Awesome service!!!  Jason was so prompt in responding to my text & scheduling a time to look at my garbage disposal.  He outlined the options & answered all my questions.  I'll definitely  use them again & will refer them to all my friends.  All their great reviews on Yelp are well deserved.

I called and talked to Bret, he came by and looked at my hot water heater within one hour.  Water heater needs to be replaced and it is scheduled for Monday.  Very prompt service.  This company comes highly recommended by my neighbors and I totally agree.

They provided quotes that were totally ridiculous.  Beware of someone that comes to your house for a consultation  this means up sell at over prices.  They wanted $7k to replace our main pipe.  I got it done by someone else for $1k.  Don't waste your time with them.

ER Plumbing has helped us several times in the past few years with leaks, a new water heater, and the general fun plumbing stuff.  I would never call another plumber.  The workers are timely, friendly, and truly do care about fixing the problem for their customers without hassle. And they are open 24/7 which is always a plus for those unexpected emergencies.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

We needed a new reliable plumber, and a neighbor recommended them,
they came an hour earlier than expected, and fixed our screaming toilet in 20 min. So happy, toilet never worked so good!! Will be calling them again!!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

When I called to make an appointment, I was told they were unable to come out that day because they were too busy, so I scheduled an appointment for the next evening.  I asked how much it would cost me to replace a capacitor and they were unable to give me any kind of an idea over the phone, which raised the first red flag.  Then, after having a 3 hour window of appointment time, they were still 30 minutes late.  I had researched the price of capacitors already at this point and found them to be roughly $20.  I know you have to pay for someone's knowledge, expertise, and licensure, but I was floored when Barry told me the repair would be $388 in addition to the $49 service fee (down from $89 because they were doing the repair).  It wasn't even close to an hour of labor!  So $437 later, the a/c is fixed but I still feel gouged.  The very next day I received two quotes from different companies, one was $259 and one was almost $300, and those were after hours charges.  Morris-Jenkins doesn't even charge after hours fees and their prices are still that much higher.  Now I know who pays for the annoying jingles and commercials...the customers!!  Shop around and check the reviews first people!

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
