Definitely give Bridge City Backflow & Irrigation a call! Jacob responded quickly and got me scheduled the next day for the backflow test. He explained everything and let me watch the process. I'm a first time home buyer so this was my first backflow test. I'll be calling Bridge City next year!

These guys are great!!!  We had our drains clogged at a Midas shop I run and they really impressed me.  When I called a friendly lady answered the phone and she was very helpful, and was able to dispatch to us early the following day.  I was off that day but when I came in the following day after the repair I was shocked at the bill, it was a fraction of what I expected.  The drains are free and clear now.  Thank you Clog Pro!  You guys are the best!!!

I had a small leak in my water heater. Jared arrived shortly after my call and promptly fixed my leak for a very reasonable price. He even went a step further and added an additional valve as a preventative measure. He was great and I will call them again if I need a plumber.

After our main water line broke, I called for three estimates, as I do with any work in my home. Re-Pipe Specialists came out for an estimate on time, with samples of PEX piping, and information for me to read through. The representative they sent out was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, friendly, I can't say enough good about him. Of course I'm not knowledgeable about pipes; he made sure to explain things but I didn't feel dumb about it. I actually learned a lot. The price he quoted me was completely affordable.

Fast forward to yesterday, when the crew showed up to get to work. There were a number of guys who patiently waited as I cornered all five cats to get them into one room for safety. They laid down sheets all over the house so the floors would stay clean and did a walk through inspection and explained everything in great detail. The personalities of these guys were awesome. They're from ProDrain, the company subcontracted by Re-Pipe Specialists. I felt comfortable with them being in my home while I was at work all day. They were confident, friendly, and just the nicest guys.

I came home from work and there were no work trucks outside of my home. I walked inside, and my home was silent. No more water leak sounds, no more dripping faucets. I double checked everything - above and beyond work. I think they actually left our garage bathroom cleaner than it was when they got here? Our tap water is drinkable straight from the tap. Our water pressure is amazing. The bathroom shower is amazing!!! There was zero, zero mess left behind. And the pipes are professionally put in place - the job passed inspection today. They literally re-piped our entire home in a work day.

They even watered my daphne plants before they left. Come on!!!! It does not get better than this. The great, positive attitude, the great customer service, totally reasonable price, and the exceptional job... I am beyond happy with my experience.

Mitch was phenomenal and gave us really good tips and did a great job with maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning unit.

Mitch came out originally for a Dignostics visit which was $109 but we decided to change it to an annual maintenance which was $189.

He worked fast and gave me great recommendations for filter to use and when to change it.

Overall I will be sticking with this company for years to come.

Have had Roy out for more work and he always rocks it. They schedule, they arrive and get the job done. Always will recommend him!

The fact that he has a dedicated person to schedule and to answer calls is so smart too. Someone is always able to pick up the phone and Roy can focus on the awesome work he does. I see a lot of contractors who handle their own schedules and all of that. Sometimes that works, but a lot of times they can't juggle it all and it compromises their business.

Brian is a godsend. Prompt to reply via phone, text OR email (what, someone knows how to use technology?). Super courteous. Honest. ON TIME. Great prices. Hilarious. AND super kind... he even let my dogs and cat invade his personal space while he was laid out on the floor under my sink, with no complaints (I put them away--RUDE fur kids).

I will literally be referring him to anyone I know who needs plumbing. He installed a new shut off valve and my new dishwasher in no time flat; left things cleaner than when he came; and was genuinely shocked and thankful when I evened out the bill with a small tip because his prices were so reasonable.

Our bathroom sink unexpectedly started having some issues with the water coming out at strange angles and dripping. I reached out to Sean at Imagine Plumbing for a quote to get it fixed. Sean very quickly responded and suggested we check the aerator. After a quick YouTube video tutorial we removed, cleaned and reattached the aerator and the sink faucet was back to 100%! We didn't even need to have anyone come out. Sean was the only plumber who offered the suggestion free of charge and saved us a bunch of money and hassle. We're so grateful and will absolutely use Imagine Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

The first plumbing company I contacted replied quickly, but would be unable to come out for at least 8 days. We would have been unable to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher

John responded quickly in a text message and was able to come out that same day.  He quickly determined what the problem was. It was necessary to cut out part of the soggy ceiling to expose a copper drain pipe (over 50 years old) with 3 small holes on one side that had been leaking.

