Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

Very professional service and quick response. Scott was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon to fix a frozen pipe. 10 minutes after I called Riverview Plumbing the frozen pipe must've thawed because the water came back on in the house. By the time I called Riverview to cancel the service call, Scott was already pulling into my drive. That means they made it to my house 30 minutes after I called him the first time. Dominos isn't even that fast!

Scott didn't charge me a single penny for showing up and not having to do any work. He still did a walk around the outside of the house and found where the problem area was on the pipe. He gave me a few tips on how to prevent this from happening again and with a handshake he was off.

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. We recently hired Pete and Go Green Plumbing to replace our ailing water pump.  They brought out the new pump, discovered that the old pump was never up to handling the depth of the well, so they upgraded the new pump to a higher horsepower. They installed the pump and everything was great.  Pete answered a lot of questions along the way.  This story should end here but it doesn't.  It just so happened that the new pump was somehow defective. It became apparent a few days after it was installed.  It was at this point that Pete Green and Go Green Plumbing really proved their worth.  Sometimes a perfectly good piece of equipment fails after it's installed; it just happens, but instead of getting the run-around about it, Pete came out, installed a new replacement pump, just happened to discover a non-related issue with our water heater and fixed that free of charge. It's nice to know that Pete Green  and the Go Green Plumbing team not only do great great work, but they are also responsible and go the extra mile to make sure all their customers are happy. Our new pump works great and we won't hesitate to call Go Green Plumbing in the future.

Quality. I have used All about the pipes over the years for a kitchen sink, 2 bath remodels (shower faucet, toilet installs, sink faucet installs), couple of clogged drains, and a bathtub leak.  The techs are neat and professional as well as knowledgeable. The owner, Chris, is more concerned over my satisfaction than I am for myself!

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter.  I called tonight after having issues with my hot water heater for 3 days and finally not having any hot water at all today.  I called at about 4pm and someone was at my house by 6:30pm.  The technician was very nice, profession, and best of all he fixed my problem quickly.  He didn't try to tell me that I needed a brand new water heater or anything crazy.  I've been pleased with their service on both occasions  Thanks!

Love this plumbing company! They come when you call and get the job done. Their prices are very reasonable too. I had forgotten to review them on this site, but had to call them for my daughters plumbing problem and that reminded me...so better late than never I guess. I warned Justin that he is now our go to guy for all of our plumbing needs.

I have used them for  years and will not use anybody else.   My home is older (almost 100 years old) and they continue to do excellent work.   Very thorough and very professional.

Via phone contact, I informed Parker that that the bathtub drain stopper is not working as it is no longer attached. Therefore, you cannot push it down to stop or release to let the water out. He stated that he would have Paul Glover  to come out the next day (8/10/21) between 11:00-2:00 pm. On the job order emailed to me the time was 10:30-1:30 and under Services, I am not sure why it had Warranty call instead of the concern given.
Mr. Glover told me it wasn't working anymore because a part was missing as it apparently came off and went down the drain. He further insinuated that because it was working, the problem was due to me being unsure about how it works and there was no warranty on it. Therefore, he told me I will need to purchase another drain stopper as he didn't think he had one on the truck. And I needed to install it myself as it is real simple and he could not come back to do it.
Needless to say, I was very troubled by his response. After checking my records, the following information is offered. This was a different drain stopper as the one installed on 3/9 by a different technician did not work properly.  The word, Push is written on top of it; so, when Fernando installed it (approx.. 3/15), he told me to push down to stop and then push again to release it. I was not given any written instructions. Also, on 3/22, I called and expressed my concerns about the overflow cover and bathtub drain stopper; so, Parker had Mr. Glover come out on 3/26.  I noted in my customer review posted about this visit that Paul Glover told me that the drain stopper needed to be put back in place and tightened. Now, four months later, it's not working at all because a part is missing! I believe the following idiom is very appropriate: Go Figure.
