Best Plumbing Services in Charlotte, NC

Jeff returned my call and was able to come to my house within a few hours. He was knowledgable, courteous and I was able to take advantage of the Yelp coupon. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company to others.

They dont actually serve Charlotte.  Called to try to get an appointment time for North Charlotte... NoDa... just a couple miles north of 277 and they don't serve that area.

Daniel came out right away, diagnosed the problem & was able to fix and update the toilet at the same time! Yay!!

Our water heater died as we were both preparing to leave town in different directions. We scheduled an appointment for this morning shortly after my return.
Jason was very nice and polite, and had our new unit installed within two hours of his arrival. He moved everything that was in his way, and returned everything to its place. That may have been the smoothest hurdle we've had to jump over lately.

Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech's coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to Carolina Plumbing Prwebsite they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can't come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren't even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Very happy with Charlotte plumbing. They answered the phone, which is rare at 6pm, and we're very helpful in getting my situation under control until a plumber could come the following morning.

Ricky was the plumber who arrived on time and answered all my questions courteously while working. The problem has been resolved for a very reasonable rate.

Will continue to call them when I have plumbing issues

Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever encountered in my 54 years of working with heating and air repair companies. I called MJ for regular seasonal maintenance. They quoted me more than $4000 for a repairs stating I would die if I turned on my unit. I knew this was not accurate so I called a reputable repair man and found out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit, in fact he said it was in amazingly good shape. He actually showed me where everything quoted by MJ was a complete lie including needing new exhaust blower motor which was clearly working perfectly. I'm fact, every part on the MJ quote was working perfectly and in very good shape. I later found out these repairmen work on commission. All they want to do is sell you a new unit. MR JENKINS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND PERHAPS INVESTIGATED. I wonder how many people have been ripped off from these rip off artists. I am so grateful I got a second opinion. Run from this company.

Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
