Fast & responsive with a FAIR price.  What more can you say?  I worked with Jason who was kind, up front, and professional.  In 45 minutes, we had a quote (installed a new bathroom faucet) via text and someone at our house with the parts we needed (in the finish that matched the existing fixtures).  Jason made sure I knew what was in scope.  The bathroom faucet was fixed quickly and we checked out via Credit Card within the quoted price.  Could it have been smoother?  I don't think so.  Highly recommend!

They dont actually serve Charlotte.  Called to try to get an appointment time for North Charlotte... NoDa... just a couple miles north of 277 and they don't serve that area.

Option One Plumbing was excellent in every respect! Ted, their tech, was efficient, professional, and even friendly late on a Saturday after what must have been a long day. I really appreciate the work of the entire team, from the initial scheduling, regular updates throughout the day to let me know of changes in the tech's ETA, and ultimately fix my tankless water heater without trying to upsell me something I didn't need. They initially quoted me a $99 fee for the after-hours weekend visit, and in the end that is all they charged since Ted was able to fix the heater without additional parts. Thank you, Ted and Option One!

This would be a five star rating if they would have taken their coupon. E.R. Plumbing had a $50  off your $200 repair web coupon. My bill was over $280 dollars. The plumber had to call his boss to see if they would take the coupon. They would not take the coupon because the repair part of the bill was only $195.00. Refusing the coupon was not a great way to gain customer loyalty.  If the repair was 5 more dollars I would have been able to use the coupon. What stops them from always setting the repair price just below the coupon price. This is my second time using E.R. Despite the plumbers great service and work I will think twice before calling them next time I have plumbing need. Because by them not taking the coupon it just left me with bad feeling.

Friday afternoon 4:45 pm we had a leak in our hot water heater,  we called and they had someone out at our house within 30 minutes!   They did a quote and were out at 7:30 am the next day, Saturday, to install a new hot water heater.  So so professional; great pricing, expert installers.  I am so happy we called them.  Very knowledgeable and up to date options and advice was given.  Call them!!!!! Very happy.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. James from Charlotte Plumbing fixed all of my problems in one visit and he did it right THE FIRST TIME.

At first, there was a strange smell in the house. I thought it might've been a natural gas leak.
I bought a meter on Amazon but it wasn't detecting any gas.
As we all know, buying a product like that on Amazon is a hit or miss.
Just to be safe, I called the fire department to have someone come out and make sure everything was alright.
They used a gas meter to try to detect if there was a gas leak, and they couldn't find ANYTHING.
They agreed there was still a strange smell, so I had a company come out and take a look for me.

The gas company that came out turned the gas off to my fireplace since the smell seemed to be concentrated mostly in one area of the house right next to the fireplace.
They said if the smell goes away in a couple of days then that must've been the culprit.
The smell never went away, so they came back to the house to turn the gas back on about 5 days later.

The smell started getting worse.
I was already having migraines everyday, and now I was starting to get nose bleeds.
I asked them if it could be sewer gas since the smell seemed to be worse when I was using the water.
They told me that I should go ahead and call a plumber.

Before I called the Charlotte Plumbing, I looked opened up the door to the crawl space of the house.
It had no smell, and the crawl space is in great shape.
I'm not a professional in gas or plumbing, but I wanted to make sure this plumbing company knew I did my due diligence to narrow the problem down.

I mentioned the fact that the crawl space seemed perfectly fine, and that the smell seemed to be coming from the baseboard downstairs next to the gas fireplace, but also when I ran a lot of water like laundry.

As soon as James stepped in the house, he immediately agreed that the smell was off.
Within 5 minutes he detected a gas leak and opened up the wall.
He said that the gas leak was so bad the whole house could've blown if I lit a candle or anything in the house.
He said the reason why the plumbing seemed tied to it was because the pipes have little vents that suck in air from the crawl space to operate properly.

Within 4 hours he fixed the gas leak entirely, and even fixed 3 of my slow running drains in the house.
James said, That surprises me that the gas company couldn't figure this out. They're usually a really good company that's really cautious. The guy that came over must've been new or something. All you have to do is actually listen to the customer and they'll tell you exactly what and where the problem is.

I am so impressed by Charlotte Plumbing. James was courteous, respectful, clean (he even wore little protectors over his shoes to protect my wood floors), punctual (they gave me a window of 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and James was knocking on my front door at 8:02 AM), and he is a real pro.

TLDR: I recommend this company to everyone. 10/10 experience.if you want the job done right the first time, call these  guys. They'll save you money, your house, and in my case my life!

Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. A few months ago, they installed natural gas lines for my gas oven, and it's a similar story: punctual, kind, and quality work.

They came out within a few hours of our plumbing backup and promptly figured out the issue. They immediately got started digging and replacing the damaged portions of the line and limited the repair to the necessary sections. They went above and beyond and replaced an extra portion of the old pipe without charging us extra. We felt very confident in their knowledge and ability and they put our minds at ease. They made a very stressful problem as smooth as it could possibly be. Brian was especially helpful and took the time to make sure we understood the issue along the way.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Fast, responsive, affordable, kind. Everything I look at when trying to find a service provider. They arrived on time and were very nice, quick and efficient. I will be using them for any other plumbing issue we have!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Have had two very bad experiences with them in the past couple of months. Having been priority advantage member, I used them for plumbing and AC for past few years. Recent plumbing experience technician quoted $700 to sleeve a main drain pipe. Fifteen minutes late he had broken the entire pipe and it was $3,700. All he could say was sorry, I won't charge you for the damage I did.

Next AC came out for annual service, and granted unit is old and I expected the possibility to replace. Technician said it was needed to be replaced, and I asked if it could still be charged with Freon and he quoted $3000 to charge it. Called some manager who got me on the phone to schedule a quote for system replacement. Get on the phone and he wants to schedule someone to call me on phone, not come out!? I said, whatever, just call after 5 Monday. Billy called and didn't ask any info, just said $10,950. So I have four other companies out since and not one quoted more than $4000 LESS than Morris Jenkins. I think they are actually a rip off and would advise anyone to avoid them.

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
