Did a wonderful job. Got in contact with me quickly after I requested a quote, and got me on their calendar. Victor was on time, very clean, worked quickly, had great communication about the job and came in at what I was quoted for the price. What more can you ask for?
I would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Fantastic work and responsiveness! New counters went in yesterday morning (lovely!), but during the install, the team broke our kitchen sink's waste water and disposal pipe (disaster!) leaving us with an out-of-order kitchen (no water, no disposal, no dishwasher) until we had time to fix it over the weekend. NOT ideal for two working parents with three young kids at home. Enter Gary with Precision Plumbing. Gary arrived this morning - the very next day - and saved us the hassle of a DIY repair and a week's worth of take out dinners and dirty breakfast dishes. Professional demeanor, quality work, job completed under original estimate. Highly recommend.

To my surprise our water bill skyrocketed. We called Clark County Plumbing as they have done other work for us in the past, We've always been truly satisfied, and hoped it was still the same. Two fantastic guys showed up with great personalities (in masks of course) and were right on time with a heads-up call prior to arrival. They were very quick at diagnosing our problem as a broken landscaping water takeoff line and fixed the problem perfectly and quickly. I don't know about you, but we are so thankful when we run across a local company that is everything you hoped for and more. They were quick to respond to our issue, we're right on the promised time, super friendly and fully informative, performed perfect repairs, returned the area back to original condition, and the price was very fair. We are so pleased to report that this firm is better than ever and that we give it our highest recommendation.

True plumbing did some work for me back in January 2018 that completely exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I misplaced my payment invoice, so I didn't have the contact information to write the review. It was so important to me that I tore my house apart looking for it, and I've finally found it. Now, I don't normally write reviews, but Tyler from True plumbing went way above and beyond with both his time and expertise. In addition, he cut me an excellent deal, and I paid about a 1\4 of what I would have paid a larger plumbing company.
Tyler had quite a time finding the outlet valve, or the spot where the inside pipes connect to the sewer line. (We live in a modu!ar home.)
He ended up not only pulling out a toilet, but removing 8 of our deck boards then crawling around underneath the house. He located the valve and had our main line backup fixed in no time. He ended up being here for about three hours. I expected to pay MUCH more than he charged. It's so refreshing to find an ethical, honest and trustworthy business in todays climate. As long as True plumbing is around, they will have my business! Thanks again Tyler for an excellent job at a more than fair price.

I scheduled an appointment to have two items of plumbing done and was given a time frame of 10-12. At 12:20 I called the office to find out if my appointment was still scheduled because I had not seen the plumber yet. She called him and returned my call to let me know that he had been delayed on his first job and would be a while because he was still in Oregon City. I was told I could go ahead and start running my errands. I asked if he could call when on his way to let me know. He arrived at 2:00. He was efficient in his work and came fully prepared for the job that was to be done. I asked about a possible discount because of the late arrival and was told I would get the Senior discount which ended up being $125 per hour-my error for not asking in advance but I do feel that the Senior discount is what I receive for being an elder, not for a 2 hour delay. I feel my time should be considered too. I do understand some delays are unavoidable, but communication about the delay should be taken care of.

