I requested a quote for a broken pipe it was leaking but I did not know if it was the sprinkler or city water or sewer. The tech wanted $1200 for a patch on the city water pipe and $2600 for a new water pipe from the street to my home. I thought it was ridiculous.
My irrigation guy happened to drop by as I originally thought it was a leaky sprinkler. We had previously spoken earlier in the week. He confirmed its a leaky city of charlotte water pipe. He said I should find a 24/7 plumber and it should cost $500 or $600. He said to be careful as some plumbers will try to rip you off. I called option 1 and they provided a free quote on the spot for $640 and went to work today.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . I am an out-of-state owner, and needed a plumber to work on a house I own in Gastonia.  I contacted WyattWorks, and they stated someone would call my tenant to set up an appointment.  Jeremy Wallace was assigned to the case, and he arrived promptly at the agreed upon time.  He took a look at the plumbing issues, drew up an invoice, and called me to advise what he found, and the cost to repair.  We gave the go-ahead.  The office emailed the invoice to me, I was able to sign, scan and email back for Jeremy to begin the work.  Jeremy called when he was finished, emailed photos of before and after, and took the payment over the phone.  First rate service from start to finish.  Excellent repairs and items replaced were top quality.  I would definitely recommend WyattWorks.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Small family run business. Awesome service, great price. Cain Jr. and JC were dispatched, they called 45 min out and were there when they said they would be. The two reset a toilet and installed a new sink/vanity in well under an hour. Strongly recommend!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

TOTAL RIP OFF. They were prompt, yes. And I knew we'd pay a little more in an emergency situation.. but $1600 for a 40 Gallon gas hot water heater is just WRONG when Lowes/Sears, etc. have them for about $400-$600. Oh but there is a  6 year warranty! BIG DEAL. Again, Lowes/Sears have ones with 9 year warranties that still don't come close in price to Morris Jenkins. (And I'm sure to have them install still wouldn't bring it near the $1600) Also, they didn't install it that night. We still had to wait until the next day. I also still can't trust that the tank had ruptured and wasn't more than a loose hose. The times we've had them out for HVAC maintenance, they ALWAYS try to sell new units This one won't last much longer. Its sad when you feel they're trying to take advantage every single time they talk to you. I hope my $1600 water heater pumps gold water. But my husband is a sucker and was the one dealing with all this. Well played Morris Jenkins. You're lucky I wasn't the one home when this happened.

Jim Dickerson has been handling ALL my plumbing need since late 70's early 80's.  They are always professional, prompt and efficient. They just spent 4 hours at my house today cleaning up a problem that was covered up by the people I bought my townhome from.  I cannot imagine calling another plumbing company.   His daughters are wonderful and so friendly and professional.  You will be happy you called them!!!.  I SING THEM PRAISES

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
