Wanda is the best ! JMW saved me from a major DEP violation/fine with plumbing that was not up to code in my building. They did this work quickly, expertly, and at a VERY fair price. Others had quoted much more. Wanda is very easy to communicate with and explained clearly what the problem was and how to handle it. I will be calling JMW for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Mario is amazing!!! He literally saved our Christmas. We had a major clog that was leaking into a downstairs bathroom and within 30 minutes of putting in a request on yelp for a call back, he called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (today-Christmas Eve!!). He worked on the bathroom from the morning until the mid-afternoon. He fixed the issue and was reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again if we have a plumbing issue. Please, if you need a trustworthy plumber, please call Mario.

Recently I needed to have a new water line installed from my home to the city main. I called Mr. O'Grady and he came to my home that very day to ascertain the problem. Doing business with Mr. O'Grady was thoroughly enjoyable as he know exactly what to do to get the job done in a timely manner. He is indeed a master plumber. Within days he secured the necessary permits and arranged for his crew to do the appropriate work. I highly and without reservation recommend O'Grady Plumbing. It is an excellent firm, and with Mr. O'Grady at the helm, one that you will always be able to rely on for outstanding and professional workmanship. Thank you Mr. O'Grady. Rose W.

George returned my call last night and said he'd be by this morning. He and Patrick showed up on time, had everything they needed to fix my toilet and my sink and were fast and clean and funny. Their price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

Had my viessmann hydronic boiler repaired . Stratos was not only knowledgeable but courteous and respectful throughout the process. Had me up and running quickly. His professional attitude and attention to detail was second to none.
Highly recommended!!

My bathtub has been clogged for the past few days. The water would take forever to go down like a few hours. I tried Drano and using the plunger but that didn't help at all. I found this company because two other local companies did not answer the phone. They answered my call and had someone visit within the next hour! It was a very quick process, I'd say less than 10minutes! I highly recommend this place if you need something done right away! He explained what was wrong as well as the tools he was going to use for the procedure. They also take debit/credit card payments too for those who don't have cash Thank you guys!!

Since finding a good plumber that is honest and reliable, I feel it is important to recommend and support a local plumber that fits this description.
Scott Lowe has serviced our home and has arrived on time and works fast. Sometimes when you call you do get a voice mail but the calls are usually returned that day.
What I appreciate is that their business has been in the area for decades (I believe Scott is the grandson of the founder) and he is very honest, and will not do work that is not needed immediately. He even told me to wait on one repair and save the money for now. Many plumbers would not do that (at least ones I worked with in the past).
I would highly recommend Franklin Lowe and Sons, good service and honest work.

Branden is the best! Always helpful and patient even when he is super busy, which he always is. Great place. Enjoy doing business with them.

I cannot say enough positive things about Thomas Drago and Safehaven Home Services. Responsible, reliable and responsive. We were so worried about having to have someone come to our home during Stay At Home order to fix our kitchen drain. Thomas responded immediately, came over right away and explained everything that was going on. He was all gloved up and wearing a mask. He fixed it within minutes. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no surprises. Best of all, he's a professional and friendly. Will definitely use him again.

Mike and his team were great. I had my upstairs bathroom redone, they replaced the toilet, vanity, lights and painted. Bathroom looks really nice-- did any awesome job.

Horrible. They came for original problem which sad to say I worsened. They were to come back today 2,days later to replace toilet & then started adding costs which were going to equal about $1200!including $50 fee to dispose of old toilet

I spoke to Greg today, and arranged a service call. They were a little back-logged, that is why I took away one star. Their pricing seems competitive. I will post an update once the job is completed.
I ended up calling another vendor, so my experience was limited.

These guys literally just left my place, and I am happy to say that my leaky bathroom sink is no more! Within 30 minutes they were done and out the door. Very nice guys and so far excellent repair work.
I've spoken to both Karen and Timothy over the phone and they are very polite (and patient, considering I was very difficult to get ahold of - thank you for your tenacity, Karen!) and made the whole thing as painless as can be.
I don't know about the price since they came over on behalf of my apartment's rental company but if I ever needed some other plumbing work done I would not hesitate to give them a call. Highly recommend on customer service alone.

I meant to update this review earlier. Watson himself returned my calls that evening and immediately came to my apartment after I briefed him on what had occurred. He apologized (and obviously addressed the plumbing issue).
433 Edgecombe Ave New York, NY 10031
The customer service is horrible. Incredibly overpriced ($275 to snake a toilet bowl) for a service that did not fix the problem. The plumber claimed to have snaked 10 feet and later admitted it was at least 2 feet less than that. Toilet broke again 2 days later. Plumber was supposed to come back on a Friday, but had a family emergency. Didn't bother calling to let me know that he would not be showing up. Showed up the next morning 45 minutes late. Blamed me for flushing things down the toilet despite the fact that I purchased the toilet paper he recommended and have flushed minimal amounts. Wanted to charge another $175 to rebuild the toilet ($20 for parts). Incredibly unprofessional and refused to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the toilet and diagnosing the actual problem. Will NEVER call this place again.
