I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Thank you for the the honest and trustworthy work and for the education during the installation!! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!!

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Waking up to a cold house on a winter day can be scary! Especially on a weekend when you know a lot of companies are closed or charging overtime charges. I was only semi prepared for the cost as they let me know on the phone just to come out on the weekend would be $189.00. The technician, Gino, was friendly and thorough and I could tell he really cared and wanted to do a good job. The pluses : We only waited an hour from the initial call until the technician was at our door. They texted us a photo of the technician so we could identify them when they arrived.  They fixed our heat. The negatives: the cost for cleaning a flame sensor felt high. We had asked for a call when they were 10 mins away to get the dog secured in another location and that didn't happen.  Ultimately they showed up and got the job done and we are happy to have heat!

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

I had an issue with water pressure coming into a new house. Based on Yelp reviews I called Brian Bearden. I told him I took the day off to have additional work done on my house and despite the fact he was booked up he called a few hours later and was able to come by. He worked on the issue and connected a vanity as well. Brian was very polite and he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and his fee was very reasonable. Nice to have a plumber in the area that you can trust. I can definitely recommend Brian without any reservations at all.

The customer service rep that answered my initial call made it easy to get tech to come out when it worked best for me. The Tech, Mark, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated all issues clearly. This is the second time I've used this service and would recommend it to friends and family.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! After a week of attempts to alleviate a kitchen sink/washing machine/garage sink clog ourselves, we ended up with stinky water all over our kitchen floor. This was on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend so we figured we were doomed. Wrong! One call to Roto Rooter of Charlotte and a tech was at our house within 90 minutes. Hlei the plumber was methodical in addressing the issue, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Fair price and guaranteed work. I have used Roto Rooter of Charlotte before and would do so again. You should to.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

It was the afternoon before my wedding and my house was full of family from out of town and the kitchen faucet has leaked into the floor. Not only did they agree to help me, they were there in 10 minutes! They were an absolutely lifesaver!

We have had Hefner Plumbing out for three or four problems after we moved in. They always showed up the same day (except once when we called on a weekend) and handled the situation efficiently. No fuss, no mess -- and the plumbers took their shoes off before entering the house.

DISHONEST! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICES. My property manager had hired them to come out to one of my rentals for a garbage disposal and shower faucet repair. They had quoted me over $500 to replace the entire garbage disposal and replace the shower faucet. He said there was a leak & that it was no longer working. My husband & I thought the charges were absurd so we decided to replace it ourselves. We ended up buying a new disposal for $89 from Home Depot and when we went to replace it, it turns out the existing garbage disposal was working just fine & it was only a jam! Very simple fix & we were very upset that we almost paid $500 for a misdiagnosis!! When we tried to call them to file a complaint, they did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Not only are they dishonest but their customer service is poor. So glad we decided to look at it ourselves and we will NEVER use their services again. I would recommend staying away from this company.
