Best Plumbing Services in Charlotte, NC

I always feel tentative when trying to choose a company to work on my house. (I wonder if they have had their friends and distant cousins write reviews.)

These guys are legit. I did not know them beforehand, but I am certainly glad I know them now. I had a main line sewer issue, called Julian's at 6 a.m., and Jason called me back by 6:30. Then Jeff arrived by 8:30 a.m. He fixed the problem, recommended a permanent solution, and went out of his way to reduce my costs because I couldn't afford the one option. They came out this morning on time (!!) and fixed the problem, showed me the work, were professional the entire time. These guys are worth every penny. I feel like I can finally rest easy knowing a chronic problem is not going to keep me up at night (in back-flow water) any more. They are fantastic. I cannot say that enough. Fantastic.

If you are looking for a good honest, fairly priced plumber, look no further!

When we noticed one of our toilets had a leak of some kind I called someone else to come and take a look. They said they would be out First of the week. A week later they have not shown up and not called.
I did a quick yelp search and found the good reviews for All Hours Plumbing and decided to give them a try.

They were here in less than an hour.
The technician started to rebuild the toilet and found that there was a crack in the tank at the supply line. I went to the big box store and got a new toilet and took his advice but didn't spend a lot of money on it and made sure it was a Kohler. While I was out he repaired a shower that had a constant drip by replacing the valve. Once I got back the new toilet was installed in a few minutes. I was very pleased with the pricing, it was more than fair.

I got a quick estimate on a new water heater (we have the original from 2001 that came with the house) and will have them replace that soon.

Really friendly and good people but had a bit of a rough experience with them. Made an appointment to have my disposal looked
at because it was making a terrible noise. They waited all day to tell me actually we can't make it out today. Which is fine, things come up.

But Then when they finally did come the next Monday , the tech seemed incredibly confused as to what was going on, disappeared for 10 minutes and then said my supervisor said we can't fix your disposal but i can put a new one in for $500. I said no thank you and decided to just watch a YouTube video and see if i could do it myself. I found a metal toothpick wrapped around the blade and got it out and everything is fine now.

Kind of feel like they tried to upsell me. The tech didn't even look inside the disposal. Just turned it on once and then left to make a phone call.

Customer Service was impeccable across the board - called & left message (on a Sunday evening) which was responded to within 10-minutes.  Mike W. followed up with a call to say that he was on his way and on-site service was as good as it gets.  Very satisfied across the board and will use again if need arises.

Not professional at all. Long story short with out naming people the tech said  he would do our job. Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech's coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to Carolina Plumbing Prwebsite they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can't come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren't even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

SUPER SUPER SUPER Service. Great guy, fantastic work, excellent problem solver and very very fair price. ( much better than anybody)!  You can't go wrong!!!

Great service, would hire again, and recommend to friends. They were very quick to call me immediately after I requested the quote. Very easy to schedule with, and the work was perfect. Had them fix a leaky tub, and a running toilet.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. What appeared to be an easy job after watching a YouTube video then turned into a weekend nightmare. We had to call Option One over the weekend due to a stuck cartridge in our shower handle. We couldn't run the water back into the house as we weren't sure if any parts had fallen behind the wall. Scott came out in about a 2 hour window after we called and rescued us and put our mind at ease. It was absolutely worth the extra weekend fee to have peace of mind from this company. This is the second time we've used them and we will call them back for any further plumbing needs.

Chad was great - responsive, reliable, thorough. Friendly and gave me a few extra pointers before he left. Would definitely recommend.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

I had a good experience.  What I had was not an emergency - just a leaky shower head where I couldn't remove the handle. Thankful they were able to get it off and replace the cartridge and washers at a reasonable price.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's.

Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine.

Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit.

Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional.  Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they
- cleared the jam in the disposal
- had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak
-cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband)
- tightened a hot water handle
- secured a tub handle

All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch.

And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is as crooked as it gets. They sent a salesman out to my Mothers house, right now as I'm typing this. He is a total tool nugget trying to high pressure her into a whole new unit without even looking at the problem. Crooked. Then after being told she wanted to see what was wrong he has to call in an actual repair tech. Typical. If you are a woman do not deal with this place. I'm sure they thought they'd send out the ex con salesman to try to turn the screws.

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
