Best Plumbing Services in Charlotte, NC
Great service. These guys did a great job and were a lot more competitive on pricing than the other guys out there. Plumber seemed very knowledgeable and acted very professionally. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet. One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock! The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time. He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project. After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads. So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink. Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures. No complaints by him. Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived. We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

Peace of mind Plumbing is by far the most honest and cost effective plumbing services I have ever came across in the 35 years that I have been a landlord. Recently while I was in Charlotte I called to have a laundry drain klog dislodged at one of my rental homes and I was told that the company was extremely busy at the time but if I can wait a few weeks they would be happy to service my unit. Since it was not an emergency I agreed. Best decision I ever made! Rick came out and not only professionally repaired the drain but corrected a problem a previous plumber made at little or no cost. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was beyond pleased with the cost and service. After getting quotes for two to three times what I had paid for even more work I was truly amazed to find such an honest and very fair service company! If you hire any other plumbing company I guarantee you paid too much! On behalf of myself and Guarino Rentals we wish to extend a deep appreciation to Rick and Peace of Mind Plumbing of Charlotte N.C. for a job well done! Joseph P. Guarino

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

Hired these guys from a recommendation.
First thought after initial meeting was that it would be a contractor dream come true; they were very warm and seemed upbeat about what they do.
Then came the journey of getting a bathtub installed over a three month process. We as the customers were expected to purchase tile... which we knew; however never were told the other materials we were expected to purchase for the job including grout; a specialty tile (3 trips to Lowes later), drywall, etc.. and that we would be organizing everything through the secretary and 3rd party contractors.
I had to allow 3 different sets of strangers enter my home and sometimes even allow them to work in my home when I wasn't available or nearby. When I requested a phone call from the guy who sold me the project; I was given his secretary who attempted to make me (the customer) feel as if it wasn't going to get any better.
We ended the job just recently, and while I am incredibly excited that it is finished, I can't help but wonder who in the world would set up a business where the customer is expected to know as much as the contractor.

If I could give a 0, I would. Michael & Sons purposefully destroyed wiring, so I would hire them to the tune of $900 to add a wire (common wire) and install a Nest thermostat. The tech stripped a wire. the wire was perfectly fine, as I JUST had a new HVAC installed by a family friend. When I had the HVAC system installed, I wanted to have the Nest installed, but was told I needed the common wire. At the time, I just had the family friend put the old thermostat back on. Fast forward...the old thermostat was acting up, so I decided to replace the old with a newer version of Honeywell. I did not take a picture of the wiring, and I knew I re wired incorrectly. So, I called to get an ESTIMATE for a re-wire and an estimate to have a Honeywell installed. I was told a tech would need to stop by. In actuality, that makes NO sense bc I already knew what I needed. The tech was in my attic for A VERY LONG TIME. I should have went upstairs with him (lesson learned). I was quoted $300 to re-wire a Honeywell, I am talking just changing the wires on myHoneywell, not rewiring from my attic. And the cost to rewire to have a common wire was $400+ and to install the Nest another $400. That is insane. I am not done yet. The tech then re-wired my thermostat. However, he destroyed the wires. I will say purposefully. I have picture of what my wiring looked like BEFORE I called and AFTER. The tech left some wiring on my floor. I just left because I suspected I'd have a problem. yup, I DO. Now, I can not hook up ANY thermostat without having wiring done because the wires are stripped. They were NOT stripped previously, as the tech did not realize my HVAC unit was RECENTLY installed! These folk are shady! DO NOT USE!!!!!

I had water backing up in my bathroom sink downstairs, we used Liquid Plumber to clear the drain and had already dugout the drain in the back yard and my son had used our hand held snake but after that we heard water gurgling in the pipes so I called Drain Express. Ryan started checking out problem, I suggested using the motorized snake but had to leave for about twenty minutes, when I returned he had finished and had already put his equipment in his truck. I was surprised! He charged $350, I complained about the price and he said that's for just coming out and with the pandemic everything is more plus the price of gas to run the trucks. I still have water gurgling in my pipes and I'm wondering if he really did use his electric snake in my drains. My son also covered the drain in the back yard and I'm still wondering what Ryan did become I still have the same problem.

I had the most wonderful opportunity to meet Jeff at the Spartanburg Home and Garden show. He spent a lot of time talking to me about different thermostats and was so patient, answering questions my Mom and I had.
When it came time to install, Gavin was great on making sure the guys were on their way to us that day. The installation guys called us to, letting us know. Everyone was so polite and got the job done quickly! We even got a follow up call to make sure we were pleased. I haven't seen outstanding customer service like that in my life! I loved it!
I highly recommend Waldrop. I love our new thermostat and loved how easy they made this process!

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

This company was recommended by my home warranty company , the tech was loud , lack knowlegde , and was very unprofessional. He state over and over what the home warranty didnt cover and he didnt know where to find the parts, asked questions unrelated to the job. I dare to say he was GHETTO, I would never use or recommend this company. The home warranty sent another company two days later that fixed the problem in 30mins with Zero issue.
