These guys are the best! We've used them quite a few times and every time they are prompt, get it fixed and offer great solutions to prevent future issues.

My double sink with garbage disposal was draining very slow and I couldn't get it working. I disassembled the pipes and cleaned it all out and still no lick, the issue was beyond the wall. I looked these guys up and chose them because of the good reviews and i has a great experience. They arrived a little early and were very efficient and polite. They did a great job communicating the issue and charged a fair price. I'll be calling on them again if I have a plumbing need in the future. Two thumbs up!

Our waterheater died monday, we called Fast tues. am and by 4:30 they had installed an energy star heater and saved us a ton via NW gas rebate. Phone contact ,Lily,  was professional and very efficient. Highly recommend Fast.

I had a really great experience with Pro-Heating and Cooling and I would recommend them to any family member.  Pablo and Josue both showed up in a face-mask, which is important to me because of COVID-19.  They were both very friendly to me and my hyper dog.  The guys were professional and did a great job working on the hottest day in Portland so far this year.  I was really worried that they wouldn't finish the same day replacing my AC and I would be without air.  They made sure to work late into the evening to make sure the job was done and that I would have AC.  Highly recommend Pro-Heating and Cooling, and Pablo and Josue.

My alarm went on, so I called the phone number on the panel, they were too busy and referred me to another company, this company referred me to west side drain. Quick scheduling and a minimum fee $495. A young man came for over an hour and said everything was fine, for further diagnosis we should connect the panel to the network of the manufacturer. I asked him whether the alarm would ring again. He said this should be fine.
One day later, Thalarm went on again. We called the manufacturer and they said the service company should have device that could connect to the panel for diagnosis, no need to connect to the network to the manufacturer.
So we called another service company, they came and found out that the filter was blocked. They fixed that problem. And the alarm stopped ringing. They only charged half of what west side Drain did.

Update on 10/21, the owner is responsible and contacted me to issue a full refund, so I modified the rating.

Outstanding service. Had a minor plumbing emergency. My call was answered within a couple of rings. They took down my info and I received a call back within a couple of minutes from Paul.   Very personable and professional. He discussed rates over the phone which I appreciated.   They were able to make it out earlier than expected and called ahead of time.  They do great work
I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

We were in a no-water situation--water was not getting from our well to the house. One leak detection company said they could come in a week; Advanced showed up the next day. Paul worked efficiently and found the leak fairly quickly, plus he was friendly and courteous. Thank you, Paul!

Stephen was on time our our appointment, friendly, honest, helpful with advice, up front with everything and easy to work with and pay. Some people might call that a general expectation, but it's more rare than you think. I hope I don't have to use his services again, but that's a reflection of the circumstances, not the business. I will absolutely hire them again if necessary.

Had such a great experience with Vincelli Plumbing. Had a clog on a Saturday and called for service. Beau called back on a Saturday night (which is unheard of) and scheduled for the next day. No extra weekend fees-just a guy who cares about getting things up and running for you again.
Would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a Plumber.

The folks at Happy's always do an excellent job! They show up on time, complete the work well, and charges are fair. We've used them multiple times at 2 different houses.

On 11/6/12 I had the pleasure of having Travis Albright at my home for my furnace repair Although Albright was new and didn't repair my furnace on his first trip out he explained to me what the likely problems were and told he me would return later that afternoon with another technician who was going to help him problem solve.  Albright returned as promised with parts that he thought would take care of my furnace.  Within the hour I had HEAT!!!  After 2  1/2 weeks of dealing with a competitor, I wish I would have called Roth first.  Quick and professional service is what I received.  By the way, my total invoice price was $100 cheaper then what I paid your competitor for a job they couldn't complete.

I've had issues with my hot water heater for a long time. But no long story is needed here: I gave him all the facts that I knew through my own research and troubleshooting, and right away he knew what the issue was. Just one hour of labor and a $30 part later, and I have a perfectly-functioning water heater. I've known other plumbers that will give you the run-around and charge for many hours of service, either through deceit or incompetence.

I would give 4.5 if I could, because he was several hours late. But I lean towards the 5 stars because his service is that great, even if my experience (and a few others here on yelp) have seen a little tardiness. But he's worth the wait for his honesty, forthrightness, friendliness, expertise, and reasonable cost. I'll be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

I had to have a shower pan installed and got a few quotes. Bill from The original shower pan man by far was the most knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidance.  He came out during the weekend (at my request due to my work schedule), on Saturday to prep and start, then again on Sunday to finish. It was also during a snow storm i might say. He saved me a lot of time money and problems by doing the job instead of me trying a DIY on it. I usually DIY everything but I knew better this time. I would hire him again, and I could recommend him with out hesitation. Get it done right the first time and get on living.

We had an issue where the sprinklers wouldn't shut off even when we turned off the main water. Jorge came out and told us it was an issue with the valves and he helped us shut off the irrigation water until he could return. He replaced all the valves for us, which were probably 20+ years old. I appreciate him coming out to help shut off the water and assess the issue at no cost. I reached out to a few companies and they never responded or charged an hourly rate just to come assess. I'd definitely use Manroot again!

I had my hybrid water heater shut off on us a couple nights ago and the next morning I called Pilot Plumbing to help me fix the water heater. They sent a  technician out who came later that day named Sean S. I had a great experience with him. He was efficient, detailed and honest. He looked up the warranty on the model which was only 2 years old and since the company wasn't currently listed as a certified specialist for Bradford White water heaters, he went the extra mile in contacting the certified plumbers who could service the warranty job to save me money. If I could give an overexceeds review to both Sean and Pilot Plumbing I would. He was a great example of customer service and honesty which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of good, honest plumbers. If I had any future plumbing services, I would call them due to my positive experience. Arrived quicker than they originally estimated. Service cost as estimated, Mario was knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and and was done in 15-20 minutes..

They tried to help but the plumber was located in Salem and so the charge was going to be very high because of the travel time.  I found a plumber who is closer.
