I value honesty when it comes to any service or repair company. Looking for a reliable plumber was nerve racking, but after talking to NOW! Water Heaters over the phone I knew they were going to be honest and reliable. I asked a ton of questions about my water heater, they didn't act annoyed or bothered by any questions I had and they even broke down a quote for me.We were very happy that they sent Jeff. He worked efficiently and you could tell he was very detail oriented. They warranty their work and are willing to come back out if something goes wrong. Very lucky I found these guys they did not disappoint.

Amazing service. When we called they had one plumber available since they were near by. The lady on the phone was very sweet too.

When the plumber came over to look at our water heater, he said he would have to come again the next day because he didn't have the right parts. After discussing times and prices, he went to his truck to double check again, lucky us- he had the parts and was able to fix our water heater. We got our water heater working within a few hours of calling them. After he repaired the water heater, the owners call later that night to see how everything went. I couldn't stop complimenting them.

This review is coming from someone who has a lot of background in customer service so you know it can be trusted. These gentlemen did an outstanding job when they replaced my water heater. They were professional in every aspect. They were also honest with their answers and weren't looking to sell me the most expensive water heater out there which I really appreciated. They were kind and even made me laugh a few times so extra points for that. They took a lot of time with me over the phone making sure I knew exactly what I wanted before they ordered the water heater. Happy to say I have a great water heater and a great warranty back up plan because of these guys. The installation took just above an hour which was impressive in my opinion. When they installed it they had two plumbers there which is one of the main reasons I think it went so quickly.

Very happy with the work that NOW water heaters did. They showed up on time, acted professional and they didn't try to nickel and dime me when it came to the closing cost after I had gotten my water heater repaired. Save yourself from calling a ton of places and go with them because they are the best.

This company was very responsive to our need. Although they were really busy, they remained in contact with us regarding availability and timing. Ryan arrived on time, removing and replacing our old hot water heater in the least invasive manner possible. He cleaned up after the installation was complete and provided us with warranty information. He answered all our questions. We have no complaints!

They saved me during an emergency situation! When I visited my family in Portland for the weekend, they couldn't get their hot water heater working.
The plumber was very knowledgeable and got the work done efficiently. It was fixed in a half hour! My family and I talked about how good of a job they did and how thankful we were to have their help. They have great service!

I came home to find my old water heater broken and leaking in my basement. I called several plumbing companies to get a general estimate and see who could install a new hot water heater that same day. NOW! provided the best pricing even though it wasn't inexpensive. The plumbers showed up on time but did not call before arriving as arranged. They quickly went to work draining, disconnecting and removing the old hot water heater before installing the new one. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up reasonably well after they finished. The whole process was relatively quick.

Now! Water Heaters saved our day. We woke to water pouring from the top of our water heater.  After finding NOW! on Yelp and calling for an estimate, they immediately dispatched a plumber.  They quoted an amazing price and said they could install our new hot water heater that day.  They were true to their word on both time and price!  We could not be happier with our experience!

When we moved here we bought a 97 year-old house with appliances just slightly newer than that. We're planning on a fairly large renovation in 2020, but until we can do it with intention and a solid plan, we're just making the existing furnace, water heater and other fixtures work.
This means I need a plumber capable of holding it together, optimizing an older heater, and giving good advice until we are ready to pull the trigger. I spoke at length to someone whose name I cannot recall and got excellent advice in the short term and then some more solid input, and help, with a site visit. Prices are fair and the staff is knowledgeable. When it comes time to do the full re-fit, I will be calling NOW! first.

Thanks NOW Water Heaters!!!!! Ya'll were the fastest when it came to getting my water heater fixed and the best. When my hot water heater broke down I had no idea where to begin. Usually my wife can fix things like this, but not 8 months pregnant. After calling these guys they walked me through how to get my water heater to stop leaking and turn off the water. When the plumber came out he fixed it an under an hour. I didn't have cash on hand, so I'm also glad you accept checks! The service was phenomenal and I appreciate all the help!!

This is a really bizarre company that refuses to work on about 80% of the hot water heaters on the market. How they stay in business is beyond me. If you need a quick response and friendly service for any hot water heater then go to STAN The Hot Water Man. Don't waste your time with this company.

I had a close friend who recommended me to these guys. She had just gotten a new water heater installed by them and she raved about them.

I decided to give them a call and see what they were all about. My hot water went out on me and honestly didn't really know who else to call anyways.

I'm happy to say they gave GREAT service. They were fast, affordable, easy to get ahold of, friendly, the list goes on and on.

All you have to know is that if you're needing someone to help out when it comes to water heaters these guys are IT!

I was looking for a business that had reasonable prices and found this on yelp and saw other people had similar good experiences. Jef came over to my house and repaired our hot water heater, he arrived the same day within a few hours and the repair was done quickly. Thanks for your help! This was one of my very first times calling a place like this! I've never had anyone come out to my house to deal with any type of service or plumbing work. I was just glad they came out as fast as they did since my hot water heater quit working. Thankfully it was an easy process! I called and made an appointment and they were able to get me in the following day. It was so nice that they texted me like 20 minutes before arriving too. They were very professional. I'm so thankful that the repair was small and inexpensive. I was really worried it was going to cost me a fortune. I cant believe the great and amazing experience they gave. I will always call them for plumbing work from now on. :)

I called NOW! because my water heater had been making loud banging noises. The heater was about 12 years old. I thought it would be best to replace it. NOW! brought and installed a water heater the same day I called. They also cleaned up and hauled away the old water heater. Highly recommend.

