Very fair priced!  We had to use them twice in an emergency situation and they worked fast to get it taken care of.

A perfect flush has helped us out twice and twice we've been VERY satisfied. They fixed a kitchen sink and then a separate time they repaired a cracked pipe. Their fast, reliable and reasonable.

Hard to wake up to a cold shower this morning! Looked on the Northwest Natural Gas website for a contractor to get a new water heater. Called Fast this morning they came out at noon and had a new water heater by 1:30. They even took our old one away. Donny did an excellent job. Sheryl H.

I work nights so mornings are important to my family and I.  I called and set an appointment for 9 am to get estimate on a new furnace and a/c pump and get it in motion. The guy never showed, no call from Him or the company. Will be definitely looking at other companies.

My toilet was leaking around the base.  West Side Drain responded quickly to my request for both a sight-unseen diagnosis of the problem and a quote.  The diagnosis turned out to be correct, the cost to correct the problem was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely manner.

Paul's boys showed up, said they were off to get some parts and would be right back... called me and said they weren't gonna do the job.  Glad they were honest about their inability but could you have told me that to my face.  Glad I took work off for that...

Whoa pal, I did not whine and complain.  I did not realize you were a liar and also incapable of doing the work you said could be accomplished.  Also, hypothetically in another world where an alternate version of me whines and complains, even if I did such a thing your response should go something like this.

The job which you asked us to do was evaluated by our guys and based upon the situation we gave you honest feed back and chose not to take it on, I am sorry we could not accommodate and I hope you find a someone to get the work done

Paul, if you would just own up to the truth you would have easily put this to bed, and you would sleep better at night.  I wish the best moving forward.

Loved that he showed up on time, gave us the amount that he was going to charge and the amount of time he was going to be for the amount charged. I apologize for forgetting his name. He quickly asked verifying questions, did multiple tests, and ultimately found the leak. He found the leak within an hour, did a couple of tests and pinpointed it. We had a plumber come out and the leak was exactly where he pointed it out at. I definitely would recommend for quick, easy, and fair service.

These are my go to guys.  I have used them a couple of times and recommended them to friends.  They have run gas lined in my crawl space.  I called them out to replace my leaking 20 year old hose bibs.  This required them crawling inside cabinets and under soaking tubs.  Thank goodness they have skinny techs.  They are great friendly people.  I will always use them.

Steve was incredibly prompt and professional, and super nice as well. He very quickly (and accurately) found where our leak (off the water main) was, and marked it clearly for the plumbers (3 Mountains) to come do the repair. Super grateful for his help, particularly during the coronavirus crisis!

Beau was a total mensch!!  On a Friday late afternoon, he facetimed and walked me through turning off my water at the city main!!  I had to go buy a key (made of rebar and will withstand WW3) to make it happen and dig out dirt to find the sucker...but he helped me do it!!  Then, he held my hand while I put in a new cartridge in the shower...and it all worked!!  I'm now going to be asking for a quote on repiping part of my house that has old stuff that is screwing up the water flow...here's to helping a great helper!!  Thanks for being a neighbor when I needed one!!  :D

So my mother's has homeserve warranty service. There was a leak in our basement, they recommended Happys but when they came out look at the leak, due to a rainy day they assume the water leak was from rainwater.

2 weeks later we still have a leak so we decided to get a second opinion from another company to test the system and see if there was a leak in 20 Minutes they found the leak at the main line coming in from the city.

Today I called happy 's and ask what type of testing was conducted, I was told that it was only a visual test because they dont have the machine for leakage testing. So the plumber just walked in collected the payment for a quick job. Very unprofessional, an inaccurate analysis for the work completed.  

I wouldn't recommend them for leakage detection but they aren't fully to blame. the warranty company is partially to blame for not finding a contractor with the adequate equipment for such a task.

These guys are professional. Had a furnace and AC replaced. Arrived on time and was done in the estimated time with no BS and no mess. A+ service in my book.

We just bought a house and had major plumbing issues with the kitchen sink and bathtub. Steve came and fixed all the issues without a hitch. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was very competitive. We Will only use lotus plumbing in the future! Thanks Steve!

when I told my contractor friend that I was planning to build my own shower pan for my upcoming bathroom remodel she gave me Bills number and a strong recommendation that I give him a call. I am so glad that I did!

Bill showed up when he said that he would, gave me a good estimate that he stuck to, and went above and beyond to make sure my custom pan was perfect. He put a lot of thought into his work and was a great communicator. He also made sure to communicate with my plumber so there were no conflicts.

I would absolutely recommend Bill for any shower pan, no matter how complicated. He made mine absolutely perfect.

Jorge with Manroot Landscape installed  irrigation, sod and patio pavers for us.  It was done timely and within his quoted timeframe along with a very competitive bid.   Jorge was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. Our backyard looks great!

Our toilet was seriously clogged and I contacted several plumbers. Pilot Plumbing and Drain was the only one who said they could come out the same day, even after hours. The charge for the emergency call and the charge to unclog it was well worth it to get it functioning again. Nick provided friendly excellent customer service and provided a lot of helpful advice. I would definitely call them again.

Pro Drain came to my house a couple of days ago and cleared my toilet.  The thing I loved the most was that they were reasonably priced, told me the exact fee over the phone and there were no surprises when they showed up.  It was all very honest and straight forward.  They called to let me know they could arrive early too.  Dishawn was extremely professional and easy to work with.  I will recommend them to everyone I know.

They tried to help but the plumber was located in Salem and so the charge was going to be very high because of the travel time.  I found a plumber who is closer.
