Adam called me right back and though he didn't do work in my area (across the state border) he offered to call his suppliers and find names of other drillers in my area for me! Now that is a good person going out of his way to help someone who can't ever be his customer (unless of course I move to Oregon someday).

Bell Plumbing responded to a disaster I had in my townhouse after tenants left a ruined floor from flooding and neglect. They were prompt, they assessed the situation quickly, and they were willing to correct the problem in any manner I wished. This was difficult because I was trying to fix the problem from another state. Joe Bell, of Bell Plumbing, was very sympathetic to the fact that I was in another state and sent me pictures, videos, correspondence and called me quickly and responsibly about every different stage of the job. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered honestly and gave great advice and options.  They were sympathetic to my dealings with the insurance company, Property Manager, and tenants. The end result was a beautifully repaired bathroom.  They were very reasonably and fairly priced.  This was especially appreciated after being gouged over and over again in the past by local plumbing companies that are usually running some sort of bait and switch game.  The care, the patience, the excellent craftsmanship given to this job was superb.  Joe Bell, the owner, is a trustworthy, reliable, careful and caring person with whom to do business.  I was lucky to be able to work with this company and I would bet anyone else who hires this company will be happy they did.

There are very few plumbers out there with the diligence and expertise that Danny demonstrates. Danny is an owner/operator who takes pride in his business and it shows in his work. We had a major leak in our downstairs bathroom and he was able to instruct me how to get the leak to stop within 1 minute of making the call to him, he also came out the same day to make the emergency repair.

Our problem was stopped and sluggish drains. Nick resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. When finished, he provided some great tips to help reduce the need for future calls. These guys will be our 1st call for plumbing services in the future. Merry Christmas!

Grumpy's was able to come to my house within a day to remove a toy phone from the drain that my child had flushed.  Conner showed up and was really friendly and quick with the removal.  They provided me a quite before arriving and stuck with that quote, unlike some places who told me that couldn't give me a quote without being on-site first.

I would highly recommend Grumpy's, and hopefully I don't have to use them again for anything, but if I do, I will know to call them ASAP and that the work will be done well.

I got several bids from plumbers to fix my main water line leak. Advanced was extremely responsive and seemed to go out of their way to get to me ASAP.
I found them very informative and generally giving good advice on my situation, even when it didn't seem to be in their best interest businesswise. For example advising me to get three bids.
When I compared the other bids that I got to theirs it seemed like they were not interested in adding the bill with additional items, expenses, caveats, etc.
Eric was the main plumber I worked with, and he was extremely reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got the job done on time, and once I passed inspection, they came right out and completed the job by filling in the holes with dirt and installing the meter box.
I highly recommend these guys because of their efficiency, honesty, and reasonable price. You can't really ask for much more than that.

Nathan is an extremely competent plumber.  Not only was he on time, he was very professional in appearance and explained things in terms that I understood. I immediately felt comfortable with him and felt safe with him being in my home in my absence.  He did a fabulous job with my remodel and I felt his prices were more than fair.  I highly recommend him.

I originally went with this company because of the 5 star ratings. Grant came out about a year ago and gave us a verbal estimate on our master bath. Further down the road we decided to change directions with the master bath - so I called in October 2021 to have him come out to give an estimate on now both the master and guest bath.  He gave me a verbal over the phone estimate of roughly $2690 for both baths. They came out yesterday to first do only the guest bath. The job came to $3400 for only the guest when in October it was supposed to be $1300 roughly. When we called the next day to inquire of the large increase he stated his estimates are only good for 30 days - information that would have been useful when I set up the appointment. Lesson learned is to always have your estimate in writing and it should state how long that estimate is good for. I am highly disappointed and will not use him for our master. He could have at least offered to try to take something off but did not. $2k off is ridiculous - even if your estimates are good for 30 days (which should've been relayed).

I originally reached out to Josh on a weekend which can be difficult to find a plumber in an emergency. He ended up coming over on a Sunday to evaluate an old water heater that failed in my home. JBG Plumbing even loaned us a temporary water heater to use while waiting weeks for asbestos abatement. Our home's water damage ended up spiraling into multiple projects that had to be completed before getting our new water heater installed in the room with the damage which really helped us out and was much appreciated! Josh and his team worked hard to dig in my back yard to find out main water valve and they upgraded and moved the valve for easier future shut off in an emergency. They were professional and honest about the things needing to be done to get the new water heater up to code for the city. I feel like the overall price to replace the water heater and the labor to install was fair, especially for the amount of times he had to come over to my condo over approximately a 5 week time span.  The only thing to critique was sometimes the time frame he gave us for arriving to work would be different than the actual time they show up. I realize that other jobs can run late depending on what they find on the job site, so we were flexible with this. To be fair, we would get calls or text messages to let us know if they were running late. Overall, I would highly recommend this business and am grateful for the work and professionalism! The Lovett team, and Ken Williams in particular, did a great job handling our total Sewer line replacement. This started out as a small repair and quickly escalated into a complicated large scale project. Ken handled every twist, turn and set back with dogged determination, paying attention to our needs and maintaining a sense of urgency. Without Ken, I think this project easily would have taken twice as long. The work performed by the team was top notch and of the utmost quality.