After the last plumbing experience we suffered though, my wife and I joked that I should have gone into plumbing as a profession. The money that we have spent on making necessary repairs on our 75 year old home has been a wild ride.
Having felt like we got 'raked over the coals' by some of the larger Plumbing companies that make up the Portland Metro Plumbing Empire, I was bound and determined to find someone who, like me, is a small business owner & a craftsman.
I embarked on a toilet replacement (a job I've done many times). It seemed like I would be able to just get it done, make my wife happy, and save us oodles of cash.
Sometimes life decides to f*ck that plan up.
Okay, the plan didn't go smoothly. I tried to find a 'repair' solution at the home improvement store. Embarked on that 'backup plan' only to find that I was f*cked there too...
So, now we have no toilet and I'm grumpy & groaning & using all kinds of expletives.
Deep breaths.
Sigh.
Time to call a plumber.
I did some internet searching in some new places and for once, found an actual benefit to being on 'Nextdoor' - having the ability to search for local businesses that are recommended by my neighbors. Yay! Nextdoor was helping me rather than adding to a chorus of disappointing, narrow-minded, whiny, entitled, affluent people waving the 'Not In My Back Yard' flags high...
Chris (CPR Plumbing) came up several times and after perusing his website, I gave him a call.
Thinking that he must be booked solid, I prepared for the worst.
Chris listened to me, understood the situation, and then said The soonest I could come out is tomorrow morning.
Heck YEAH!
Chris arrived exactly when he said he would arrive (which automatically wins major points in my book). We looked at the problem, he listened attentively, assessed the situation and confidently told me that he'll fix it and get the new toilet installed.
He gave me a rundown on his fees and estimated that he'd be done in an hour.
Chris finished the job within the hour, his work was impeccable, and it cost me way less than I had ever expected.
I've found a plumber who is fantastic and while the selfish part of me hates to share this gem, the business owner in me wants to yell it from the rooftops. So there you go, give CPR Plumbing a call when you've needing help navigating rough waters!

Nick Charriere from MP Plumbing recently did the plumbing on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is so knowledgeable, professional, works well with other sub-contractors and knows the scope of all work needing to be completed. He communicated exceptionally well and went above and beyond. This is the best experience I have had with a plumbing company and we have encountered a few. I will only be using MP Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

George Washington Plumbing has done a couple of small jobs for me, he does the jobs that most plumbers won't even return your call for. He is an honest, reasonably priced professional and a nice guy too. He will be the one I call for all my plumbing problems, big or small. I highly recommend this company.

We had a broken fitting outside by our water meter. Other quotes were as much as 5 times higher than Blue Crow and weren't as responsive or timely. Jackson arrived when he said, fixed the issue to our satisfaction, and was friendly and professional in his interactions. We got our problem fixed for a fair and reasonable price.

DO NOT HIRE MARK KRUCKMAN
It's been a couple years since Kruckman plumbing has received a review. Something must have happened in that time, because those were good reviews. My experience with Mark Kruckman was the worst experience with any contractor I've ever had. He did the plumbing in my new construction house and installed the water heater incorrectly, as well as the temperature control in the shower was put in upside down. I've been trying to get a hold of him for two months to fix his work, which he is under contract to do. (Water heater is still draining into a bucket, and I fixed the shower)
When I finally got him on the calendar, he stood me up without notifying me. It took another week and a half to get him back on the phone after countless voicemails and texts to him. When I got him back on the phone, I asked him about his missed appointment. He immediately got combative and accused me of thinking I can run a business better than him. All I asked him for was a courtesy call to let me know he wouldn't be there. After reiterating that, he started yelling at me, and when I told him that he is done and not allowed in my house, he hung up on me.
Some context from previous calls: I asked him if texting is a proper method for communication to confirm appointment times. His response: I'm not a sixth grader, I don't have my phone in my face all day. But I have text capability. Okay, so if you don't prefer to text, calm down, provide some customer service and let me know that you prefer to talk on the phone. HOWEVER, getting him on the phone was like pulling teeth.
DO NOT HIRE MARK KRUCKMAN. He does not value customers, will lie to you and you will still be stuck with the repairs needed in your home. Save yourself time and headache, go with a different plumber.

Dan from All Pro Plumbing did a great job. Instead of replacing the faucet all together he was able to repair the existing one. He called 1/2 hr prior to coming over which was very much appreciated. Dan was professional and knew what he was doing plus he is a nice guy with good customer service. We will definitely use All Pro again and recommend them highly. Thanks Dan!!

