My schedule service hasn't even been completed yet. Someone is scheduled to come out tomorrow for a plumbing installation, but so far, the phone calls, follow up in the courtesy of the staff has been amazing.

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Jerell came out and was very professional. He was sent to us for a plumbing problem behind our dishwasher. Allison and White property management had him come out. But now they say nothing is wrong , I would very much like the report from Jerrel if possible, because these guys are giving us a lot of trouble because of this situation and nothing is getting fixed. Can you please help? Our address is 1013 12th St. NE in Hickory. He left his number with my son, but when we called it said mailbox was not set up. We could really use your help.

Called twice for them to come out for plumbing estimate. Promise to come for estimate. I waited until 5:30 , no show. Next day waited again , no call and no show. I gave a one because I couldn't give a zero.

Jerry was from the very beginning extremely knowledgeable. We originally thought we needed to switch from our current working water heater to a tankless because of the long wait for hot water. After hearing our problem he was already brainstorming a more affordable solution. He was quick with responses and very thorough with explaining things to us. His quotes were reasonably priced. Professional written quotes were emailed to us. His work was quick and clean. Very satisfied with the over all experience. We have literally no wait for hot water now at a fraction of the price other places we're quoting us. You can trust Jerry and he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be returning to Jerry for future work.

Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

What seemed an easy job replacing the toilet tank parts turned into a broken supply line and a flooded tight crawl space! I called eight other plumbers and even the ones that said they could do emergencies could not help us for a week or two!! A local plumber recommended Cliff's Plumbing! They drove 55 minutes to get to me! And responded right away! They fixed the broken pipe and added a new shut off valve in an hour! We are so grateful for there commitment to helping someone in an emergency situation! I highly recommend this plumbing service!!

Mike was awesome. We had a backup to our main sewer line, and him and his wife were out within a couple of hours to fix everything. Good pricing and him and his wife made sure everything was spotless before they left.

Great & timely service; however, I find them to be expensive & not completely transparent w pricing.

If I wasnt in a jam, & if they didnt prevent a mess, I would be more vocal about the costs involved.

Price Gouging!  I am very unhappy with AAA City Plumbing's pricing for my recent plumbing issue.  I was charged $2,200 to snake, jet, and put a camera through my sewer pipe, which I believe is above the market rate for this type of service.  Furthermore, the cost AAA City Plumbing quoted me to replace the piece of broken pipe in my yard was $2,300 (additional).  I ultimately found another plumber who replaced the broken pipe it for only $1,000.  AAA City Plumbing wanted to charge me more than double that ($2,300)!  They also told me that I needed to get the repair done within a week, when the other plumber told me that I really could have waited a few months to make a decision!  It seems like they tried to make it seem like it was an emergency, so that I would pay their outrageous $2,300 price. I suspect they took advantage of me because I was a single female homeowner. I will not use them again, and I warn others to stay away. Using them was a very expensive mistake.
Update:  the owner contacted me after I wrote this review and refunded me $600, bringing the cost down to $1,600. The owner was apologetic for his employee overcharging me, so I do give him credit for that.  However, please note that had I not posted this negative review, I would not have gotten that refund.  (Before deciding to write this review, I had already called AAA City Plumbing and asked to speak to the owner, but they would only let me speak to a manager, who said that the original price I was charged was the correct price, and they would not do anything to adjust the price.)

Responded quickly to my initial call. Was able to come out in a timely manner. Was professional reliable courteous did a great job with a fair price. No complaints and I'll use them again and recommend them to others.
My initial review is the above paragraph. since that time they've been over to my house again and although the work was OK it was not satisfactorily completed and we had to call them out again. These guys are always courteous and they do show up but I need more than that to keep a five star review, I had left it though because I thought maybe it was a fluke
Recently, I called in the morning because our hot water heater was out. I was told that they would call me back within a short time to let me know if they fix that kind. No call back so I called at 4:30 that afternoon. I was told that yes they can fix that kind but it is a $300 diagnostic fee. I asked what that meant and he told me that it was $300 for them just to come to my house. I tried to clarify would that amount be subtracted from the bill after the problem is resolved and I could not get an answer so he transferred me. Eventually I was told yes that would be subtracted from the final bill and they could come out the next day. After I hung up I felt a little uneasy so I went to the water heater website and found that they recommended someone in Denver. I ended up going with that plumber and ended up paying less than half of what ultimate plumbing diagnostic fee alone was for the entire job to be completed.
I can't say these are not good plumbers or the business isn't good but it isn't a five-star experience, but I think if you really need a plumber and they were available it's a decent bet. I went with Denver plumbing and it was a five-star experience so I will stick with them from here on out.

Chris is phenomenal! He is on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.   He works precisely and is fast. He even vacuumed up the mess.

I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????

They stole $95.23 for bad advice walked out didn't do their job either
