With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Over the Christmas holidays my hot water went out.  They were quick to access the problem and once they had the correct part fix the issue. Restoring hot water.  I would recommend Eneco to anyone with plumbing and/or HVAC issues!

This company was very easy to work with. The answered the phone, if I left a message or texted they called me back within a very reasonable amount of time, came when they were supposed to, texted pertinent information, and most importantly fixed my issue in a courteous professional and prompt manner with a very reasonable price. Another local company was going to charge me over twice the amount these guys did just a to show up at my house. I will definitely upgrade Denver Plumbing to my number one plumber for the area for any issues we might have.

Today i called Discount Rooter to see if someone could help my Mom with an kitchen drain blockage. She had one of those BIG well known Plumbing companies come out and they TRIED to clean the drain and could not do it, but charged her $385.00 and that was with a Veterans discount. They told her they would have to run a new line to the septic tank because the current line was no good, it had a root in the pipe or the pipe collapsed and by the way that's going to cost and additional $5200.00. I got wind of this and said no way, lets call someone else. I was pleasantly surprised when Discount Rooter said they could come out today. I met them at the house gave Lonnie the information, he took a look around and began working to clean the drain. It was not long until he was able to clear the drain and also corrected another issue that the BIG Plumbing company had left, at way less than 10% of what the other company wanted to charge.  Needless to say my Mom was very happy and she now has a new plumber to call with any problems. Lonnie was honest and fair and I would definitely recommend him in the future.

I had the pleasure of having John Ritchie do some plumbing for me today. First of all what a pleasant man and very honest. I had two issues a leak in the kitchen and a leak in my bathroom. When he first started with the kitchen he checked like crazy for anything leaking.  He checked the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and obviously the sink no leak. Now a few years back I had another plumber install a garbage disposal. So actually I believe we were dealing with an old leak, because there  was no leaking to be found.  The bottom of the cabinet was messed up and and the wood was warped I believe from a previous leak. I am redoing my kitchen and I did not want to have that  problem come back. Now he did make reference to the plumbing being over 25 years old and we could re pipe with new piping but we actually both decided that it really was not really necessary at this time. Okay on with the bathroom. Actually he knew what it was right away, the faucet itself was leaking. So down to Lowes he goes.  He picked out an attractive faucet installed it in no time and voila no leaks. Now I need a handyman to fix the wood in the kitchen and the bathroom. So as you can tell I was quite pleased with John of Ritchie Plumbing and his personable, honest, and knowledgeable  business ethics. I have his card and I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues. Oh and very important I was very happy with the cost.

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

Really annoyed. These guys have been out to fix my sewer pump four times in two years. They charged me hundreds to replace it a year ago but still isn't fixed.  They have been out twice since then and charged me each time but haven't fixed it .  I got home today and yep it was out again but this time I called they told me they couldn't come out for 5 days as they were very busy. Gee maybe if they had fixed it over the past 4 times I wouldn't have to wait. I'm tired of companies that don't stand behind their work , don't deliver when they caused the problem. 4 times and still a problem and now apparently I cant use the plumbing for 5 days.   Zero interest on solving problem they should have solved. Seriously Cliff I'm done with you and also that whiny receptionist you have. I'll find a plumber who actually does the work you pay for

If, I could give negative stars, I would.  I contracted Mike to install a garage sink in my home.  Within 6 months, the sink started leaking at the water lines.  I called and emailed Mike several times and he never replied.  The situation worsened to the point where my garage flooded and I called in another licensed plumber.  Basically, the job was done incorrectly from start to finish.  He never connected the drainline into my system and messed up my main drain creating a situation where sewer gas and water was accumulating.  The high pressure lines were installed with incorrect fittings.  He reversed the Hot and Cold lines.  I was told that the code violations were so rampant, I would not be able to see my house.  The only thing he did right was cash my check.  I would not recommend you use Mike for any type of plumbing job.

Great & timely service; however, I find them to be expensive & not completely transparent w pricing.

If I wasnt in a jam, & if they didnt prevent a mess, I would be more vocal about the costs involved.

I called AAA thinking a smaller company would be more reasonable than a larger company like Rotor Rooter even though my first instinct was to call Rotor Rooter.

Jim came was pleasant however told me he wasn't able to  open my drain and it would cost me between $2500-$5800 depending on where the blockage was. He didn't have equipment with him to locate the clog nor did he have a camera to see what the clog was. Paid $335 for that news. It would have been more had I not had an online coupon.  

I called the dreaded Rotor Rooter and not only did they open the drain in less than 30 minutes,  they costed less, only $300.  They were able to locate the blockage and the fix will only be the tune of $1700.  Because he had proper equipment to locate the problem area he knew how deep and where it was located.  I was advised that I should have only been charged a service call fee verses the fee for the service that was not performed.  Seeing that if they weren't able to perform I would have only been charged $70.  

I talked with Tim the general manager and he said he would talk with the owner.  That has been almost two weeks and he will not return my phone call now.  I know we think that the bigger company may cost us more but it's not the case with Rotor Rooter. They give free estimates with upfront pricing. They show you the price list so you know the price you are charged verses a ball park figure.

Needless to say I will never refer nor use AAA again.

I have called twice and no response over 7 days. I got a text after I called asking if it was an emergency and I replied no but wanted an appointment because I need help with a tankless water heater and 2 messages later no response. They were recommended on Facebook page but I would not recommend at all.

Thomas, his crew,  and their workmanship are excellent. He addressed our issues with our well pump and didn't quote me a bunch of mess that was unnecessary or try to push a big sell on me. He made sure I got what I needed and nothing more. Respectful of my property and our home and even made sure his staff didn't smoke, which is a huge thing since I've had contractors come out and smoke the entire time their own the job. I'm bummed about the bad experiences others have had because they are the antithesis of the times I've used 1st Choice.

I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????