I found Gene the Plumbing Machine when we first got our house 4 years ago and needed repairs. He was able to come out the next business day and got everything done. We've had no issues with his work in the last 4 years when he came out. Then recently, I recommended him to a colleague whose plumber fell through and he needed someone asap. Gene was able to come out the same day! He was so happy, it made my day that I was able to refer someone so reliable and responsive.
Now, 4 years later, we found a different leak, called the office on a weekend, got a call back about an hour later and was able to schedule an 8:30 am appointment the following Monday. Gene was able to fix the leaky shower without having to cut holes in the wall and he was able to stay longer and fix the other plumbing to-do's that we've put off.
Plumbers are not cheap, nor is it a highly skilled (and at times gross) labor that I would cut corners on. I'm guessing he's right around the middle in terms of how much plumbers charge. I really appreciate him, his office and especially his work!

Found that we did not have hot water in the ADU as we do not use the space. Called and was able to get an appt within a week. Problem was diagnosed but a day later still no hot water. Called and they came back out within a few days. Fast to respond, prompt with time tables, and diligent.
The problem was more elaborate than thought and was not charged a second trip out, just for parts and labor. (Tad high if you ask me but we have family coming and it was needed to be done quickly)
I'd use them again to babe honest. Professional and easy to work with and pay.

They came for a maintenance. They charged me $80 for picking up a run capacitor and also charged twice for the part. They don't return your call if you have a question about your bill. I had to call them 6 times.

These guys are the best in the most 'old school' kind of way. I own a Duplex, in addition to my own home and my son's home. I've used them on multiple occasions, mostly in semi-emergency mode. They always
1-returned my call if they didn't immediately answer the phone
2-set up appointments quickly
3-say what they'll do, then do what they say; no add-ons or sales pitches
4-send highly competent Journeyman plumbers only
5-charge a fair and reasonable price

I am a new landlord and am renting out my house for the first time. I recently was told that I had a leak in the basement and I asked for a few plumbers to come out and give me quotes. Johnathon from Apollo just called to tell me that the leak was likely from water pooling in the bathroom upstairs, probably from water splashing over the side of the tub. He checked all possible leak sites including toilet, sink, bathtub and could not reproduce the leak. He did not charge me for the assessment. The two other companies I used wanted to charge me between $500 and $3000 dollars to tear up my bathroom and replace pipes, tiling, sinks etc. Thank you SO MUCH to Johnathon and Apollo for saving me money and a huge headache. I will use them again for any further plumbing issues I have and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I attempted to replace an outdoor hose bib and when I loosened it, a longer pipe from within the wall came with it and showed that the threads had deteriorated. Concerned that there might be additional deterioration inside the wall, I called D&F and requested an after-hours call since I couldn't turn my water back on until this was resolved. I was quoted a flat fee of $199 for an after hours call that only covered the arrival of the plumber, their inspection and providing a quote to complete the work. I understood this and agreed to this charge.
The plumber, Joe, showed up within 15 minutes of the quoted time. He was pleasant and professional. He informed me that the hose bib was a frost free type and that the pipe that had come out was part of the unit. He inspected the hole where the pipe had come out and advised the connection in the wall appeared to be brass and had not deteriorated. He then keyed this information into his iPad and quoted me over $1800 to do the repair, confirming he had the needed parts on his truck.
I chocked on the price and asked for a breakdown of parts and labor. He advised that he didn't have that and that his computer only provided a total amount quote. He then said he would call the shop and see if he could get a discount. While he called, I searched the internet for a replacement frost-free hose bib and found the part at several nearby (and open) hardware stores for under $40.
When Joe got off the phone, he happily informed me that he was able to get a 50% discount and it would only cost a bit over $900 to do the repair. I showed him the valve on my phone and asked why his bid was so much higher. He advised that his came with a one-year warranty and professional installation. Since he verified the part needed and confirmed the connector in the wall was in good shape, I declined the service and picked up the new part and plumbing sealant at Home Depot. Five minutes later, I had fixed the issue and had my water back on.
I understand that plumbing companies now quote fixed fee work and that if this had been much more complicated, but it would seem to me that there needs to be a factoring based on presumed complications. Especially after having already paid $199 to get him on site for just a few minutes, the discounted cost of $900 seems like highway robbery.
