Jason with Julian's Plumbing was very responsive, communicated everything that was going on, finished the work ahead of schedule, came in below the quote that was given and was very innovative in solving the problem that was going on. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs every time hands down!!!

Three toilets needed various repairs.  We called Monday morning before 9 am, and the plumber arrived early and had completed the repairs by noon, for what seemed a very fair price.

Like many plumbers, there is a standard flat fee for the visit itself--BUT--unlike a lot of organizations (my HVAC company, for example), All Hours credits the visit charge toward any repairs. In effect, then, the visit itself costs nothing, as long you have repairs made.

Best of all--there was no up-selling.  He fixed what was broken, and didn't try to run any scare tactics about other things that might break down in months to come.

Daniel J is one of the best plumpers I have hired. He came in on a holiday weekend and got the work done right and even fixed up work that a different employee did wrong before.  He is a great technician from option one.

We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the clean out of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and clean up without a hitch thanks to Joe. What's more, the price was very reasonable--no extra charge for the holiday either.

These people are wonderful. Came in assessed the problem. Fixed the problem within an hour. Price was great. If you want something done quick and for a good price highly recommend tgem

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I am so excited to write this review. We have tried to get HOT water in our house for several years. We bought a new gas hot water heater over a year ago. Still, the water was just warm. We have paid a few thousand dollars for the water heater and several companies to come out to get HOt water. I found Charlotte Plumbing by researching online. They had lgood ratings. We talked to them on Monday and Tuesday morning Nick showed up. In about two hours, which included Nick's trip to Lowe's, we have HOT water. We had to turn the thermastat down, and I wear gloves to wash dishes!
Don't waste money and time calling other companies
And if you get Nick, consider yourself blessed. He is the best plumber you can get!

We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors.  The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out.  Joe was there for the rest of the project.  They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble.  I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. A few months ago, they installed natural gas lines for my gas oven, and it's a similar story: punctual, kind, and quality work.

Really good experience with the team here! Very quick to respond (via Yelp, text AND phone) and were very detailed and clear in their responses, pricing and suggestions. They were competitive with the handful of other quotes we got as well.

We thought our water heater needed replaced and they were going to be able to get someone out same day! Even with the influx of business during the Covid madness, they were very accommodating with scheduling since we had no hot water.

Our technician (Mike) arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Turns out we had an issue with our pilot light and was able to get us hot water back in minutes! He did a thorough inspection before just proceeding with the replacement and was very honest. We didn't even question that we needed a completely new tank (which would have cost us a significant amount of money) and could have easily been taken advantage of us. Instead, it was a small trip charge and we were back in business. Also, if that fix doesn't hold up, that charge is applied to the work if they need to come back out!

Not sure how much time the fix will buy us since we have an older unit, but when the time does come for a replacement or any other plumbing needs, we will be sure to call the team at WyattWorks Plumbing right away! Grateful to have found an honest plumber here in Charlotte and would recommend!

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Fast, responsive, affordable, kind. Everything I look at when trying to find a service provider. They arrived on time and were very nice, quick and efficient. I will be using them for any other plumbing issue we have!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

We had morris Jenkins come out for routine check on our air conditioning unit before the hot months of summer hit. The gentleman said our a.c. unit only had about 2 years left on it. We said fine we will look at replacing it next spring. Twelve hours after he left our AC quit working. And it had been working fine up until the day he came. Coincidence, I think not!  The next day morris Jenkins sent out a different gentlemen he put in a pound of Freon gas and said we were fine. A week later another gentleman showed up with a new air conditioning unit when we explained to him we didn't order one he acted totally mad and in a nasty tone said well didn't you get a phone call that I was coming . We told him no we never got any such phone call. He then proceeded to screech out of our neighborhood with his vehicle,shooting up dust and stones. We will never deal with them again. There motto is we treat you like family! What a joke!!

I called this company because I had issues with water in my tub and coming from the floor of my bathroom toilet. Along with other companies called, I decided to go with them because the rep on the phone said they we very honest people and do not charge for services that were not needed. This was their pitch for charging hourly vs flat rate. Seemed to make sense so I had them come out.
Now what did I actually get for my money? A whole bunch of nothing and a huge waste of time.
The plumber showed up at 2:50pm and had difficulty locating my sewage drain so he could snake it out. Mind you, he took the time out to view my neighbors yards and where their sewage drains were located. The sewage is also marked on the concrete, so finding it should have been all of 10 minutes. But, no....it took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to find the drain.
After he finally found it and popped open the drain, he informed me that this is a city issue and I should have called them, not the plumbing company. He also informed me that I would be charged for the full time he was there, even though some of the time he was smoking, walking in neighbors yards, and calling his office to get someone else to come help him look for the drain.
As you can imagine, I was upset to find that I had to pay almost $200 for him to do absolutely nothing. He did offer to snake the drain for me since he was already there, and since I still had the plumbing issues. I figured, why not? If I HAVE to pay him, at least I'd make him WORK for it. So, 25 minuteslater he tells me that his snake isn't long enough and that the city has to come do it afterall.  Awesome!! What CAN this company actually do, besides rip people off?
So, as he is packing up getting ready to leave, I go inside and write the check for the time he was there. But wait....there's more. I'm hit with an additional 15 minute charge, which is right around $37, for his drive time!! WHAT???? This was never mentioned to me when I called in with my issue, nor was it brought up when he arrived. I went back inside and wrote another check. At this point, I just wanted this guy and his company GONE!!!

PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GET A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!!!!

I have had to use a plumber before for this same issue and not only did they locate the drain in less time, but they were able to snake the drain, pack up, and be gone in less time than these theives took to do a bunch of nothing. I will NEVER use this company again!

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