Ryan showed up when promised, explained exactly what he would be doing, what we could expect in terms of water availability, and went to work.
Ryan's' work is 1st class.  It was obvious he was a professional as he removed to old water heater and installed the new one.  Of course, the new water heater worked, but more than that, Ryan's' work was much more professional looking than the old water heater installation.  He pointed out the controls and settings of the water heater and offered some great advice as to the care and maintenance of the heater so we could save on future repairs.  He also offered suggestions as to what we might want to do when we go on vacation or plan to be away for several days.
Replacing a major appliance like a hot water heater is NO fun and our's was an unplanned expense.  In the end though, we feel we got more than we paid for with the service we received from Ryan.

Scheduling an appointment was super fast and easy. They came out within the week to replace our water heater. The technician was very efficient and personable. He took care of everything and even cleaned up under our old water heater. It was a pleasure working with this company!

This is a great company to use.  About three months ago I called around to several plumbers to get estimates on replacing my hot water heater.  It was going on 14 years old so I knew it could fail at anytime and I wanted to replace it before it actually broke.

Last night, I noticed a slight smell of gas and one of the fittings on the gas pipe going to the hot water heater was leaking.  Ken was one of the plumbers that gave me a proposal on the hot water heater replacement.  After weeding through all the slightly different estimates (expansion tanks vs expansion values), I decided I was going to use Ken when the time came.  Last night I decided it was time to go ahead and replace it since they were going to have to come out and repair the gas line anyway.

I called at 7:15 this morning and the guys were at my house by 8:30.  I was not expecting such fast service, early afternoon was more in line with what I was thinking.   They replaced the water heater, repaired the fitting and were out the door by noon. Very professional, cleaned up after their work and just overall very nice to work with.  I will definately use this company again.

These guys are simply amazing! Don't waste any more time combing through reviews- this is hands down the best experience you can hope for when dealing with something as time-sensitive and essential as fixing your water heater. They did beyond a great job- I called and got put on their schedule the same day, and the plumber repaired my water heater super quickly. All he had to do was replace a few parts and it's been working perfectly since. Fast response time and great, knowledgeable plumbers.

You never think you're going to need a water heater repairman until you do. I thought I would have to wait until the next day and just bundle up for the night but fortunately Ryan was available and came to my rescue. He was friendly, efficient, and his devices didn't cost an arm and a leg. I would absolutely use NOW! again but hopefully won't have to any time soon!

These guys were the best and they have it all...great service, great attitudes and great pricing. I ended up having to call them back because I didn't have all the information on my water heater...(the age and tank)...but they answered both times and then they were able to quote me over the phone the second time I had called back. Their quote was very accurate.

When Jeff came over he was very polite and had great customer service. The replacement was a quick swap out between my old water heater and new one. I'm going to go out of my way to tell family and neighbors about the 5 star customer service. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

They have great prices and will make sure to get out to you if it's an emergency. You can also communicate with the technician they assigned you to through their personal phone using text. Super convenient. Super glad to have hot water again in such a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

Would recommend these guys anytime.  Ken was courteous and knowledgeable.  I'm not one of those fix it guys at home, so I have to admit these issues worry me.  Not the least of it is the fear that we will get taken by a hustler, or overcharged.   But, I could tell right away that wasn't the situation with Now.  They let me know what needed to be done in plain english,  and what the industry standard rates were, so I knew I was getting a fair deal.  Ken showed up on time as scheduled and got the work done in a courteous and professional manner.  He left a card and told us to not hesitate in contacting Now should there be any need.  Water heaters are one of those things you don't want to think about.  But when they go down, you want someone fast, knowledgeable and reliable.  You will get that with Now Water Heaters.

What an easy process! I really hate when things in my house go out and was nervous when my water heater was having trouble. Jeff came out and solved all of my problems. I ended up needing a new water heater and he made the process really simple. He was on time, very clean going through my house and very nice. If I ever have a water heater problem, he's the first person I'm going to call.

Best place to get water heater service from. We needed our water heater fixed and they got us in the same day. They also texted me 30 minutes before my appointment time to confirm. They fixed my hot water heater with no issues and it's been working great ever since. It was such an easy and hassle free process. I will always recommend them for water heater issues!

Everyone was professional and friendly. I found this company just by using a google search for services in my area. I would recommend these people because they are reliable and will get the job done efficiently. Talking on the phone was simple which I like. Everyone seemed to be pretty timely and knowledgeable.

They helped me out so much! I needed to get my hot water back on and I really wanted it back that same day. I didn't want to take a freezing cold shower! Plus I had an event the next day that I needed to get ready for and everything. They did a great job and promised to get me in that same night when I called. The repair for the hot water heater went quick and thankfully didn't cost me a ton either. I am so glad I used them. They are a great company that will help you out fast!
