I used Summit to replace my main waterline, repipe my galvanized 1930s house, and install a hot water heater and they did a great job. Brandon was super knowledgable in giving me advice on how to consider my renovation projects in light of the plumbing fixtures and gave me a very fair price. I was able to get both jobs scheduled within the week after the initial walk-through, and the team was fast and thorough in getting the job done and cleaning up after the project - would definitely recommend them and will use again for any plumbing hiccups!

Excellent response time - had a call back the same  day and appointment scheduled for 2 days later. Brandon and Andrew did a great job - friendly and efficient!  We will call Summit again for any plumbing needs!

Super impressed with the crew at Summit Plumbing. They were out within and hour much to our surprise and had our broken pipe fix in less then 40 min. Reasonable priced, would refer anyone looking for a trust worthy company and people for any plumbing work!

I had a leaking frost free spigot. It only leaked (behind foundation)when spigot was on. They accessed it quick, able to fix in under 30 minutes time. The spigot probably costs $50-$60...but charged over $400 for everything which I knew when they gave me an estimate. Rather then try to get more bids or fix myself...I just had them do it. Aside from that, good work but not cheap. Get estimates if you have time.

I would highly recommend Summit Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I called bright and early, and these guys were available to remedy our leaking toilet and tub issue within a couple hours of my initial call. Kind, courteous, professional, and clean!!! They offered an estimate prior to doing work....also very reasonable! Thank You Summit Plumbing, we will be sure to call again for future needs!

Terrible customer service! Came out and gave an estimate and after 3 week haven't heard anything. This after they said it would be a day. Have called several times and no estimate. This after home advisor recommended them! Terrible company, avoid!

TL;DR: I had a leak. They came by. Couldn't find it, was wrong about the fix they did try, and then ghosted me. No bueno. Call someone else.

I have a leak in my house. When I called, it was creating a wet spot in my carpet. in the hallway. I knew someone had to go in the crawl space and it wasn't going to be me.

Pros: They got back to me quickly. They came out the Monday after making an appointment on Saturday. I was able to text instead of playing phone tag. They wore masks and didn't even ask if they could take them off.

Story: The techs got there and they were nice. Seemed knowledgeable. They went into my crawl space and after about 20-30 minutes couldn't find a leak. Ok, fine. They said it was because of the lack of sealing on the tub spout in the hall bathroom. Didn't make sense, but they couldn't find anything else and what do I know? I'm not a plumber.
They caulked the spout for us. He was nice about it. Said that I had a minor leak in the drain of my master bathroom and that they should come back to fix that so that it didn't get worse. The crawl space and caulking was $230. Without finding the leak. He said he'd send me an estimate later that day and told me the master bath would be about $450. I was even fine with that, due to thinking the leak would be fixed with the caulking he did.

Cons: It was not fixed. The leak persisted. I reached out to my previous contact after 2 days and asked for the estimate so I could make the appt for the master bathroom repair. I thought the spot was just still wet, wasn't sure if the leak was still going or not. They got back to me more than 24 hours later, apologized for the delay, and said that she'll get back to me soon. Another day passes, and they said that they followed up with the tech and they are working on the estimate to get it to me soon. I called a few times. I texted again 12 DAYS LATER and have received no response. Called 2 days after that, trying not to be 'that person' and no answer.

I tried. I gave several chances and wasn't pestering because I know people don't work 7 days a week, even owners. But it has been almost 3 full weeks since they came by with no estimate, no communication, and no fix to my problem. I called someone else and now leaving this review.

Yes, I tried other companies in the meantime and everyone is pretty booked out. Surprisingly.

I hope this doesn't happen to someone else. I also hope that Summit sees this and takes the appropriate measures to ensure that it doesn't happen to someone else. Be better, Summit.

Summit Plumbing came out a little over a week ago to fix a leak in one of our hot water pipes.  They were on time, very informative and the price was incredibly reasonable.  They also gave us some advice on another issue we were having. I would highly recommend them!!

I need a plumber for gas water heater. I think his name was Bob. He came on time told me what need to replace. Awesome company. I needed floors done and his floor guy Miguel was awesome. I sold my house because of the awesome flooring. I don't like to write reviews. They were so great !! I moved to Charlotte might need to send you guys for a house call.

Summit plumbing was awesome. Same day response for a leaky water heater, gave me some options, and was able to knock out the entire job the same day that I called!! Freindly and easy to work with. Great communication. Will call them for all my plumbing needs.

