Very good plumbers. I had them replace my kitchen faucet and install a new pot filler faucet over my cook top.
Good follow-up and when I needed them, they came right out. Highly recommended.

We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the clean out of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and clean up without a hitch thanks to Joe. What's more, the price was very reasonable--no extra charge for the holiday either.

What an outstanding company to hit rand work with. We encountered an issue with our water heater Saturday morning. We called our home warranty company so they started a claim and had routed the job to a local contractor. I hang up and my phone rings it's Carolina plumbing pros to lathe rescue. Dorbi showed up and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes. While we had to wait for the weekend and the manufacturer to open and warranty the part, they weren't kidding. One the part arrived at my doorstep Dorbi was at our door to help fix the issue. Within 30 minutes we had warm water.
God bless this company and the staff at Carolina Plumbing Pros!

My family can now enjoy Thanksgiving! Thanks Service Pro. You have a new customer!!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow! (Al. Ft. Mill, SC)

James from Charlotte Plumbing fixed all of my problems in one visit and he did it right THE FIRST TIME.
At first, there was a strange smell in the house. I thought it might've been a natural gas leak.
I bought a meter on Amazon but it wasn't detecting any gas.
As we all know, buying a product like that on Amazon is a hit or miss.
Just to be safe, I called the fire department to have someone come out and make sure everything was alright.
They used a gas meter to try to detect if there was a gas leak, and they couldn't find ANYTHING.
They agreed there was still a strange smell, so I had a company come out and take a look for me.
The gas company that came out turned the gas off to my fireplace since the smell seemed to be concentrated mostly in one area of the house right next to the fireplace.
They said if the smell goes away in a couple of days then that must've been the culprit.
The smell never went away, so they came back to the house to turn the gas back on about 5 days later.
The smell started getting worse.
I was already having migraines everyday, and now I was starting to get nose bleeds.
I asked them if it could be sewer gas since the smell seemed to be worse when I was using the water.
They told me that I should go ahead and call a plumber.
Before I called the Charlotte Plumbing, I looked opened up the door to the crawl space of the house.
It had no smell, and the crawl space is in great shape.
I'm not a professional in gas or plumbing, but I wanted to make sure this plumbing company knew I did my due diligence to narrow the problem down.
I mentioned the fact that the crawl space seemed perfectly fine, and that the smell seemed to be coming from the baseboard downstairs next to the gas fireplace, but also when I ran a lot of water like laundry.
As soon as James stepped in the house, he immediately agreed that the smell was off.
Within 5 minutes he detected a gas leak and opened up the wall.
He said that the gas leak was so bad the whole house could've blown if I lit a candle or anything in the house.
He said the reason why the plumbing seemed tied to it was because the pipes have little vents that suck in air from the crawl space to operate properly.
Within 4 hours he fixed the gas leak entirely, and even fixed 3 of my slow running drains in the house.
James said, That surprises me that the gas company couldn't figure this out. They're usually a really good company that's really cautious. The guy that came over must've been new or something. All you have to do is actually listen to the customer and they'll tell you exactly what and where the problem is.
I am so impressed by Charlotte Plumbing. James was courteous, respectful, clean (he even wore little protectors over his shoes to protect my wood floors), punctual (they gave me a window of 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and James was knocking on my front door at 8:02 AM), and he is a real pro.
TLDR: I recommend this company to everyone. 10/10 experience.if you want the job done right the first time, call these guys. They'll save you money, your house, and in my case my life!

I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday.
A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough, and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future.
Thanks Daniel!

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open. He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I can't thank and compliment Mike and his son enough for the work he has done for my family. A friend recommend Garvey's Plumbing to me, and I will be sure to recommend Mike to anyone looking for a plumber. Mike is efficient, diligent, honest, and genuine.
Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. A few months ago, they installed natural gas lines for my gas oven, and it's a similar story: punctual, kind, and quality work.
Garvey's Plumbing is a company you can rely on, trust, and sleep well at night knowing they took care of you.

I had a good experience. What I had was not an emergency - just a leaky shower head where I couldn't remove the handle. Thankful they were able to get it off and replace the cartridge and washers at a reasonable price.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000. I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long. I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit. Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

I hate to be the dissenter here but I must be honest. Called Morris Jenkins for a service call, to be fair I am not a priority advantage customer but they came our promptly. Thomas, our Tech was very nice and stayed at our house for roughly 3.5 hours. He performed the service required, I think but came down with a list of recommendations which ended with me booking a comfort consultant appointment for a new unit which would cost between $8500 - $11,000. He basically spent time telling me how my units were in horrible shape and that for what it costs to fix everything that's wrong he would just recommend a full replacement. He even showed me pictures on his cell phone of my rusty coils as back up.
Since I'm not too jumpy on spending between $17,000 & $22,000 on new units I called for a second opinion. I went to a more local company. When the second opinion was rendered I find out that even though the coils were rusty they were still fine and all I really needed was a charge of refrigerant and a replaced motor at 1/10th of what it would have cost from Morris Jenkins and I didn't feel dirty and have an empty bank account when the guy left.
Here's what I think. Morris Jenkins is good in a pinch. Since they're a big company they have inventory and lots of techs on the road. That is a double edge sword. The techs are salespeople. They know how to use buzzwords and are taught how to work customers to spend their hard earned money and take advantage of scare tactics to get people to spend money. If I left it up to them I would have spent a truckload of money and wasn't given the option or advice to allow my current system to be patched. The prices I was quoted for a new unit were DOUBLE what I found out a new unit costs from other, more reasonable companies. The repairs and priority advantage quotes were also double what I was quoted from other companies.
Morris Jenkins has their high overhead, advertising budget and sales staff to pay for. My advice is to get a second opinion before committing to anything with them.

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.
Negatives:
1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.
2. Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed. They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.
Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.
A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming. I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem. We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues. Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed. We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
