Best Plumbing Services in Portland, OR
I needed a full home repipe, and got the best quote from these folks. I divided the project into two parts (the house first, the main line later), and each part was accomplished in two days: One for installation, and one for inspection and final clean up. They were professional, fast, and friendly. As a woman and massive weirdo I tend to brace for judgment about my housekeeping capabilities (or lack thereof) and inquiries about how they might pink it up for me until someone with more testosterone is on scene; this anxiety was totally unnecessary. We talked painted symbols and rocks for a few minutes, then they were down to business, and it was all so easy. As a bonus, they unearthed a few (rare) white agates digging a hole for the main water line, so I scored new minerals for my collection that I can clean with assistance from greater water pressure. I'll happily refer others to PEX PDX.

Highly recommend! I live in the neighborhood and stopped in to ask if they'd give me a quote to fix a leaky pipe under my bathtub. I showed them a couple photos of the pipe setup. The manager (Mike) said their morning project was delayed and could do the work right then. They completed the job in an hour! Everyone was super friendly and the crew onsite (Matt B and Courtney) did a fantastic job. Thanks again!

Taylor did an awesome job quickly trouble shooting my home's low water pressure issue. He went out of his way to explain possible issues and plan for the repair process. In addition, he was able to replace a water main valve and install a second shutoff value conveniently located in the garage at a very reasonable cost. There were no additional unnecessary tasks involved and the job was completed in a few hours. I have hired several other plumbers to fix problems/installs on my home, but now the Drain Hound will be my go-to plumber. Taylor is honest, upfront, professional, and fair.

Ben and his crew are the most honest plumbers I've ever used. They don't hide costs and they are amazing plumbers. I have used them for remodels as well as plumbing problems and they can't be beat.

Hands down the most reliable, honest, efficient plumber in the business. I've been doing property management for 10 years vendors come and go. B.P Plumbing is my first go to I wish I could give B.P Plumbing 10 stars.

Good experience start to finish. Tim was very professional and friendly. Work was done on time and they left a clean work area when finished . Employees seemed happy which is important to me. If I ever need sewer work again these guys will be my first call.

Found Rowe plumbing on Google, called and set a appointment for the next day between 11 and 1. Waited till 1:15 and. Called to see where he was, was told he is running late and they would check to see where he was and when he would be there. 35 minutes later they call and say I'm sorry for the wait, we had someone call in sick so we are short handed, he should be there soon. Im sorry but i waited for 4+ hours i think you could of call me and explained it earlier. Not good enough. No service for me.

Quite extensive snaking involved to fix a drain obstruction, but Steve was great! Mission accomplished and garbage disposal replaced.

The only reason this company gets two stars is because of the lady that answers the phones, she was amazing and kept us from going crazy. The plumber that they continued to send to our site would look for any reason to stop working for the day, making it so he had to come out 4 times for what should've been a simple job. It began with not having the right overflow drain, even though we gave the model number and brand of tub, cut a large hole in our wall without any mention of patching it back up (we eventually got a panel door for the hole). The final time came out to put the faucet on the tub and shower fixtures (I didn't want to do them myself, as I didn't want to be on the hook for the rest of his work). One piece was wrong on the tub faucet and he just left, saying we would need to make another appointment, instead of doing the other three jobs, while we went to get a new faucet from home depot (5 minutes away), saying he didn't have time to wait, instead of doing the other jobs while we got the part. Luckily the person in the office made him come back that afternoon, as we were already 2 weeks behind on our project because of the plumber. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating.
UPDATE:
My wife spoke to the owner Adam and he took an hour of his time to go over the bill (which came and shocked me) and found common ground on the amount of time we thought was spent at our house and what they thought (closer to what we thought for sure) and the bill was reduced, not that he even had to do that. I also must say now that I'm not frustrated, which I definitely was, I can step back and realize if it wasn't for a lack of communication I would've been happy with our plumber, he was very nice, just either shy or soft spoken (which believe it or not I am too). Long story short the company reduced our bill a very large amount at their expense and made it right. I would use them again if needed, which might come as a shock if you read above, but I think this is a company that is truly looking to make the customer happy, or at least very comfortable with their services.

Derek is a good plumber and a good person. He and Lani run an honest, efficient business.
The Kohler Forte K-10412-CP is a very nice faucet. Get the one from George Morlan. It may be better than the one of the same name from big box stores.

Had a problem with an Omni filter attached to the water heater. (Previous owner's.) Was broken and leaking so I called Kruse's on a beautiful, sunny Sunday and got Ryan's voicemail. He called back within minutes to chat about the problem. Suggested I wait until the next day to save the money on a Sunday appt. A really friendly Kirk came out the next day and finished the job within an hour.
Plumbing... easy and stressless. AND I met some really nice people to boot.

Jeff was very professional and worked with us through a plumbing job that four other local plumbers turned down because of the difficulty. I would recommend Frontier Plumbing for anyone in the area.

We have used American Backflow Services for years now. They are GREAT! You can schedule online, pay online and they are on it! They send reminders every year and I just schedule, and DONE! Also, they offer great prices ($40) so it's just easy and reasonably-priced too. They send verification of their services to the city so it's just so efficient! I highly recommend American Backflow!

Lost water to my house. Called at 8:30 am. At 3:00 pm the called and said they could not come out until a week later. Would have been helpful to tell me that when I called in the morning. Guess anytime plumbing stands for anytime they feel like coming out.

We called Beaverton Plumbing after hours on a Saturday evening and got their answering service. We were assured that a tech would call us back, which was important since our plumbing issue was an emergency (we had water spewing all over our bathroom from the shower). We NEVER got a call back, and finally called to cancel the request when we got Mr. Rooter to come out within 40 minutes of us calling.

Called West Hills Plumbing Tuesday afternoon and Doug answered right away. I said that I live in McMinnville and have a copper pipe in my crawlspace that is leaking, is this something he could look at / fix. He simply said No.

This plumbing company always gets it fixed the first time around. They always seem to have the parts they need and they show up on time and get the job done.
I have quite a few rental properties and their one of only two plumbers I use regularly. They are my first call. Sometimes there response time can be a little lengthy but that's is probably because they're so good at what they do.
I even use them on my own home to completely re-pipe under the house which they did it a very reasonable price and finished quickly. That was over 10 years ago and have never had a problem since.

I called Ryan at A Platinum Plumbing to replace some outside faucets. He returned all calls promptly, drove out and gave us an estimate, came back with parts and fixed everything in a matter of hours. He charged us a fair price. I would recommend A Platinum, my experience was top notch and will be doing business again with them.
