Would absolutely recommend.  I used them for a job as my regular plumbing contact was out of town, and ended up using them for 2 subsequent jobs the following week.  Prompt and professional service, and Jason was extremely courteous and responsive.  Great family run business that I will be using both for my home and rental property going forward

Three toilets needed various repairs.  We called Monday morning before 9 am, and the plumber arrived early and had completed the repairs by noon, for what seemed a very fair price.

Like many plumbers, there is a standard flat fee for the visit itself--BUT--unlike a lot of organizations (my HVAC company, for example), All Hours credits the visit charge toward any repairs. In effect, then, the visit itself costs nothing, as long you have repairs made.

Best of all--there was no up-selling.  He fixed what was broken, and didn't try to run any scare tactics about other things that might break down in months to come.

They sent a guy out same day to give a free estimate to fix a problem with my septic tank. Problem is, the estimate was ridiculous. Guy was a fast-talking wheeler dealer and I suspected their estimate was WAY too high and even then they hinted it could possibly go higher. Called two other places to get comparable estimates and ended up getting the same repair done for exactly HALF of what this company wanted to charge me. Saved thousands of dollars by not dealing with Option One.

Replaced 2 leaking toilets.  Quick response and was extremely pleased with service and quality of work from ER Plumbing. My plumber Garrett was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Will definitely use in the future for all my plumbing needs.  Thanks Garrett!!

Really good folks. Better than the other plumbers--they're not here to just slap another brand new piece of equipment at full price at you. They actually diagnose the problem and give you options. Will only use them from here out.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. We used this company a couple of times, the most recent being to flush a line and reset a toilet.  Each time our plumber (Guitar) was courteous, possessed outstanding communication skills and most important - did a thorough and professional job.  Highly recommended!

He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

Very professional. Provided cost savings ideas and suggestions for how to maximize our budget for future projects. I would highly recommend this firm.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

Our upstairs air conditioning system quit operating and we woke up to a hot upper level at my house.  When I called they had same day service available but I chose to opt for the early appointment the next morning.   8am the next morning Andrew arrived right on time and got right to work.  Excellent customer service, very transparent and informative on what the issues are, took videos and photos to show me exactly where my problems were on the equipment.  No sales pitchy tactics at all, very matter of fact analysis of the issues with several options to review.  I chose to become a Priority Advantage member on the spot based on the obvious high level of customer service, the benefits to the program and the fact that given the work I needed done it nearly paid for itself.  I look forward to Morris-Jenkins maintaining my systems in the coming years

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