We have been in contact with Summit Plumbing for a few days now regarding our water heater. After our Rheem water heater went out on Thursday evening, we had to deal with an absolute disaster warranty plan. The contracted company previously used was terrible and kept blowing us off (furthermore, still is). Summit Plumbing did everything they could to help us in our emergency replacement/repair (even willing to help on the weekend and after hours)! Finally on Tuesday afternoon, we decided to pay for everything instead of waiting because who can live without hot water?! Adam and Andrew disassembled our water heater, replaced the malfunctioning one from Home Depot/Rheem, and hooked up the new water heater.
They were professional, very personable, kind, covid cautious, and wonderful. They made a very bad 5 days much better. Everyone including Alexa, Bob, Andrew and Adam were exceptional. I'm writing this review because they will be the company we go through from now on because they've been nothing but exceptional, affordable, and BEYOND helpful in a pinch. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

After the first plumber I contacted was fired because theey tried to rip me off with a revised estimate at the time that the work was to be done, I contacted Summit via HomeAdvisor.
Tyler stopped by 2 hours later, wrote up an estimate (similar amount to the initial estimate I got from the first plumber) and then completed the job that same day. 4-1/2 hours from initial contact to completion.

First Yelp review I've ever written, but I feel like I have to give Summit Plumbing the credit they deserve.  I had a very complicated leak issue in an addition to my custom 1960's home.  Two other larger national companies came out and couldn't figure it out (one told me to just repipe my whole house because he wasn't sure).  I'm so glad I decided not to go with either, and called Summit instead.  They came out same day (shout out to Alexa for working scheduling miracles), did a thorough investigation, had the owner come out, and put together a plan to tackle my problem.  Next day, Tyler and his crew came out and started work on a job that included removing walls, flooring, and sub-flooring.  The leak was fixed that day, and the floor and walls were back the day after.  Looks like they were never there.  The attention to detail on the finishing was impressive.  These guys are true professionals - competent and communicative.  Best of all, they don't try to upsell you on work that you don't need.  Very refreshing.  After using them twice, I  trust this company for all of my future plumbing needs (although I hope I don't have to call them for a very long time).  Thanks Summit, you guys are awesome!

Very impressed with Summit Plumbing.  They replaced a busted waterline (water meter to house).  They showed up quick when it first started leaking, gave us a great estimate, and quickly scheduled the repair.  Only took two hours and we were back in business with a new waterline!  They use a directional boring machine to place the line, so there's virtual no surface disturbance (no ditches, piles of dirt, uprooted plants, etc).  Very friendly and informative.  Highly recommended!

Quick response to my request for help with backflushing my on-demand gas heaters. Reasonable rates and knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely wonderful. Got a quote, 2 days later, and 2 hours earlier than expected,  the broken pipe was fixed. Super competitive pricing and such a great customer service.  Summit is our plumbing company from now on. Really great service.  Thank you!!!

Summit Plumbing was the main contractor for our master bathroom shower remodel. I could not ask for a better group of people to facilitate this project. They were kind and courteous through every step of the process. They showed up and worked very hard. Any issues that came up were taken care of swiftly and with grace. I was a bit of a basket case during this remodel due to a lot of major life changing circumstances and these guys did whatever they could to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. Tyler was a so great to work with, very reliable and dependable. He was willing to help me through the process even when it was outside his responsibility. I have never had a contractor that showed up, did the work that I hired them to do, in the time frame that I needed them to do it and not try to charge me more. These guys were solid guys with the utmost integrity. From the plumbing guys, to the tile guys to the glass guys that installed the shower door, all of them were top notch and I would highly recommend them.

The owner came out to make some repairs for a home sale. He assessed the job and the price was more than fair. He patched up the work and I even felt he earned a tip! I definitely recommend Summit!

Great company! Showed up on time (no one else did if they showed up at all) and did great work. They installed a very heavy vanity in our upstairs bathroom and had to navigate sharp turns and narrow areas. They were careful and managed it flawlessly. The install looks amazing and faucets/drains work great! The guys were so friendly and thorough. Highly recommend!

