All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

Carolina Pines Plumbing did our Gas connection from the street, our dryer and our stove. Their professionalism, reliability and Costumer service are top notch. Dawn was great scheduling our service calls, updating us with arrival times and letting us know when the inspector was coming. Their price was fair for the quality of service received. We highly recommend them.

We had an issue with water coming into our unfinished basement from the main sewer line on New Years Eve.  We called a national plumbing chain; they were able to unclog the line.  They then sent over a nice sales guy to assess the issue.  He ran a camera through our line and told us we had roots in the pipe.  We live in an older neighborhood and they said we needed to either treat our main line to the street with a rosin coating that would cost $17k (and last a max of 10 years with no warranty) or replace the line (and tear up our yard as our pipes are 8 feet underground) at a cost north of 50k.  Wow.  We asked a lot of questions about the roots/break in the line and never felt like we completely understood the problem.  We then called  Jason Huff at Huff Plumbing to come out and get a second opinion.  Jason ran the camera through our main line to the street.  He said there was some evidence of roots in our line.  He said we could replace the main line to the street at a cost of $10k - much more palatable than north of $50k.  He also thought the rosin coating that had been recommended by the other plumber was not effective.   We talked to him a lot and he patiently answered all our questions. decided that we had lived in the house for 35 years, this was our first problem with backup and we had an unfinished basement.  Our decision was to do nothing until it happened again.  He said, if I were you, I would do the same.  So grateful for his candor.  We have found our forever plumber.  It scares me to think that I would have a torn up yard and could be out over $50,000 if I had not gotten his help .

James and Freedom Plumbing were referred by one of my neighbors. They had done work at my neighbors' recently. Making an appointment was simple and easy. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. What was most impressive was the time they took to explain what they were going to do to isolate the problem. Once they found the issue, they were able to quickly acquire the needed part and solve my problem. I was also impressed with the professional uniforms which included their names. Just an awesome experience. Will definitely use Freedom Plumbing again!

Stephen was a complete professional. We have a walk-in shower that needed the tile floor demolished and re-installed after a plumbing issue was fixed. Stephen took care of us like we were his own family. Whenever our horrible plumber (assigned by our soon-to-be-fired home warranty company) threw a kink into the pre-set plans, Stephen worked it out for us. His estimate beat everyone else's by a mile, he showed up when he said he would, did excellent work, and stayed in contact with us the entire time. I have no regrets whatsoever. There were no secrets or surprises.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

FANTASTIC job by Mr. Gary. Don't let the low number of reviews fool you. Mr. Gary is a veteran to this game! He is simply just recently getting started with online advertising to expand his horizons. In action plumbing since 1977! Extremely nice, easy to talk to, follows COVID precautions, very educational (I like to learn when I get someone out to help so I can do it myself if it ever happens again) and knocked this job out (tub that would not drain after trying snake, drano, boiling water, etc) in a cinch! Was confident and calm from the get go. Does not play the pay me to just come out diagnostic fee all the others do. Gave me out right quote and told me if it isn't that he won't charge me a dime. CONFIDENCE. Punctual, professional, very well priced (better than competitors), and got the job knocked out with no surprises? It's a no brainer give him a call!

Mr Jordan promised to get back to me after my initial call but did not in spite of me calling him a 2nd time and leaving a vm.  Not such great customer service in my case.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

We have had a water heater and water softener put in by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They came on time, cleaned up well and completed the job in the estimated time. The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them.

No matter who I speak with at Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling, the customer service is bar none the best! Like many others in the area, we have been slowly remodeling a home on a budget. After getting many quotes,  Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling came in with the upmost respect to our plans, needs and budget. I can't say enough about the efficiency of their work to help us get our house comfortable. We had one hiccup ON A HOLIDAY EVENING due to the overbearing summer heat and user error...I placed a call to the office, not expecting a call back until the following evening. Within an hour, one of the Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling guys was at my house and worked until past midnight to help us then returned at 8am to make sure we were comfortable. Built a new house in their area was a little skeptical of using someone local but after the service we received I would definitely recommend them - the only trade we had to come in UNDER budget. Honesty and Great Great Service- Keep up this great small town business

I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to everyone in Charlotte. I found a professional plumber I trust for emergencies and for plumbing repair jobs that I don't want to do. My cost for service and repairs are always reasonable and I know exactly what I am getting from the get go. They show up when they say they will. They have been respectful and take the time to explain everything so there are no surprises on the invoice. They are courteous and respectful to you and your property, cleaning up thoroughly after the job.

We called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair in a plumbing emergency, and they were on the job in just about an hour. Their fast response time saved us from additional damage-- that's why we will always call them first.

I had an appointment today between 4pm-6pm and this company  never showed up or call to cancel. This was not professional & I'm disappointed because this company was recommended. Poor communication.

Dave was very professional and clean and efficient!  He gave recommendations but focused on the requested service.  Very pleasant and good value.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

I heard a radio ad for Benjamin Franklin plumbing that said we will come to your house and unclog any drain for $99. When I got home I looked at their website and the ad is prominently placed on their website.  I called, they took all of my information and scheduled an appointment and then told me that in addition to the $99 that there was a $77 service fee. This is totally misleading and in conflict with the radio ad. I told them that I was not going to pay more than $99. The person put me on hold, came back online and told me a service manager would be in touch but wanted to go ahead and schedule the appointment anyway which I did.
The appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Did not receive a call from my service manager but at 730 that morning I did receive a call from someone who only identified herself as Jennifer who called to say that she was very sorry but there drain cleaning machine was broken and they needed to cancel the appointment.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is one of the largest plumbing contractors in the city of Charlotte. They do work 24 hours a day seven days a week. I would not be surprised if they have at least 50 or 75 trucks on the road on any given day. I find it ridiculous that they would need to cancel my appointment because there are drain cleaning machine was broken. This is dishonest. They have not removed the drain cleaning special from their website and this is not a business that I feel will provide you with honest information and service at a good price.
Additionally, because I didn't believe what I was told. I called posing as someone in my neighborhood a couple streets away and set an appointment for a drain cleaning today. They did disclose there was a service fee but today it was only $57.
Instead of dealing honestly with their misinformation in their ads they chose to lie to me about their ability to provide service. If you like to do business with liars then feel free to use them.

This company is way overpriced 549.00 to clear a main line at my home. You are required to pay a trip charge on top of the high fees.  They refuse to honor the online coupons offered on their website. Even after talking with the office personel asking them to honor their website coupons, I was not given a refund for the $99 online coupon. Buyer beware. I thought Rotorooter was high until dealing with this company. There are more reasonable and honest companies out there doing the same job.
