I requested a quote on Yelp and Julian's was the first to respond. They gave me the best price after calling around to two other places. They give a great offer and coupon for going through Yelp.  The communication was extremely easy and I was so happy with texting to set up an appointment and work out the details.

My mother's garbage disposal was able to be repaired! Best news all day. Now the dish washer also works because the pipes are cleared up. I was so happy Julian's plumbing worked so hard to repair and not just try to sell me a new unit.

All Hours Pluming is awesome. I've used them twice in the last couple years. I had them replace the entire waterline for the house, and even had them do a small job (replace a toilet). Great Service, Great Pricing, Fast Installation, Everything was cleaned up etc. I'll continue to use them in the future.

Really friendly and good people but had a bit of a rough experience with them. Made an appointment to have my disposal looked
at because it was making a terrible noise. They waited all day to tell me actually we can't make it out today. Which is fine, things come up.

But Then when they finally did come the next Monday , the tech seemed incredibly confused as to what was going on, disappeared for 10 minutes and then said my supervisor said we can't fix your disposal but i can put a new one in for $500. I said no thank you and decided to just watch a YouTube video and see if i could do it myself. I found a metal toothpick wrapped around the blade and got it out and everything is fine now.

Kind of feel like they tried to upsell me. The tech didn't even look inside the disposal. Just turned it on once and then left to make a phone call.

Was hoping to use them to install a new water heater but they want to charge $69 just to come down to my house in Weddington to provide a quote. None of the other 3 plumbing companies did this. I even took pictures of the unit, spec plate, installation site, etc. And offered to send in order to get a ballpark figure and they said no.

There was a misunderstanding at first... but that's the opportunity to really shine!  Stefan (I believe one of the owners) followed up on an issue immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me where he PERSONALLY came to my house to remedy the situation.  The problem has been fixed.  The response from the management has shown me this is a professional organization, and anyone that uses Carolina Plumbing will be sure that they will ultimately receive top-notch results.

We had a leak coming from our garbage disposal.  Called Service Pro and they promptly came out within a few hours to promptly fix the problem.  Their fees seem fair and maybe even a little lower than the big guys.  They have a $59 service fee so be sure to ask up front if you know what you are having done that this does not include labor or parts.  They seem very honest which I can appreciate and even offer a one year guarantee.  I will keep their name on file in case something comes up again.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I was recommended Morris-Jenkins by two friends after our AC went out and am SO happy that I didn't let the reviews on here stop me from scheduling an appointment with them. From when I first called, they were so helpful and friendly. I called around 10:00am, and they were out by us within 45 minutes. Travis did a full diagnostic for us, helped us understand what was wrong and fixed the problem onsite. He was really helpful and friendly... he even helped clean up some standing water by our unit and checked our air filters! Fantastic experience all around. We felt the price was completely fair (unlike some of the other reviews stated), and we are 100% using them going forward.

Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
