I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area. Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Aspire is a very professional company. From quote to completion,  they did the job quickly, without great mess or upset to our living space, and the job works and looks great. Additionally it is rare to find a company with such decent, caring people.  I really felt like they treated us as if this was their own home and own family they were working for. It's hard to find a company that does the job and cares about the people. Aspire did both well.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

We had a water heater that was leaking I needed replacing. We got a few quotes, and we chose South end plumbing.
Would you like it to upgrade to a tankless water heater. South End plumbing's price was very competitive but what impressed me is for responsiveness and communication. They came out the next day remove the old water heater installed a new tankless water heater on the side of the house and we had hot water that afternoon. Their follow up was excellent and their technicians were great.

extremely overcharged ,  500 to snake a drain fo an hour and a half job.

I have been without heat for 10 days and I am still waiting for the technician to call me surrounding a part that was supposedly order on 12/9/2019.

Sorry!!! $660 to install 4 under cabinet lights that were already wired in, working and up 2 weeks ago. Just wanted them put back up after we removed our tile backsplash!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I gladly paid the $29 for service call fee for way over priced estimate. Never again. Maybe job was to small for you but you should have told me when I booked the appointment. Technician was very nice and apologized!! He said that is what he was told to charge and he tried to explain it to his manager. BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Your response is not the truth. The service was on the same day. The dish washer was pulled out that day and I was told it wasn't the dish washer therefore he cut into the wall. No worries I had a friend fix the whole in the wall that you refused to fix. It's been over 3years.

Don't waste your time with those people,  they have 0 commitment and 0 respect for your time.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

My home warranty sent this company to my house for an issue with one of my toilets. The plumber showed up on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He was however extremely rude and stormed out of my house and slammed the door when I was trying to ask him questions about his pricing. His price contradicted my home warranty's price. Would not recommend.
