All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

I highly recommend Daryl and Dawn, Daryl recently plumbed in our remodeled bathroom, installed shower tray, valve etc, toilet and wash hand basin and relocated waste lines. Service was swift, professional and hassle free, with superb attention to detail and great communication from Dawn even dealt with all the code and inspection paperwork. I will definitely use Carolina Pines again, great team.

We had an issue with water coming into our unfinished basement from the main sewer line on New Years Eve.  We called a national plumbing chain; they were able to unclog the line.  They then sent over a nice sales guy to assess the issue.  He ran a camera through our line and told us we had roots in the pipe.  We live in an older neighborhood and they said we needed to either treat our main line to the street with a rosin coating that would cost $17k (and last a max of 10 years with no warranty) or replace the line (and tear up our yard as our pipes are 8 feet underground) at a cost north of 50k.  Wow.  We asked a lot of questions about the roots/break in the line and never felt like we completely understood the problem.  We then called  Jason Huff at Huff Plumbing to come out and get a second opinion.  Jason ran the camera through our main line to the street.  He said there was some evidence of roots in our line.  He said we could replace the main line to the street at a cost of $10k - much more palatable than north of $50k.  He also thought the rosin coating that had been recommended by the other plumber was not effective.   We talked to him a lot and he patiently answered all our questions. decided that we had lived in the house for 35 years, this was our first problem with backup and we had an unfinished basement.  Our decision was to do nothing until it happened again.  He said, if I were you, I would do the same.  So grateful for his candor.  We have found our forever plumber.  It scares me to think that I would have a torn up yard and could be out over $50,000 if I had not gotten his help .

James and Freedom Plumbing were referred by one of my neighbors. They had done work at my neighbors' recently. Making an appointment was simple and easy. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. What was most impressive was the time they took to explain what they were going to do to isolate the problem. Once they found the issue, they were able to quickly acquire the needed part and solve my problem. I was also impressed with the professional uniforms which included their names. Just an awesome experience. Will definitely use Freedom Plumbing again!

Great service at a fair price. My pipe burst from the recent freeze and Stephen got it fixed in the next day even though most places were only able to come during   expensive after hours. He responded quickly to my Yelp project request and did everything as expected and held to his estimates. He was a gracious guest in my house and fixed things exactly like I requested. He added stop valves to help avoid losing water across the house in the future and insulated all of my pipes to prevent future freezes. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting him again for future handy man needs.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Refrigerator installers could not install water line.  We are new to the area and I saw good reviews for this service.  I called and he came the next day working around our schedule, and hooked up the line.  Really great service.

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.

He was very friendly, professional, and did a very clean professional job. I highly recommend him. I will most definitely use his services again if required.

Said in my last review if I ever needed plumbing services again, this is who I would call and I did.
Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot that could not be installed because the water valve under the sink could not be fully shut off.
So I instantly called Plumb 4 U Plus More.
The tech. they sent out, David, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 15 minutes he had the water valve repaired and 45 minutes later the dishwasher was installed, tested and working. He then cleaned up what small mess was made during the install.
I'm really glad now Home Depot couldn't install the dishwasher as David told me they are all the time fixing problems from Home Depot and Lowe's appliance installs.
David fixed the leaking valve, plus installed the dishwasher for less than Home Depot wanted just for the install plus they wanted $25 just to haul off the old dishwasher, which I saved by doing that myself.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days).  They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

Wonderful experience working with them year after year - on both the plumbing and AC sides.  Completely remodeled my house and they were one of just a few contractors that completed their part on time with professionalism.  Recently I had an AC question, so I dropped in before work and Steve gave me all the info I needed to satisfy me.

Great guys, the people they have working for them are also great and they will do a professional, clean job for a fair price.

I'm not sure how this company has received the reviews it's gotten. I called about a garbage disposal. It seemed clogged up to me and needed to be clear. With little experience myself and two very young kids I needed help with figuring out what to do. The most I could get out on estimates was they thought it was broken and I should replace it, which could cost up to $290, or $70 for a site evaluation. I give them credit for being prompt. I did a little more research and thought the prices kind of high. I called back to ask how much it would be just to clear the clog or fix it and she said they estimate pricing on site. (Christina) So, I figure, they would base the estimate on time of service. The dispatcher shows up and asked if I wanted it replaced or fixed. Well, I'd hope for $70 they would figure that out for me and I can go from there. There wasn't any evaluation, I just told him please fix it if he could and he unclogged it in about 2 mins. From a screw no doubt fell in there when I tried to keep it away from my toddler. . Anyways, he priced me at $150 plus tax. At this point I could be wrong but I felt this pricing was insane for no more than 5 minutes of time. I asked if he could break this down for me. If $70 was the evaluation/ visit fee then it was $80 for 5 mins of time? Also, is this a price they are charging flat, as if the service took 8 hours are those people getting the best deal of their life at only $150 + tax for 8 hours of service?
I asked to speak with someone and he told me I could talk to dispatch. Who previously told me, the dispatcher comes up with the pricing. At this point, I was incredibly uncomfortable and feeling taken advantage of. We call the dispatcher but of course she didn't answer because he called her in that moment. He came back and said the lowest was $110 +tax. Ok, paid it. Still felt high but better than being anymore uncomfortable. The whole thing felt wrong. I'm disappointed in my service. 2 stars just for being efficient. Customer service (Christina) wasn't pleasant the second time I called either. Working in the service industry myself, I stayed kind out of respect, but I am disappointed.

The tech was here before the time for my appointment which was great.  He was efficient and did not take a lot of time installing the disposal.  He was friendly and respectful of us and our kitchen and did  not leave a mess for us to clean up.

The only problem I had with this company is that two times I tried to call to set up the appointment and I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes each time.  Never did get to talk to anyone.  They finally sent me an email with an appointment which was ok.  I think if they are so busy that they cannot answer their phones in a timely manner that I would probably not use them again.

David Hargraves ghosted me after we set up a time for a septic inspection.  He gave me a price, we set a date and time, then he never showed up.  He has not replied to my further emails. I wouldn't recommend him for any work if your time is valuable.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

I had hired Benjamin Franklin plumbing (BFP) on June 6th 2018 to fix a broken sewer pipe in the front yard of my home. On December 4th 2018 we noticed front yard soil was quite wet exactly at the spot where the sewer repair was done. We called BFP on December 5th 2018 to get someone to come and fix the water leak. They said they would send someone to take a look but did not send anyone till December 6th. The plumber who came in, took a cursory look and said that it is a water leak and not a problem with the sewer work that was done. He refused to fix it under the warranty of all work done as part of sewer fix. Additionally he quoted an amount of $3000 to get it fixed as he would have to get a digging machine to get work done. With no option left I decided to get the leak fixed with another company. The other company found a small leak and mentioned that the leak must have started when the sewer work was done as the soil was very wet. He said that it is not uncommon to find out about such leaks months later. I have been noticing high water bills for past several months. I went to City of Charlotte Water Bill site and found out that my water usage had dramatically increased (doubled) and increase started in June 2018, which was right after when BFP had done sewer work. Very disappointing service by Benjamin Franklin. I have filed a complaint with BBB as well.

What an experience. Two days off work no show. No explanation. Can't give a time frame or any idea when they're coming. Dispatcher has no idea when they would be coming. Guess this is why they only get two star reviews. My bad for not checking. If you want to stay home indefinitely call them!
