GREAT, HONEST, HARDWORKING, SUPERIOR! Over the past 3 years we have had issues with our main sewer line and worked to treat the roots. Unfortunately this year (2018) the main line hit the wall and was time to replace! Not to mention it completely clogged.  I got about 8 quotes.. I was amazing that some of the companies wanted just a text and picture of the area and they would come back with a high $$ quote... I asked how they arrived at that.. these companies said oh we use google maps and your picture to quote. Not the team from Superior Plumbing.  Mike with SP came out Day one, we discussed the real issues and formulated a good plan to fix it.  They wrote me a quote on the spot which was not only completely fair but would solve the main drain line completely by installing a new one.  Keep in mind, I have a family and let me say with a main line sewer line.. time is ticking... the household can't flush, no laundry, dishes, showers.. so you want to go quickly on projects like this but also get a fair price. That was definitely the case with Superior.  They were able to come out next day and start... installed brand new sewer line with extra clean outs and solved other issues as well, found additional cracks with the end of the sewer line and repaired on the spot. Overall an AMAZING INSTALL JOB and completely fixed the sewer line! Overall SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM, FAIR PRICES, GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP (they know their trade) and SUPER NICE (Southern Hospitality) which is what I like the most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Jerry was from the very beginning extremely knowledgeable. We originally thought we needed to switch from our current working water heater to a tankless because of the long wait for hot water. After hearing our problem he was already brainstorming a more affordable solution. He was quick with responses and very thorough with explaining things to us. His quotes were reasonably priced. Professional written quotes were emailed to us. His work was quick and clean. Very satisfied with the over all experience. We have literally no wait for hot water now at a fraction of the price other places we're quoting us. You can trust Jerry and he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be returning to Jerry for future work.

Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

Really annoyed. These guys have been out to fix my sewer pump four times in two years. They charged me hundreds to replace it a year ago but still isn't fixed.  They have been out twice since then and charged me each time but haven't fixed it .  I got home today and yep it was out again but this time I called they told me they couldn't come out for 5 days as they were very busy. Gee maybe if they had fixed it over the past 4 times I wouldn't have to wait. I'm tired of companies that don't stand behind their work , don't deliver when they caused the problem. 4 times and still a problem and now apparently I cant use the plumbing for 5 days.   Zero interest on solving problem they should have solved. Seriously Cliff I'm done with you and also that whiny receptionist you have. I'll find a plumber who actually does the work you pay for

We've now had Mike out twice to fix some leaks in our PEX pipes. The first time, late at night, Mike came out quickly and had us fixed in no time. It was a major relief after an emergency call.

Mike is honest and efficient, and communicates well with us. His rates are reasonable. My husband and I are grateful to have his number on speed dial.

Great & timely service; however, I find them to be expensive & not completely transparent w pricing.

If I wasnt in a jam, & if they didnt prevent a mess, I would be more vocal about the costs involved.

They charge a trip fee and won't offer any estimate on the phone. They work on a 'flat rate' and you won't know what that is until they get there. And now I know why.  

Their rates are extremely high.  And, of course, you have to pay the trip charge if you don't let them do the work.  

I believe they refer to this as a 'bait and switch' scheme.  

Why not tell a client what hourly rate your 'flat fees' are based on?   Had I known they charge $150-200/hr. I never would have authorized a trip to our house.  It's a bit dodgy.  

I learned my lesson.  Know the hourly rate before getting someone to come out.  All of this work is based on the hourly rate and some companies like to pad their hourly rates in case their employee is not as fast as the market.  

I do not recommend this company.  Call around and work with someone that won't hide behind a 'flat rate' billing system.

Terrible experience.  Stay far away from these guys.  They did work I didn't ask them to do then billed me anyway.  When I asked about the additional charge they threatened to put a lien on the house if the bill wasn't paid within a week.

Find another plumber!!

I woke up on a Saturday morning to the sound of water running under my house.  I called 1st Choice Plumbing and they came right out to get the problem stopped.  I was thrilled with the service and the price was fair considering it was a weekend.

Wow in total shock and disbelief
We received our Holbrook's bill for last week's overcharge
I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????

They stole $95.23 for bad advice walked out didn't do their job either

And and entire life time loss of respect  and dignity
