All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

Carolina Pines Plumbing did our Gas connection from the street, our dryer and our stove. Their professionalism, reliability and Costumer service are top notch. Dawn was great scheduling our service calls, updating us with arrival times and letting us know when the inspector was coming. Their price was fair for the quality of service received. We highly recommend them.

I Called Huff plumbing to come over to check a leaky sink a couple weeks ago. We had a tech Michael that showed up right on time got to the sink and found the problem ! fixed it in a little under 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service! Thank you Huff  plumbing for your prompt service ! We highly recommend Huff plumbing!!

James and Freedom Plumbing were referred by one of my neighbors. They had done work at my neighbors' recently. Making an appointment was simple and easy. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. What was most impressive was the time they took to explain what they were going to do to isolate the problem. Once they found the issue, they were able to quickly acquire the needed part and solve my problem. I was also impressed with the professional uniforms which included their names. Just an awesome experience. Will definitely use Freedom Plumbing again!

Stephen was a spectacular worker and a knowledgeable guest to have in our home. We called him in to redo our kitchen tile and backsplash and we couldn't be happier with his work. Always kind and willing to work with us, I fully recommend him for any future work.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Refrigerator installers could not install water line.  We are new to the area and I saw good reviews for this service.  I called and he came the next day working around our schedule, and hooked up the line.  Really great service.

We contacted him to help us with our old water valve and he was kind, efficient, and prompt.  He explained what he was doing and what to expect, he was great.  Will recommend him to friends who need a good plumber.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days).  They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

Do not use them. I used them prior to purchasing my condo and wish I hadn't. I had to pay to have my condo reinspected and then it was found that multiple things had to be replaced. And at this point I had to pay for everything without help from them or the seller. It will end up being close to a $5k mistake.

Dealing with this company was wonderful from start to finish - the lady that took my call was wonderful and friendly and the service tech - I believe his name is Alex - was wonderful - helpful and fixed the problem !! Great company to deal with and I will definitely call them from now on - thank you !!

I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to everyone in Charlotte. I found a professional plumber I trust for emergencies and for plumbing repair jobs that I don't want to do. My cost for service and repairs are always reasonable and I know exactly what I am getting from the get go. They show up when they say they will. They have been respectful and take the time to explain everything so there are no surprises on the invoice. They are courteous and respectful to you and your property, cleaning up thoroughly after the job.

We called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair in a plumbing emergency, and they were on the job in just about an hour. Their fast response time saved us from additional damage-- that's why we will always call them first.

Don't bother doing business here, apparently these folks have no idea how to communicate.
We contracted a microwave installation through Lowes and they assigned R&R.  We were supposed to receive a call within 48 hours to schedule.  We got nothing. After calls to Lowes and escalations through them we got a call from an unlisted number and Sarah left a message to call her back.  Returned her call within 5 minutes and they couldn't be bothered to pick up.  Called daily and left messages the rest of the week.  Finally gave up and called Lowes to get our money back.  And of course who calls us a little while after our cancellation order? Yes, it's Sarah finally deciding to return a phone call.
Maybe they are great plumbers or installers or whatever, guess I will never know.  But if you can't manage to call a customer to schedule an appointment until they have given up and cancelled the order, then you must not care about having their business.

David Hargraves ghosted me after we set up a time for a septic inspection.  He gave me a price, we set a date and time, then he never showed up.  He has not replied to my further emails. I wouldn't recommend him for any work if your time is valuable.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

Got a reply from the company stating that they are upfront about pricing. My review stated that. However, pricing so high indicates a predatory approach to customers, hoping that they are ignorant enough to not realize how ridiculous the pricing is. What is the phrase? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Smarter now about this company's practices, I would be stupid to use them again. This review is intended to help others avoid the same mistake. My original review was very fair, my only problem was the outrageous charge, which I admitted was revealed in advance of the work being performed.

For the last few days our toilet in one our bathrooms would not flush. I tried a plunger and a Auger but no luck. I reached out to Home Advisor and Ben Franklin responded. The plumber came out, looked at the toilet and said that our grinder pump was not working. He quoted us a price of over $8000 to replace the pump and all of the wires( completely not needed). My wife and I decided to get another opinion and called AAA plumbers. Within 5 minutes, they found the circuit breaker for the pump was off. Once we turned the breaker on the pump began to work and the toilet was able to flush. It is a shame that the Ben Franklin plumber completely overlooked such a simple step and we still had to pay them $199. Never Again!!!!
