Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

Took some time to find the best, most honest plumber in the area. Feel so fortunate to have found these folks. They really know their business, they follow up and arrive when scheduled, they are honest and extremely fair priced. Don't call anyone else. These guys ARE THE BEST. Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Glad we chose how business and would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you for doing this job especially on a weekend to accommodate my schedule.

We had setup an appointment for an estimate on a job involving replacing a toilet and a possible floor repair.  They were available early for the appointment (they called and asked if early was alright).  Their price was fair and the job was completed that afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and took the trash (including the old toilet) with them.  Very pleasant to work with. No fuss; no muss.  Just a job well done.   Amen is now our Go-To plumbers!

My kids call Go Green and Nate their guardian angels now! Choosing a service company for my house is a daunting task. I researched and decided to try Go Green. Service Tech Nate came out and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space, explaining what I needed and why it my drain pipe was flooding. I asked Nate if he could look at my sump pump because our water heater keeps shutting off with all the rain and flooding and my non-mechanical husband keeps relighting it.

His reaction was quick and professional. He immediately went under that part of the house. The smell of gas was alarming. He calmly instructed me not to turn anything on or off, etc. He found the gas leak on the water heater and shut off the gas. Gas company came and checked exterior lines also. I was a nervous wreck. Nate remained calm and spoke to me about options. Not once did he say I had to purchase with Go Green. I was near tears and he just listened as I processed everything out loud. He said it was important for me and my children to be safe, get all the fumes out etc.

I did purchase a tankless water heater to avoid any future flooding issues. Nate stayed until almost 11 pm that night to make sure my family had hot water. Pete, the owner of Go Green came and assisted him during the evening. I offered to have them come back the next day but they wanted to make sure my children and I were in a home that was safe, with hot water and I could laundry without foooding the house, if needed.

Nate came back the next day and checked everything thoroughly. He showed me how to operate the new water heater, showed me the new plumbing under the house and even answered a completely unrelated plumbing question about an upstairs toilet.

It was a totally unexpected expense. Go Green presented 4-5 options with a total price. That price is what you pay, completely. Not a penny more. I truly appreciated that but I can't put a price on my family. As strong as the gas smell was, as my father said, you have a guardian angel watching over you. I consider Nate and Go Green part of our guardian angel team now. Sounds silly maybe but I am so very grateful I chose them.

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

I had the exceptional experience of meeting this father son team and they are second to none.  They were contacted to repair a leak for my townhome and this was an emergency!!! They arrived at my townhome to repair the leak before I could arrive. Time was of the essence.  Within the first five minutes I knew the job would be performed correctly without a doubt.  They explained everything they would do and did exactly what they said they would do. When I think of this business a quote comes to mind.....In the beginners mind there are many possibilities....In the experts mind there are but a few  They came to repair a bungled job by a previous vendor and proved to be the experts. I will be sharing there names with anyone who ask if I can recommend a plumber. I had an issue with water pressure coming into a new house. Based on Yelp reviews I called Brian Bearden. I told him I took the day off to have additional work done on my house and despite the fact he was booked up he called a few hours later and was able to come by. He worked on the issue and connected a vanity as well. Brian was very polite and he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and his fee was very reasonable. Nice to have a plumber in the area that you can trust. I can definitely recommend Brian without any reservations at all.

We recently had a water heater replaced by All About the Pipes Plumbing by two hard working guys Ed and Mark who were very competent and friendly. Thanks Chris, Mary, and Joy for your support during the repair.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Much appreciated.

They came out and cleared my clogged sewer mainline. The guys were nice and did a great job. Took less than an hour. Only complaint is the high cost at $344.

The next day I had them come out again and take a video of my sewer line because AT&T is in the area laying fiber optic cable and right after they went through my front yard, my sewer backed up. The video tech, Eddie, was great. He was very professional and explained everything very well. He ran the camera through the sewer and found where AT&T's cable had busted through my pipe. The video quality was amazing. Eddie took his time looking through the whole line to see if there were any other problems. The technology and service were outstanding! The good thing about price in this situation was that the video work was only another $150. That is because I had the sewer line clean out work done. Otherwise it would have been $405 which seems high  again.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

Very Professional. They did fantastic work. They put in a new water line for us and the yard looks better now than when they came. We will definitely be using them for additional work in our fixer historic house.

We have had Hefner Plumbing out for three or four problems after we moved in. They always showed up the same day (except once when we called on a weekend) and handled the situation efficiently. No fuss, no mess -- and the plumbers took their shoes off before entering the house.

Called and got same day service. Cory  showed up and called before coming..very friendly...I like to look over The shoulder a lot more so because I love to watch and learn and Cory explained a few things to me he did the job..
