I worked with Jason. Prompt follow up, arrived on time, did the job at a fair price, and even had a sense of humor. I would totally recommend them.

Brett and Johnny replaced a water heater for me. They arrived when they said they would and did the job quickly and efficiently. They left a clean work area and made sure I understood the operation and warranty details before they left.

I would definitely use All Hours Plumbing again.

Reached out to Option One for some plumbing work we needed done. Our technician, Christian, came and checked on everything in our house to make sure everything was in working order which it was (didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and assured me that everything was in good shape). He provided three quotes, one of which I asked if he could do same day which he did and started work immediately. Price was best out of three local quotes we have received prior. He got our garbage disposal running and even checked all piping was connected correctly, excellent service. Will be back for the other projects they quoted us on based on the great work,

We needed new insides for our 20-year-old toilet tank and a repair to the water supply. We called Carolina Plumbing Pros and had their serviceman out just a few hours later! Jordan was very straightforward and quoted $289 for the tank flush mechanism replacement. He went about replacing the parts expeditiously, cleaned up after he performed the repairs, and even had a few words of advice. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Minor work done regarding hammer noise from pipes in wall. PRV install. Technician Josh is an absolute Rockstar. He loves his job and takes major pride in his work. If I was to use Charlotte Plumbing in the future, and I will, I will certainly request Josh. Never let this guy go! Give him a raise...whatever. super friendly and knowledgeable. A+++

Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. A few months ago, they installed natural gas lines for my gas oven, and it's a similar story: punctual, kind, and quality work.

The plumbing install went great. We added a new water softener. However the installer added a four way plug to an outlet under our crawl. This outlet was connected to our condensate pump for hvac. It's been throwing a breaker daily for 2 weeks. They say they can at fox they aren't electricians. This situation was created by this very statement

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our HVAC went out last year, having a new born in the house in the middle of summer; we decided to act quickly to get it replaced. We called Morris-Jenkins! To make a long story short. We just found out , that when you finance your HVAC, they also take a Lien out on your home. That's not cool and we were not told. Of course we should have read the contract but that's something you should also be informed of during purchasing

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
