the areas where he worked neater and cleaner than he found them.  This experience prompted us to pull the trigger on our long talked about plan to someday replace replacing out very dated faucets throughout the house. We will be calling them back after the holidays to get that going.

Replacing old pipes is a bummer but it needs to happen and these guys made it an absolutely simple and seamless process. I had an appointment for an estimate, then the next appointment for the complete repiping, and the third and final appointment with the man who repaired my drywall. Each appointment began on time, each individual I worked with was professional and knowledgeable, and their quote was lower than any of the others. The work was great, the results are great, and it's backed by a great warranty. Highly recommend this company!

Meticulous Plumbing made to visit to my house two times. The first time I did not have the correct parts so they returned a second time. Both Rocky and Leo were polite, tidy, efficient, and friendly. I did not have a long wait time for my appointment. This is a small company which is appropriately named: they are indeed meticulous.

Thanks NOW Water Heaters!!!!! Ya'll were the fastest when it came to getting my water heater fixed and the best. When my hot water heater broke down I had no idea where to begin. Usually my wife can fix things like this, but not 8 months pregnant. After calling these guys they walked me through how to get my water heater to stop leaking and turn off the water. When the plumber came out he fixed it an under an hour. I didn't have cash on hand, so I'm also glad you accept checks! The service was phenomenal and I appreciate all the help!!

Charlie and Jake have done numerous jobs for me and I really can't say enough things about them. They're friendly, efficient, timely, kind, and so cute. He brings the east coast charm. Finding them was the best thing that's happened for my pipes.

I just purchased a new house and had a dishwasher installed.  When they installed it I noticed that the garbage disposal wouldn't work. I called and spoke to the office, and scheduled an appointment.  Matt came over and was amazing!! He was able to fix my garbage disposal, and get it up and running.  He was prompt polite, and professional.  I would call Rays for any plumbing needs I have.

They did a great job, diagnosing my problem and fixing it! Jaime The technician was very helpful and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them!

We have been in contact with Summit Plumbing for a few days now regarding our water heater. After our Rheem water heater went out on Thursday evening, we had to deal with an absolute disaster warranty plan. The contracted company previously used was terrible and kept blowing us off (furthermore, still is). Summit Plumbing did everything they could to help us in our emergency replacement/repair (even willing to help on the weekend and after hours)! Finally on Tuesday afternoon, we decided to pay for everything instead of waiting because who can live without hot water?! Adam and Andrew disassembled our water heater, replaced the malfunctioning one from Home Depot/Rheem, and hooked up the new water heater.
They were professional, very personable, kind, covid cautious, and wonderful. They made a very bad 5 days much better. Everyone including Alexa, Bob, Andrew and Adam were exceptional. I'm writing this review because they will be the company we go through from now on because they've been nothing but exceptional, affordable, and BEYOND helpful in a pinch. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Hmm--perhaps last year some people had some problems but today I had Glenn come by to fix a laundry faucet and he was early (though called and it was perfectly convenient) and wow--he was fast, funny, friendly and did an excellent job below what I expected to pay. These are journeymen, all union and I would highly recommend!

This company did some work for a neighbor on my street. They filled the street with multiple work trucks, backhoes, large metal plates and large heap of gravel on and off for 1.5 weeks. They scraped up the street with their equipment and blew dirt from the gravel pile into the air to clean up the smaller particles from gravel pile but got it all over and on cars. They also left spray paint on the street after they spray painted their tools...seemed to be just a general disregard for the space where people live.

Really disappointed in the service provided by this location. We had a situation with our washing machine drain and had attempted to fix by snaking the drain ourselves. We managed to get the snake stuck and enlisted the help of Roto Rooter. We were completely upfront and detailed about our issue before we booked the service. The technician came out to our house and spent less than 5 minutes looking at the problem, bent the snake even worse with pliers and said this wasn't his problem and not in his job description to fix. When asked why they accepted the job when we told them our situation he said the girls that take the calls aren't very bright, this type of work is beyond their ability to comprehend and they only know how to take calls.  Yeah, so not only was he worthless to do the job but he was a demeaning and sexist pig. Save your money and go with a reputable family run business, which is what we ultimately did with great success.

These greedy plumbers charged my Client $338 yo replace a toilet flange with the floors already cut open. Took them an hour and one 4 x 16 abs pipe, boot connector, and a closet flange. Materials ran less than $30.

I would NEVER recommend these greedy pigs.
