Due to the hurricane Ida my basement flooded and my water heater and gas furnace stopped working. I couldn't find any available plumber to help me until I found Wanda. She made sure I got a water heater immediately. The water heater came and her guy came right after. He took care of everything. He was professional and great. He replaced the water heater and fixed the gas furnace. I'm so thankful everything is working again. Wanda to the rescue! Will use this company  again. Highly recommend!

Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

Though, it was the first time I have dealt with this company, it has exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who showed up to do the job arrived on time for the two times. He was neat, knowledgeable and very attentive. Additionally, the asking price was reasonable, so much so, I did not even argue about it. All things considered, I have had a very good experience with this company and Mario, the technician.  I would strongly recommend Pipemaster.

I called at 9:45 pm about my clogged washer drain. John O'Grady called me back within a half hour. He said he doesn't do this type of work but would give me the name of someone that does and is good. I thought it was nice of him to try to help me out.

Algozini is just the best!  Today Jason Algozini and Steve removed the damaged bathroom sink, then installed the new basin and faucet.  The basin sits on a pedestal.  They have to be the most honest and pleasant people I have spoken to in the plumbing business.  if in fact any commercial service.  Their work was clean and they were efficient.  They are a neighborhood family business, a rarity in this day and age. I am grateful to the first person who posted Algozini.  You can absolutely trust this referral on Yelp.  Thank you Yelp.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.  This is a very professional company that actually does what they promise to do when they promise to do it.  You can actually speak to a live person if you have any questions.  Absolutely use this company.

My bathtub has been clogged for the past few days. The water would take forever to go down like a few hours. I tried Drano and using the plunger but that didn't help at all. I found this company because two other local companies did not answer the phone. They answered my call and had someone visit within the next hour! It was a very quick process, I'd say less than 10minutes! I highly recommend this place if you need something done right away! He explained what was wrong as well as the tools he was going to use for the procedure. They also take debit/credit card payments too for those who don't have cash  Thank you guys!!

Don't let the fact that all 3 reviewers (so far) are from California.... Franklin Lowe & Son is an awesome plumber for the area around Glen Ridge and Bloomfield NJ.  My family has been using them for *generations* -- literally.  Since the early 1960's.  Scott is great.  Best. Plumber. Ever.   I haven't found anything like Franklin Lowe & Son in California, alas.

Branden is the best! Always helpful and patient even when he is super busy, which he always is. Great place. Enjoy doing business with them.

I have had the best plumbing experience ever by selecting Tom from SafeHaven Plumbing. Tom gave me a quote and when he came down to doing the job today he was spot on aside from a few additions I made.He is HONEST, fair,and goes above and beyond what most of those guys who call themself master plumbers.I am 100% sure you wont be sorry for Calling Tom for anything. Most of all he is neat and cleans up after the job is done which makes the ladies Happy. No mess and no stress for me after.If your a veteran tell Tom and he will appreciate your service to our country. Tom took care of all my issues which was causing leaks and money down the drain. Did a great job quickly and accurately determining the source of bathroom leak (improperly installed tub spout). Had the parts on hand to install new spout and fix problem. Fair price and very clean and respectful plumbers. Julien and Benjamin explained process step by step and we're careful to wear booties to keep my carpet clean. I will use them again and recommend them.

Professional, quick, & efficient. Had a clogged bathroom tub with snake stuck in the drain. William came to the rescue and resolved this issue and fixed everything.  I didnt give 4 out of 5 was price.  Took about an hour and charged $480.  Ouch

I had another plumber come a few days before and they spent two hours trying to find the leak with no luck.

I needed to repair a vintage kitchen faucet diverter (handle stuck in either hot or cold, not good). Fortunately, I had the parts and instructions, so presuming the plumber was competent, all he/she needed to do was follow the directions. The problem turned out when trying to get someone to do this job. I guess for some, it is too trivial. I contacted a few in the area, with no luck, but Henry Myers Plumbing did respond and sent two guys. They were efficient and careful and completed the job in an hour. I am very pleased and special shout out the the guys.

The two plumbers who showed up were in uniform. They arrived, introduced themselves, asked me to describe the problem, looked it over, got parts from their vehicle, fixed the problem completely, cleaned up, explained how they fixed it, took my check, and left.
It was a great experience with excellent service. Exactly what I needed, on time and within budget.

The customer service is horrible.  Incredibly overpriced ($275 to snake a toilet bowl) for a service that did not fix the problem.  The plumber claimed to have snaked 10 feet and later admitted it was at least 2 feet less than that.  Toilet broke again 2 days later.  Plumber was supposed to come back on a Friday, but had a family emergency.  Didn't bother calling to let me know that he would not be showing up.  Showed up the next morning 45 minutes late.  Blamed me for flushing things down the toilet despite the fact that I purchased the toilet paper he recommended and have flushed minimal amounts.  Wanted to charge another $175 to rebuild the toilet ($20 for parts).  Incredibly unprofessional and refused to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the toilet and diagnosing the actual problem.  Will NEVER call this place again.

This company is working by my apartment building and as they were loading pipes on to there cart they left it unattended and it dented my vehicle.There supervisor was standing there with them they just walked away and pretended like it didn't happen luckily for me another company was working there and told me what happened and now they don't take my calls and refuse to pay for the damages they did to my vehicle.
