I was referred by my realtor when we needed plumbing service. We just bought a house and turns out that the pipe under the master bath toilet was cracked and tree roots were growing there! Mike Buckley was assigned as our technician and he was just AWESOME. He was always on time, very pleasant to work with and did a great job fixing the problem without delay. I would say the service fee was very reasonable and I would definitely call superior Plumbing and drains if I ever need plumbing service again. A+++

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

We wanted to replace the 15 year old halogen under cabinet lights in our kitchen. Chris took the LED's we purchased and had all four in place and looking fantastic In less than an hour.

Hot water heater wasn't working properly and they were originally out a week or so.  Something opened up and they were there in an hour.  Took care of the issue in 15 minutes and now working great.  Scott was very professional and courteous.

Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

We used Cliff's plumbing to install our new kitchen faucet when we first moved here. They
also removed a filtration system under our sink that was no longer usable. When I called they came the next day which was perfect. Thank you Cliff's plumbing.

Mike was awesome. We had a backup to our main sewer line, and him and his wife were out within a couple of hours to fix everything. Good pricing and him and his wife made sure everything was spotless before they left.

Chris Blackwell diagnosed a leak under our kitchen sink. He replaced the leaking garbage disposal. He also inspected our water tank and is going to give us a quote on replacing it so our water pressure won't fluctuate. He was very friendly and very efficient.

TLDR:  Work was good, service was quick friendly, price seems high and he said the $150 coupon on the website was included in the quoted price, 3% credit card fee is dumb.  Would suggest shopping around, wish I had.

They came same day and replaced our water heater.  They did not give price beforehand over the phone but were able to give it 30 seconds into looking at the old water heater, that was a little frustrating.  Service man was nice but the price seems steep now that I have looked around more.  FYI: $2,550 for a 40 gallon water heater replacement and the $150 coupon on the site was allegedly included in that.  Receipt did not break out charges.  What drove me to Yelp this is that when I went to pay there was a 3% credit card fee...I understand the need for that at a 7/11 but that seems ridiculous for a larger expense.

UPDATE:  I was annoyed by the 3% charge so I called the main line and asked generally if they charge anything extra to use a credit card.  She said No.  I advised that I had been charged 3% yesterday and she said Yes, that is what we charge for credit card.  When confronted on the instantaneous change she said that Well, we don't tell everyone that.   Shady. Updated rating from 2 to 1 star.

UPDATE #2:  Saw response from the business.  Don't agree with their assertion that the operator lied about the 3% charge so that a plumber could discuss payment options but I appreciate their response regardless.   Per above, service was quick and well done and the warranty is good but concerns still linger about billing practices. Updated to two stars.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I suppose something has to be checked to leave a response. The job was handled quite poorly from the beginning.  For a job that should've been at MAX $250, they charged me $780.  The tech who came out, didn't even come into my house to inspect the problem, just started snaking the outside lines.  Why, I have NO idea - as the issue was contained on the second floor - first floor, everything was working fine.  But again, he didn't bother to listen to me, the paying customer on what the issue was.  He never presented any costs to me prior to beginning work.  He was of course unsuccessful with what he was doing - BECAUSE THE CLOG WAS UPSTAIRS.  Finally asked him, why don't you just snake the toilet that is messed up?  He then replied well I'm trying to save you money - what I've already done is $500 and to remove and snake toilet is another $250.  WTH.  Long story short, he ended up trying to snake the laundry room, then the master shower. Finally took apart the master toilet. Within 2 minutes (if that) of snaking, the clog was free. But that's not all. He pretended to reinstall toilet. Was not bolted down. called them back out, he said the seal was broken - by HIM of course. Tried replacing it, then gluing it down, and even glued the caps that cover the bolts. Left house in complete mess and tracked mud all through my house. I asked for refund, they offered $100. Slap in my face. Now I have a toilet that will most likely need to be replaced. with all the gum/glue and scratches/gouges in my toilet cover - it looks like TRASH.  DO NOT EVER USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO DO HORRIBLE WORK.

People be aware of this company. Your lack of professionalism is mind blowing. I can and I will comment about a friends experience. I needed plumbing work done and I researched plumbing companies and came across your company. I read your reviews and knowing someone who had experience with 1st Choice Plumbing, made my decision that much easier. I could have been a potential customer, but my money goes to a business who values their customers. My comment is absolutely relevant, Jonna and I look out for people who need plumbing services. I have been out to the house to see the water heater and checked it out myself. A leaking water heater with no hot water is in perfect working condition? You don't have to be a plumber to see it's not properly working. You wrote up a false report that the water heater was in proper working order and admitted to her that you never checked to ensure the water ran hot or anything. When you provide bad service and then lie about it, it reflects poorly on you and your small business. Put yourself in the customers shoes and I'm absolutely positive you would be angry yourself. It does not matter if you came out for her or the previous owner. You checked the water heater and said it was properly working when it's not. You provided the service and there is documentation your company was the one who looked at it. Again, I have told many homeowner friends not to use you for their plumbing needs. People be aware of 1st Choice Plumbing. They are a scam. Read their reviews on Yelp. Be careful who you have come out to your house.

As for your comment back and still believing you're not wrong, this shows your character and what kind of business you run. This situation does involve me even though you stated it does not. Staying with her and having to take cold showers is not something I call enjoyable. Seeing her being stressed out over something you should have noticed does involve me. Not even offering to inspect the water heater for the second time shows that you knew you didn't do the job properly. People save your money and pay someone who takes pride in what they do and doesn't take advantage of you. Clearly when a free service is offered, corners are cut because they are not being paid. A reliable business doesn't say a water heater is in proper working condition without even checking to see if it's working properly. People, spend the extra time in finding a dependable and reliable plumbing company who actually knows what they're talking about.

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
