Highly Disappointing. I read great reviews online and decided to use this company to replace my old gas boiler.  Rich the owner is a typical salesman, very polite and enthusiastic.  He went through the sales pitch and he seemed ok. on December 2022, Rich came with 2 other employees around 8 A.M.  At around 2 pm, he and another technician left since he stated he had a nightmare job that was not finished the prior day that he needed to complete. He left one technician behind who didn't finish until 6:30 P.M. He had to call Rich a few times before discovering it was just a twist of a screw that needed to be done.

Other irritating issues:
As Rich left to go to the other job he asked for the check while the job was not yet completed.  He was not going to provide a receipt until I told him that I will not give him a check until I received it.  
He left the old boiler on my driveway for a week before I contacted him to inquire when he or someone else would remove it. He had an attitude and said that the guy he uses is very busy.  He finally sent one of his employees to pick it up.  
Update 1/24/23: Less than 2 months later, one of my dual heat zones stopped working.  The technician that came onsite stated that he tightened the wires leading to the zone valve and it started working again.  This is the same company that ran new wires throughout the heating system back in December. They charged me over $234 to tighten the wires that they installed. This visit should have been free of charge since it was their work originally that he tightened. He stated that if it doesn't work again that he will change the thermostat and valve.  I was informed by the technician that should the heat go out again, I will be charged for the service call to come back even though he didn't change anything and it's the same lingering problem that they didn't resolve.  This company is horrible and only cares about charging their clients excessively for the problems they created or left unresolved. I would NOT recommend this company since they don't value their clients or their workmanship.

Francisco came, as promised, to review a leak in our house 3rd floor ceiling. Diagnosed the issues. Didn't try to do extra work. Veronica, in the office, was very professional.  I would highly recommend.

Rich and Brian just installed a new hot water heater. They were prompt and courteous and had the job done in no time. Good service at a fair price from nice people. It doesn't get any better.

What a blessing to have found James to change my kitchen faucet and  sink drain pipe in a short notice.
Very pleasant and a great attitude and of course very professional. I had a water leak from the kitchen faucet on Friday before Christmas in a few hours later James was able to get everything back to normal. I totally recommend him for any plumbing work. I'm a happy customer

I called a few people for help with a clog and this was the evening of December 30. Flo-Rite was the only one who called back and we were able to get help the next day. When the appointment was delayed, we were notified in a timely manner. The service man went above and beyond to help us out and I will be keeping this business in my phone!!

Called Woodhaven Plumbing for a problem with my shower diverter that needed to be fixed asap. I told Keith parts were old and may not be easy to find. He comes the next day, takes the old diverter and comes back with a replacement--I later realized it was not the correct one.

He installs the new one and it GETS STUCK! Now he has to work getting the part out over a half hour, banging and hammering. Long story short: new part doesn't work.

Next step: he needs to break open the wall and change the whole shower body, a job over $600--plus cost and time of re-tiling the shower. Only problem is he can't come back till 4 days later because he had other jobs to go to which he made it very clear were more important (i.e. lucrative) than just finishing up my job. I emphasized that he's already here, I need this done asap no matter how much it costs! No, he absolutely can't today, hands me a bill for $175 service and leaves.

Next day I find a plumber that was able to quickly find the correct diverter and install it in a timely and affordable manner. Within 30 mins, the job was done!

I left a message after 9 pm and he got right back to me with an appointment the next morning. Kept us informed of his arrival time and did fixed our problem the same day.  Joe is professional and does a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

We came back from vacation to a flooded basement, after clearing the water I realized we had no hot water. Stan came out within ten minutes on a holiday to help us out. He got our hot water heater working and explained what had likely occurred while we were away. Highly recommend.

Kellem was responsive, reliable, timely and did a great job. He sent me pictures very yep of the way since I was not in town. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I called Johnny on a Sunday night and left a voicemail.  I received an immediate text back letting me know that he would be available Monday morning between 11-12.  On Monday he arrived at 11:30 - fixed the problem very quickly and was VERY neat.  Johnny was very professional and nice :).  I would highly recommend him!!

EXTREMELY reasonable prices, showed up on time, took care of two small problems while out for a big one and didn't charge extra for them.

If I could give them no stars I would. I live in a 7-unit coop building. Once of the apartments had a clog in their kitchen. I reached out to McManus since they were local. They said they would arrive in 2-days and rectify the issue and send me the diagnostics via email. They came on a Friday, just inspected then left. They made another appointment to return on a Tuesday with the tenant. By this point, I still had no report. Tuesday came and they didn't show up. On Thursday they return, State they are pulling out lards of grease from the sink and they still won't unclog the sink. Now saying it's a building wide issue. Mind you no one else in the building has any sort of backup/clog. They stated they would send me 3 different proposal options with prices. It's been almost a week and nothing. I'm not too sure what type of business they are running, but my encounter with them has been nothing but unprofessional.

These people rip you off, are impossible to get in touch with and answers from, and lie lie lie. They gave me an estimate, then charged me virtually double. And what's worse is quality of work is NOT what you pay for - mediocre at best. Look elsewhere. I don't see any pro's to using them.

Customer since 2016. Technicians are great. Typically my experience has been 5 stars as I love(d) the responsiveness and that they send you a photo of the person showing up.
Today, totally different story. I had a genuine concern and the woman on the phone for Service/Customer Support was incredibly combative.  She refused to slow down and hear me out when I was actually saying the same thing she was. She really didn't care about the direction the call was taking and it was obvious she was standing firm on a useless argument. I'm no huge customer, but I am/was supporting a local business since 2016; today's encounter not only makes me hesitant to ever use them again, but moreover hesitant to endorse to neighbors and friends. Then again, it's Monday; maybe she was just having a bad day.

Called because I had a pin hole leak in a pipe... they sent over the rudest helper they could find. First he quoted me a price that I thought was to high  and when I asked him about it he implied that I probably could not afford it... second the clown who came with him was not wearing a mask and stated he only did if a customer asked... I threw them boy out as fast as I could, rude... uncaring.... No they will not get me to either recommend or re-call them for anything... if you want to pay your hard earned money on someone who will attempt to disrespect you in your own home .... Call them... the worst... never again... they suck!