Leaky pipe removed, replaced with new pipe.
And now we are good to go.

Amazing!!!! They really saved me ~ I had my toilet and my bathtub back up. They had someone out ASAP, Brad was so helpful with explaining everything and getting the job done. AND Brad noticed something off in my main line and told me if I didn't get it repaired then I would continue to have issues. They had their excavation manager, Brian, come out; again in a very timely manner and use his camera to determine there was actually a hole in my main line. Brian set me up with a plan to get it fixed along with the email of the video so I could see for myself the hole and where it was located. Excellent customer service All around from Heather and the other receptionist (sorry I can't remember her name) always prompt, professional and got me directed or had people call me back in a timely manner. Only thing I would say is their services are expensive but I feel like with plumbing you can't skimp you get what you pay for in a lot of cases and plumbing is not something you want to skip corners around. I feel like if I had just anyone come out I don't think they would have caught the hole in the pipe with a camera. Again AMAZING - PROFESSIONAL - PROMPT - GREAT COMMUNICATION - ON TIME - THORO. I hired Terry Massey to assist an elderly friend with some plumbing problems.  We had to wait a very long time (a month) for the appointment and then were bumped a day due to an emergency elsewhere which is why I give 4 stars.  However, once they came, they did a great job changing out 1962 plumbing to handle a new dishwasher, replaced the broken toilet and discovered a leak as they assisted draining the irrigation system.  All leaks are stopped, all plumbing tasks accomplished professionally, and I will definitely hire them in the future.  Getting the irrigation leak fixed before winter and before it noticeably affected her water bill was stellar.

We had a broken/leaking exterior faucet, perhaps a result of freezing.  Ti and team fixed it quickly and expertly, and gave me good advice on how to prevent freezing problems without having to install an interior cut-off (heat tape).  He even extended the line so that the faucet is now mounted on the deck.  No more stooping below the deck to turn it on and off!

Everything I could want from a plumbing service - friendly, fast, and fair, with good advice thrown in.

This is one of those times that I am simply astonished that this business would treat a former customer with so much disrespect. I used Hillsboro Plumbing twice before to install a toilet and garbage disposal. Travis, the tech who did the previous work was great. But on the third attempt to use them, the lady who answers the phone, well let me put it in a kind way; she is costing them a lot of business. This use to be my go to plumber in Hillsboro, but not anymore. While the actual workers are good, it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment or get a return call. Their response is that they are too busy and they make no attempt to be helpful. I wish I could speak to Travis about this matter, but I doubt he will be allowed to call me back.

I used Chris for a few jobs before but stopped using him once I texted him for a week straight about picking up a dishwasher he said he would dump for me after he replaced It with a new one and he did not respond ever. I tried again a year later to see if he can replace a toilet. My appt was supposed to be around 1. It became 5 o'clock (throughout the day he communicated he was waiting on an inspector but communication was only if I sent a bunch of texts every hour which seems to be a running thing). If I have a standing appt, I shouldn't have to wait 4 hours because of another job. That's not professional at all. I cancelled the job and will not be using him again. He's a nice guy and I'm sure he's buddy but not professional with timing and communication.

Rob Peterson gave me specs and price for a Bradford and White 50 gal, 89 gal first hour rated natural gas water heater. Rob and Tim replaced our 15 year old Bradford and White gas water heater this morning.
They removed the old water heater, installed the new one, did another minor bathroom plumbing repair while here, and had cleaned up and were gone in a little over 2 hours.
Price was as quoted and was a fair price based on my on-line research.
Both gentlemen were courteous and professional; explained things as they went through install process. They took their shoes off while working inside the house to keep carpet clean. We recommend the services of Rob's Superior and Sons Plumbing Service to others.

First time user. The service was good. The cost was twice what they quoted. Be aware, the clock is running from the time the hydro vac truck leaves their yard until it returns! I will check other options on future projects.

They came out to caulk two drains in our tubs when we sold our home.  The buyer's inspector had noticed that the caulk was uneven and the buyer requested a professional plumber to repair the caulk even though there were no drain issues. When we received the bill from Rayborn they had charged us for two entire tubes of caulk, even though they did not even use one (at a significant up charge for each). Even worse though one drain was not caulked correctly resulting in water pouring down from the ceiling into the room under the shower.  When we followed up with them about the issue they claimed it was not their fault.  We had no issues with the drain prior for nine years, but after their work a giant expensive leak they refused to pay for.
