Had an issues this morning of hearing water behind an electrical outlet and called Julian's and they gave me advice on what it could be (to save time and money). Minutes later I noticed a little bit of water coming from my outlet. I called them back and Jason immediately came over. He found the source was coming from upstairs and fixed the problem for my neighbor and myself. 10/10 would recommend!

We were told by our HVAC repair man that we needed a new hot water heater. Brett came and checked it out and said everything is fine.  We appreciate his honesty....

We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the clean out of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and clean up without a hitch thanks to Joe. What's more, the price was very reasonable--no extra charge for the holiday either.

There was a misunderstanding at first... but that's the opportunity to really shine!  Stefan (I believe one of the owners) followed up on an issue immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me where he PERSONALLY came to my house to remedy the situation.  The problem has been fixed.  The response from the management has shown me this is a professional organization, and anyone that uses Carolina Plumbing will be sure that they will ultimately receive top-notch results.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

No advantage in being a member. Stay away from this company, they just charge you to not show up! I canceled my Membership today!

Six months ago, our hot water heater died one cold night in February.  When I called Jim Dickerson Plumbing in the morning, they were able to replace the unit that afternoon.  Although they may not have claimed to be the least expensive in the area, they were able to provide same day service in an emergency situation.  Also, they provided a few case scenarios over the phone to tell me why the competitors cheaper 'quotes' might be such low estimates and that the end result may be a higher price.  What they provided over the phone already took into account certain additional items, assuming no major problems, so we'd have less of a surprise bill in the end.  Therefore, we went with Jim Dickerson Plumbing and were quite pleased with the service.  Just last week, the water heater began working incorrectly.  All issues related to the heater pointed to the manufacturer, not the plumber.  After numerous service calls, reordered parts, and additional problems spanning almost a week with the manufacturer, Jim Dickerson Plumbing came through with excellent customer service, same day service calls in each situation, and technical expertise.  In the end, the majority of this was handled on a Saturday.  I realize the business has 'on call' office staff and technicians, but we feel they went above and beyond their duties to ensure our house had hot water THAT DAY after the debacle we had experienced for almost a week.  Again, we seemed to get a 'lemon' of a product, by no fault of Jim Dickerson Plumbing.  The manufacturer State was horrible in providing assistance or solutions or accurate information to Jim Dickerson.  The plumbing company, on the other hand, transported an entire water heater to my house to use for 'spare parts' if need be.  The technicians [all of them that had been to our house:  Branden, Clayton, Cooper, Jason] and Marti and Debbie in the office were great.  Marti spent a lot of effort and energy trying to determine why the manufacturer did not deliver what was promised so that Jim Dickerson Plumbing could continue to do their job as they promised.  Not only was she diligent, but she was very empathetic and that helped us remain calm in a very frustrating situation.  We will recommend them highly whenever the opportunity arises.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
