Julian's is awesome! We called late in the day and they were out first thing the next morning! They were honest and fixed our leak, for a very reasonable price, without any added up charges, etc...Very professional and nice. We will definitely be using them again. All Hours Plumbing just finished working to replace my water connection.  It was a slow leak, so there wasn't any emergency. The team, led by Brett, was great.  They kept me in the loop about what they were doing and the cost was reasonable.  I now have a plumber I trust to call for emergencies and other home improvements.  I would recommend All Hours Plumbing to everyone in Charlotte.

After managing with low water pressure, ongoing shower faucet issues and a kitchen faucet that was letting out a trickle of water, I called around and found Option One.  I am so glad that I did! Ted came out the next day, diagnosed the kitchen faucet issue (not a leak, but a likely replacement), addressed water pressure issues while there and gave me options on the shower faucet issue. What most impressed me is that Ted took the time to explain options, gave me a recommendation on the kitchen faucet and wanted to answer questions.  Did I mention that they give a FREE estimate (no trip fee) and held to it.  There were no surprises, and the work was done quickly and professionally!  What I most appreciated is that before the technician shows up, they text you a picture and name, along with their estimated time of arrival.  After many years trying to find a consistent plumber that provides good service at a reasonable price, I've found Option One!

My review is based largely on the level of E.R. Plumbing's customer service.

My water heater was leaking badly from the top of the tank and I was able to figure out that the expansion tank that sits between the water heater and my water supply was punctured. I could've done the repair myself using a $40 replacement tank from a big box store, but ultimately I decided I didn't want to overlook anything.

A technician was able to come out that afternoon. I explained my issue and that I wanted them to install a new expansion tank (I did end up purchasing one myself) and also inspect the system in case there were other problems. I was told that there was a minimum fee of $110, even though it was probably going to take only 20 minutes. I cared more about the peace of mind though, and I was thankful they were willing to use the tank I bought -- after tax and the service call fee, I'd end up paying over $200 for labor.

By the end of the visit, I felt like the service didn't measure up to the price. I wrote a review about it here and the owner (Dave Parker) replied right away. I went for the afternoon but by the time I got back, I had a couple of emails and missed calls too. I emailed back and forth with Dave throughout the next day and he went way above my expectations to make things right again.

I chose to remove my original review because I believe my experience was uncharacteristic of the service that the company wants to provide. They might not always hit the mark on the first try, but they're willing to hear genuine feedback and they'll go out of their way to make sure that you can rely on them again.

One note about the phone number on Yelp -- it might take you directly to a voice mailbox. If you need to get someone on the phone right away, try calling the number on E.R.'s website.

Really good folks. Better than the other plumbers--they're not here to just slap another brand new piece of equipment at full price at you. They actually diagnose the problem and give you options. Will only use them from here out.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

Fantastic service! Worked me into the schedule and was out within hours. Jeremy can and quickly assessed and gave me several options. The leak is gone and the price was fantastic!

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

They capped the 1/2 water line in our basement and rebuilt our upstairs shower faucet, all for a reasonable price.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

I'd like to make others aware of Morris Jenkins's supposedly priority service contract.. The sales pitch is that you will move to the top of the line to shorten waiting time if you ever should need their service. We tried scheduling for one of their two offered routine service checks and when the scheduled date arrived we received a call stating the service person couldn't come because the weather was changing and people's heating systems were breaking do  and they were behind and could't get here until 8:00 pm. for a 4:00  pm appointment.When tried to reschedule appointment  it was pushed  forward to two weeks into the future. Also when the technician came to service unit two weeks later. He said we needed to replace the hard start  and relay  on the system at a tune of 500.00. When asked if that included the discount offered as a priority member. The technician said yes without showing me what the price and labor would have been without the discount. It took the technician five minute- ten minutes to replace the part at a cost of 500.00. I feel ripped off by this company and have severed my ties with them. Buyers beware'. Zack Little

Jim Dickerson has been handling ALL my plumbing need since late 70's early 80's.  They are always professional, prompt and efficient. They just spent 4 hours at my house today cleaning up a problem that was covered up by the people I bought my townhome from.  I cannot imagine calling another plumbing company.   His daughters are wonderful and so friendly and professional.  You will be happy you called them!!!.  I SING THEM PRAISES

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
