Outstanding service! I called on a holiday after I hit the water main putting in a sprinkler system. They answered and gave me an estimate over the phone. They came first thing the next morning and fixed the pipe in less than 20 minutes and charged me the price quoted. Great experience. Highly recommend them.

My water main broke on a Sunday afternoon.  All Hours was the only plumber to return my call, and Johnny showed up less than an hour later.  He worked in difficult, dark, muddy conditions for a couple of hours, got the main repaired, and water restored to the house.  There was a small glitch, but when I called about that glitch, Johnny and Eric showed up at my house within a half hour, and worked until they got the glitch fixed - at no charge.  I would sum it up this way:  All Hours is responsive, prompt, professional, and they stand behind their work 100%.  I can't ask for more than that.  I'm confident in recommending All Hours Plumbing, and I'll definitely use them again.

I really appreciated the excellent service that Timothy provided us with.  His patience and expertise was a plus.  He was determined to make sure we were satisfied with his work.  Because of Timothy, I will be contacting Option One again.  Thank you for your personal touch and professionalism Timothy!

I was kind of disappointed to receive an estimate to repair a main line water leak in my front yard with no investigation or even looking for the leak. The leak was near the water meter in the lower part of my yard; 5FT x 5FT square area. With a shovel, I found the leak in about an hour digging up a 2FT x 2FT square area and spending $25 in parts to repair the leak myself. I will say the technician was very friendly, listened to my concerns and arrived when he said he would. I did receive a call from they office to inform me the technician was on his way. Customer service was good, but I suggest you get more than one estimate before proceeding with your repairs.

NOTE: Owner Dave Parker contacted me early the morning after this review. He apologized and explained the reasoning for their what I considered to be a high estimate. After the explanation I felt better about the estimated cost. Even though the technician was very nice and very attentive, I feel that with the estimate that he was providing should have come with a more in-depth explanation. When the owner of a relatively large company like Dave's reaches out to your personally, It shows that he cares about his customers and his business. Thank you for taking the time Dave.

We had issues with a toilet, the less said the better.  Within hours of my phone call to Carolina Plumbing Pros, Bruce arrived.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently explained both the issue and the fix.
The bill was significantly less than the in-your-face plumbing contractors that advertise and charge crazy high fees.  As a retiree on a fixed income, wow, was I happy!

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Charlotte Plumbing has done a great job for us on a replacement of our hot water heater a few months ago and today with a repair to a gas line. Damien is extremely professional, and we've trusted all of the work being done on our home. They also are very thorough and patient answering all of my questions. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend them.

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. A few months ago, they installed natural gas lines for my gas oven, and it's a similar story: punctual, kind, and quality work.

We bought our newly built home 21 years ago. The water pressure has always been low. My husband and I figured it was because the house has two stories. We could not take showers and run the washer or the dishwasher at the same time. The quality of water has also been a neighborhood issue. Our HOA president fought tirelessly to get city water hooked up vs. the private company. Before the change was scheduled, it was highly advised to get a new flow meter, one that could stand higher pressures. Our neighborhood was given a 'great deal' by a private company since we needed so many at one time. The plumber took all the money and left. None of the work was done. Fast-forward to July 2021. A water main broke across the street from us. CharMeck came out and fixed the pipe. My husband was talking to the men working and asked about our water pressure. The city employee recommended contacting the water department and get the pressure valve tested. They came out and stated we needed a new pressure relief valve. Call a plumber. I contacted 5 businesses on YELP. Got a message the very same day from one (Sunday-I did not expect a message) Felt good about that one. Then I got a we don't do that That was ok also. However, one didn't answer, and one just said,  We can do that for $200.00. No questions asked. That Monday, I got a message from WWP. They were the only company that wanted to come out to evaluate the issue, before giving a quote. Jeremy came out. He heard our story. He checked the valve, told us what he had found, using terms I could understand. Wrapping up this long story, we have better water pressure than we ever thought possible. I am tickled pink with our water pressure. We can have multiple things going at one time and the pressure stays strong! Thanks so much Jeremy!

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Fast, responsive, affordable, kind. Everything I look at when trying to find a service provider. They arrived on time and were very nice, quick and efficient. I will be using them for any other plumbing issue we have!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

Do not use this company! If I could give no stars, I would. Total rip off.  Tried to charge us over $1,000 for a simple repair. After hearing the price, we went elsewhere. I'm sorry we called them and never will again. We are telling everyone we know not to use them.

I called this company because I had issues with water in my tub and coming from the floor of my bathroom toilet. Along with other companies called, I decided to go with them because the rep on the phone said they we very honest people and do not charge for services that were not needed. This was their pitch for charging hourly vs flat rate. Seemed to make sense so I had them come out.
Now what did I actually get for my money? A whole bunch of nothing and a huge waste of time.
The plumber showed up at 2:50pm and had difficulty locating my sewage drain so he could snake it out. Mind you, he took the time out to view my neighbors yards and where their sewage drains were located. The sewage is also marked on the concrete, so finding it should have been all of 10 minutes. But, no....it took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to find the drain.
After he finally found it and popped open the drain, he informed me that this is a city issue and I should have called them, not the plumbing company. He also informed me that I would be charged for the full time he was there, even though some of the time he was smoking, walking in neighbors yards, and calling his office to get someone else to come help him look for the drain.
As you can imagine, I was upset to find that I had to pay almost $200 for him to do absolutely nothing. He did offer to snake the drain for me since he was already there, and since I still had the plumbing issues. I figured, why not? If I HAVE to pay him, at least I'd make him WORK for it. So, 25 minuteslater he tells me that his snake isn't long enough and that the city has to come do it afterall.  Awesome!! What CAN this company actually do, besides rip people off?
So, as he is packing up getting ready to leave, I go inside and write the check for the time he was there. But wait....there's more. I'm hit with an additional 15 minute charge, which is right around $37, for his drive time!! WHAT???? This was never mentioned to me when I called in with my issue, nor was it brought up when he arrived. I went back inside and wrote another check. At this point, I just wanted this guy and his company GONE!!!

PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GET A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!!!!

I have had to use a plumber before for this same issue and not only did they locate the drain in less time, but they were able to snake the drain, pack up, and be gone in less time than these theives took to do a bunch of nothing. I will NEVER use this company again!

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