Super nice guys came over right on time to give an estimate on replacing old galvanized pipe. Went to take a look and informed me that I was good to go- much to my surprise, the piping had been replaced by previous owners! They really took their time and were in no rush even though this was a free consult . Even offered to test the water pressure but I said I did not want to take up any more of their time. I'll def give Summit a call if I need their services in the future.

we had a situation with the shower valves not working right. Everytime someone would turn on hot water in the house the shower would get ice cold. Summit Plumbing gave us a free estimate and came back to do the work within a short amount of time. They were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done from the beginning to the end and came back with all the right parts to complete the job. They were so neat about their work you couldn't tell they were even in your house. Very nice people and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Day started with upholstery cleaning, go into front bedroom to check on my dog and the room is flooded.  Just sent out random request on Yelp for help after calling a few local companies.  I am SO GLAD SUMMIT PLUMBING WAS THE FIRST TO RESPOND.  Tyler and Tyler came out and did a fantastic job.  Extremely professional, very fast and a fair price.  I highly recommend them and will call for any future plumbing needs.

Free estimates are getting rare these days and companies that are prompt to return messages are getting rare as well.

We decided to change our initial plans but, should we have any plumbing needs in the future, we would absolutely call them again.

They were on time, so experienced they knew immediately what to do to fix the problem, offered multiple options, and gave their valued opinion. They provided clear and fair estimates in writing. They were able to fix the problem in less time than they quoted. And they left the project area clean, giving me tremendous peace of mind. These guys were great.  Had received a botch job on a new sink and faucet install from someone on Angi's list.  SUMMIT fit me in to their schedule and completed the job correctly and quickly.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!  I will definitely be using them again.

They came to clear a plugged drain and quickly realized the issue was out of their specialization. They referred me to a different company right away. They could have made an attempt that they said would likely have not worked, then charged me, but they showed 100% integrity.

The entire experience was so great. I have been stressing over my toilet for months on end and finally I decided to hire a plumber. I have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone. The plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help educate me in the process. So happy with the results.

Contacted this company in February about a plumbing job. They were wonderful at responding and assured me that they could help me give me a number to text And a number to call which was great.
But after three days of texting and calling no one continue to return my messages
I got no further information
I got no estimate
I got no return contact after that not sure what happened.
I could not continue to try and make contact with no response as I really needed help with my plumbing so I was very disappointed I do not know what their skill level is I do not know what their work is like but initially their contact was great
if you want to know information about how that work is you will have to check other reviews I was never able to get past initial contact.

These guys are the best. I'm a (small) single female and inviting men I do not know into my home can be intimidating and scary. But they kill it. They are professional, kind, do a wonderful job and are incredibly respectful. They always wore masks, let me know what they were doing, why they were doing it and the best way to save a few bucks if I could do something on my own (and then showed me how and what I'd need!) They communicate when they will be coming, show up on time and when I had a meeting while they were at my house, they were understanding and quite. They may not be the cheapest option but they stand by their work, are trustworthy and professional. 10/10 recommend.

Summit has done 2 jobs for us. Installed a dishwasher air gap and then replaced 2 bathroom faucets and drains.
Communicate was easy. They came in a team of two both times. They were polite and transparent.
I recommend Summit.

They came the same day I called and it wasn't an emergency! I needed a new water heater and was able to get a new one a few days later. The men who installed it were neat and efficient. Great service:)

They came out quickly even though it wasn't an emergency job. They gave us a good quote, even thought to remind us that there would be tax. They were able to go ahead and do the job while they were here.
All in all, I found Summit to be honest, aboveboard, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Very timely good estimate gave me the estimate when they came out to look at my job for my water heater. Brandon came out and installed it right away. Great job they also gave me a military discount great service I would recommend them to anybody.

Although I did not end up using them, their customer service is amazing! I needed some help with a leak in my water heater, reached out and they were going to move something things around to get me help same day within a few hours. Because of my schedule I needed get it done sooner (not Summits fault by any means because they were going to help). I let Rhonda know that, and she went above and beyond to follow up with me to confirm we had gotten the help we needed. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you for being willing to rearrange schedules to try and help me out. Customer service is 2nd to none!

Summit was amazing! They did great work for a fair price, were friendly and helpful, and got the work done QUICK. Highly recommended. I'll be going back to them for a bathroom remodel once I find some more cash under at mattress :)

Called Summit when my shower drain was leaking into my basement (referred by a friend).  They were out to my house to fix the problem the next day to look, assess where the leak was coming from, give me an estimate and quickly fixed the problem.

Thad was fantastic - very polite, knowledgeable and excellent customer service!  I would definitely recommend and use them again when I have any plumbing issues.
