Excellent service from start to finish!  Jason was great over the phone and actually went to the house to do some preliminary work on a Sunday (same day I called) to make sure things were in order for the following day.  Showed up on time and got things knocked out in a timely manner and did some great work.  I'd recommend these guys to anyone and am glad I found a reliable honest group that's local to the area.  Will definitely be using them again for future needs.

I had a kitchen sink leak and another leak in my yard; Bret and the crew came to my rescue again. I even got a repeat customer discount. This company is trustworthy and does great work.

Quick to respond, very knowledgable and kind! Called on a Sunday night when our sink stopped working, and had someone at our house by Monday morning!

Had a leak near the water meter in the yard.  The first plumber that came out advised the leak was on the street side of the meter. I did some further investigation myself and saw evidence of the leak on the customer side.  I called them back and setup a return visit.  The second plumber did a very good job locating the leak quickly with the video I had taken.  

Why the low score? The plumber was on-site for 1 hour and the task charge was $625.  This seems excessive.  I'm willing to pay for their training and expertise, but $625 for a 15 min fix, 15 min of troubleshooting and 30 min to make sure it was fixed / documentation

Also, I was never provided a repair estimate before the work was done. This was quite the sticker shock.

I was referred Carolina Plumbing through my home warranty and I couldn't be happier we got connected--Scott was amazing! As a new homeowner, it's stressful enough to have things go wrong but also having to worry about finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Scott was very friendly, always accessible and quick to respond, explained everything clearly and went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations, spending numerous unbilled hours to make sure the problem was completely resolved and doing a thorough inspection to ensure no other systems were impacted. He also helped me hold another vendor accountable that did cleanup after I had a sewage leak and ensured they come back and completed the job when they cut corners. Scott of course didn't have to do any of this but he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of. I never thought I'd so much praise for a plumber but as a working professional, I can respect when someone truly does their job and takes pride in their work. Scott did that and then some. I will never be using another plumber as long as I live in the Charlotte area! Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed Scott!

I just have to say that I am soooo happy that I found This on Yelp! My family and I just moved into a rental property and the owner and his wife took jobs overseas so they aren't in the country and there isn't a property management company! Let's just say things have been extremely hectic and stressful with different issues that have come up one of them being that our toilet started backing up on the main floor and then the next day it was leaking into the apartment that's in the finished basement so we panicked and turned off all of the water! Which means we couldn't use the bathroom, shower nothing! The owner subscribed to American Home Shield and I called and reported the plumbing problem right away! They told me that I had to pay $107 for the service request and then wait until the contracted company called and set up an appointment! Well we ended up having to wait 3 days! The plumber finally came out and told us that it seemed to be an issue but that he wasn't able to do anything about it until we removed the mulch ourselves and that we were responsible for doing it and digging up the clean out! We were told once we found the valve and they could get complete access to it they will return!! I started to have a meltdown because I had no idea what or where this clean out was located and I had no idea what steps to take next!! He basically came and did absolutely nothing! At this point, I was so frustrated and desperate for a resolution! I mean I was using a bottle of water just to try and wash my hands and also had waste in the toilet that I couldn't flush! It was a very horrible experience! I found Will and Christine the owners of Service Pro plumbing and when I tell you I'm sooo glad I found them!! Will showed up extremely quick because he knew it was an emergent situation! He was very kind,professional,honest,trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful, caring, attentive patient,compassionate, detail oriented and most importantly competent in his knowledge and skill in the area of plumbing! He went ABOVE and Beyond my expectations and even took the time to educate us along the way! He basically told us that the first plumber incorrectly diagnosed the problem! What he found out was that it was a major issue on the city's side. He noticed that it was backed up which meant that the city had to come and fix it! And guess what Will said next!? He goes well I'll be honest I can do this job for you, snake the drain and get everything unclogged and charge you $400 OR we can call the city and report my findings and they will send someone out right away to fix it for free!! Do you know that Will even took the time to call the city of concord and explain to them what the problem was!?? Before he left, Will also gave me another tip and said to request that the city use a camera to get a better look in order to assess the damages accurately! The city workers showed up within 30min and found out that it was their issue, roots from a tree grew inside of the pipe which caused a blockage, they cleared it right away but unfortunately they will have to come back rip up the driveway and replaced the pipe because it's cracked but most importantly we were instructed to turn the water supply back on and we are allowed to finally FLUSH without worry AGAIN!! Lol He was such a blessing in disguise! He could've easily took complete advantage of the situation and my lack of expertise instead of giving us options! Yes, he could've just fixed it and charged me all of that money but instead he was so honest and definitely cared less about greed and more about saving us money which says a lot about his character and I was soooo thankful for him keeping it real with me! He only charged me $63 for the initial consultation fee and that's it!! I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate what they did for us! I would highly recommend him and his wife for all of your plumbing needs trust me you will not be disappointed!! I would definitely use them again and trust that I now have their business card tucked away for any other future issues with plumbing!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

I am so excited to write this review. We have tried to get HOT water in our house for several years. We bought a new gas hot water heater over a year ago. Still, the water was just warm. We have paid a few thousand dollars for the water heater and several companies to come out to get HOt water. I found Charlotte Plumbing by researching online. They had lgood ratings. We talked to them on Monday and Tuesday morning Nick showed up. In about two hours, which included Nick's trip to Lowe's, we have HOT water. We had to turn the thermastat down, and I wear gloves to wash dishes!
Don't waste money and time calling other companies
And if you get Nick, consider yourself blessed. He is the best plumber you can get!

Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Loved that they show up in masks!  Mike and his son are great at what they do and very thoughtful.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!  On time and reasonable prices.

We had a tankless water heater, softener and filtration system installed.  They priced it right, installed everything beautifully, were on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  Jeremy does beautiful work!  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seth and his team.  Friendly, fair and personable!

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

Tech Chris Stapleton came out this past week to perform the PM for our heating system. Yes I get ready early. He was on time and very polite and respectful to both my wife and myself. He was professional and carefully explained everything he did. He found the system in good shape, changed our filters and assured us we should be in good shape for the winter. As long as the service stays like this, there is no reason to look elsewhere.

Awful experience!! The technician did not provide an estimate for replacing a fill valve in my guest bathroom. He went ahead and put one in the toilet while I was talking with a customer on the phone. He did not give me an estimate and I did not authorize that price. He charged me $145.00 for labor plus a $65.00 service fee for 10 minutes of work. Then he put owner supplied materials and no warranty on the receipt. I never gave him a fill valve!! I called the company and spoke with Debbie. She was argumentative, disrespectful and did not listen to what I had to say!! They're the worst!!

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
