Highly recommend!  Called Julian's Plumbing yesterday (a Sunday) so we could get on their schedule for today.  I expected a VM, but Jason answered right away and scheduled us for first thing this morning.  He came at 7:45 this morning and spent more than 2 hours to diagnose our problem (tree roots blocking our sewage pipe) and clearing the blockage.  He called the City of Frederick Water to come and make sure there was no further blockage from the City's sewage pipe.  He pointed out some shoddy work that Michael & Son did 3 1/2 years ago when a new sewage pump was installed.  We tried to get the other plumber to contact us to talk about repairing their shoddy work, but we never received a call back.  We will follow up with them tomorrow.  Meanwhile, Jason came back later in the afternoon and performed the repair for us.  Sure wished we had called Julian's Plumbing 3 1/2 years ago when we needed a new sewage pump.  We were new to the area and didn't know any better.  Lesson learned!

Very pleased with this company, and their customer service.  Very committed to customer satisfaction and making sure the problem is fixed correctly.  Service was prompt, and Johnny and David were very friendly.  I highly recommend this company, and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs.

Daniel came out right away, diagnosed the problem & was able to fix and update the toilet at the same time! Yay!!

The owner, Dave P, did reach out to me.  After a brief discussion he agreed with me that the initial charge was excessive for the particular situation,  and he sent me a partial refund for our agreed amount.  

it speaks very well for the company to have the interest to follow up and then to have an open mind about the issue and then to make a reasonable adjustment.

I will use again.  My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took my time and the owners extra time to reach a satisfactory price for the work done.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

My last plumber scammed me then left without proper inspection and permit. Luckily i called Seth. His team came out the next day to performed quick service and reasonable price. They're very professional, no BS. 6 stars for Seth and Scott. Thank you

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

Very professional. Provided cost savings ideas and suggestions for how to maximize our budget for future projects. I would highly recommend this firm.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

HVAC upstairs went out late summer, dispatcher was pleasant and technician sent out late afternoon. So far so good, technicianwas friendly, put on booties b4 enter our home. This is when things went South, tech entered our upstairs crawl space, came back down stairs, sat with my wife telling her, unit has ceased up, ideally should be replaced $5-7k, no guarentees but he could likely get u it started by replacing a$1500 part.  We declined as the unit is maybe 4 years old.  My neighbor is a certified HVAC and asked him when he got home to take a look.

So apparently when i replaced tripped breaker  The upstairs thermostat i must have tripped unit.  ***heres where things get disturbing, there is a cut off switch in attic so tech doesnt have to go all the way to garage for breaker.    Morris Jenkin tech, flipped switch off, and had the nerve to try and scamus out of big money.   He was the only one who entered the attic, this was a blatant attempt to scam my wife, he flipped the cut off switch as soon as the switch was flipped back on, viola the  unit came back up, 3 months now and not a single issue. Shame on this company!!!Avoid at all costs..

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
