When your toilet backs up, and the plunger doesn't help, it's frustrating and even scary. Called One Call Plumbing. Chuck was at my house within a half hour. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable guy. Had everything working in less than an hour. Super guy.

Robbie and Neal saved the day, or night. We needed a plumber and Fort Mill Plumbing was able to come out right away.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

I haven't had an awesome experience with them they have been totally professional they completed that job and the time that they said they would and they didn't try to overcharge me price gouge me they did their job they did it well and I'm very satisfied with my purchase would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this company. Previously, I had tried to support the small local plumber via Angie's list and other methods. I always seemed to be disappointed with the quality of work, commitment to appts and cleanliness following the work. I hesitantly tried PF Plumbing as a larger company and have never been disappointed. I know it corny but I actually like dealing with them for issues as I know it is one of the few service companies I interact with that delivers on all levels with NO exceptions. When making appts they keep you up to date by the hour of when the the plumber arrives. I have had 2 plumbers over the last couple of years working with them and both are still with the company which tells me they take care of their peeps. Their work is thorough and pricing is fair for great quality repairs that will not need to be repeated but has a great warrantee if needed, I never had to have anything re-worked. They do offer a service coverage plan that I opted to take advantage of since it saves me money on servicing my tankless hot water heater on an annual basis. Also saved on dispatch costs and you receive coupons via mail that adds additional savings. These are my plumbing peeps!

Seemed great but this really depends on the tech sent to your home. Some may not be trustworthy.

Called Michael and Sons to do a tune up of our air conditioning since it was about to get super hot. We had great service from scheduling to the technician. The technician recommended 3 parts replaced, it ended up being around $650. However, 3 days later our air conditioning stopped working and a technician came and said we had a bigger problem with a $2,000 part broken. The manager was unhappy that the first guy didn't catch the bigger issue and gave us a refund. We were able to get the bigger issue fixed by our home warranty with another company.

Overall good service and honest company. Although it didn't work out perfectly we were left feeling well cared for. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time something breaks!

I had water backing up in my bathroom sink downstairs, we used Liquid Plumber to clear the drain and had already dugout the drain in the back yard and my son had used our hand held snake but after that we heard water gurgling in the pipes so I called Drain Express. Ryan started checking out problem, I suggested  using the motorized snake but had to leave for about twenty minutes, when I returned he had finished and had already put his equipment in his truck. I was surprised! He charged $350, I complained about the price and he said that's for just coming out and with the pandemic everything is more plus the price of gas to run the trucks. I still have water gurgling in my pipes and I'm wondering if he really did use his electric snake in my drains. My son also covered the drain in the back yard and I'm still wondering what Ryan did become I still have the same problem.

Our Air Conditioner quit.  I called Waldrop but they could not come until perhaps the next day.  I called another outfit and got an appointment for late that afternoon. Yea!  Then the Waldrop truck pulled up.  OK, I and my bed-bound wife needed cooling.
    Do you remember when you would take a car in for brake pads and the mechanic would find a leak in the brake line and a worn rotor, oh yeah and the shocks need replacement!
    The technician quickly found the problem, a burnt relay, and had to replace the whole board it was on.

    *Let me give you some of my bono fides:  Forty years in motors and controls.  Three years in instrumentation.  Three years with electrical contractors.*

    Had I been physically able, I would have soldered on an ice cube relay.
$15 in parts and half an hour labor to repair the board with parts I would have had on the truck.
    The tech had to drive across town to get a new board, (roughly $350).  While he had, me he tried pretty hard to convince me that I needed new capacitors for both motors, one was priced $260+, the other $280+ plus labor.  I declined.  I have replaced these type capacitors before.  Never paid more than $10-$25 each, often less, at Grainger, Lowes, etc.
    So, I got a $15 problem fixed for $350, plus labor, total about $450.

         I see that the last good review they got was back in 2018

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

We had a small leak in our upstairs bathroom. Thankfully it's over our garage. The home warranty people went out this company. What a mistake!

Plumber did show up as promised. He was polite. But... that's all I the positives I can give to the company.

Plumber told us that the leak was in our drain. He cut a hole in my ceiling, torn apart our drain.
Then said we must get a contractor out to cut a hole in our subfloor since it was part of the structure of the home. Then he left. Didn't reach out to us for weeks! He didn't follow up with the home warranty company. Before his service call I had a working bathroom with a very small leak. After he left I had a bathroom that couldn't be used.  

I had to call the home warranty people and complain. Thankfully they sent out a different plumbing company. The new company told us that First company completely misdiagnosed the leak, cut a hole in our ceiling for NO reason. The leak was coming from our shower head. That the shower head didn't have enough teflon tape. He had to replace PVC pipe in our drain since the first plumber damaged our home.

The second company told us how many times he's had to go out after J and E plumbing and repair their mistakes. I am thankful this is the end of my horror story. Thankful he admitted he didn't know what he was doing.
