We live in an older home that has had plumbing issues since we moved in 20 years ago. Numerous plumbers came to our home and did something, but it didn't solve the leakage problem under our master bath and laundry room. Superior Plumbing came and completely replumbed our home and were quick to address any issues we had. They are a great company and did a fantastic job.

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Jerell came out and was very professional. He was sent to us for a plumbing problem behind our dishwasher. Allison and White property management had him come out. But now they say nothing is wrong , I would very much like the report from Jerrel if possible, because these guys are giving us a lot of trouble because of this situation and nothing is getting fixed. Can you please help? Our address is 1013 12th St. NE in Hickory. He left his number with my son, but when we called it said mailbox was not set up. We could really use your help.

Jerry was from the very beginning extremely knowledgeable. We originally thought we needed to switch from our current working water heater to a tankless because of the long wait for hot water. After hearing our problem he was already brainstorming a more affordable solution. He was quick with responses and very thorough with explaining things to us. His quotes were reasonably priced. Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

Cliff from Cliff's came to the house I am renting yesterday and fixed my kitchen sink which was running so very slow. He was professional, friendly, thorough and fixed the problem! And best his price was VERY REASONABLE! Since I am new to the area he also answered my questions about the area, and made some suggestions. Here's the story:

We bought a natural gas grill for our new house on Sunday morning. The line was already in place so we figured it would just be a few snaps and we'd be on our way to delicious grilled meats--- we were wrong.

The connection from the grill was not the same size as the line. At a loss for what to do we searched the internet trying to find out how to fix it, nothing; went to Home Depot to try and get help, nothing. We called Weber and they said we need to call a plumber. At this point it's 5:00 on a Sunday, the reality is setting in that we will most likely not be enjoying grilled meats for a few days.

As a last ditch idea I quickly searched plumbers on my Yelp app and Mike the Plumber was the first one that showed up. I gave my husband the number thinking we would receive an answering service- nope. The phone was answered by Mike's wife and after a 10 min conversation, Mike was on his way to our house, one a Sunday evening!

Mike and his wife (they are a team- he does the work and she does the billing and serves as his helper) showed up, he looked at the connection and within a few mins said that he was off to Home Depot for a part and that he would be able to fix it!!

Off they went and a few minutes later they were back with the part and within a few more minutes it was working, the grill was working and all of my dreams of grilled meats were coming true!

For what I consider a very reasonable $80 the grill was hooked up on a Sunday evening and I was not forced to wait to fulfill my craving. And to top it all off Mike and his wife are super friendly which made the experience that much better!

Hopefully I won't find myself in need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike!

They said they would be here at 8:30 they were saw our problem and fixed it all within 25 minutes the builder who once before put nail in our water pipe and when precision checked the leak in the ceiling another pipe had two nails in it I would give this company 5 star ratings if any one has a plumbing problem they are reasonable and being a Korean Vet I got 10percent off, thank you precision.

I own a 10 chair hair salon with 3 shampoo bowls in Matthews, NC. We
kept getting water that was seeping under one of our shampoo bowls. We had other plumbers come into the salon, saying it was our supply lines, we replaced those and the water kept coming. I was not pleased with the plumbers and my husband heard a commercial on the radio about AAA plumbing. We called, made an appointment and Jeremey was sent out. Jeremey came in and immediately put a camera under our bowl and identified the problem in less than 5 minutes. He said our pipes were cracked because the foundation had settled. We had to close for 2 days, they had to tear out the concrete under the 3 bowls and repair the pipes, it was fixed in 2 days. We have had no issues at all since.
We will to continue to use AAA for all our plumbing needs!!

I called while out of town and talked to Natalie, explained my problem and she understood my situation completely.  We arranged to have Kieran to come out today to inspect my problem and resolve it.  Kieran was very professional, informative, and fixed my problem quickly at a reasonable price.  I did not have a go to plumber until now.  Highly recommend using Ultimate Plumbing.

First off let me say that this place is TOP NOTCH! Everyone from the young lady that answered the phone to the guys that came out and fixed our leak was absolute GREAT! Scott Childers did a GREAT job! I recommend this place to any and everyone looking for any type of plumbing work. They were fair, and the pricing was good.

I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????