We highly recommend Lovett for emergency repairs and more complicated jobs.

So far so good.. They just installed a new water heater for us. The whole process was smooth with no surprises. I had them come out and give us a quote a couple of weeks ago. They quoted it they way I asked (base plus a couple of options I was interested in). They showed up on time both for the quote and for the actual install. They were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.. I will absolutely use them again.

Good work. Clear and excellent communication about what work needed to be done and the price was fair.   Aaron does an excellent job of outlining what is involved ( in this cased, replacing a water main ),  handles all the permit work for you, AND cleans up after the job.

Called him out for trailer brake issues.  My opinion is that he was not well prepared or equipped for this issue.
I will say that he was very responsive to my request for help, so for other issues he might be fine.  He was amiable and tolerant of my frustration.  Because I rarely have others fix things on my farm,  I can be a difficult customer. He did help steer me in the right direction, and because of my obvious dissatisfaction only charged me for the service call. I hate wiring issues but decided to fix it myself or take it to a fully equipped and supplied shop..

Gene totally fixed our Rinnai water heater, after two other plumbers declaring it un-fixable. This guy knows his business. If you have plumbing issues, he'll be your best bet, in Portland area anyway. This man is competent and honest . Had we gone to him from the get-go, it would've saved us lots of time and frustration.  Thank you,Gene!

Our shower was leaking into the wall. Justin was awesome! He figured out the cause of the leak and repaired it quickly. Very fair price for great work!

I didn't end up hiring them as my partner hired someone else before I could talk to them but I wanted to do a review as they got back to me SUPER fast, provided a lot of information and were very polite. I'll remember this company in the future.

Worst service I have received in a long time.  My friend gave me Jerry from Lake Grove contact because I had water coming through my ceiling.  We figured out it was the dishwasher, but still thought of plumbing.  I texted Jerry and he was out of town.   He said he would text me when he got back in town.  I had to follow up because he did not.  He the set up an appointment for this past Tuesday at 9:00am.  I waited for him until 10:30 and then he texted me at 11:00am saying he was sorry.  I told him it was ok and we rescheduled for today.  He was here on time.  He spent less then ten minutes in my kitchen and told me my dishwasher needed to be replaced.  He said he didn't work on them and there was nothing he could do.  He then charged me $149.00 for ten minutes after standing me up on Tuesday.  He actually asked me specifically what was happening before he came too.  I am pretty sure he could have told me that it was not plumbing and to call an appliance repair person.  I also thought he would wave or cut his fee in half because of his poor communication and making me waste my time.  

Don not use this company!  They have very poor service!  They may be nice when they are inside your home, but that is it!  Jerry put on a great nice guy act!

I had a little time to kill in the Pearl District before checking out of the hotel, and wandered past this beautiful Kohler showroom with its tempting, gorgeous displays of all things bath and kitchen. Of course, since remodeling my boring little grey-on-grey kitchen is definitely on my fantasty/someday list, I had to go inside.

This display room is tightly packed (perhaps a little TOO tightly packed!) with displays of beautiful bathrooms, kitchens, tile, faucets, countertops, cabinets, and other accessories to take your home's most-used rooms from meh to OMG. I marveled at the various types of options available - from traditional set-ups to toilets that open/close when you walk by. (Okay, I'll admit that feature was a bit disconcerting. Not sure I would want the self-opening toilet in my own home but it would be fabulous if you lived with someone who kept forgetting to put the seat down...or...up.)

I was also impressed with the tile and other things they sold, which you wouldn't necessarily associate with Kohler since they're a plumbing company. (And, btw, a great one. I recently installed a Kohler toilet and it's been quite lovely. Despite no auto up/down seat feature.)

The prices here, of course, are pretty high end. But that's the point. This isn't Home Depot. This showroom is focused on design (including helpful staff on hand to help you design your dream room from start to finish). Speaking of the staff, they were very nice and quite friendly even though I was clearly there just to gawk and fantasize about spending six figures on a dream kitchen one day!

We used Henco plumbing to come to our house to assess our toilet. We were charged at the time of service on our credit card for the $89 fee back in OCTOBER of 2022. Now, in July we have received a phone call stating they have never received payment and we need to pay. I let the lady on the phone know I want to go through my bank statements and I would like to get back to her because my husband has been in the hospital (fighting for his life, btw). Two weeks later I get a final notice letter in the mail. This bill they claim we owe has not been an issue to them for 10 months and all of a sudden they can't give me some time to reconcile my bills and cc's to make sure I was not in fact charged last year with what I have going on. I remember distinctly signing their tablet with the worker that was at the house after the cc was charged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY SHADY!!
