All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

I highly recommend Daryl and Dawn, Daryl recently plumbed in our remodeled bathroom, installed shower tray, valve etc, toilet and wash hand basin and relocated waste lines. Service was swift, professional and hassle free, with superb attention to detail and great communication from Dawn even dealt with all the code and inspection paperwork. I will definitely use Carolina Pines again, great team.

I Called Huff plumbing to come over to check a leaky sink a couple weeks ago. We had a tech Michael that showed up right on time got to the sink and found the problem ! fixed it in a little under 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service! So, no one ever calls a plumber with good news. I had a toilet that would not stop running, and a shut off valve that was leaking. I looked online for a nearby plumber who could come out ASAP. I tried Yelp so I could read some reviews. I found Freedom Plumbing and called in a frantic state. About two hours later (I was able to stop the flow of water temporarily) I had a toilet that no longer ran nor flooded the floor. I have made a follow up appointment to have other work done. I am so relieved that I called this company. I got a quick lesson in shutting off the water to the house, the worl was checked and double checked, and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Plumbing.

Stephen was a complete professional. We have a walk-in shower that needed the tile floor demolished and re-installed after a plumbing issue was fixed. Stephen took care of us like we were his own family. Whenever our horrible plumber (assigned by our soon-to-be-fired home warranty company) threw a kink into the pre-set plans, Stephen worked it out for us. His estimate beat everyone else's by a mile, he showed up when he said he would, did excellent work, and stayed in contact with us the entire time. I have no regrets whatsoever. There were no secrets or surprises.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Refrigerator installers could not install water line.  We are new to the area and I saw good reviews for this service.  I called and he came the next day working around our schedule, and hooked up the line.  Really great service.

We contacted him to help us with our old water valve and he was kind, efficient, and prompt.  He explained what he was doing and what to expect, he was great.  Will recommend him to friends who need a good plumber.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

We have had a water heater and water softener put in by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They came on time, cleaned up well and completed the job in the estimated time. The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them.

We had TC come out and replace our condenser and coil. After a few months we already had lost the majority of our refrigerant because of a major leak. They sent out a tech and instead of fixing the leak he just added refrigerant to it and rescheduled to a different day to actually repair it. (So we had to move our schedule around for a third time for them to correct their install issue). Adding refrigerant to a 410A system is terrible for a brand new compressor, you don't know what part of that mixture leaked out and just adding it in makes an improper mixture running through the system and shortens the life of it. And then to top it all off they come to fix the leak and then don't retape the coil to plenum, which can cause extreme mold issues in the duct work! They could've gotten my entire family exposed to black mold. Luckily I saw this and corrected it myself because I didn't want to have to schedule a FOURTH trip just because they're too lazy to get a piece of tape off the truck. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They don't know what they're doing.

Dealing with this company was wonderful from start to finish - the lady that took my call was wonderful and friendly and the service tech - I believe his name is Alex - was wonderful - helpful and fixed the problem !! Great company to deal with and I will definitely call them from now on - thank you !!

I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to everyone in Charlotte. I found a professional plumber I trust for emergencies and for plumbing repair jobs that I don't want to do. My cost for service and repairs are always reasonable and I know exactly what I am getting from the get go. They show up when they say they will. They have been respectful and take the time to explain everything so there are no surprises on the invoice. They are courteous and respectful to you and your property, cleaning up thoroughly after the job.

We called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair in a plumbing emergency, and they were on the job in just about an hour. Their fast response time saved us from additional damage-- that's why we will always call them first.

I was very pleased with the plumber (Mike) who worked on a basement leaking problem at my house today.  He diagnosed the problems, explained them carefully, and fixed them efficiently. I will definitely use R & R Plumbing again.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

AVOID - OVERCHARGED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I hired this company in May 2018 to install a backwater valve in my basement to help with an issue I was having with my main house drain. I agreed to the quote not knowing how big the job would be or what was involved. After the work was completed, I realized that the parts cost less than $100 and that the installation took about one hour. I was home and watched them complete much of the work myself. I was charged $2,000, which included a service call / trip fee and a warranty. After subtracting those costs and the cost of the parts, that left around $1,700 that I paid for about an hour of labor. I emailed the general manager the next day, who was not very responsive. It took four weeks for him to send a supervisor to my home to review the job, after which the GM offered me a $250 credit. I was not satisfied with that amount, and emailed the GM one more time with pictures of the job so he could see it for himself. He did not respond to me after that. I was happy with the service technician and the quality of the work, but being charged that much for the labor is completely absurd. Even if you add in the time spent consulting me at the beginning, traveling to the parts store, eating lunch, etc. - none of which should be included since I paid a separate trip charge - that's still a ridiculous amount. Save your money, avoid the hassle and find a different plumbing company to work with.

For the last few days our toilet in one our bathrooms would not flush. I tried a plunger and a Auger but no luck. I reached out to Home Advisor and Ben Franklin responded. The plumber came out, looked at the toilet and said that our grinder pump was not working. He quoted us a price of over $8000 to replace the pump and all of the wires( completely not needed). My wife and I decided to get another opinion and called AAA plumbers. Within 5 minutes, they found the circuit breaker for the pump was off. Once we turned the breaker on the pump began to work and the toilet was able to flush. It is a shame that the Ben Franklin plumber completely overlooked such a simple step and we still had to pay them $199. Never Again!!!!
